please open a dispute if its been longer than 9 days and no arrival of item, we have to make sure that it absolutely never made it and isnt still in transit, we also leave some time to cool down the address sending period to make sure to not raise any suspicion on any items, we will always sort out all disputes, your frustration and anger is completely understood. forgive us for the delays in comms

Have placed multiple orders with this vendor previously, not been let down before, was definitely my go-to vendor. But order hasn’t arrived, should have been here 27/03 as was way before cut off for NDD. Justweed not replying to any of my messages, which comms aren’t usually great, but I normally get my product.

Yeah I realise that it made be delayed due to bank hols, but should have been here Wednesday last week, nothing Thursday either. Never had issues previously, but when they’ve been online and not responded, it’s frustrating.

Nothing delivered today 😩 still no response to messages. Really hope they are going to see this.
I haven’t had to dispute an order before, and really didn’t want to this time, but it looks like it’s heading that way now.

Ordered on 28/03 when they had items listed, bank holiday weekend so I realise it wouldn’t have been sent out prior to tomorrow, so still just showing as paid. Now showing no items on their page 😩 wondering what’s going on?!
Was going to be a first time buy with these guys as my order with my usual vendor should have turned up 28/03 NDD but that was a no show too and they won’t respond to comms either despite being online.
Had no issues in the past, have ordered lots previously but two vendors in a week.
