From what we can see, the biggas arent enjoying the shake we have, so we threw away 30kg of this shake and grabbed a new batch, this batch is fire and hopefully we can satisfy everyone.
comms are poor as we are super busy but if you have a problem, please add the dispute in and we can resolve all issues. no hard feelings to anyone as we understand that you require a certain level of customer service and we hope to return back to the service we were providing previously.

Thanks for the update and appreciate your hard work - Ordered another 14g yesterday and it came yet again just leaf and stwigs it tatses horrendous and gives you a bad cough - hoping the next batch is like those of the past chaps which where banging

ordered 26th Oct, disputed 5th Nov, numerous messages sent & not 1 iota of a response. i appreciate that you're busy but you need to put a bit more effort into resolving disputes, especially from returning customers.
i have had a few orders now & you are normally 100% spot on, 10/10 every time. but when it goes wrong? not so good!

This has been a thought of mine aswell.
Rosin press/ice extraction is a great product still accessible through ‘shake/trim’.

I’ve seen a seller doing 28g plus 20% for $190 (33.8 £160) delivered. This would also be a cheap way of QWET ay.

Am i seriously going to have to wait until the 8th for you to sort this out? The dispute was opened the 16th of December, you didn’t respond until your Christmas cutoff date, this is an absolute joke, I ordered December the 6th, it didn’t come, you didn’t respond to 10 messages so I had to dispute, then it took you days to respond to that, now you aren’t about until jan 8th?

Can you not see why I’m frustrated? They’ve purposely ignored every attempt at contact since December 6th, now even if I get my money back I lose a chunk of it in network fees, which was about £15, I’ve had no weed for Christmas because I can’t just afford to chuck another £50 at LB, all this because they are incapable of running their business properly.

I get your frustration, all you're doing is winding yourself up though, they won't/ don't give a shit, chalk it up to experience and use other vendors in future.

Thanks for your message. I have just followed what the auto settlement borg requested, I'm a total noob on here....Also I set up my LB account after I had processed the order so have no way of setting up a dispute through the usual channels.
