The vendor won't see your order if it's been cancelled (unless he/she scrolls down their order page and actively looks for it, cancelled orders go to the bottom of their orders list and do not appear as 'waiting') but to be fair they should be answering your PMs. There's no excuse for that.
Message Transaxe with the order number (it'll look something like this; pzrW9RMv48FEFPqBmPkbzX04) and tell them your issue and they might be able to sort it out for you.
