I'm still waiting over a week (10days) for an order to arrive. No Comms about what has happened to it, as if yet from vendor, Justweed.

Really don't want to have to open a dispute and am hoping it's just Royal Mail, having biiig delays. I'll leave it until I HAVE to dispute through having no communication about it and it still not arriving.

Touchwood, is arrives in the parcel window between Xmas and New Year.

Ordered and paid on 11th Dec. Sent 14/15th, only message I've received is saying it's "sent", the automated notification.

Hopeful with it being T24. That Justweed can look into the tracking to see. As rn, I'm kinda frustrated having no info about what's happening, for a large'ish order.

Paid and ordered 11th. Registered sent on 14th. It is now the 26th and I am yet to receive my order or a reply to my messages enquiring about the lack of delivery or delays.

Over 10 days without delivery is a tad concerning no? What would do you in this scenario. The dispute window deadline is the 3rd of the next month.

Started to get a tad concerned, as the dispute window deadline is nearing, and if it is truly lost or not going to arrive. I do not want to miss my chance to correctly dispute the issues. Been a repeat user of Justweed for over a year and this is the first major issue I've had.
