Very happy to have tried the Uncle Snoop from Radar Breeder. First and foremost, the stealth, speed and levels of professionalism always absolutely blow my mind. There is simply no compromises when it comes to Radar Breeders packaging. So after peeling through layers of stealth like a russian doll, the beautiful buds revealed themseves, beautiful shimmery bright olive nugs punctuated with darker forest greens and blushes of deep purple. Tight and compact nugs. Lovely manicure too on these flowers.
Opening the pack let out an unholy loud honk of gassy lemon. The smell is amazing. Into a jar for a bit before the second smell, revealing lemon and lime. Theres vanilla there for sure and for me familiar high note like green almond.
It smokes every bit as well as it looks and smells. Rich satisfying dense smooth smokes.
Another stunner from Radar Breeder.

Absolutely stonking. Maybe not a looker at first sight but shes a beauty. If I manage to attatch a pic can I say we saw a lot of ambers but none in pic. Its full sugar sprite, old skool fizzy sweets. Its getting on to being a bit haribo tangfastic.

Im totally dropping the dope review this time. I have been a food professional for over thirty years.
These gummy bears come in pristine, clean professional packaging. So im reviewing the food product here first and foremost.
Absolute food quality product here with proper annotation given to vegan, Halal, Kosher etc. A proper breakdown of ingredients just oozes professionalism and the logistics and stealth lack nowt.
After having tried one of these the first night I settled into lovely deep slumber after my usual potterings and playing.
Poverty hit me the next night and i was craving sweeties. Jesus wept these things are moreish on the tongue. Really amazing texture, the flavour completely blew my mind. It is like san pelligrino blood orange! No overtly sugary hideousness. And well after becoming a glutton for the epicurean experience I necked four of them.
I DID come down eventualy. Man it was a fun ride!

To be honest it was nice to put the co-codamol on the shelf for a day. Im high tolerance but it was nice to get through my pain spike with no pharma. I also muddled through 3/4 s of the next day with no pills.

Twenty years of tweaking genetics for the british weather. I dont get to grow plants every year. But my british outdoor genetics evolve every year regardless. I like to use the format of the creators.of skunk no 1 to test a plant to absolute doom. Im also interested in anthocyanins, ruderalis genetics and porn. There are no ruderalis genes in this plant by the way.
Here's some ruderalis genetics for you mate. Northern lights auto just chopped her yesterday.
She came in nice brother. Patience is a reward. Sit on your hands bud. Great result. Just realised this is the mach II so has a teeny bit of ruderalis.
She has a lot of spain in her recently, but her origins are all pretty much skunk no1, flatland basic, cheese, cheese kush. She has now been refurbished with infallible spanish kush type genetics. Survival of the seedling seems ok. Lol. 100 of these survived a murder test. Time to bring the other 99 in. Should be enough for a spliff. Its the thousand other seeds are making me smile.
Who thinks we should send her and her mates out for a re veg. Lol. (Cheese kush x flatland basic x skunk no1) x (black sugar rose x 11 roses) she was part of a 100 seed germination and destruction test. Not a serious grow. Just serious testing.
Everybody likes a dope tale. I wont tell the one about this plant albeit 5 crossings back, passing through a hungry sheep. Personally I think the root stock survived, but it went on to produce a 12 0z outdoor girl.

Just sitting down and enjoying coffee, Britscotti and a biscuit.
Nescafe gold and a Jacobs biscuit.
Nothing fancy in my house but it has to do the job! This Britscotti is fucking great value, tokes as loud as it smells. Bit floofy but the plant husbandry is clear, nicely grown well flushed weed. We all like a cold pressed barrista coffee and an artisan cookie, but you cant do that all day.
This is a very decent smoke at a very decent price.

This is a strain that will, put a smile on your face, and make you face the day.
Lovely marmalade shred of furry orange pistils lie upon a neon calyx, pale and luminescent sugar leaf.
A homogenous pale olive, puncuated by the bright orange teases the eyes and intices the inclement.
Smoking this is a privelidge and pleasure.

Radars SSH did the exact same thing, took me straight back to Hunters in Rembrandt wasnt quite as good as Radars though.💚

Hey folks,
Desperately trying to get some bitcoin into the ol coffers as im dankrupt. Running onto issues with Exodus, its not sending me a code, or im not recieving it via email. Anybody else having issues. Why do these things happen when a soul is most in need!?

I transfer from Coinbase to Exodus, costs a few more quid but never had any issues apart from it seems to take a lot longer to transfer nowadays, it then trys to get you to pay more to speed up the transaction, don't be tempted to do that!
I use Exodus. Not having any issues with it currently. What kind of codes are you talking about?
It was not sending the six digit security code despite numerous pormpts. Then a deluge of them came through! All sorted now, only issue being lack of funds! ;) thanks folks

These two strains have fought it out on the streets for decades, much like Ryu and Ken, Ammie and Dawg are pretty much level in their abilities, they just have a slightly different way of doing things. But they both get the job done!
Its worth bearing in mind that these grade b offerings work out at just under a fiver a gram each. With Radar Breeder delivering a K.O. blow of stealth, speed and free delivery.
I know I could travel from Laos to Llandudno, from Tokyo to Croydon, I could probably find ammie or dawg in the street but id have to fight to find it at that price.
The ammie shows her hazy sativa background with aplomb, hitting hard with blows to the mind.
The dawg, oily and much more indica hybrid keeps kicking me deeper into the couch.
So which is the better streetfighter? Whos corner am I in?

If anybody wants to know what Radar Breeders Mac1 looks like.....

Serious tolerance wrecker this smoke. Was enjoying a nice wave of amnesia and then got hit with a tsunami of smiles from this smoke!
This stuff hits, and then some. Its a bit contrary. Hoover or dont hoover. Im not gonna judge. But either is likely.
What I can guarantee is a vanilla malt milkshake of a smoke. With a wee tiny backnote of chocolate and coffee. In fact, i dont care what anybody says this tastes like, its malteser milkshake to me.
But in this case it teases my soul.

Buy shake make hash
About 7 grams of radar breeders super silver haze shake over a 150 micron screen. Frozen bb tec. Put kief in a cheap press. 70 celcius the press. Freeze press. Decant. Got a £1 coin piece of sativa dom hash. Sweet. 15.25 dollah.

I will also look at the price! This is proof of quality shake, a noob may have been disapointed by lack of nugs. There were actually quite a few. None went in this run. I picked em out. Lol. But when i saw this shake i didnt care about nugs, i was looking at ground up bud. Just loads of ground up bud with a bit of small leaf and feaf fronds. No stem. Just knew i had to run it cowboy maroc style on the 150 u screen. Got a good gram and a bit of single variety sativa low grade hash. Clean as though. I didnt static clean and could have refined down to 110 or 90 or hit it with butane but hey. I know where my hash came from.

Do you remember someone crapping themselves as a Temple Ball from Hashishin had been in customs for 3-4 weeks probably about 18 months ago? It eventually arrived with some of the packaging opened, but the Temple Ball still inside. Legendary stealth.

Does TGT actually respond to anyone else's messages?
I love marmalade. Its a fucking disaster if it gets spread too thin though.

Were all very busy folks. Were giving you our business and you could go a bit further to appreciate that, like replying and responding to messages in sociable hours, giving out tracking numbers to those that have paid for it without having to be asked. Its laborious, frustrating, and your customers will simply go elsewhere. Makes no sense to me. Youve obvs got loyal customers here and id be one too if not for the poor comms and lack of tracking info. Peace and love indeed! ✌️
It might take them a few days at times but i have never been ignored by them got to remember they are the largest vendor on here and their message box is probably full all the time.
Waited 3-4 days last time I had an issue, comms seems a big weak point but will normally be sorted without question in my experience.

seems to be coming quite the issue on here. Sellers not reading or responding to messages. If you cant be arsed providing some sort of customer service or re assurance. I cant be arsed giving sellers who dont do there job right money anymore.

Those same folk bombard sellers demanding tracking too. I only use the same handful of vendors now personally, I stay clear of the big vendors like TGT, TGD, Pistach etc. They've got more than enough customers as is, hence take ages to reply to comms (ages being days).
Theres a simple answer to avoid customers bombarding them. Just give out the tracking when its marked sent as with any other decent vendor. It really isnt rocket science. If theyre that busy they can afford to answer customers, and also give out tracking to save them any hassles. Its a no brainer really
Why not? We live in a fast paced society where if the vendor is online during the day all day taking orders as theyve stated, they can reply to their customers requests. In any other service industry it would be poor comms so why not this?
Yes they do, I raised an issue and it took about a day for a reply. they sorted it instantly and package arrives the following day. 15+orders here and apart from this 1 which was instantly sorted, everything has been perfick
Yep. On every order. First of all tracked 24 is no such thing as no matter when you order this vendor has a 9pm cut off. Even then im not sure they send when they say they have. They say theyre online all day every day taking orders but its not true. If that was the case the items could be sent on the day but theyre sent the next. They say they answer messages seperately to taking orders but thats ridiculous. Most vendors will send a courtesy message saying thanks for the order etc. This order is late and ive asked for tracking but they dont reply til past my bedtime, if they reply at all. Used this vendor a lot a long time ago and they were great. Not anymore though.

Gotta admit the live resin gummies from TheAlchemist420 were pretty good, mix berry flavour i think, delicious either way and potent enough, if the user has high tolerance or absorbs thc better from fat maybe try cannabis cannibals chocolate range? Ive not had that specifically but again the gummy worm from CC was decent. Hope this helps!

I used to know a guy who would roll one up and smoke two thirds of it then pass the last bit around. The problem with this was he's so stingy he would only put weed in the part he was smoking and then just be passing a roll up around to people. finally someone said Blue Lines. It's odd because in a lot of ways musically I don't rate it highly, it's kind of clumsy in parts, some of the ideas are underdeveloped, some of it almost makes me cringe. But there was just something so special about that time and the sound felt so new and yet familiar. Even though their later stuff is "better" Blue Lines has such a permananet special place in my heart.

utterly brilliant albumn Dubside, saw them do the 10th aniversary tour playing the whole albumn live its was epic.
I can safely say that Appetite for Destruction is the album I've listened to the most. Carousel by Subcircus has had well over 20 years love from me as well

I listened to Epic Garden Music this morning on a hike and it's fantastic love the use of the keyboard and you can really hear early elements of shoegaze taking shape on tracks like "Lope" and "ART".. Thank you, they've got to be the smash berry fumes I think I can't quite remember, druids actually had a discount price on it because of slight herm.

Hiya mate, yeah about that, long story short I had about 9 ozs of which %40 was close to good of which were prime nugs.... the sativa plant was bad bud ratios and could of been left a lot longer, i gave about and ounce of good stuff to close friends and some how smoked the rest...
Throughout all there was 15% seeds... and with a young family every penny I saved coming up to Christmas counts.... so im afraid to say I won't be able to send you a sample but I will for ever owe you, and if I have the opportunity next time I will being a man of my word this is the best second offer I can give you. Apologies on my behalf hope you understand fella...

I have to move, I used to grow a few plants in my garden, but I can't now, being that I live opposite a police station. These look great and it's so fun growing your own. They're a little more exciting than tomatoes

Hey bud, you could be looking at a bit of potential thrip damage or maybe a few spider mites about. Is there any silvery residue around the wounds? Take a look at the underside of the leaves, take photos close up then post them or scrutinise the photos at your leisure. You may find the offenders. Might be worth doing a neem treatment and wash now. Maybe two! Have a google of Neem Oil and consider getting some.
Some yellow square sticky fly traps will do no harm in there. Either will ladybirds. ;)
Neemed all the way up to flower, typical isn't it got some dr zymes after a recommendation from another forum, they seemed to think leaf mucher macro damage and actual spiders rather than spider mites reluctant to spray now it flower, thank for your view gives me more to stew on ill take some zoomed photos tomorrow got some long fly traps up as good as the little yellow ones ?
Mate its easy to get ultra critical and question every leaf of every plant! I think you are golden by the sounds of it. Those plants are well healthy and should fight off most stuff between now and harvest. Keep an eye on r.h. now as much as anything. Have you got a door both ends of the tunnel? If so get used to the idea of these being open for flowering!
Forever striving for perfection, never arriving ;) tidy the benifits of low humidity outweighs the potential for more pest coming through the door?
Certainly toward the end as the buds swell I wouldnt give a fuck about pests and care everything about airflow. Id probably even set aside some of my potential financial savings for a new poly tunnel plastic. Seen all too many greenhouse & poly tunnel grows go to mush and green slime. Keep a stanely knife handy. ;(
Mold (generally botrytis) attacks the plant towards the end. Especially big fat buds and areas of damage on the plant. Hygiene and dead leaf removal are critical. Some strains are more resistant to mold. Sativas take longer but can sometimes dodge mould better than indicas. Its a lottery with bagseed but your plants look healthy with a good systemic head start.

I found that if the plants get the sun as soon as it breaks the horizon. The sun will keep the morning/night mouisture to a minimum. Mainly when summer is drawing to an end.

No he gave solid advice I got ok yields, I found the temps and humidity fluctuations kept in line with the daily atmospheric changes... the plants know what they're doing, I just tried avoiding prolonged or constant adverse conditions ie humidity or stale air which i took measures to limit heavily
Got to work hard to be able appreciate hard work when you see it mate, I see you... here is to next year definitely autos !

Assessment isn't necessarily seizure. Why are they checking GB to NI/UK shipments? That's noteworthy, and odd?
I am so confused to why my uk to Northern Ireland shipment is going through Dublin? I don’t think that’s a norm. I just checked the tracking on the Royal Mail website and it’s sitting in Dublin which is strange

It takes a long time to get here, and a long time to get back. Ive been skirting round the perimeters of biggy since its birth.
For a while I was all good. Growing and such.
A bad situation made me unable to grow. Or work.
This pink picasso is extaordinary smoke. It picks up the soul, and carries it on. Early in the day a single puff sees me working all day on art.
Yet it can also close the mind in a higher dose. Its magic.
It has a lovely shaman karma to it.
Thanks to the lovely folks who grew it. Much love.

When i was in Tulum, I procured a strain called "contrario".
The curator told me when you want her to do this she will, when she wants you to do that she will also.
Id keep this cut around. Special smoke. Big props to R.B. and the curators of this cubist curiosity.

Got a Great review from someone the other day but they gave me a 2 out of 10 next to the good review, can they change this if its a mistake on thier behalf or do they hve to delete it? and if they delete it does it still leave a crappy score?
Pretty sure this is a UX issue - could be easily rectified by changing the UI - don't know how to notify bots.
Perhaps mitigate this by stressing in your manifesto how to review days and ratings. Or better still provide a guide to point people to the right review box. Days/ 10/10.

You can edit your reviews and scores up til the order disappears. Usually it's a mix up with days to be delivered.

Yeah, only the customer can edit their review - otherwise every vendor on here would be a 10/10!
I fully get how annoying it must be to provide a decent service and have your ratings knocked due to a (likely) mistake. I wrote a bit about that when I did a reviews topic ages ago which I linked. I've seen vendors post a screenshot as a topic to try to find the customer to see if they can amend it. I'm not sure what else to suggest.

It is a problem as such Bigroo I see it happening.
Sadly its when folks are most pro active it happens which is a shame. They are enthused, and want to leave a report.
Id guess the only thing that truly.matters is trust and years of service. We are extremely.lucky people. And its taken a long time to get here. I trust and love your reviews, and love the opportunities we have today.

The review interface is easy to mess up particularly if you're hammered while using it. It hurts newer vendors disproportionately as a busy established vendor can absorb and bury a bad review within days. That's a shame but I think most experienced LB folk can see the difference. The other thing though is it's interesting to see some vendor reactions. It's one thing to flag it up but there's a small handful of vendors I won't touch who've gone OTT on a bad review in an attempt to control the narrative / repair their ego. I'm not sure they realise how many people they push away. The vendors I use the most tend to have the coolest heads - because ultimately in this sort of arrangement you don't want chaos, you just want to get stoned.
it was eventually caught by them, thankfully. They'd mixed up the time taken for the parcel to arrive with the score. Which is still bonkers, saying two days to arrive when you order at 3am on a Sunday morning as RM pick up Sunday for next day deliveries. :) that said I though I'd best update and thnk everyone for chipping in.

I googled 'how to buy weed in the UK' as the street source I had got nicked. I found a search result that was a small article about scam websites and gave a list of those that were found to be scam. At the bottom, it then mentioned 2 or 3 sites that were legit, LB being one of them.

I also thought scam as it was clear web and website even looked dodgy at first, didn't know what would happen but with the reviews from trustpilot and on here, using bitcoin for purchases and stuff it just tempted me now on like order 30 don't have to buy dry ass dog from my local anymore

Yeah since I wrote that post i've been much luckier and found some decent vendors, big shout out to; The Gentleman Dealers, Mad Dabber and Dr Greenthumb who all had decent service and stuff :D Also I tried Greencat and had a mixed experience, but now that you mention it The Spacemen were decent too ;)

A work colleague told me about it so I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised and have been using LB ever since.

I go to Lanzarote every January, and usually visit the club in Playa Blanca…Never had any issues taking away a little something with me to consume at my villa
Another fan of Lanzarote here. Its quiet and friendly. The food is generally of a decent standard most places. The weed scene is very, very easy to integrate into. Some places are pricey. Outdoor weed is good there, they can do 3 grows a year! The best thing about the canaries is its proximity to morocco. Lanzarote is awash with good clean hashes from lovely polms to oily hassans. All hashes are available and are cheap. Ive only ever seen locals smoke hash. Never weed. Some clubs are overpriced. Stay off the strips/proms. Enjoy

Any major city, but if you're looking to ''maximize'' the quality and variety of weed/hash etc. available then definitely Barcelona. Madrid is decent, tons of clubs but harder to find top quality, Valencia as well has a lot and honestly the quality on avg is prbly better in valencia given you don't have an onslaught of tourists that make it so most clubs operate as lil shops to sell them kind of shitty weed like in madrid. But honestly literally any city that has tourists will have at least one club.
Seville is great, I was a member of the ‘kong’ club there which had a fab selection of weed, hash and pollens for good prices.

Same location, but last June. Really enjoyed it. Went to MagZ and mood 420. MagZ was basically a really good and relaxed dam coffee shop. All the products looked amazing - the hash was all really good. Mood 420 was a villa with a pool that was so relaxing. The owner was super chilled and the menu was small but quality.

That just plain not true, I've been to over 20 clubs all over spain never once not been able to leave with my product. Obviously it not legal outside but they're just going to tell you if you get caught never say you got it from here.
I was in playa blanca (lanzarote) in January. 3 spots to choose from, ended up at weed mania so can't comment on others, but WM were great, and no issues taking away, provided you stayed for 10-15 mins, so enough for a wee sample.
Both flower and hash were great, as someone else has said, you cat knock the hash being so close to morroco, it was really good.

I think most sellers avoid PO boxes. It's annoying cos most UK vendors offer same day delivery but it seems like not to Spain. Might be worth speaking to them directly as they might be able to sort you out with the delivery?

It could be one of the UK Paneolus species, some contain psylocybin but I wouldn't risk it unless you are 100% able to identify the specie.
You're better off looking for liberty caps or wavy caps (the wavy caps will be easy to identify as they should stain blue if bruised).
Best advice I can give you is to seek a copy of Stamet's book "Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World: An Identification Guide".

Im usually using a safety razor and beard trimmer combo. And a little shaving foam.

Was just wondering how do people prevent and what solutions do people do when it comes to sideburn?
Occasional loose pocket (happens occasional 😬) on the roll and just damp down heavier en it 👍
A proper clean roll. Get that right and side burn is rarely an issue. Ensuring the joint packed down properly, with no large air gaps.
Good quality product. Finely ground. Each bit of flower varies, so does the grind it requires to smoke well.
When smoking avoid long drags. Keep puffs short to medium.
Touch up joint with a lighter when going awry to bring the burn in line.

jar your weed with 62% humidity packs, if you do backy and weed that should be enough providing you grind the weed. Make sure you tap down the joint propery to compact and remove loose parts of the joint.
I have noticed that topping down the joint results in a harder pull!
I like my joints a little more airy to allow flow. This is has resulted in tapping the joint and then running my fingers up the joint to loosen it back out a little bit

fair one, i dont mind a hard pull. the looseness is probaby the root cause of most of you problem with the side burning, id imagine best in your case if your bacy and weed, maybe try layering it a little. Good luck!

Mix.your backy and herb in the grinder lid or in a small ramekin or bowl before rolling and then you should find this happening a lot less, also 'tapping' the doobie to organise the contents will slightly shorten the j but also help prevent this
Imo, if its packed correctly I never get sideburn.
Note if your mixing with baccie though. Do a smaller layer of baccie first, layer the weed, then another small layer of bacci on top. That solved any side burn issues I had when I smoked mixes

Exactly as Zapgaz says - little dab of saliva just at the head of the fast burn. Also, turn the bifter so the slow burning bit is at the top. I'm the habit of doing both of these without really thinking about it every few draws just to maintain an even burn.
Yeah so I find putting the slow burning bit at the top so it over hangs burns off. I just although scientifically heat rises and show it should sort the side burn out if the heat is rising into it!

My method is that I don't roll the spliff tight, it's more that I roll a perfect cone that the weed sits in. Then several hard taps on the table. I lose a centimetre from the top of the spliff, but I can't remember the last time I had side burn. I also use actitube charcoal filters, so never get roach ick, and it's a smoother smoke.

Really good weed doesn't sideburn if all the different factors are lined up. It has to be not to dry,definitely not still damp or quicky cured and, in my largely overrated opinion, picked apart by fingers not ground down by a grinder. Grinders dust up your weed to much and it burns at a slower speed. When you pick it into its natural bits n bobs it seems to burn way better. Maybe it's just me. We all have our little rituals 😶🌫️
I only ever had a problem with it when I bought poor quality weed. I think it comes down to being good at rolling and having good weed.
I do layers, especially with hash. For hash, I'll do a layer of tobacco and middle layer of hash and then a bit more tobacco so the hash is in the middle of the joint.

Could work a lot of ways. Support would be a nice thing to offer to noobs especially in their non-english native language but also with item selection and bitcoin help. You're basically making a premium tier that lots of noobs would like. You could also make a rebate on their 1st purchase since you will be able to see that in your ref code transactions.

We don't track referrals by day and have limited access to data in the current program. This does give us a chance to treat people individually though. We are always happy to look at an any individual's progress and help them grow. Generally speaking to make it to 5% your commissions should be in the $1,000s of revenue per month league.

Heya, I appreciate the comment, my phenos are extremely rare cuttings sourced from growers abroad that have won cups, I can also sell lemon, stardawg etc clones for £5 each.. but these clones alone go for a few hundred plus and that’s if you even manage to source the breeders cut etc… if it isn’t for you I totally understand but no point being negative about my pricing when I have to pay an arm and leg to source the clones alone… Also most of these phenos weren’t about 25 years ago…. I think cigarettes actually enhance the taste and smell of the terps in a spliff. I find it a lot more dull when I smoke raw. Just tickly as fuck.

the anticipation of getting high, including buying, receiving and rolling /preparing is more enjoyable than actually being blazed. but somehow sober me cant wait to blaze, and blazed me is always a bit anxious and paranoid.

Totally agree, as strains get crossed more and more the tastes and effects are getting similar across all types
OG's are hard to come by - I remember when cheese was everywhere in the 90's and the taste and smell was out of this world, even purple haze has disappeared and the terps were amazing with a knockout hit

I think there has to be an element of nostalgia or rose tinted specs but seems to me the feeling is so common that there must be some truth to it. It's certainly the case that I haven't come across anything with that old school skunky, cheesey, funk that used to seem so common. Original strains like cheese, northern lights, ak47, jack herrer, afghan kush etc are all things i miss.

I can't stand it when people say they got 'gassed' off a product in reviews. Something about the word cringes me out (I know it's unreasonable).
Hybrid ratios mean almost nothing, not sure how you could ensure which percentage of which parent comes through in the offspring or realistically claim 60/40, 50/50 etc.
If you knew that you started with 1 100% indica and 1 100% sativa then technically the offspring should be 50/50 , however from experience I can tell you that some would hold more indica traits and other Sativa....Pretty sure they just estimate it and hope for the best

Hello RB, that sounds pretty amazing. Me personally, i prefer indica strains, all day. But if there's a nice sativa like Maui or Acapulco, I won't miss it. Sadly these days its pretty hard and rare to find something like this. Even OG genetics.. You've literally whetted my appetite, it must be really great strain.. scammers are very often hard coded for touchiness (usually they feel deeply cheated in childhood).

We would feel we live by those 4 rules but lately we are being pushed out by the algorithm if anything has changed recently can we change it back please, We conduct business as usual but our topics our basically invisible and our new items don't show on the wall our old items are in a freefall we always try to stay positive and have patience but we have seen zero rotation in the items wall all week whereas usually it would change only a daily basis making things fair for all and our topics seem to be invisible, why hide the Canadian we are the life of the party :)

After 14 months of lb systems working perfect I’ve woke up today to find out by a good few loyal customers that we are not on the item wall anymore and I have also noticed my new comp is not going onto the topics board after posting yesterday

New to selling on LB and discovering more to this site everyday. Only just read this topic and it's very fascinating to say the least. At first I thought my account had some technical issues but I've now come to realise the wall hasn't approved of us yet. I wonder if this is the same reason our store doesn't have the images I uploaded when creating the listings?

What's your thoughts on 'static' hash?
Whilest I do agree that plastic has static charge and it attracts trichomes but at the same time it does also attract lighter plant material ie.: trim, vacuum packing trim is a little challenging due to the static charge that make the trim stick to the bags making it impossible to seal the bags so that there is no trim on the outside of the bag.
In the past I have also been suggesting the use of small plastic blender for grinding your weed because you can have your own static hash over time as the trichomes build up on the side of the plastic jug. This will also collect a bit of plant material but mostly will be static kief/hash.
All that said I watched a few videos of people making static hash and I cannot see what's the point of it other than playing with their kief like kids play with fine sand. I mean they dry sift the kief to like 90micron and then drag a glove or other plastic through that and collect the kief again that way. I just can't see it being any different from already sifted kief other than the fact they loose more in the process giving them less yield in the end.
Here's a photo of some 150 micron kief I got recently. I could drag a plastic glove and collect the whole thing over time and can then call it static hash?
If I collect the trim the same way then I can call it static trim? 😂

Colour has everything to do with freshness look it up mate. Those heads will turn dark when exposed to heat and over time due to oxidisation.

In theory the trichomes react differently to a static charge than plant matter. The way hair is attracted to a balloon when you rub it. The electro static machines look pretty convincing on YouTube. The static hash I've had has been decent but as TGS say WPFF is where the action is at. That'll knock yer socks off.

The WPFF frozen hash will likely be one of the strongest things you'll ever smoke. The name maybe misleading I guess but the hash you get is not a gimmick.
The electro static machines look incredible. But to your point the process is run repeatedly on the same material as it will only filter so much per run. Ultimately though it does separate trichomes from plant material.

It cannot possibly be stronger than the starting material. THC doesn't just multiply during the cold cure it will be the same strength. The point of fresh frozen is to preserve the terps at their "peak". Hash that's been decarbed/heat pressed will loose most of the terps and same goes for "older" stuff.
It can be purer than the starting materials though if your method is good and only takes the frozen trichome heads. The people who make artisan hash like piatella also look for strains where the trichomes are a certain shape specifically with the plan to remove mostly heads. Whereas the starting material includes malformed / small trichomes, stalks and other plant material, the hash should be mostly heads so is stronger as you're only smoking the high quality stoning bit. Buy some off someone like The Hash Collective and see how it is. Proof will be in the pudding.
If strength would be the goal then it won't get any stronger than pure THC distillate. The point of wpff is to preserve the terps at their best. I read up on it and it's just cold curing the fresh frozen hash in a vacuum. I tried it, people love it. Mine was only cured for about a month due to high demand. I doubt any seller could provide anything more fresh than what I have straigth from the source.
Strength isn't the only goal else it'd taste like crap and may as well be made in a lab. But it's about preserving just the perfect trichomes. Some of that is strain selection as mentioned. It is however stronger than the bud. I could argue it all day but best way is to try it. Pepsi challenge it against your bit. Have you had the proper piatella - the effect is unreal. It hits you immediately. It's not my favourite thing to smoke at all but I can see why people pay lots for it. It's a markedly different effect.
It's really about flavour and texture, the strength will be dependent on the thc levels of the strain used:

Fresh frozen (also used for making live resin) I feel like another gimmick...Freeze the buds 'live' (right after harvest) then extract the trichs. Bubble hash as far as I remember refers to ice water extracted hash from the finest micron bag that is just kief extracted with ice water instead dry sifting but for how long those 'live' trichs stay alive? They also start 'aging' oxidising as soon as they processed so by the time it gets to the consumer is it still 'live'?
Exactly this these 'new' processes seem to be purely for achieving the highest tested thc percentage in a lab test.

All solventless methods use 200 - 60 micron screens for filtering but is it worth seperating the different size heads once it's down to 120-100micron there's likely little to no plant material left in there so what's the point further filtering out the smaller heads?
It’s definitely worth separating the different grades. Hopefully all the plant material will have been collected in the 180 bag. It doesn’t necessarily get better the finer you go. Usually the top grade is in the 73 bag, this is the size of the most ripe, most potent, most tasty resin heads. Sometimes a sative plant will have finer resin heads and the top grade can be found in the 45 bag. The 25 bag has all the unripe, tiny, or broken glands, along with the sticks the resin head sits on.
Fresh frozen will increase the flavour and reduce plant contamination, is also useful for removing resin. As is already frozen. I would say less total harvest though.

I don't see the point to seperate further than 150micron. Do the different size heads give a different high or is it just the taste? At 150 all the goodness is there but what makes 75 bag the top grade? What does it still removing from the 150 batch? At 150 it will all be cannabinoids terps, thc, cbd etc.

It’s because the 73 most closely matches the size of a resin gland at peak potency. The smaller less ripe/potent glands will pass through onto the next size, whilst other larger stuff such as the stalks (which is still resin just nowhere near as potent) will be caught in the bags above. The resulting product is usually full melt bubble hash. I personally think it’s worth the extra hassle, it’s definitely stronger. I would usually combine the other grades anyway. Maybe on a second run I would collect it all together.

The point is to isolate the most potent and tasty part of the plant. Most stuff on the market is a blend of usually 120 - 70 microns. The other grades would just ruin the quality. And would probably be used in edibles, or low grade. I’d combine what’s left after extracting the 73 because I just feel they’re not really worth keeping seperate. But extracted all together the 73 would make up nearly half the yield anyway (if grown well) So all together still a good smoke, just diluted down.

i don't think so . . . . if you're combining stronger grades with weaker grades, the weaker grades dilute the stronger grades.

With alcohol you have only alcohol % but there's a lot more than just THC in the kief and also the difference in % would be minimal between different micron sizes. If you wanted to compare to alcohol a more accurate number would be adding a pint of 6% guiness to a pint of 6.5% guiness extra (if there's such).

I get what you’re saying. Yes, with the 90 and 120 the difference is minimal. Between say 180 to 25 the difference is substantial. You just can’t get top grade by adding the inferior grades
I don't agree that the smaller the better. Even you said in your previous comment that less than 73 would mostly be broken and or immature heads and stalks. Any larger grade up to 120-150ish will have more complete large and mature heads all from the same strain with the same thc levels.

Oxidisadion is always going to occur at one point. Its a very arduous process that really only increases quality by preserving terpenes. A serious home grower who is into squishing and has a home rosin press can enjoy this experience every day for little money. (Or a hugely comparable experience at least)

If you had 1kg of dry sift to split between you and another person, would you be happy for them to use static techniques to select their half 🤔
Sure the static will attract larger bits aswell as smaller ones. I'd be annoyed tho that my half would be exposed to air for long time whilest it's being done plus the friction caused by the techniques would make my half loose some terps so I wouldn't say I'd be over the moon happy.
TheGoodStuff's Gush Mintz static is some of the finest solids I've smoked, worth every penny!
It is a gimmick really. Its really for small batch artisanal production, and even then the amount of attention spent will only increase the quality a tiny percentage because the hash is already good. Static cleaning pioneered its way in the cannabis cup scene with strain producers trying to one up on other breeders and make perfect hash. Truly the cleanest hash a lot of times is ice/iceolator/bubble bag. I dont think this is soley due to the way the trichomes are seperated and sorted. I believe that water plays a big part in cleaning the hash. All cannabis plants are sticky as fuck. Imagine just how much dust and airborne dirt has an opportunity to stick to it in its life. Water cured bud is also a really clean trippy buzz. When I grow plants I pay as much attention to carbon filtering air in as I do out. Now THAT makes a huge difference. Why is it ok to grind a bud that is %80 plant matter yet we are baulking at the sight of %2 plant matter in hash? A lot has been lost as traditional drysift landrace hashes disappear. Full spectrum hash made from males and females, seeded or not, grown in the sun and beaten over the zero zero screen in the hills of Chefchouen are sadly slipping away from the uk scene. The hash scene in spain is mad. Even the canaries is fantastic with spanish modern pollems and import hassans all over the place. The uk seems to be struggling. The trouble with all this piatella nonsense is that folks will all too easily make a formula replica with terps and dodgy distillate.

That piatella sounds simple enough to make and test but at the end of the day it is the same kief processed into a different consistency. The purest form of hash must be the unprocessed kief.
hash is just keif pressed into a block for more convinient handling. It turns brown, black over time on the outside and that's why it's brighter inside when break them open. Hash is a degraded form of kief. By the time it's dark and solid it would have lost a lot of it's terps and potency.

It still sounds like a gimmick tbh. Again the static collection methods I've seen can collect all the bits just keep drag the glove over the kief and done. Won't change the kief itself if anything dragging the plactic throught as they do it in the videos create friction, warms up the kief slightly but the waxy consistency suggest heat being introduced at some point during the process or storage. Same as heat pressed rosin can change its consistency from shatter like to sappy wax like depending on tempreture it pressed and stored etc.

think of it relative to any instrument, the music won't exist without the human programming it. a song is a combination of several layers of these programming decisions.

For eg the improvement in its video generation in 1 year is pretty remarkable. Imagine every brilliantly insane artist having an unlimited budget to tell epics at a tiny fraction of the real cost. So who knows where it'll go. Wild times.
I'd also add (as someone said) that everyone thought we'd all lose interest in playing chess when computers completely outstripped us, and that hasn't remotely happened. Creativity will surely go on, as you say. Humans are resilient.
I can't say I'm not worried though. I think about it a lot. At its best superintelligent AI could be almost a godlike presence that heals us in every way and improves on our "lowly natures". At its worst it could be some corporate demon we unleash or a mindless self-propagating machine that treats us like ants.

So who knows where it'll go. Wild times.
I'd also add (as someone said) that everyone thought we'd all lose interest in playing chess when computers completely outstripped us, and that hasn't remotely happened. Creativity will surely go on, as you say. Humans are resilient.
I can't say I'm not worried though. I think about it a lot. At its best superintelligent AI could be almost a godlike presence that heals us in every way and improves on our "lowly natures". At its worst it could be some corporate demon we unleash or a mindless self-propagating machine that treats us like ants.

NDD is no longer guaranteed and depends on the vendor cut off. You’ll get it tomorrow no doubt. Tracked 24 is often three days and tracked 48 can be a week. The need for speed causes more angst on LB than just about anything else. We just need to place our orders in good time and be patient for a peaceful life.

Royal Mail SNDD taken to somewhere with loads of CCTV and accepted before the cut off (which is printed on your receipt) is still a guaranteed ND service.
I've never lost a special delivery. Not a single one. We sent over 2500 parcels special delivery and never lost one. They don't lose specials in my experience. It's either delayed or it hasn't been sent.

What will probably have happened is that they printed a SNDD label on your package and dropped it in a post box (instead of taking it to a Post Office) which hasn't been collected today.

I had his happen a few weeks ago but then post man returned about 2pm same day with the parcel. Apparently it reached the depot late
I don't think it's likely to be stolen tbh, there's a much higher chance it was delayed somewhere. It could still turn up today, but even SNDD is never 100% guaranteed. I've had Tracked24's take 3 working days before so sometimes it's just the network

No worries! It is absolutely jarring when something like this happens but it could be something as simple as the postie made their pickup earlier than usual so it didn't get collected yesterday, I think even with special delivery, the "next day" timer only starts when they've scanned the parcel into the network

I was like a kid in a sweet shop on LB when I first joined. While that feeling hasn't ever quite left me I had really started to zone into my favourites and derivatives of late and had gotten into a bit of a loop.
More Sparkle
When it came to order time I was becoming less excited and as I'd seek out the same things on repeat it felt more mundane. It was a chore like popping to the supermarket. Now, in many ways, that's exactly how buying dried herbs online should feel like and I fully adore Little Biggy for making it so, but I just wanted to get a little bit of the sparkle back into our relationship.
Oranges Are Not The Only Fruit
I've probably mentioned previously once or twice that I quite like orange bud for example. So things like Green Cats Mimosa or Cannabis Cannibals Superboof were an obvious match for my tastes and I have repeatedly thrown my coins at those sorts of products. I've actually got a little Mimosa tucked away from Green Cat currently. Lovely stuff. I'm not faulting it for a moment.
Changing Behaviours
However, for my most recent order I fancied something different than I usually go for. But what? How do I change up the monotony of my own purchase behaviour loop?
Fear
While I wanted to roll the dice on something different I didn't want to end up stuck with weed I don't enjoy. That fear was holding me back.
Budget
I'm on a budget like I suspect many people here are so I can't just keep buying endless bits of weed until I find something that tickles my fancy, I have to smoke what I buy. Yes, not exactly a hardship, but it's still my reality and so whatever I do buy I'm making a commitment to.
Leap Of Faith
I decided to put my faith and trust in the Green Cat buyers ratings for my new choice as I was ordering a super-cheapie there anyway. Things like the Silver Bubble or the more recent Red Kush are incredibly well priced stash fillers.

I looked through the recent GC ratings and I picked from the things you folks rated the highest at the time. These are your 9.9's. So this introduction was basically just a very long way to say that if this all goes badly then I'm blaming you. It is everyone else's fault but mine.
My Order
I ended up ordering two flavour types I've had before but that I didn't really love. I went for Apple Fritter and Cream Soda. I really hoped the GC customers were onto something I'd missed. Both of these were at 9.9 ratings - albeit on fairly low volumes of reviews. I couldn't help but feel that I may be doing a stupid thing here but it was a new thing and I felt excited by it so I ran with it.
An Exercise In Trust
This is the cannabis buying equivalent of the trust exercise when you stand up then have to fall backwards with your eyes shut and rely upon someone catching you so you don't stack it into the floor. Will the GC customers have my back and catch me? Or am I hitting the deck? Let's find out.
Apple Fritter

Let's start with the Apple Fritter. This is 65 bucks a quarter. I've had an apple strain before and I didn't like it. It had an unpleasant tang and a headiness I didn't get on with. Even as I write that sentence I am reviewing my own stupidity. There will be no need for anyone to point this out to me if it goes badly.
Grinding Apple
The Apple Fritter unsurprisingly has an apple smell immediately in the grinder. There's more complexity than that but it's fully earned at least half its name. Since I'm not an apple fan my first thought is to wonder what the hell I was thinking. However, we're all in and committed now so let's see what's what.
Smoking Apple
Lighting up I'm met with nice thick smoke and an initial musk note that reminds me of the old musky silver haze flavour I can't seem to find anywhere.
At first I thought it was going to be like a fruity nerds which has a similar backnote. But this is quickly overpowered with sour notes that remind me of an apple laced sour diesel. This sourness is packaged up inside some sweeter notes making it a really interesting and balanced smoke that remains tasty and varied throughout.
I Like It
I'm enjoying it much more than I expected. Which is good as I've bought a bit of it so I'll be chugging at it for a couple of days.
The hit has a heady few minutes to kick off which is then eased with a slow hitting but heavier chilled stone. So it's not manic or too cerebral. It does get your attention but is very easy to get along with.
Overall
Overall it's a lovely smoke and I thank the good people of Little Biggy for rating it highly and thus aiming me at it for purchase.

It's 1-0 to the GC reviewers so far. Will they bang in the winner? I've had cream strains a few times and I don't fully understand them. I don't dislike them the way I dislike Stardawg or Lemon Haze but I generally don't seem to get along with them.
Generally they've seemed to me to be a way to dilute a nicer flavour that was trying to get out. Again I don't need anyone to point out my own stupidity for ordering something I might not like but so far it's actually worked out great.

The Cream Soda has decent sized buds that are pretty dense. Like the apple it's also 65 bucks a quarter.
Grinding Cream
In the grinder it immediately reminds me of Gelato. It's not a derivative strain though as far as I know.
Smoking Cream
Sparking it up the first drag was a little muted but the early tastes I get are subtle notes of cream with a gassy or kushy note. Maybe there's a blue hint in there. Maybe it's not as fruity as a blue and it's more like a red wine. For me the cream does dull this but it is slick and velvety smooth to smoke. Perhaps that's a core appeal to cream fans.
Creamed
The stone is decently strong but very easy. It arrives as smoothly as it smokes so it's like it's giving you a bit of a cuddle. It's a very safe high but not by any means weak. It keeps on arriving after you think it's arrived. Then it arrives some more. But it's a reassuring high that is easy going and feels like everything is pretty okay.
Quality Check
I'm going to dip into this again later as it may have been a little muted because I'd been at the apple for a while. You won't have to wait though as this is not a live performance.
Round Two
Okay we're going for round two on the Cream Soda. In the grinder, along with the vanilla that reminds me of Gelato is a sort of soured port barrel smell like a cookies or a Durban strain. Perhaps these are the soured wine and fruit notes I was trying to describe earlier.
Second Smoke
Smoking the second one I'm still at butter cream icing flavours that stifle potentially fruitier notes. It still reminds me of a creamy gelato. It is a nice strong smoke and I am enjoying it though.
The more I plow through it the more I enjoy the stone which really is lovely and keeps on rolling in after you stub. However, for me, it's just missing a magic something. There's nothing wrong with the weed itself - I'm pretty sure that the cream lovers at GC were correct with their high rating - it's just a flavour that's just not quite right for me.
Flavour wise it is both literally and figuratively a bit too vanilla for my tastes. I'm still glad I've tried it though and the strong stone is well worth it.
Conclusion
- Will I do this again?
Yes, I'll push my comfort zone and put my trust in the LB community more often. Maybe I'll buy some Lemon Haze or Stardawg next to really test my limits.
- Which was the best strain?
The Apple is definitely my preference but the cream is probably the stronger of the two.

I'm glad I tried a couple of different flavours outside of my usual comfort zone. One I'll have again, one probably not so much. Sorry cream lovers. Tastiest Apple strain I've had has actually been from Capital Steez, the White Apple Tartz. I almost cant bring myself to finish it, just love cracking that jar open and giving it a big sniff, smells sooooo good!

I've looked at Capital before - they're the US based vendor aren't they? Looks like nice stuff but I've never imported before. Have only used UK vendors.
Yeah they're US based, and it was a one off really with the prices at the time, and had a mate willing to split it, but very nice stuff. Hopefully they get someone based in the UK to import and sell from the UK, but its unlikely I guess.
I've thought about it a few times where there have been low cost US or Thai vendors but never seen it through as I see some people importing run into complications.
Great read BigRoo that apple fritters has me tempted. It is on my list, maybe have to do a fruit bowl order one month and just get different fruit flavours.
I used the reviews to do a tour of vendors I have missed. I basically looked for any vendor that I hadn't used who had 9.7 or above, had been here for a couple of years, and was selling something I was buying.
I still use my main vendors for most orders but there are now a few more on my tried, tested and approved list and still a few I plan on trying out in the future.

I've become pretty averse to trying new vendors - especially newly established vendors. It's a little unfair as some of them go on to be brilliant and it must be tough getting some traction here.

Aye. It's a lovely bit. I went through mine pretty quickly. I'm still not a massive fan of the cream though.
A lot of the opening salvo resonates (kid in sweet shop etc). In terms of why i tend to gravitate towards certain sellers (ive had 3 main ones and another 2/3 that i use occasionally), i’m not 100% the same. Obviously budget is relevant, but the biggest thing for me is stealth. It could be an absolute nightmare for me if stealth isnt great, so once ive taken the plunge and confirmed a seller isnt sending packages that stink, i tend to stick with them.
I’m less bothered by trying something i end up not liking. Ive had a few that havent been for me, but in, god what must be well over 100 strains tried off of lb, ive only ever had 1 that was really bad. The irony being that it came from a smaller, potentially niche vendor, and absolutely everyones reviews on the same product absolutely raved about it. I thought it was basically unsmokable and gave it to someone else. This was back in the day (probably 2021) where there wasnt much on biggy for less than $40 for a 3.5, so i didnt do it lightly!
Fortunately my go to vendors have generally got pretty extensive menus so that helps!

I too tend to use the same trusted vendors on repeat. Every so often a new one enters my list - usually off the back of an orange order. I've not had many bad bits from LB but it's not zero.
Agree about stealth - that's a non negotiable quality for a vendor. I'd never order twice from somewhere that stealth wasn't up to standard.

The other thing for me is if a seller has a particular strain i absolutely love. Hands down the nicest flower ive ever smoked was a gelato 45 a couple of years back so if that ever comes up i’ll often try the respective seller after trawling their reviews!

I've not had or heard of frittlez I don't think. KIG grew some orangina a while back that was a fantastic orange bud. I've got some of their current strains to try out this weekend.

Thanks man. In defence of the cream it is a nice bud but just not one for me. I can see why people like it without actually liking it myself. Whereas stuff like thin mint cookies are a total mystery to me. Apple was lovely though. I'd have that again.

Of the two I reckon the cream is stronger and probably the nicer stone. I'd still choose the apple as it's just lovely to smoke though.

Loved the review of the strains. I'm in the same boat of "Stick with what you know and trust" kind of attitude which stops me from trying new strains and vendors.

Always got some Stardawg from RB as my "safe" strain and if THC got a strain that doesn't require me to dig through multiple websites to find out if the effects are for me, then i'll give a new strain a try.

Thanks for your kind words man. Honestly means a lot. I think it's easy to get stuck in a purchase loop. Supermarkets move all their stuff around just to shake up our buying patterns. We are creatures of habit.
