The order never arrived...The vendor chose to ignore ALL messages from me regarding missing order, Then had to go through Escrow to get a refund NO thanks to the vendor, I would never deal with these people again.

The above is complete fallacy. No one has ever contacted us and been ignored. Our customers know any problems are addressed almost immediately and any issues with product not arriving is rectified. The person who left this review hasn't dropped us a message or anything and escrow has never been in touch about any refund. All this points to someone playing funny beggers for whatever reason. We've contacted escrow to enquire about this apparent refund as as far as we are aware no customer has ever used escrow because weve not done our job as a vendor and rectified mistakes.

If anyone reading this has had dealings with escrow could you please fill us in on the process. Would we be contacted in regards to this apparent escrow claim raised. I would have thought this would have been the case but I'm not sure as we've never had to deal with them.

Anyone who has any doubt about how we operate on here just read through all our reviews and posts on our page about it. We can be 100% trusted so please don't let this put you off.

Just a quick one. When ordering please make sure your forename and surname is complete along with your full address.

This is especially important for signed for packages. Should you need to collect your item from a sorting office you need to provide ID so fake names is an absolute no no.

If you fail to collect your package real name or not your item will then be forwarded on by your sorting office to Royal Mails National Returns Centre.

Here your item will be opened to find a return address. Us as a vendor and you as a customer do not want this to happen.

Please please be sensible when supplying your name and address. Failure to do so could land yourself in unnecessary bother!

Failure to supply proper details rather than initials, username and the likes of will just delay your order or even lead to cancellation.

I know I’m not the only one, and you’ll see that from all the love that ULC gets here on LB, but I have to say once again that they really are a first class vendor, selling premium products and offering some of the best customer service found anywhere.

I’ve never felt in the slightest bit uncertain about what is happening and always feel reassured. ULC have always been completely upfront and always done the right thing by me as a customer. What more could I possibly ask for?

10/10 all round from me because it’s really, really good product, exactly as described and as I was expecting when buying, covered by true professionalism and fantastic customer service. ULC are here to be a superior vendor for superior products, not just take your money.
