*Update*

Day one of using my PAX and I must say, it’s the best thing I have bought. I’m still figuring it out completely but it packs a punch with what I have used of it so far.

I’m not coughing up a lung on inhale and I’m blitzed on a fraction of the weed I was smoking before.

It’s a pretty beautiful set up as well. They thought of it all in that kit. I will pop a pic on when I can scrape my couch locked ass up to put the light on.

Thank you all for your help. I just await my Irn Glue from Urban Leaf and my various bits from…did somebody say Just Weed and I’m sorted until January.

Tip: another way to use hash whilst keeping the oven clean is to lightly wrap the hash in cotton bacon. This whickers the heat and you can just pop out and discard….although I do love a herb/hash sandwich 😻

Hi Littlemissdizaster, I was the same, thought I'd never give up joints but bought a PAX 3 a couple of years ago and love it! I also tried concentrates for the first time!
If you are looking for alternatives, I have ordered carts from Dr Terpy, they are smooth, strong and a decent price. Good stealth to Ireland, I've become a big fan, didn't think I would!

(Quick tip, I find hash clogs it up quickly, works fine but I clean often if vaping hash! Enjoy!)

I think I will mainly use it for flower and concentrate but I was always curious about the carts and I have vape pens that would fit them.

I 2nd the Dr Terpy recommendation. One of the first venders I used on here and loved his carts and price. Both spot on.

I had not had carts in ages but fancied some again and went straight to him.

Pax 3 looks like a lovely bit of kit. How are you finding it so far? I considered it but opted for the arizer solo 2. It's ok and works for me but only with dry herb. I had a Crafty before and fried it with some very oily hash, it was a costly loss so I just stick to vaping flowers now.

Personally I find the dawg strains vape the best, cookie dawg and white dawg give big clouds of joy. Amnesia haze is pretty good too. Good luck with it 👍

Thank you. It hasn’t arrived yet. I combed the internet and it seemed to be the best. I did have a black mamba one but it put me off but it’s too harsh smoking blunts and bong hits now, so I have bought this one. Thank you again for your kind reply and I will update you in my progress.

I use herb and hash in mine as a sandwich with the hash in the middle fine grind your weed and grate or chop the hash. Best has to use is dry sift types it doesnt clog up as much, but the trick with it is the packing. make sure it’s packed tight if it’s too loose it burns really quick you’ll know you get it right as when it’s done it will just drop out like a black pez ha I-use the half oven lid attachment to pack it

Concentrate oven is amazing for waxs etc although do put a little bit of weed leaves or hemp in with it as once it heats up it will stick to it and stop the risk of it leaking and makes it easier to clean. Also you can attach it to a bong upside down with an attachment or tinfoil put the concentrate oven in without the lid warm it and it’s a dab rig ha

Temperature, I usually start on two work my way through to max for weed and has for concentrate usually 4

Takes a little bit to get use to it but once do it will change your life ha I stop smoking tobacco cause of the pax 3 get a little smell proof case to take it out with as

Ye I stopped about a year ago as well now I have the pax, pure joints, glass pipe, bong and a tombstone vape which hold 2 vape carts I love the concentrate attachment can be messy and hard work to clean and load when your baked so I’ve just ordered a dab pen ha

I have a vile of CBD oil I just fill up an old cart I have finished off ha get a fruity one you get a taste of fruit and weed is really nice ha I prefer raspberry flavour colas good as well ha but 1:1 is great for through the day and 2 THC when you want a big hit ha

That is class LOL! I wouldn't dream of doing it on the way to work, I am more of a night time and weekend toker. I also mostly smoke indica strains so that's no good for graft.

My PAX is delivered but it's at my parents place because I work mornings. I am absolutely buzzing to try it.

I've got the PAX 3 myself & it definitely works best with flower. That doesn't mean you can't make a little sandwich with hash in the middle.

There is an app you can use to control temps & set "modes" definitely not necessary but does have boost mode...Which you will want to use if you're using the concentrate insert.

I am by no means saying the insert is an ideal way to consume extracts, but it works & is pretty tasty. With this you can use pretty much any concentrate like shatter/bludder/rosin/crystals etc.

Ultimately it works best with dry herb finely ground & tightly packed. Id recommend using the half pack lid, start at a lower temp to get a few tasty hits then bump it up a bit higher to finish it off.

I have never used anything bar hash and flower before. So new to the concentrate game etc. this is why I chose the PAX because you can use lots of different things.

I like that it has stealth mode as well. A lot easier than stotting to the kitchen and bonging under the cooker hood fan Lol 😂

I bought a black mamba and it had amazing ratings. It is incredibly shit compared to the PAX. I did also look at the Dynavap as well and it looks good. May invest on one as a back up. Don’t really want to start on joints again.

Good thing about the dyna as I find it's decent for hash (I thought I would never say that but there is some decent gear ATM) Dr Greenthumb was my gateway vender back into hash as he does a killer bud and hash combo's

It's not the same high, that's why I love it so much. It's much much cleaner, and the flavours are much tastier!

Great film, special for me cos i lived with director for 4 years and he wrote it during that period. So its my early 20s on film pretty much. Nice one bruvva is an evolution of how we used to scream down the phone at each other, (and still do) with names instead of bruvva.

It is superb and just represents his zest for life and fun and sillyness and funny situations. Under table snorting scene just one example of the talent in the cinematography.

If you liked this, i would urge anyone to check out his largely unknown second film "i know you know". A different affair about him and his dad and mum, but stunning in different ways. Also his older college stuff, party politics, life in the bus lane. On YT somewhere i think.
