I’ve had similar experiences with TGT. Ordered I think 7-8 different strains and I won some in a giveaway.

I’ve had 3 instances of brown, weird smelling bud from them. One was 7g of their Cali pick n mix which they reshipped, another was an intro 1g sample mids so I didn’t care, the last which I found crazy was in their giveaway 😂😂 the 3.5g of rs-11 was ok quality but the 14g of Pineapple Express was incredibly bad, I saw that they had it posted for sale ages ago so thought it was just old stale weed they were clearing off the shelves, but some of the large buds even had seeds in them 🤦‍♂️

Didn’t bother posting about it at the time or messaging them as I just moved on to different vendors. I do miss their rapid delivery though, always came in 1-2 days. Sucks others are having this problem now too. If I had asked them I doubt they would’ve had any issues reshipping it as they didn’t hesitate on the first instance but id rather move on instead, plenty to try here anyway 👍

Had the same experience with the rs11, but when I called them on it a replacement was sorted some days later, I just feel bad for the biggas who don't or won't speak up or worse don't even know they've been had. That's why I love LB. You can get a refund or reship when your not happy/there is a genuine issue.

Things like this scream selective scam. Especially considering you just dropped £500... I'd 100% be disputing my purchase if I was sent that. I wonder where people actually get stuff like this? That looks absolutely terrible, and nothing like the Bubba Kush you were given initially.

I usually hear pretty good things about TGT, but I'd hope they definitely resolve this and at least refund you or send you out what you initially paid for. This looks like the stuff you pay £20 an ounce for from America... Last of it? What a joke... I would rather quit smoking altogether than even attempt to smoke that.

Most vendors work mon to fri so wont be checking messages till monday now . Id give him a chance to reply monday also u can comment on your post and add the image to that instead of creating a new post . Then you have the dispute button if all else fails 9 days after the orders been sent . TGT have impecable reputation so id say its just an accident and will be resolved for you as soon as possible .

I don’t appreciate RM being on strike. Back in September,waited 8 days for a delivery for my wife who has ME. Seems they expect a pay rise coz they worked through covid. So did I and all I got was a £10 Argos voucher. If they can’t guarantee delivery as stated, it should be free. Sooner RM goes bust the better.

It's not because of work during Covid. They just don't want pay cut due to inflation like other striking. Yeah I get it, its inconvenient but if it wasn't, strikes would make no sense.. that's whole point, it need to make impact in order to influence change. I have 3 orders in transit. One on since last week. 2 days of strikes last week, and 2 this week. Its beyond joke now. I supported RM before, but it a fucking nonsense now.

Also, vendors here should have an option for fast delivery with extra $$ if customer is willing to pay.

I ordered from cannapharm over three weeks ago. Nothing. No tracking number. No advice other than wait. I paid for 24hr delivery and they won’t give me the tracking number. Very annoyed.

Ordered on 21 nov, still not recieved 1st class packages.
We even have lost business's on LB who most probably ran their business using royal mail.

I had this issue a few weeks back after a 2 day strike. Package sat at Greenford for 3 days until I messaged their help desk stating it was stuck at an office and was shipped the next day

Good work Ninja but try not to call them as it could cause problems for the sender as they will ask questions like whats the name of the sender etc which u will never know and it could cause a ripple effect.

Also explore all possibilities like your out house, next door neighbor where it may of been left look for card on door mat etc.

Yes because it is building up and like when a sink gets blocked it needs to be fixed first until all these problems stop it's that simple plus mother nature is not helping with snow and ice.

And also add into the equation that there are alot of temps on 0-hour contracts who don't give a fuck and are rifling as they are brought in as seasonal workers this time of year in sorting depots and are also at it.

All of these factors combined lead to one big fuck up!

I have a theory that if you order just before a strike day your pack will sit at a depot but gets buried under all the backlogged mail that comes through after the strike day. Posties and sorters aren’t going to pick from the bottom of the pile meaning if you order after a strike day that pack is probably going to come through before the pack ordered before the strike day, if that makes sense.

There is just no way of catching up on the back log after strike days. Add on Xmas volumes, reduced staff and far fewer seasonal workers and according to my Postie (who is a superstar) it would take until the NY to get out everything currently stacked even if there were no more strike days…😱😱
