There's more to it than that.

You need to decarb the hash at 101c for 60-90 minutes. Set the oven to 110 or so, that will be fine. If you have a thermometer, now is the time to use it.

If the hash is any good, you'll see it bubbling in the oven. Once it's done bubbling it is done. minimum 45 mins in the oven, if it stops bubbling quickly, you've got some crap hash.

Now to infuse it with your coffee isn't really possible, you can add it to some butter and then add some of that to your coffee, which will just pool on the top, so you'll have to mix it before drinking.

THC is oil based, so without a carrier (the butter) it won't get you as high. I've got no idea why it works like that, it just does lol.

Why are you using hash? Wouldn't an oil or tincture be more convenient? You can just add it directly to your coffee (or anything else you fancy).

Decarb as required, I go for 30 -45 mins,
then add hash into half a teaspoon of coconut oil in the bottom of the milk jug, warm with a lighter or on the stove until they blend together and then add the milk and brew like normal.
You can do a bulk batch of hash infused oil and keep it in the fridge to add a shot when required
