I'd suggest the Aliens are not guilty this time and that these charges can be dropped on the grounds of there being no actual killer virus in the first place. I mean, yeah of course there are still nasties out there that can fuk your shiz up. But there is no deadly contagious virus sweeping the earth for which we all need to shut up shop and hide away.
