Hey Biggas - almost Christmas, hope you’re all well and stocked up for the holidays!

I’m looking to try microdosing mushies in Jan, using the Stamets protocol, to hopefully alleviate some anxiety and as a potential extra tool in the toolbox alongside cannabis.

I see a real mix of reviews on the shrooms here, and wondered if anyone had any guidance or good experiences to share regarding particular vendors who I could try? Capsules would be preferable!

I have had good experience using .4g of penis envy using the Fadiman protocol..I finally found the right mushroom and dose through macrodosing at 4.3g and taking 1/10th of that amount. I was stacking lion's mane too, but I experienced too much scattered energy, so I backed off of stacking for now. I am finally getting benefits from microdosing penis envy mushrooms. I make my own capsules for dosing. Good luck

Not yet I’m afraid.. Serial Chiller Labs carts look lovely! and I will make my way round to ordering from there at some point, but I’m really looking for it in its normal form.

Then went to Drugs Inc who had some which looked nice! but because I still had a fair bit of shatter left I didn’t buy straight away…. Then before I knew it had gone and I missed my chance! 🤷‍♂️
