What happens when dispute & extended dispute has gone past the date of auto settlement?

status: dispute settlement pending

escrow bot will automatically settle this disputed order based upon reputation, by 22nd March.

What happens now? Do I need to do anything? This is my first dispute against me the seller and the buyer has 100% disputed she has extended once and that date has also passed but its still showing dispute pending.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

you need to wait for settlement now, can take a few days or can cancel out after 12 days - meaning she hasnt won the dispite

Reason: Order not received, vendor giving misleading comms now ignoring. First order seized by Border Force, vendor gave excuse that my house was being watched which isn’t true at all, no history here. Gave vendor new address and name on 12/8/23 for reship which he offered. Got no update next day, messaged on 14th and he replies he will send it that day. 2 days later still no update or reply. Asked on 16th what’s happening, read with no reply. Asked again on 17th (yesterday) and again he assures me it will be sent that day. Well I’ve woken up today on 18th to no update and no tracking number, sent him a message he read and ignored it. Sent him another message saying if no tracking number I guess I need to dispute… so here we are as he’s read that and not replied again.

Edit: he replied 1 min after I posted this that he’s out of town back today… 🤷‍♂️

I’d like my order reshipped and tracking number provided, if not then I’m seeking a refund. Balls in your court.

Borg please settle this dispute by issuing me a refund. Hebba29 should not be on the items wall and arguably shouldn't be on this site at all considering all he does is lie. Even after this dispute was raised I asked him what the plan is and he said he will definitely ship it, I asked him to post that as a reply on this Topic and obviously he has not done this, he is a bare faced liar.

Seller is dragging this process out for myself (and apparently many others) by saying several times he will send it and then next time I ask few days later he has a new excuse but "definitely sending it I got you bro"...

I'm not surprised - a few days ago I was able to see he has a considerable percentage of current orders under dispute, he's clearly fucking over many in this community. For some reason the stat isn't shown now (not the overall dispute rate)

Who are you requesting from? If us, sure feel free to raise a dispute - but it's not a requirement to post publicly - just DM Transaxe. Following your lead, and Just to clarify publically, you claim your original package did not arrive, and neither did two subsequent re-ships. We confirmed that you most likely had a light fingered postie and requested an alternative address, to which we sent a further re-ship which you also claim didn't arrive. And now you want to dispute the original order. Its customers like you that will cause us (and other vendors) to cease offering free re-ships - leaving the customer carrying the full risk of lost packages. Thanks. MrB4Real

Apparently if the dispute window has expired, this is the process by which the Borgs will accept a ‘late dispute request’, i.e order reference and reason posted on item page.

Does seem a bit weird but 🤷‍♂️
