please open a dispute if its been longer than 9 days and no arrival of item, we have to make sure that it absolutely never made it and isnt still in transit, we also leave some time to cool down the address sending period to make sure to not raise any suspicion on any items, we will always sort out all disputes, your frustration and anger is completely understood. forgive us for the delays in comms

I’ve used this vendor lots of times, they are my go-to as they have NDD. Never had any issues until I ordered this week, expected it Wednesday but it’s not arrived this week, and I’ve not had a response from JW either. Really hoping they will answer soon, but comms aren’t great 😩

Zero comms once they lose your shit and take your money :-(

I’ve been buying with these guys for well over a year. Incredibly frustrating when it says online today, yet no response from them at all. The comms are usually not great, but I’ve not had product not turn up before, and no reply at all. Really poor because I would have continued to buy every week, but now it looks like I have to find a new vendor.

Unfortunately so, still nothing and no responce. Looks like this will be my first dispute in over 100 orders on LB. Seriously disappointed.
