He messaged me today 15/5 offering a reship. So finger crossed we all get sorted.

NDD tracked, not holding my breath on something arriving next week though. Yeah the wait is hell.

Mine was tracked. Didn't provide exact location of the order, just that it would arrive soon. Better than nothing...

I am and I know others are too! Just to clarify this is a UK mainland NDD order. I really want to sort this out but without a response I’m going to have to dispute in the next couple of days

Yes UK order and specifically paid for tracked NDD, the worst bit is that my messages haven't even been read.

I sent something to Spain on a fast service over 10 days ago, it’s still not been delivered. Looks like EU letters are taking an age.
Don’t worry, it will turn up eventually.

I know mate but a lot of these are uk NDD tracked that have been missing for more than 2 weeks with no replies

On another thread a user says they received a letter saying their parcel was caught at customs. They may have intercepted a bunch of parcels if this is the case. We really need RB to clear things up and get 50% reships out.

We need him to read our messages!

Like jcotterell said many of these are UK orders so I don't think the seized by customs argument holds up. Either way RB should be able to check and have some idea of what's going on if he did send NDD.

He doesn't bother to read messages, some seem to say it's because he's busy which I'm sure he is but he's got time to list new items while there are many many people going out their minds waiting over 2 weeks for drops that should have taken a maximum of 3/4 days.

Many many people clearly have had very positive experiences with RB but clearly t if you are one of the unlucky ones don't expect to receive any help or even an acknowledgement
