I purchased an item and cancelled the order as there was an issue with it processing. I have not had any refund or even the bot messaging me. Could anyone please tell me who or what to interact with for the refund?
The vendor has to approve your cancellation request (in case they have already sent your order). DM the vendor to ask if they have done this. What was the issue with "processing"?
Oh right! I didn't know that the seller also got a request for that. Just sent them a message about that. The issue was mostly an error on my end, it was just stuck on "unpaid" for so long that I panicked a little. It should be sorted soon, thank you very much^^
It can show unpaid for days if there is ridiculous traffic on the blockchain despite most orders going through in 20-30 minutes. Basically they all go through in the end so it is always best to sit tight. Your coin will always be protected in escrow.
