They won’t last forever but hopefully a bit longer if I do clean them, plus £13 for 6 bags is obscene so I’d rather not pay that along with contributing more single-use plastics to the environment.

With Volcano's you can make your own with turkey bags and just buy the mouthpiece from S&B. It's a bit tricky but easy once you get the hang of it. Looking on YouTube, you can do the same with your vaporizer.

How can it be right that I can walk into any pharmacy and buy opioids without a prescription(Nurofen Plus contains Codeine) and yet it is "illegal" to take thc,found naturally in cannabis plants???....Total Madness!!!

The hypocrisy of the government is staggering.

It is completely acceptable to receive cannabis through a private clinic, pay a completely unreasonable price for the flowers, and be exempt from legal ramifications.

The people who run the clinics are largely ex bankers who have seen an opportunity to make a few quid.

I would assume many of them are even Tory party members/ donors. There have been instances of prominent cabinet politicians profiteering from exporting cannabis grown in this country, while pushing anti drug policy.

I have used a “Mighty” vape with hash it has an adjustable temperature and plenty of accessories for different stuff, works great for me. Little pad of steel wool for oil, also chamber at the top Collects wax like resin after being used to vape hash, can be scraped out and makes for a great smoke

I use a dynavap with cotton bacon(vaping fibre) you can get it from Amazon or eBay, then you don't mess up your screen.

you can at a high heat, but hash leaves alot of oily residue which will block parts of the vape or insert

You need to be looking at full-melt bubblehash if you're trying to dab it, dry sift won't really work. You can vape hash though... just a bit fiddly. Like Zappytrocar said, the residue is the main problem... so I put hash into cotton wool, or wrap it in hemp fibre, then put it in the vape (this means you can pull out the whole oily residue mess along with the cotton etc). I've got a dedicated Dynavap just for hash.

Couldn’t find hemp fibre but found a 80% cotton, 20% hemp blend that’s used for e cig wicks and it’s worked a treat. The process will take some refining and I’m puffing on my crafty as I write so haven’t seen the mess yet but I’m certainly enjoying this Porsche stamp dry sift. Thanks! And thanks to grumpybloke if you read this as you also suggested the same! - update - no mess whatsoever!

I only really touch hash and I use a s&b crafty plus which does a nice job of vaping.


You have to put in a little insert/pad thingy and have it on a higher heat setting but you really taste the hash and it has the desired effect obvs.

I don’t know about the pax 3 but I’m sure it’ll do the trick.

I've vaped hash in several vapes - you usually need a higher heat setting, but depends on the hash. I used to use a little pure cotten pad that I'd rest the hash on purely to catch any residue as it can a pain to clean otherwise.

I’m about to hit up the Vapman with a Sunday Double Bill : Afghan Black to start followed by Bubble Hash. These work just great but melty hashes will do just that-melt- which is going to cause too much of a mess in the oven.
The Mighty dosing capsules for concentrates work with most things, but the Vapman is exceptional with the right hash..🤩

This is an old post. I’ve since got a dynavap that I use for hash as you can get a higher heat and it works brilliantly. I use cotton hemp fibre and wrap up a little hash package for vaping.

I have a dynavap and have vaped hash but then had to clean it out. I have not heard of this cotton hemp fibre bit before, but it sounds like it's just what I need!!

Weirdest thing was the intense dreams. Not bad dreams, just dreams that wake me up 30 times a night. Exhausting!

I once had a forced t-break while staying with family and I can still remember one of the dreams I had. I was caught up in a terrorist attack and it was proper full-on but somehow not really a nightmare. I woke up about 20 times but every time I went back to sleep, the dream picked up again and carried on, it was properly weird. I was knackered the next day but also amazed at how vividly I could still remember the details of everything that had happened.

I personally like the crazy dreams when I'm on a break but can understand why some wouldn't.

Try taper off your usage, discipline yourself and cut down usage. Then when it comes to the actual T break I've heard people using CBD to help, but not something I've tried personally.

First couple of days end up being the worst, but try keep yourself busy & question your cravings, if you can catch yourself wanting a toke you can talk yourself out of it 👌

Having said that if you're using it medicinally then do whatever works for you, people ain't taking t breaks for prescription meds.. 🙄

I have real problems getting to sleep if I'm on a break and that's usually the hardest part. CBD flower definitely helps with that for me, it won't get you stoned but can help to chill you out and calm the mind a bit. Doesn't seem to work for everyone but worth a go IMO.

My last break was the end of September 22 (now march23). I never intended on using daily but a combo of work and life challenges meant I started to rely on a daily smoke, vape or cookie (sometimes all 3) to get me to sleep.
A new job meant I had an unexpected 3 weeks off. I enjoyed the first 2 but wanted to have a clear head so decided a break was in order. I reduced my intake over a few days but still had issues with lack of sleep and the sweats- I proper stank in the mornings! Some Nytol have helped with the sleep and tonight will be night 4 without. Sleep is still not great but manageable. I’ll get to the end of the week and reward with a smoke on Friday.
I remember I made the mistake of hitting a vape cart after my last break. One hit and I had to lay down for 20 minutes!! Think I’ll stick to bud this time!!

Reading your experience makes me realise what an addictive drug THC really is.
Taking a t-break is a bit like a smack head going through hell after stopping heroin just to addict themselves again once they have 'Kicked it's crazy if you ask me. Once you get free I would probably stay free for a long time if I was you

Start mix in cbd to at least a 1:1 ratio. Then just one or to hits before bed for a couple of weeks. Then quit and the first night take some drowsy anti histamines . Then take another hit or two after four nights before quitting for however ever long you want to. This is a good taper imo

a distillate vape each week keeps you sleeping, keeps the sweats away, and will give you a decent 'buzz', it's very hard to describe, if you hit it hard.
Going full cold turkey isn't pleasant, after a few days you sweat heard and then your sleep gets screwed.

How and what you using ?

I'm on a t break at the mo and have been for about 1/2 months so far. I'm resetting my tolerance ready for Glasto!!

My personal advice/tips:

Cold turkey. You literally need no THC to reset the receptors. THC can be in your system for up to 3 months, so for a proper reset, it's 2/3 months of no THC. You will see and feel the benefits this way.

Depending on why you are using THC might determine how to deal with the break. For example, I used to help sleep and to chill the mind of overthinking so for me, getting the natural sleep cycle back was the 'issue'. The overthinking wasn't as tough. The clearer head actually helps. Too long as a daily smoker can reduce the benefit of the chilled head that weed gives and you can end up just overthinking whilst still consuming. Motivation is zapped as a daily consumer too.

Sleep - to get that natural cycle back, go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday, even if you're on a day off from work, you get up at the same time, my wake time is 08:30. The first week or 2 I had broken, interrupted sleep which left me tired at 08:30. Tough shit, I still got up (no naps in the afternoon as that can make getting to sleep at night even worse. If you must nap, do it before 3pm). This cycle comes back pretty quickly, it's not forever. You WILL get vivid dreams BECAUSE when you go to bed stoned, you are going to bed sedated essentially and you will not get your natural REM sleep cycles. This is when we process the days activities, create memories (if you smoke daily and tend to forget things, this is why), have dreams. Your brain will have a back log, if you like, of REM sleep cycles that it's been trying to give you so when you stop going to bed sedated, this back log just goes mad and you get your dreams. This settles down when your cycle comes back.

Your entire feeling/emotions/attitude etc improves the longer you stay THC free. After a couple of weeks you're pretty much back to natural cycles and then it's straight forward. Generally.

Celebrate the little wins. This helps a positive outlook. The money you saved for example, the clearer head, the motivation for anything coming back etc etc it's all for the greater good.

I'm getting back to a irregular smoking habbit because I want that stoned/couch lock feeling again, and that will only happen with irregular smoking, not daily smoking. Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing.

CBD can help, but our bodies are amazing things, and will adapt.

Irregular smoking will give you the benefits at a higher degree. Regular smoking sees these benefits slowly degrade.

T breaks are a good thing, not a bad thing. It's the mental attitude that helps succeed.

1) just buy three holy grail v3..usually three are enough
2) running early morning everyday

The Wire - best thing ever written. Slow burner due to complication of story, but it is relatable as the war on drugs does not have a start or end to it, and street dealing doesn't just start, therefore you are immediately immersed in the story without even realising. Only figured that out the second time watching it. Also some great visual metaphors throughout. Also note there is no cue music to instigate feelings. All music is from source, i.e. car radio, night club. Only cue music is when Avon enters the lowrisers for the first time

The Ozark - Although breaking bad is good, it's not worth the hype. This is the older cooler brother of breaking bad. Calculated and intense at times. Story is always moving forward with real character progression

Altered Carbon - Absolutely fantastic sci-fi with great visuals and a great story line. Really left me itching to read the book, and I'm not a sci-fi fan

Arrested Development - Intelligent comedy with so much layered jokes you can watch this five times and still find punch lines you never noticed before

People Just Do Nothing - Threw this on not expecting much which is perhaps why I found it to be so good. Off the wall characters made completely believable by the actors playing the parts. Excellent idea, excellent execution.

Peep Show - This is a classic, you need to watch this

Trailer Park Boys - Another classic everyone here should be able to relate to

Big Mouth - Great for a background watch, but really funny and does take you back to your teenage years at times, haha

Fargo - Beautiful cinematography, great story captured very close to the original film. Billy Bob absolutely shines in this role in season one

Life On Mars - Made in early naughties, but just as relevant as today

Dark Tourist - good short run of a different kind of travel show. The kind of travel I like too

The Wolves Of Yellowstone - Nature documentary that has a story line Walt Disney would be proud of. Really makes you realise the balance of nature

Utopia - Such an underrated British TV series

It's Always Sunny In Philidelphia - Great zany show about dysfunctional friends who live in their own world, and drink in their own pub causing all kinds of ridiculous antics

Homeland - Great series that will always have you wondering what, or who is next

The Killing - Only recommend the first seasons. It drags you along on the witch hunt convincing you you know the answer

Punisher - About time they stuck to the gritty comic. Refreshing that this i not aimed at kids and fattening wallets.

The End Of The Fucking World - Two out there teens who decide to adventure together with, maybe, disastrous consequences

Peep show one of my all time favs and can't to wrong with arrested development what a classic

Sad that they never manager to run the show normally... And probably we won't se another season ever :( love arrested development

Dark on Netflix. German show about time travel set in a village where kids keep going missing every 33 years. Stunning production values, really intricately plotted, three series, all ties together. Loved it. Has an English dub but the German audio with subtitles is best.

Dark is a masterpiece. Watching S2 whilst really baked was transcendent

End of the fucking world is really good. Strange and offbeat which I like. With some characters that don’t give a fuck. And it’s British and very relatable (even though it’s about a lad that thinks he’s a psychopath haha).
