From what we can see, the biggas arent enjoying the shake we have, so we threw away 30kg of this shake and grabbed a new batch, this batch is fire and hopefully we can satisfy everyone.
comms are poor as we are super busy but if you have a problem, please add the dispute in and we can resolve all issues. no hard feelings to anyone as we understand that you require a certain level of customer service and we hope to return back to the service we were providing previously.

Hi JW, I'll be taking note of the reviews 100% as I was not impressed with that last batch. Before I purchase again I need to see it's back to the standard you had set previously.

Thanks for the update and appreciate your hard work - Ordered another 14g yesterday and it came yet again just leaf and stwigs it tatses horrendous and gives you a bad cough - hoping the next batch is like those of the past chaps which where banging

This has been a thought of mine aswell.
Rosin press/ice extraction is a great product still accessible through ‘shake/trim’.

I’ve seen a seller doing 28g plus 20% for $190 (33.8 £160) delivered. This would also be a cheap way of QWET ay.

I have been using these guys for over a year and had no issues, however I ordered something 2 hours before the next day delivery cut off on Friday 28th Nov. It was marked sent on the 30th Oct, a week later still nothing received. I have sent multiple messages and been ignored. As I said I have been using these guys for ages and they are normally great. I am very disappointed - its not a great way to treat regular customers. I will be raising a dispute when I can.

Update - sent about 4 messages since ordered on the 30th Oct, no reply to any. Have opened a dispute (8th Nov).

Lucky you, I have been ignored for 3 months now after not receiving anything, I stupidly closed the dispute when they said a reship was sent, In the end nothing came and im out £60, weird as I never had problems with them before.
