Anyone know if Just weed still on the go? Ordered , paid , not sent and no coms….

My expierence is they post it, then update saying despactedh the next day. On occation AFTER it arrives. No issue with this (out side of reviewing it.. Can't say it turned up a day later cos of that ). Just sit tiight and hope RM don't screw it up ;)

Not really accurate is it? You're literally buying weed to your front door mate, isn't exactly an regulated industry and we're extremely lucky anything ever turns up at all - the fact we get to treat this as a literal business, with escrow, disputes, messages, and guaranteed turn up is insane. I get 5 days isn't ideal, but stop tarnishing them for nothing. They always have, always will sort everything. Their stats speak for themselves, message them rather than publicly lying

I get comms can be bad by their own admittance mate, they're always shipping orders regardless... they'll get back to you as soon as they can just hang tight, its frustrating but try not to get worked up..

Justweed are my go to vendors, from consistency to quality of product aswell as rotation on menu. It's hard to go wrong with these guys. Their beyond accomodating and even helped me out in times of need (when i've been a little cheeky). I reccomend justweed to pretty much anyone i can. Their dust is a staple and makes face melting edibles aswell as a clean smoke - rare to find on shake-. Glad to see other people enjoying/supporting the just weed team. Easily a top 5 new comer vendor aswell as a top 5 uk vendor. shout out to the team

Ordered and paid on 11th Dec. Sent 14/15th, only message I've received is saying it's "sent", the automated notification.

Hopeful with it being T24. That Justweed can look into the tracking to see. As rn, I'm kinda frustrated having no info about what's happening, for a large'ish order.

December is the busiest time of year for royal mail, combine that with more people getting sick during the colder weather and you get big delays. You still have 5/6 days for them to deliver it (Im unsure if they deliver christmas eve) so I reckon it will turn up before then provided the vendor has shipped it. I have had a couple T24s take 3 days and that was before december so I imagine you could be looking at 5-7 days possibly longer if you have delays at your local RM office. Try to contact the vendor and see if you can get tracking but I wouldnt worry about it being lost or stolen until its been atleast a week since it was sent.

Paid and ordered 11th. Registered sent on 14th. It is now the 26th and I am yet to receive my order or a reply to my messages enquiring about the lack of delivery or delays.

Over 10 days without delivery is a tad concerning no? What would do you in this scenario. The dispute window deadline is the 3rd of the next month.

all pending orders will be sent monday and we will resume trading, had to hold off for the first time ever due to security reasons and absolutely did not want any customers compromised, however this was not a related issue and all is safe to continue. we are back and will take care of everyone

I get your message to let me know we're good to go, I get the refund the next day and re-ordefed to then have my second order cancelled with no explanation or indication as to why it was cancelled.

Then I stupidly ordered again on sunday evening as I took JW at their word. It was marked sent Monday morning. I have not recieved it, and I have been ignored and ghosted even though I've politely asked for tracking in a DM after the no-shows. I then even tried asking for it publicly in a reply as this seems to be a better way of getting in contact.

At this point, I'm just accepting I've been had and that I'll be getting my money back near the end of this month. And some of their products aren't up anymore, so take from that what you will. I know what *I* think is the issue.

I would absolutely be willing to accept delays, or issues, or whatever, but to not be told anything is just ridiculous.

Maybe £65 isn't a big deal to a lot of people, but to think I'm getting nothing for it and that I'll once again be waiting for a refund, minus fees, is just... so disrespectful. I've wasted so much time over this too.

tbh I don't know what their inbox looks liek (I'm imagining evil tbh). So it maybe down to how they are prioritizing things. I suspect that over the radio silent period they where probably not getting product sorted, for teh same reason they didn't process anything else. I do not doubt for a minute they have a back log of orders and need something to fill those orders.
And I don't disagree that just a post saying 'Guys, sorry about the hold ups. We are waiting for stock and catching up with the messages' as an update would go miles to assuring people. Heck, I remember getting into a siimular issue many moons ago on the other side of this (as ye olde fashioned seller of such) - with a pay as you go, and phone calls.

My order is no more or less important than anyone elses. If it was cancelled, I would've said very little and just ate the fees, learned from it, and moved on.

But my order was marked sent on Monday morning causing me to be growing super paranoid, wondering, guessing, and fretting that I've lost my money for another 2 weeks. Or worse.

I am still optimistic about an amacible solution (ie my stuff arriving or getting a refund this side of next week) and shaking hands. JW has been very good to me, and others, but the amount of stress has absolutely done me. All over some feckin super shake haha

Oh and as I said in a message you never saw, but your "regular" shake I got from you last week is the dogs balls. Easily the best mix I've had from you in the over 2 years I've ordered. And I've always been satisfied with the old stuff. It's the freshest smelling stuff ever, something which can't be said about even a lot of A grade shake. And it's strong, tasty, and fantastic high!

Have you had any word back from customers today? Mine was marked as sent 1PM NDD yesterday morning, and it hasn't showed up.

This has went from "haha shit happens" to actually getting kinda stressful since this has been on-going for a week (understood), lost fees (again, it happens), but now I've changed plans for today to make sure it got to me and wasn't left on the porch.

Vendors are human. And the big ones get shed loads of orders. I get it, and have never complained. But building expectations, changing plans and being let down is just...

My go to is assume something has happened. Process through for the refund then check in via PM. If they sent the good, I see no reason why I shouldn't pay them - even if it did get refunded by the site.

It was an inconvenience but better that than to get fu*ked. I'm getting a refund so haven't lost anything so no big deal.

I had a few people message me. The main thing I kept saying is this is extremely out of the ordinary and my experience has always been: JW is shy (lol), but always sends out the stuff. And my last order too last week was the best product I've ever got for the price in like 40-50 different orders

I am very hopeful everything will work out now, even if just a lil late :D

Super sorry for this issue, had massive issues in the area and couldnt process anything, this was a huge security issue and we will send out all orders monday, if you would like to cancel we will be more than happy to cancel for the delay however all orders that remain will recieve an extra little something as an apology.

Interestingly there seem to be people leaving reviews for items clearly sent after they were last online - but I am in the same boat as you. I also just noticed this morning that JW's items all seem to be gone :(

I ordered on tuesday and there's still no sign the order has even been acknowledged. It's simply not good enough.

I'll be happy enough IF the order does get fulfilled, but now I'm expecting I'll be getting nothing and getting a refund (minus fees and all...) god know's when ;-;

It's pathetic. It's actually quite a lot of money for me and I ordered a week ahead of my birthday.

I'm hopeful JW will swoop in, explain and we can all move on but there's clearly people still recieving orders!

All orders that are being recieved are tracked 24 orders as they usually take between 2 to 10 days max.

We werent able to process since later on in monday, we maintain high security and cant afford any compromises so we just had to keep away for a cooldown, the area was not safe as it was swarmed due to another issue completely unrelated.

I've absolutely no idea, just from what I've read. I've had about 40 orders on LB, and not one of them has been this stressful. Only 1 never showed up, and it was resent free of charge. Of the 8 or so I had from JW they always showed up, even if the comms were non-existant (marking as sent after I recieved, not replying to ANY messages etc)

But as far as I've read not having used transaxe, you get the refund minus fees and that you can be waiting a bit. I'm expecting my money back HOPEFULLY by the end of the month.

But thankfully, there are some other really great vendors who are responsive which I'm feeling really stupid for not going to instead; Gent dealers, TheRealD, TGT were cool.

no supply issue, we are very transparent and will remove listing if there isnt any supply, we havent had a supply issue in forever, fingers crossed that stays like that, and yeah sending out 100+ parcels daily requires some finesse and careful consideration of the customers, ensuring nothing is compromised on both ends. all honesty we thought the spot that was operational was compromised and this would be very bad, so we had to do some measures to ensure safety of the site and us, but this wasnt the case and it was something completely unrelated, all is good and we are fully operational.
all customers will recieve goodies for a while to resume confidence in us, we have been here for a while and will continue as long as is safe to do so for both us and customers

yeah but smoking coconut oil would be problematic and once the distillate binds it would have to be re distillated to get the oil separated.
thats kinda why i said it would be better to do straight distillate as its still smokable and also can be added to anything basically
