How can I retrieve a parcel posted in at the wrong number by the postie? The postman put my biggas order in the building next door but the same number. I got a card with "sorry Ive made a mistake" on it and been left on me to retrieve this. Now at this flat no one is answering for a week already, ive left them notes and what not, their lights are on at night. Parcel was special guaranteed but obviously not my name on it. Any suggestions on my options? Obvs cant take it on the vendor as this has been delivered, just not to me :(

IMO there is only so much chasing you can or should do when the package contains illegal drugs. If you’ve left notes then they clearly have no intention of returning it to you. There’s a chance they are away with night security lights and they’ll see your notes on their return.
Otherwise it looks like a write-off. You’ve just been very unlucky.

A buyer has just messaged me stating his Q is underweight (I weigh everything on the spot, he was overweighted by 0.14g). I was sent this message on 12th Feb at 12:16 stating:

"Hi
I thought I'd write before I leave review. I buy next day delivery but only receive 4g of bud. This is way to little to what was advertised. Is this intentional in your behalf?"

I do not appreciate that he's trying to swindle me, I'm unsure whether I'm allowed to release their username, please let me know if I can. It isn't a noob account either, so I'm shocked someone with so many buys is trying to have me over 👍

I don't know how he thinks they're accurate at all? a 3.5 looks a lot less than that once vac sealed. I hope this buyer invests in a new set of scales before making scam accusations again, It's even more annoying as it just makes me look like a terrible seller whereas hes a terrible customer!

The scales he's used are meant for weighing larger amounts of weight, (things like Milk, Water, Flour and oil as stated on the scales themselves) therefore they are not as accurate as the average set of scales which are used for smaller weights. Scales which go to the nearest gram are notoriously inaccurate. I've attached the image he's used below for everyone to see for themselves, so people can make their own informed decision on the matter and see why I've made a post regarding this man's rash review. Would you not be embarrassed if that set of scales was your line of defense? What 2nd hand shop sold you those? Joker.

I think he's got it set to (dwt) units. 7g in that weight is 4.5 dwt add the package its 5 dwt.

I am person who buy 7g but only receive 4g from fruit of loom. Scales are bad but it is very clear order is not 7g.
I am long term customer here since 2020. Never had issue with other vendor. I contact seller asking in professional and polite manner but straight away they are very rude and call me a liar. It is not professional and seems dirty.
I am only a buyer here. All I can do is promise my loyalty and honour. However, if I was a scammer, would I come here to defend myself? I can also show all messages I sent to try and resolve this in a professional manner and how the replies back were rude and accusatory

The fact you keep saying its "clear" its not 7g just shows you're in denial about being wrong, go buy a set of jewellery scales then weigh it, you will see you have a full Q there, you have no evidence of it being underweight besides a reading on some inaccurate scales. It is not my game to go around underweighing my customers, if there was a problem with weight that would mean my scales are faulty, but nobody else has complained about the aforementioned issue? Your "loyalty" isn't justified by a response, you're trying to gaslight me into saying I underweight you when I remember packing your order! God, you've really not thought this through. Feel free to show messages as I have no issue since you are a deceitful person with an ulterior motive. The fact you've had no issues with any other vendors but as soon as you use the relatively new vendor you have an issue? Okay mate... right...

My wallet allows me to choose the fee (or at least the satoshi/vbyte)... Later in the week I lower it. As the funds are held in escrow prior to the seller receiving them, there is no real reason to choose a high speed transaction. I would suggest getting a wallet that allows you to select your transaction fee / speed.

I added $40 to my btc wallet to purchase something for $28 and it won’t allow it because of the fees, unless you are carrying out a large transaction, it’s just not worth it at the moment. I feel for you guys selling on here, it must be hard to catch sales while these fees are through the roof. There must be another way? BCH? ETH? Are these any cheaper when it comes to fees? I’m quite new to all this so really have no idea

It’s been commented before about btc being a bad method of payment for on here. It was never designed as currency rather a store of value. Something like Xrp would be much better, almost free transaction costs and less than a minute to transfer.

You can even pay only 0.4 USD as transaction fee even if you made a 1k USD worth of BTC transaction, ofc most probably you'll wait some days for the first blockchain confirmation, but who cares, LB accepts the payment as soon as it shows in the mempool.

You all should read more about how BTC (blockchain protocol) works in order to not pay crazy amount of money in transaction fees...

I just had teh same thing (sorry if this is an old post. Have a look to see if you can change the fees automatically. You should be able to do this. It will just take longer the lower the fee, so maybe don't go for the lowest fee possible.

My order still hasn’t turned up and the Pope hasn’t answered my messages.

I can see lots of positive comments for Pope but I can only go by my own experience. My 7g Of dolato didn’t arrive, his page was set to restricted and no comm’s received. I’ve ordered from NDWUK (on his site) multiple times, I’ve ordered from Radar Breeder and it’s been a great experience.

I can’t help feeling like I’ve been ripped off. I hope it comes good in the end and I really don’t want to go through escrow in a couple of weeks time

Yeah, seems like there has been some weirdness going on. I do think that a lot of it has to do with Royal Mail in December as well. Seems like everyone is getting delays right now.

People have recommended to get tracked postage over December to get things faster. Hope everything turns out for you.

Do you know what the advantage of paying for tracked is at all? Because I can't see an order arriving any sooner through tracked than standard 1st class would if delays are affecting standard 1st why would tracked be any quicker? Standard 1st is taking almost a week for me atm.

I only ask because I want a few gs of shatter to come before Xmas and I'm wondering what my best course of action should be.
