Then I stupidly ordered again on sunday evening as I took JW at their word. It was marked sent Monday morning. I have not recieved it, and I have been ignored and ghosted even though I've politely asked for tracking in a DM after the no-shows. I then even tried asking for it publicly in a reply as this seems to be a better way of getting in contact.
At this point, I'm just accepting I've been had and that I'll be getting my money back near the end of this month. And some of their products aren't up anymore, so take from that what you will. I know what *I* think is the issue.
I would absolutely be willing to accept delays, or issues, or whatever, but to not be told anything is just ridiculous.
Maybe £65 isn't a big deal to a lot of people, but to think I'm getting nothing for it and that I'll once again be waiting for a refund, minus fees, is just... so disrespectful. I've wasted so much time over this too.
I have maybe had like 15 or so orders from JW before, and I can't say I would've expected this. Always been stellar, professional, etc.
Seriously, if you haven't sent it yet that's fine, I'm beyond caring about the super shake - but if so could you PLEASE issue me a refund? Or at least send me the tracking since you have marked it as sent almost 100 hours ago?
