ordered 26th Oct, disputed 5th Nov, numerous messages sent & not 1 iota of a response. i appreciate that you're busy but you need to put a bit more effort into resolving disputes, especially from returning customers.
i have had a few orders now & you are normally 100% spot on, 10/10 every time. but when it goes wrong? not so good!

Rosin press/ice extraction is a great product still accessible through ‘shake/trim’.

I’ve seen a seller doing 28g plus 20% for $190 (33.8 £160) delivered. This would also be a cheap way of QWET ay.

The dispute process is automatic I believe.

They were supposed to be reshipping, they waited right until cut off day to even message me, 4 days after dispute was raised.

Ok, is the dispute still ongoing? If so, them being away makes no difference.

Can you not see why I’m frustrated? They’ve purposely ignored every attempt at contact since December 6th, now even if I get my money back I lose a chunk of it in network fees, which was about £15, I’ve had no weed for Christmas because I can’t just afford to chuck another £50 at LB, all this because they are incapable of running their business properly.

I get your frustration, all you're doing is winding yourself up though, they won't/ don't give a shit, chalk it up to experience and use other vendors in future.

You can open a dispute after 9 days- the Algo believes if a uk delivery hasn’t arrived by then it probably isn’t coming. A tab appears on your order page on the left and a time window at the top. Dispute within this time window. If the dispute gets resolved or the gear turns up you can click to cancel the dispute.

It’s genuinely quite hard to get ripped off on LB if you go with the system👍

this dispute is opened, seller must reach settlement with buyer to avoid financial penalty. once buyer sends us a message the dispute will be closed.

Based on those dates this isn’t a Late Dispute. A normal dispute is after 9 days- look for the blue dispute tab on the left margin of your order page. The dispute time window will also show at the top of the page. The Late Dispute process is designed for when this window has expired 👍

Ah got it!- it’s because you can’t dispute the normal way they’ve given you an alternative..that makes sense👍

Yeah, very much by exception. Normal disputes need to happen within the given time window..

Did you ever get a resolution to this, I in the same boat, it never turned up, I’m being ignored, can open a dispute tomorrow.

It’s an absolute joke, I get that they are probably busy but it’s not exactly great for their reputation that they just don’t respond to any requests for help or anyone trying to get hold of them for any reason, I have a payment issue on top of the not getting any smoke, according to the payment I made something has gone wrong somewhere & it’s overpaid them, still can’t get any help from them & not sure what to do about it other than do the dispute which I’ve never done before & have no clue about

My third time, the first 2 orders arrived the next day! Today is day 9 for me, I’m assuming I have to wait until the exact time the money was paid as the dispute button isn’t there yet!
