Had Amazon no probs, had fed ex from Amsterdam little late, had other couriers from in Spain day late, correos are bloody awful. Apparently royal mail are thinking of ditching them for a courier service in Spain. Hope so!!!!

Like jcotterell said many of these are UK orders so I don't think the seized by customs argument holds up. Either way RB should be able to check and have some idea of what's going on if he did send NDD.

He doesn't bother to read messages, some seem to say it's because he's busy which I'm sure he is but he's got time to list new items while there are many many people going out their minds waiting over 2 weeks for drops that should have taken a maximum of 3/4 days.

Many many people clearly have had very positive experiences with RB but clearly t if you are one of the unlucky ones don't expect to receive any help or even an acknowledgement

Same issue with them. Actually standard EU option disappears when you make a purchase- I would prefer non-tracked for stealth reasons.

I have placed an order with them on 21.04, they marked as sent on 22.04 and I've received it on 05.05.

I've seen my deliveries jump from next day to currently 4 days. I think the backlog is now starting to spread more widely. I have decided to order some special delivery (which still seems to be making it through quickly, according to some people) to reduce the wall climbing. It's really hard to be patient... I've even resorted to using my old decarbed weed for edibles. However, I've looked at it as a well needed tolerance break (however involuntary!). I hope your order arrives soon! Keep the faith!

I agree , way to many customers having a no show , second class post from Scotland to south coast arrived in 2 days , yes I see every region is different but this is getting a little silly now. Mine just arrived after 13days! And I’ve had loads of other mail and parcels with no issue. I really don’t think it’s the green teams fault. I’ve exchanged a few messages with TGT While waiting and have always had a response the same day, granted I was getting the same reply as you guys, that it was out of their hands and down to Royal Mail. They’re just being truthful, there’s not much more they can tell you tbf. Hang in there I’m sure it’s on it’s way!

Been waiting 20 days on an oz, last message from them was 6 days ago offering a 50% reship as it was sent regular post, nothing through the post yet for the reship, hopefully it'll arrive tomorrow, but they haven't ben replying to any messages. They're usually spot on, good delivery times, quality etc, and have never had a problem before.

It was regarding the isolater he had and Iv had like 2 oz of him since then. Iv not got a order waiting from him and we have spoken about the order he was mentioning. Was really bizarre. Seems weird he would message me when there’s no need when he clearly isn’t replying to you guys. Did you order NDD?

Oh ok. From my experience he’ll message you about your actual problem in about two weeks. Lol. But your order will be there on time. I asked him about an order before placing it. Placed it anyway, got the order in 24 hours. Got a message back about the order 18 days later lol.

Literally just spoke to RB, mentally bogged down with messages, getting to them as quick as possible. I’m sure all will be sorted in the end, have faith - peace people!

Firstly thanks to all those that have our back and still trust us.............

We are so so busy but we are coping. Everything is fine, on schedule, odd orders (<5%) have been sent 24 hours late. This is due to us partly but reason is so many parcels PO doesn't have tome to process them all.
Also we did run out of birthday cake grade b but sent an a grade(25% more expensive) in substitue....................
First class signed has been little slow for a few we have seen take 8 days. NDD is better with far less if any delays.
Lastly messages, i have to say we are bombarded with messages. Many unfortunately pretty pointless, example here, first message reads - my parcel hasn't arrived today i ordered ndd have you got the ref, second order reads - still not here did you send it, third message - sorry just landed. LOL These are sent all within few hours of each other. So i ask plz be patient to everyone, remember we are in lockdown due to corona (everything is slower than normal) and give it 24 hours at least before you ask did i send and remember if you order after 2am it goes the day after.
Any important unanswered messages plz drop me another message(sorry)and rest assured you are and always will be in safest of hands and we appreciate your custom and the 'society' here a a whole..................

I have not been able to access like normal since Thursday. Just accessed now via here which i never have before. I have processed all orders which you will see just marked sent now (5.30am Sunday morning) and will reply to messages soon but hopefully Society is back on so i can access normally again but at least i can access here so all good for now.

Hey folks, quick update, ordered April 3rd, Euro standard to Eire, delays due to Bank holiday and covid but my delivery arrived today, absolutely chuffed, Thanks RB :) postal service causing the delays, don't worry it will arrive!!

My order has arrived today, which is great, obviously they just wasn’t working over the bank holiday weekend and sent it yesterday. So if any of you still waiting it’ll come at least RB is operating fine?? I’d also recommend paying the extra for NDD so RM have to deliver it asap otherwise you could be waiting days for normal parcel

Nothing at all to do with RB, just a general point about the post... It seems post being dropped off into postboxes is the issue right now, those postboxes are being checked in some cases every 4 days so you might be waiting at the door for the postman and your shit is still sitting exactly where it was dropped off, this is the issue, if you take it into a post office and hand it over it’s being taken daily, putting stamps on an envelope and putting it into a random postbox for stealth isn’t a solution right now vendors...
