Did anyone order from Rainbowkat?

Hey guys and gals! My friend wanted me to order him some DMT from rainbowkat on here, I hadn’t seen that name before but thought I’d give it a go and get it for him. It said it was sent on the 31st of jan 1st class, however he still hasn’t received it. I ordered him some GSC from radar which was sent on the same day and he got that within a few days. Not really sure what to do, I’ve messaged them to see if I get a reply but there page is showing restricted now which is a bit worrying. Escrow show auto release in 2 days so I guess I’ve got limited time to dispute it (I’m guessing that’s what it means) never had to dispute anything before.
Was looking for some advice on what to do and to see if anyone else has placed an order with them recently.

Aw man, that’s what I was hoping would happen for my mate. It’s always worse when it’s for a friend too. I feel like it’s my fault. Thanks for the reply tho bro

Alrite never ordered from him but just send a msg to transaxe let them know the situation give them the order number they will be able to advise/help.

Ok thanks. It seems a bit long for it to be still on its way. I just don’t want to wait until it’s too late to dispute it. Thanks for the advice

Hey bro I was missing some Changa from RK ordered around the same time I messaged him he was apologetic and offered me a refund or a reship but did say he was away at the moment. So could be reason for lack of coms. I chose the reship but said I would have to wait, I have ordered off him a few times now never had a problem, always great coms

My friend said he received the order yesterday so no problems it’s all sorted now, had great coms from rainbowKat. Just wanted to update anyone who was interested. Thanks for sorting this RainbowKat!
