Hey anybody have trouble with specials with GC recently where it's taken an extra day? Usualy not have problem but this time feels like something is wrong paid for special Ndd but no post arrived today also orderd in great time never had this problem with GC. no communication is a killer right now for me also no problems with royal mail today bit confused as no comms to help all day. Ordered early yesturday 11ish aswel hoping it just a re route from royal mail but don't know about this one as no tracking provided. Never had this problem with GC always received next day with paid for special

What volume did you order?….some vendors split even halves and many split an Oz.

Grab a photo exactly as you opened it to help the vendor.

A reputable vendor will pick up your comms soon and help to resolve. If not, as Blazin says, raise a dispute via the tab on your order page that appears after 9 days….

Has the vendor been online since you sent the message to them? It could be that they are busy with posting etc and haven't got around to comms yet.

I'll be surprised if they don't make it right with you, but if the worst happens you can dispute after 9 days.

I reckon you'll probably hear before the end of the day. Some vendors are teams who can have someone on comms while everything is else taken care of. Others are one person operations and will likely prioritise shipping over comms.

Whatever the outcome your buy is protected, most vendors will resolve with the buyer rather than let it go to dispute. Good luck getting it sorted mate.
