Welcome to DiamondExtracts, we pride ourselves on being the best, supplying you with the highest quality extract you've ever seen!

Please note, we use 2-3 different packers. If you haven't received all of your order, do not panic. Pm your postcode to us and we will check it for you.

We try to reply to messages as quick as possible, usually a maximum of 6h to wait for a reply, unless it's during the day, then it will be quicker.

Our cut off time is between 12-2pm - If you pm us before 11, we will be able to wait up until 2pm if you need some extra time to make the order. Otherwise, it's 12.

If you ever have a problem with your order, do not leave a low rating, we will always try and fix any problem to ensure you leave our shop happy!

Due to some customers not being home and as a result having their package returned to sender or lost, we have to issue a new rule. If you are not home to take your parcel in, refuse to sign for it or for any other reason that is out of our control, we cannot issue a refund or a reship. If you decide to order SPECIAL DELIVERY and are not home to sign for it, that is ON YOU. Please keep that in mind when ordering in the future with DiamondExtracts.

Awful carts, sticks to the side so much there's massive gaps so the coil burns.
I shouldn’t have to but I was told by the vendor to warm it with a lighter.
I did and it kept happening.
Some of them my gf had leaked randomly all over our vape.
I’ve had much better carts from other vendors in the past, these are not fit for purpose!
Vendor copy pasted a reply to me when I said I was unhappy!

To clarify a few points:

Order Date:

Your order was placed on 23/05/2025, and we received your complaint on 20/06/2025 nearly a full month later. While we’re always here to help, we do encourage customers to reach out sooner so we can assist promptly and fairly.

Product Quality:

Our extracts are extremely pure and thick, which is why we occasionally suggest warming the cart (e.g., with a lighter) to improve flow. This is common practice for high quality, non synthetic distillate. That said, it shouldn't cause leaking or coil burn if handled properly.

Usage Issues:

If the oil is consistently sticking or burning, it can point to misuse, incompatible hardware, or improper storage. Thousands of customers have used these carts without issue, and our reviews reflect that (99%+ positive).

That said, calling the product “not fit for purpose” without contacting us earlier or giving proper handling a fair attempt isn’t exactly reasonable. We’re always happy to support our customers, but that support goes both ways.

If you’re looking for synthetic, runny carts that don’t need warming that’s not what we offer. Ours are thick because they’re authentic, and that comes with handling requirements at times based on your setup.

Posting on our wall after leaving the negative review anyway isn't going to make your case any better.

It's a month later because we've just got through them all and had problems with every one of them.
These are the only carts we've ever had trouble with and we've had thick live resin and distillate plenty of times.
The coils burnt and the carts leaked very quickly, even when we warmed it with a lighter it leaked even more!

So what you are saying, publicly is that you went through them 1 by 1, took you a whole entire month and didn't come to us to inform us on the first instance?

The fridge is best. Since they already will come in an air tight glass 1oz jar you can keep it stored in the jar :)

I've had extracts for over 3 years and they taste the same as when I got them.

Hi everyone, with the holidays quickly approaching, you may or may not be aware of how congested the postal system gets at this time of the year.

We suggest that if you want your order quickly, to order SPECIAL DELIVERY.

Please note, as it comes closer and closer to Christmas, even special deliveries take 2-3 days. We hope you do not give us a negative rating for something completely out of our control :)

If you order t24, you will need to wait a minimum of 3 days before asking us for the tracking.

If you order signed for via our distillate listing, you will need to wait 7 days before pming us. We suggest NOT ordering signed for during the holidays, they often go missing around this time because of temp workers, it's harder to steal special delivery parcels.

If you order special delivery and it doesn't arrive in 2 days, then you should pm us to check on the tracking.

Well Mr DE did really come through with the comp.

I won 10ml dist and to be honest it has come at a perfect time. Made some DIY carts and they are honestly smoking fire.

The distillate is clean and strong and was bang on 10ml. I have had hit and miss experiences with the live resin carts from this vendor before in terms of flavour smoke but honestly I am so shocked how well this distillate vapes just mixed with 5-6% terpenes. Will save me a lot of money over the next few months and I think I have found a new hobby of cart making 😜
