If you want really embarrassing, first ever gig I was 15 and got asked by bunch of friends to go to a cliff richard concert, not a cliff fan but went as fancied a girl. Two songs in realised it was a religious tour, no devil woman tonite.
Still cringe at memory of everyone holding hands and singing allehluya.

I have electric 6s gay bar on vinyl, doesn't represent who I am or even my favourite genre of music, I just think it's a tune. It does raise questions when someone notices it for the 1st time, especially if they've not heard it, because I then feel the need to make them hear it and agree it's a tune

Had an awesome one advertising a show by The Oblivians (if you don't know them, look them up) too, but that's not near mint like the PSS one as it spent a lot of time on walls in various houses.

I went to a yoga class first for a laugh. I had 1 gummy bear… I felt a little more cheerful and I found it physically accompanied the "exercise" well with no adverse effects. I should say that I have a high tolerance. I’ve had many different edibles from all over including oil I've made myself.

I get home from Yoga and have another 3 gummy bears. This is when I start writing this review.

The gummy cavalry I took earlier is kicking in. In the beginning, I sense the euphoria, and it intensifies. A physical sensation slowly radiates from my core, a warm ‘glow’.

I decided to go on am long hike; I’m standing in front of several inviting country paths I have been down many times, and for the life of me, I cannot decide which trail to pick. I am surprised how quickly the bears have hit me. Picking a route would usually be an easy decision, but I’m fully flying now. My dogs know something is up…

‘Foreigner - Show Me What Love Is’ has come on the random Spotify shuffle, and I’m almost hanging on for dear life, trying to stop tears from filling my eyes just in case I encounter others and I draw their attention. This song holds no significant meaning; the gummies are strong and I am enjoying myself. This experience is up there with the highest I’ve been in a long time. Next time 2-3 for me.

I have a great time enjoying the weather and outdoors while high on the bears. I stay in a very pleasant mood all day. I do make more notes, including a lot of creative input and random tips for myself like the below. I have included to give reading an idea of the impact. A lot of good self reflection.

Treat every day like your last in how you want people to perceive you. How you treat them. Treasure and celebrate your time together—party as much as comfortably possible in your perception of your existence. Always try.

A very good product, just like the cubes. I highly recommend.

I used to have a just regular tolerance, but with lockdown, my mental health absolutely tanking, no real help from the usual NHS places (don't blame them, they're seriously stretched), a lot of work stress and finding this website, my tolerance is now absolutely sky high. Hoping that after a few weeks off work and a slight change in family schedule, things will be easier and I won't find myself relying on it so much.

Aside from taking a break to reset my tolerance a bit, or gradually reducing dosage and increasing time between dosage, anyone have tips for dealing with this?

I'm at the point where 200mg in edible form is like enough for me to feel something, but that something is mostly a very dry mouth and red eyes. Not much buzz or medicinal effect. I mostly vape flower bud.

I bought the Kitchen Safe / Ksafe . Lock my weed up until 7pm (was all day smoker). Limit my use to 0.5g zoot per day (previously smoked 2g per day due to feeling like i had to be high all day). Started by setting to 3pm then went up 30min every day until I got to 7 and now i’m cosy there. You really can’t fail if you make increments small enough to “not really notice you’re making progress”. Tolerance stays bit lower now but more importantly my dependence has diminished and , due to having to actively make myself lock it every night after taking my dose, it has acted as “stabiliser for my willpower”as i like to put it. I know you were leaning more towards tolerance and i’ve gone on a tangent but it’s just my 2 cents as i thought you hinted at a bit of wanting to not smoke so much ! Balance necessary with a game like tolerance. It’s the same battle really.

Yeah I think this is the way forward. I don't think this high level of tolerance is sustainable, and I don't really want it to be if I'm honest. I really like your idea of slowly getting to 7pm. I am usually making it to early afternoon before I find I feel I need some, but I can definitely do increments. Thanks!

when I get ozs I tend to let my tolerance sky rocket and notice I need to use more to get the same feeling tolerance break is the best way to go.

Hey bigga. Not sure what ailment you have. I smoke for fun. But also to deal with chronic pain. When my tolerance ramps up too high I find it really helpful to have about three to five days of just CBD products only and avoid the THC. It's enough to help for pain and enough to trick my brain into stop begging for weed.

Also of you are intending on continuing to vape or smoke for a while. I would dodge edibles. I'm not a scientist but I find edibles ramp my tolerance sky high.
Something to do with the way it's metabolized in your body. But don't quote me on that!

Yeah primarily depression/anxiety, but also almost constant migraines. That's a really good idea with the CBD. I've switched up my vape pen and have actually found I am using a LOT LOT less since doing so (like maybe 1/8th of what I was smoking a week ago). I don't get a lot of pleasure out of edibles just now so I'd better just dodge them, especially if they contribute to a higher tolerance! Thanks for the advice!

Update: So I had been using a vaporiser with a little mini water bong attachment. I clean it multiple times daily but have been noticing it feels sort of blocked lately. It was to the point where it wasn't even enjoyable so I cut WAY down on consumption for two or three days. I switched to a regular vape mouthpiece thing and now I am consuming probably a quarter of what I was last week. Long may it last!
