Perhaps you made the order without being logged in, you can’t remember the vendor though? I thought my memory was bad 😂

Check your internet history see if you can get back to the transaxe page it’ll show you the LB order ID which can be linked to your account if needed

This happened to me too,I was logged in, but there’s no browser history since it was a private tab. but I’ve got screenshots of the order confirmation screen. How can I link the order ID to my account??

I have just logged in to check an order I put in 24 hours ago and found the same thing - no record of the order. I was definitely logged in, and copied and pasted the amount and code as normal. The BC has definitely left my wallet. Unfortunately I can't check my history to find the order number.
I understand Transaxe has been having problems. I am hoping against hope that this will sort itself out.
