Montevideo is one of the most chilled and pleasant cities I've been to. Outside of the tourist traps (mostly by the harbour) it's a fantastically friendly place.
Weed is legal (although what i smoked wasn't very high quality but great when drinking, bit like Thai weed) the architecture was incredible and they love the British... because they're not so keen on the Argentinians.
Jump on the Burqebus and you're in Buenos Aires in an hour or so.
Well worth a visit.
Cheers BB πππ»

Speaking from experience it doesn't matter where you live. It's who you have around you. I could move to any of the listed tomorrow. I'd still be lonely and isolated. Bottom line advice is, always hold on to your friends. They'll be very important to you one day.

no dark side of the Moon

no dark side of the Moon
since the/our moon is tidally locked to us here on earth (unique, for example the moons of mars and jupitar are not tidally locked). that means that the side of the moon we cannot see (dark side) is in fact exposed to the sun, all of the time, there is no dark side of the moon, it's completely lit up all the time
well sailor moon is lit up all the time, worked with her years ago, very nice kid.
When we see the full moon on earth, the opposite side is dark so sometimes there is a dark side
Quite right PollyP! Think you've been watching quite a few "QIs"on TV!(possibly UKTV repeats on "Mimosa Wednesdays??Lol!).....For my 10 pennies worth the best album the Floyd ever produced!(Dark Side Of The Moon) :)
Absolutely!...It gets played about once a week in my house! That and Tangerine Dreams "Phaedra" (another great stoner album) :)

wrist sweat bands
happy to buy a t-shirt and hoodie, papers be crazy too.
any other ideas for the merch jump on in (still waiting - my guys TGD are usually a 2 day thing, been 7 days and still no sign, though I do support the strike) can't sleep

Yes, it may get popular too, we could sell on amazon!
Get the site looking real legit, start advertising in papers and radio lol

Yea, an advert on Facebook is the one, expensive though. I know this indian guy. his dad gave him 20,000 pairs of shoes and then basically kicked him out and said be a man. he got a loan, made a website used last monies on a FB ad and made millions
Sure with friends, apart from that the more exposure this place gets the sooner the setup here gets royally screwed.
The website will always exist, but the 'setup' is another matter.
Hopefully London gets to decriminalize to some extent soon.

This place exists because it runs beneath the fed radar. They're not interested as long as it stays low key and safe, and doesn't flog hard core stuff. Start promoting it with merch and they'll start taking notice. Just picture the Daily Mail front page options. Keep it quiet.

Good to see clean up Borg join in with this. Iβm sure you AI have developed sentience π all good with me
Cartman is hilarious. South Park is the only thing Iβve loved since it started and still watch now at 42. We should start a Cartman clip thread.
One of the things I love about lb is its a race free zone. You can say you are color blind IRL but here its an existenital condition.
Oh yes!! ....and Monty Python also wrote possibly the greatest love song of all time :) (not entirely sure it would qualify as an LB theme tune though....end credits though, maybe) :)
I'm putting forward this infectious little number...'In Hell I'll Be In Good Company' by The Dead South :)
Eminem ft Royce bad meets evil haha. The chorus is what nails it for me.
It may offend some tho...
It may offend some tho...
Only the smoke tree's and fuck the law bit. I just think song is really good. defo take the song with a grain of salt tho.
Been a while since my ears heard that !
"Bad Meets Evil" is an electrifying collaboration between Eminem and Royce da 5'9", showcasing their undeniable chemistry and lyrical prowess. The intense wordplay and aggressive delivery create a dynamic and captivating listening experience, leaving fans craving for more.
Interesting Fact: "Bad Meets Evil" originally started as the title track for an EP released by Eminem and Royce da 5'9" in 2011. The EP gained significant success, leading to the formation of a hip-hop duo named Bad Meets Evil, after the song that brought them together.

A lady that i know just came from columbia,
She smiled because i did not understand.
Then she held out some marijuana, ha ha!
She said it was the best in all the land.
And i said,
"no, no, no, no, i don't smoke it no more,
I'm tired of waking up on the floor.
No, thank you, please, it only makes me sneeze,
And then it makes it hard to find the door."
(ah-ah-aye-aye)

She smiled because i did not understand. (parazzi! Parazzi!) (ole!)
Then she held out a ten pound bag of cocaine,
She said it was the finest in the land.
And i said,
"no, no, no, no, i don't sniff it no more,
I'm tired of waking up on the floor.

WANTED successful cancer treatment 4 btc
My friend Jack has lymph node cancer. He can’t afford treatment, nobody will even begin to treat him without insurance or a ridculous pile of cash up front. I have no idea what he actually needs but I can afford this much since I was fairly early on bitcoin and I have frequent flier miles to get him anywhere on the planet. I hope there is some kind of shot here.
So sorry to hear this I understand the pain as I’ve lost my dear ones to this evil bitch.
Regardless of what people advice on different treatments and methods the only thing I say is your better off giving end of life care than exhausting methods and letting people take advantage of money.
My dearest past away 6 years ago and the only comfort they found was RSO or shatter wax oil. I have wax/oil which is 70% THC and is perfect for relaxation and pain management.
More than happy to send you a sample to check for yourself. I have a handful of patients who solely rely on this as they’ve exhausted all other methods. Feel free to reach out

You'd be far better off talking to the guy's doctors than tossing money about on the internet!! Seriously!!
What options is he seeking?
I'm no professional but medical tourism is the mans best option. If 4 btc is what you have, I can easily personal message some possible facilities that might be a great option.

Absolutely man, look into Malaysia, Indonesia, India, & Thailand believe it or not. Their medical tourism facilities rival Western counterparts par on par except they aren't trying to turn you into a debt slave for it. Try to get in touch personally with the hospitals that are oriented for foreigners there; there are a lot of third party agencies that organize everything, but then they also skim a lot of your money and don't always give you the needs you require. Check out Patients Without Borders as a good nonprofit guide. You might be able to find previous years handbooks available with more in depth info on specific facilities and their capacity in specialization. If you can't find it I can try to rummage one up for you man. Best of luck and best wishes to you and your friend man. Our damn medical culture is a fucking clusterfuck so here's to finding him some good health abroad.
Clusterfuck is a perfect description. I can vouch for Bangkok hospitals, makes most western ones ones look like shitholes, very advanced and luxurious to boot and its less than the cost of your deductible.
…
ever heard of colloidal silver ions ? I heard that they can fight cancer, but needs to be combined with a healthy and stressfree diet... Best luck, i hope im not to late tho.
Medical tourism would be your best. And I would ignore the suggestions to beat it with THC, shamans, miracle pills. Instead theyβll likely need chemo and radiotherapy to beat it! I work for a charity that treats people with cancer!
I'm really sorry to hear about your friend, please seriously make them consider stem cell treatment ASAP, because I know of two other people who have had this, and that has not only helped in both cases, in one case it has cured the cancer. With stem cell treatment there chances of survival are much higher. Please look into centers that do this, and think about setting up a gofundme page to raise the dosh, theres no time to waste amigo, good luck ;)
Unfortunate news thats for sure but have you looked into alkaline dieting and fully veg diets. I had a friend that fully reversed lymph node cancer.. he had a lump on his right side next to the liver and wasnt aware of it until it was very late stage. I told him of alkaline diets and how acidic conditions in the body allow cancerous cells to thrive. He researched and found promising evidence to support that, he instantly stopped smoking bud and started taking full spectrum cbd oil (orally) to counter the pain. He never went down the route of chemo and 6 months later he went back for tests and they were shocked as to how quickly the cancerous cells had dimished.
He swapped a full meat diet for full veg, he started drinking distilled water with spirulina with ph @8- 9, he started juicing alkaline veg mixed with fruits and hit the sauna and steam room almost every day for the next 6 months.
He went cold turkey with smoking bud and cigs 2 days after finding out the news.
By far the biggest noticable change was that in 6 months he went from a 6ft3 140kg to 90kg healthy lean athletic body with insane amounts of energy and bounce.. ( he didnt work out one bit) only hit the sauna and steam room + diet change.
I have seen much promising research with the use of alkaline diets and think it is definitely something to consider as its not difficult to do. Only requires willpower to continue.
I will say this, it took him a month to get used to the change and he was weak for that month, but i figure its due to the body adapting to the new ph of all the food ingested and hormone levels being corrected from the lack of bud.
Not looking for btc payments just passing knowledge that hopefully helps.

Just to add to this
Iβd recommend looking into the Wim Hoff method
Supposedly the breathing technique will make your blood alkaline, at least temporarily
Theyβve had this dude (and 12 others) hooked up to monitors, injected them with an endotoxin, and if I recall correctly, most of them didnβt even get sick.
Just something to consider looking into.

They gave out the Nobel prize 5 times for curing cancer...it was covered up as there was no profit in the cure.
2 doctors won awards, Warburg found that cancer cant live in an oxygenated environment. Budwig found how to oxygenate the blood.
the Budwig diet was developed by Joanna Budwig who was head of the German NHS for 10 yeares or so after the war.
you need, cottage cheese, unhomogenised milk and flax seed capsules.
unhomogenuised cottage cheese is ideal but its hard to find so mix unhomogenised milk into the cottage cheese, then you add FRESH flax seed oil, has to be fresh so you MUST use capsules not a bottle. pop the caps into the mix and eat twice a day.
stop all sugar and processed food....also add that rick simpson oil to your diet.
FIVE NOBEL PRIZES FOR CURING CANCER. it works. it worked thousands of times...the corporations cant make a profit from it so its covered up.
links here bro...hope it helps.

Yes good on you for putting this out there. Doubters do your own research this is true. There are many natural cures for cancer and they no it! Truth is they make a lot of money and keep the population down by doing this. If anyone can explain why they still use chemo and radiotherapies that are extremely damaging when there are much better treatments out there. Genuinely would love to hear from you
i used to watch videos on youtube of IAN R CRANE, he covered a story of DAVID NOAKES and LYN THYER, who shared GCMaf as a viable cancer treatment. the MHRA destroyed the labs and seized the money. the people on the board of the british MHRA, used to work for companies such as GSK. they were illegally extradited to france, with idental/copied charges.. an interesting case.
ANYWAY,
well over 5 years ago, Ian said that the chemo treatments cost around Β£40,000 so a company is benefiting extortionately when the NHS turn to chemo. basically money laundering.

I recommend contacting a trusted indigenous shaman who works with Kambo medicine.
This is a treatment with frog venom that cleanses and detoxifies the body.

No one can tell you what anyone can do but I would do this...
Buy Cheaply available Vitamin B17/Apricot Seeds kills tumours cells, same as apple seeds, it breaks down and releases its tiny amount of cyanide in the organic molecule inside of the acidic environment of the tumours. So its a direct shot and causes tumor cell death cutting blood supply off speeding up the reduction of the tumours. The released cyanide then is filtered out of the body. Its a natural vitamin. Theres books on this.
GCMAF has been ridiculed like crazy but when one dives deep they may find out it works and helped many 1000s of peeps.
There is clinics around the world offering various help on this front. Homeopathic Health clinics are all over UK and will give advice, just call them.
Need to stop all simple sugars and carbs as tumour cells use this sugar to survive insted of oxygen rich blood supply. The Cancer mechanism is analogous to a wound on your flesh where the end cells have a lower blood supply but now need to multiply to close said wound.
I would Eat raw vegetables and greens, organic meats like steak, eating like a lion would, turns body over to different biological processes.
Take all in combination of High doses of vit C and D3 which is known to help. I would do all above at once and my monitor health along the way.
After a while I would get retested to see if its working.

Well I live on the west coast but im from a holistic background so the first things first have your friend change his diet and the next thing is have them detox this is just the first step once you do this things will be a little more treatable goldenseal or cerasee tea these herbs are blood cleansing elements just keep trying I got my grandma on a great health care which cost a lot of money and she passed in my arms so go natural first to build and than go to the clinic to make sure your on the right path and may god walk with you all in your trails.
Hi Willia - very sorry to hear about your friend. My extensive research into this topic led me to something called βGC-MAFβ or vitamin D binding hormone, that has been successfully used to cure most cancers. It was manufactured by a company called First Immune in Jersey and could be ordered in a thermos with ice to anywhere in the world, before coming under fire from big Pharma. The principle behind it is that it boosts your immune system, which is intelligent enough to identify and kill cancer cells (it does this all the time when functioning optimally). The First Immune website doesnβt appear to active anymore unfortunately but you can probably get it if you dig deep enough and speak to the right people.
Hi, I do have an awesome idea, but I won't share it in public as it is sensitive information cancer can be healed. Everything has cause and effect. I had cancer when I was 22 :) Contact me if interested. I will gladly do all I can to get him out of that crap hole :) obviously its a work that will take a while, but it can be corrected to natural state! Body is a mirror of your internal world! Mine started when my grandmother died and her sister and her kids blamed me for all kind of nonesence, because I lived in the same flat with her for few years. When I disconnected from those people and left that flat, only then I healed completely. There is 3 books that could easily help to identify cause. It is most of the times very accurate. Also need to understand well how energy is flowing, how to charge energy in and how to release from the body. I already said quite a lot :)
So sorry to hear that. I would be happy to give you rso at cost in hope that it helps them find some comfort.
im not the most knowledgeable on the topic but very recently the UK started trialing cancer "vaccines". theyre not your usual vaccine though they use your dna to make an injection tailored to you to prime your immune system to recognise and destroy cancer cells. im not sure how to get accepted as it seems to be a new trial but i might be worth a shot. hope this can help :)
My friends Dad was recently diagnosed with this same cancer.
The issue is most doctors will treat the cancer instead of treating Jack so he can be healthy and strong to fight the cancer.
Sugar and carbohydrates will make the cancer worse, a low glycemic diet to control his blood sugar is ideal.
I'm gonna get hold of the diet that was passed on to him and send it over to you.
Tibetan Healing Mantras are also very powerful, they have specific mantras to cure every disease!

Sorry to hear that. My mum had cancer and refused medical treatments and went to an ashram in India for ayervedic treatment and it worked, that was over 20 years ago. My dog also had cancer 3 years ago and was given not long to live. I got him onto THC oil and 3 years later heβs still going. I would recommend trying some alternative treatments. THC is a good place to start β€οΈ
Please check the product we are selling its currently being used to treat patients with cancer and my friend also cured his with the oil he makes that's why hes so passionate about it.
Have a look at my juice high cbd and medium thc have helped many people and pets also have reduced a tumor in friends dogs ear https://littlebiggy.org/link/0K756l
Iβm no doctor nor expert, but latest research suggests fasting and absolutely no sugarβ¦of any kind. Look in to itβ¦costs nothingβ¦and it may slow the spread/ growth. Seems most cancer cells thrive on sugar and fasting helps trigger autophagy ( bodies own way of clearing dead or damaged cellular material)
Early days but some oncologists are already recommending this as first action. Best of luck to you and your friend.

I have access to RSO aka Rick Simpson oil..so.ething that is proven to stick.ulate apoptosis. If you need it, let me know.
Bro itβs easy. FENBENDAZOLE, IVERMECTIN. APRICOT SEEDS, PAPAYA SEEDS, SOUR SOP. Will all cure cancer in conjunction with.. a Keto diet which consists of no glucose or glutamine (sugars) 95% of what feeds cancer is sugar that is its food so starve it of sugar. Low carbs like none. His diet should consist of fruit, veg and fats ONLY! And importantly he wants to be fasting too, atleast intermittent fasting. Ideally start with 2 days of fasting and then begin the keto diet and he will starve the cancer it really is that simple. Do this and his cancer will just disappear. If his cancer is caused by parasites then fenbendazole or ivermectin will rid of it. So would papaya seeds (swallowed whole), and apricot seeds. If his cancer is not caused by parasites then starve it with a no sugar keto diet. Do all of the above together and say good bye to cancer for ever. If you think Iβm lying then do your research. Also ivermectin cures every disease, illness and cancer. Why do you think they unshelfed and banned it through Covid. I hope he follows this and does his research and cures his cancer with 0 side effects. I am not affiliated with any of the above what would be the point, Iβve just researched this shit for years. ( I had to put spaces in the links before it wouldnβt let me post otherwise so just take the spaces out. Their safe
Hi, im guessing this was posted a while back, any updates? Did you find treatment for your friend?
Howβs this going? Thereβs an interesting story in my local area. A man got diagnosed with cancer and 4 weeks to live in 2019. He hasnβt told this in the reports because I think heβs trying to sue the NHS because now in 2023 his scans show no cancer. Heβs going down the misdiagnosed route but I know he was taking cannabis oil and so it might just be that cleared the cancer. My dog also had cancer and doesnβt anymore. Iβm giving it to an 82 year old women whoβs got terminal leukaemia because it defo wonβt harm and might help. I think Iβve got thyroid/lymph node cancer and Iβll be doing down that route xx
RSO/ ethanol extraction can definitely be useful and successful in cancer treatments. but it will need high dosage. For that reason the patientt should be followed by medical doctor.
We have multiple cancer patients using our RSO oil ( directly ), I'm not saying it's a concrete solution, though it is definitely considered helpful, also I have read they use turkey tail mushroom in China to help boost the immune system. Goodluck :)
THC has been proven to fight tumors
here we have some very strong thc pills
we can provide this in syringe form for some suffering from lypmh node cancer if they find swallowing difficult
respect to you for trying to help out a friend.
below is the link for our thc capsules listing 8 x 100mg

You will not beat cancer with THC and thatβs dangerous advice to give! I work for a cancer charity and Iβve seen first hand the danger of non-doctors giving medical advice!
Yeah I've seen that too. My good friend took RSO when first diagnosed it helped with symptoms but didn't get rid of the cancer. Reluctantly he went onto radio and chemo which worked and he was given the all clear. 3 years later and it came back hard and he died last week. He never stopped dosing himself with lots of cannabis products but they only offered pain relief and a form of distraction. Love you Tony K. In our hearts you live on brother.
yeah cos the doctors who all took an oath to 'do no harm' are pushing a fake vax pretty hard...how many will that kill? cancer research is a scam for the corporations, cancer is an industry worth hundreds of billions of dollars a year...end of...doctors tell lies for money and it is technically illegal under the shareholder agreement for any corporation to ever provide a cure for anything.. what did cancer research cure with the hundreds of millions per year they get? nothing. they tell lies about Budwig like a little corporate bitch..struggling not to swear here...the corporations are the enemy of humanity wake up .
You will not beat cancer with THC?
Well the truth is that THC is a great medicine with longitudinal history! Also it is not there to be an alternative to chemo. although it does fight tumours
It really is there to provide an alternative to some harsh pain killers with many side effects.

Appreciate your sentiment entirely, but this is an odd site for the poster to come to if they donβt want THC to feature somewhere in the suggestions?
There have been studies into the use of thc to help cur cancer. I watched a documentary about parents who used it on their children who had brain tumours, it worked the doctors couldnβt deny the tumour was shrinking at a rate much quicker than chemo etc alone. One of the families chose not to use chemo at all the childβs tumour shrank to nothing they survived βa miracleβ

My postman is obviously a stoner, just the way he carries the back all slung back on his shoulder gives it away but he also looks like Wayne (or Garth I can't remember which one is which). I keep thinking I should offer him a bowl of the good shit but he delivers so much weed to me I think I'd be putting him in a bad position.
You got me.

Fake weed forum....... bring back the old suppliers. Suppliers these days are all crooks.... firstly they get bulk of weed then put it in a tumbler and shake it to take the crystals off the bud so they can make there pillen and dope then the weed gets sprayed with terps to give the buds a flavour again. This is why the dope is dearer than the weed... absolute scams going on here. People need to wake up and start refusing this poison on here these days. There is a handful of sellers that are legit but 95% on here is selling fake thc grass... all its doing is making people sick

Sausages and black pudding
What is the best black pudding in Scotland and who makes the best sausages?
For me itβs got to be some Stornaway pudding and the butcher up the Barras market for sausages they are amazing π» and am cooking some up right now π
Jeeze oh! Iβve no been to the Barras since I was a wean. And Iβm eligible for a bus pass noo!
I think Iβve been along London Road once since they opened the extension on the M74

Hornigs black pudding for me, so flavoursome and a bit spicy. I live in the North West and don't see why people big up Bury black pudding at all, but I appreciate it's a personal preference. I get Hornigs black pudding imported in bulk, I like it that much
Crombies in Edinburgh do some fine sausages.

Simon Howie's Wee Black Pudding is the best I've tried. Tastes different to their full-size one, for some reason. Absolutely delicious. π
Charles MacLeod of Stornaway. World famous black pud. You can get it nationwide. Seriously orgasmic with some hand dived Hebridean scallops. β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

I was under the impression you Scots largely preferred fruit pudding!
I have had a number of very good square sausage from different Scottish butchers - no idea of origin I just know it seems to be the best form of sausage.

Yea donβt mind a bit of fruit pudding but no into that white stuff whatβs that all about ?
Well funny you should ask lol,the wife just brought a breakfsst pack from marksz and made Mr a couple of rolls for my brunch and the black pudding and sausage was very flavourful ..time for a long walk now.well wee vape first obvs!
Hate to be the bearer of bad news lads but the best black pudding is to be found in Bury, Greater Manchester.
Come on dazzler got to cook the links first get them nice and brown the slice next along with the black pudding and then the tattie scones then the bacon then the eggs beans in separate pot. big mug of tetleys two sugar and milk bit of brown sauce and hey presto am fucking starving again π π got to have a smoke now
Yes I agree IT CREATES ALL SAUCE from back in the day π tattie scone dipped in both amazing π€©
Great thread :) Sigh, I used to have and love both A LOT many years ago. I had to lose a lot of weight though so I avoided them for years. Now thankfully fitted and healthier I have them very occasionally. White pudding is also very lovely but the best I ever had was from Yorkshire and free range Sausages from Essex.
Never tried Scottish so Iβm intriguedβ¦.

McCaskies in Wemyss Bay for black pudding. They also do proper smoked bacon, not the liquid smoke stuff.

Although I did have an amazing blood sausage with pineapple in Lisbon which was nearly as good.
As for the sausages, are you talking lorne, beef links or pork? I go to two butchers, because one canβt make a decent square sausage, even with a set square and a protractor.
My personal favourite is Buchananβs of Burnbank, Hamilton beef lorne. Stick that bad boy on a well fired roll with a tattie scone and listen to your arteries close up. Totally worth it!

what's the longest time youve spent in vr?
i'm really interested in immediate effects and anything that persists. for me it's under an hour and i was disoriented for maybe 8 hours with a 1/2 life around 1 hour.
Same, although i was watching porn for about 3, maybe 4 minutes. Not gonna lie.
Cheers. BB

I'm a tantric Sex God. But also over 40, drinking relatively heavily and dabbing up to half a g a day. Y'know how it goes...
I wish i did mate, i'm over 40 and a heavy drinker.
Sting with his tantric stuff was an influence on me, but only when i had to give money to Band Aid in 1984. Seems a bit too much like hard work. ;)

My mate tried VR porn, he got quite into it by all accounts. Unfortunately he lives with his parents, when he took the headset off there was a fresh cup of tea on his bedside cabinet π€£π
I've done maybe 4 hours, I switched up games though and that help you from over dosing in a single game.
I think the longest I've done in one go is about 3-4 hours. The weirdest part of VR for me was when I first got a headset, for about a week I felt like I was in VR all the time. The head-bobbing effect of walking in reality seemed exaggerated.
But all that's faded away now. I can use VR without any adverse effects except maybe a bit of eye strain for a long session.

it seems to me the more immersive the platform the tougher it gets on the body. cheap vr gets on my nerves before i get queezy, a full on setup with peripherals and i feel like its a portal just getting back to irl.
Only1 hour. Played the space station game on occulus for about 10 minutes and felt so sick. Took me a good sleep before i felt better. Very disorientating!
For sim racing I usually use VR and I just don't like flat screen anymore, I'll probably VR for like an hour at a time. when your high and in vr racing, battling with dudes online, it's something to really try.
The last time i scuba dived i projectile vomited an hour after i got out the water. I don't think I want to try it in vr

I recommend Bittylicious, their fees sometimes are a bit higher than other exchanges, but their service is fast and easy to use
We figured that either local vendors or https://cryptovoucher.io/ aswell as kraken.to seem to be the best(since no ID is needed for purchasing), but local purchase is the most anonymous. Depends on what kind of transaction you are searching for. Some people genuinely like to buy their crypto via coinbase, opposed to other transaction service providers, your funds are handled/held by them till you withdraw them. Cryptovoucher in example lets you buy the btc and sends it to the given wallet adress, which can in fact make transactions cheaper, a bit faster aswell as more anonymous. What kind of Crypto vendors do yall use and why? would be really interested to know what and how you all are getting your hands on and use crypto.
Do you mean kucoin as they don't request for an ID? Kraken does tho. I use coinbase to purchase here (once I set it up it's worked without fail so why change) Kraken to buy crypto (most secure platform and they actually have customer support), kucoin to buy smaller cap cryptos as they have a long list of them.
Coinbase Pro is what I use. So easy via the app. There’s a transaction fee charged to transfer BTC, guess they need to make their money.
Ones I use the most are bittrex, Binance And Coinbase. Also worth doing some research on uniswap (decentralised exchange).
Binance: Binance is one of the largest and most popular cryptocurrency exchanges worldwide. It offers a wide range of cryptocurrencies for trading and has various trading features and services.
Coinbase: Coinbase is a prominent cryptocurrency exchange that is known for its user-friendly interface and accessibility. It supports a selection of major cryptocurrencies and provides a secure platform for buying, selling, and storing digital assets.
Kraken: Kraken is a reputable cryptocurrency exchange that caters to both individual traders and institutions. It offers advanced trading options, a variety of cryptocurrencies, and robust security measures.
Bitfinex: Bitfinex is a cryptocurrency exchange known for its advanced trading features and liquidity. It supports a broad range of cryptocurrencies and offers margin trading options for experienced traders.
Huobi Global: Huobi Global is a well-established cryptocurrency exchange that serves users from around the world. It provides a diverse range of cryptocurrencies for trading, including popular options and emerging tokens.

Iβve been using Luno since I joined here because I was told it was the safest. The transaction fees recently have been insane, like Β£22-25 a pop. They keep telling me the charges are dynamic or whatever but donβt actually say why theyβre so high this month. Considering changing so any advice would be awesome, I have no clue about Crypto etc.
after Binnace I started using Kucoin, flat 0.00005 withdraw charge for all unverified users. always fast always reliable
Coinbase, but transfer to a separate wallet. Coinbase have closed a load of accounts recently
Have always used Localbitcoins (almost 15 years). If you shop about the offers you can get coin without id checks from the sellers. The site makes you provide details initially though.
Hey guys I got mine coinbase account no problem, but my mate tried to open account and its under review for past 4 days. Tried biliticous and got lost. I'm the older generation and really stragle to open account for him. We are totally useless, when it comes to computer's, Please can anyone recommend easy bitcoin exchange ? So my mate can start buying here? Thanks for help
Bitpanda is very easy to use. Fees can be quiet high to be honest but i buy my coin there, send it to my Exodus wallet and then send to vendor from there.

rap's saddest ghost writing?
jadakiss has ghost written most of them
Most well known one is Jay Z doing most of Dr Dre 2001. Run DMC - Can You Rock This was by LL cool J. ODB return to the 36 chambers was all written by Rza and Gza
The Chronic was written by D.O.C 2001 was mainly Jay Z. Luda did bits as well. There are videos of them doing the bars in the way Dre would so he know how to do it
Biggieβs "Mo Money Mo Problems" β (biggieβs & diddyβs verse) β co-written by Mase, Jadakiss, & Ed Bernard

I have nothing to back up this up because I havenβt looked but a yoga teacher once told me that Jesus smoked weed and did yogaβ¦ a lot!
Thatβs if he is real ?
Now Iβm not saying he is or isnβt and a firm believer that you do what you want as long as you donβt impose your beliefs what ever they may be on me.

I have no doubt that Jesus was a real person and have read a number of good books on the subject. My favourite is βHoly Blood & The Holy Grailβ which examines the theory that Jesus was actually high born, had a real if tenuous claim to be King of the Jews and that this together with his non stop preaching is what pissed the Romans off. He actually married Mary Magdelane at the wedding at Cana (as a lowly carpenterβs son he would not have been invited to what was a society wedding) and because the Romans wanted rid of him his followers negotiated with Pontius to βdisappearβ him rather than see him imprisoned and they did rather a good job of this! They cut him from the cross, hid him a got him out of there in what would become to be known as the βresurrectionβ.
He died not long after in Europe, but Magdelane was pregnant and there became a huge mission to protect his bloodline. The holy grail was in fact a symbol for her womb. She bore his child and died in France. The knights Templar have protected the bloodline and itβs believed his descendants are alive today.
Nice! π₯°π₯°

Jesus was irrefutable as a real living person, Christians believe he was the son of God. Thats what their faith boils down to, you believe he could perform miracles or you dont, however Christ existed as a mortal being. Whether he rose from the dead etc is where faith derives, you believe or you dont.
Inglis83 thatβs your prerogative and thatβs my whole point wherever I agree or disagree is irrelevant to anyones opinion.

Hey dude.. I mean Jesus is a historical figure not just religious so as real as Henry the 8th or Julius Caesar.
Who knows what names they had in the Middle East thousands of years ago. The bible could be a fairy tale but there is a lot of evidence to suggest Jesus was a real person
That being said I think a lot of history is bolox so who knows really but itβs as good an answer as any not sure why your picking on me π
Iβm spiritual but not Christian or religious so not imposing any beliefs on anyone

I'm 50/50 on whether that last point was tongue in cheek, but just in case it wasn't, the names of the Apostles are Anglicised from Aramaic (via Hebrew and Greek).
Many of you have already said so Jesus so going to have to go with Alexander Shulgin
Nikola Tesla - Would love to bring his ideas to the current stage of tech giving humanity freedom and the world a much needed break from our destructive manors.

Best weed movie?
Seen and contributed to a great topic thread about the best weed song here. How about the best movie about weed or to watch after indulging?
I had another movie in mind when I clicked on this topic, but you nailed it. The greatest stoner movie ever, The Big Lebowski.
How High with WuTang's Methodman - turns out that name is a reference to acting technique.
How about "A Clockwork Orange." Saw it for the first time at my frat house in the early 80's. It's time for bit of the ole in out in out. Love it.
There's always Reefer Madness. It's pretty damn funny, especially since it was released in 1936. Right up there with masturbation causing blindness and hairy palms. If that was true l would be wearing dark glasses, holding a tin cup begging for enough money to buy a new razor.
I've been meaning to watch that after a few spliff for a while now, Yellow Submarine definitely pickles your head too.
"Interstellar 5555" :) (How can you beat Japanese Anime set to Daft Punk's Discovery for audio/visual, I mean come on seriously?lol)
Also How High, Harold & Kumar, Sausage Party and Your Highness,..

Only rewatched this a few days ago. I'd forgotten how amazing it is! Thanks again for the recommendation

Hangover 1,2,3, Pineapple Express, Harold Kumar 1,2,3, This Is The End, Tenacious D, Mac & Devin & many many more <3
Absolutely. Dazed and Confused, whenever I want to remember my teens. I definitely peaked in highschool.
Have to say "Up in Smoke" by Cheech and Chong. Stacey Keach at his best and the whole idea of getting EVERYONE at a concert stoned at once!
Agree! Read the book and loved it. Wasn't even aware there was a movie. Going to search for it.
Richard Linklaters two rotoscoped classics, "Waking Life" and "A Scanner Darkly" are great to watch when you're baked.
A Scanner Darkly is a great pic. I only learned recently that Phillip K Dick wrote this (along with the book Bladerunner is based on - 'Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep' and also 'Minority Report' to name but a few. He is the Don of sci-fi.
Some of his early stuff that hasn’t been made into a movie or a tv show is amazing. Think he found god around the early 70s (the acid and weed was good back in the day) and his later stuff is very spiritual. He is the Don !
I recommend Abre Los Ojos (Open Your Eyes) which was inspired by Ubik and remade as Vanilla Sky.
Yeeeah! Thanks for reminding me of those two. This is my favourite thread of all time.

There's a newish film called Valerian and the 1000 planets ( something like that) that's a proper mind fuck too.

Holy Mountain is the Ipsissimus of psychedelic movies.
Inherent Vice is a late entry but an instant classic and Friday is hilarious, one of the funniest weed films from beginning to end.

Was gonna say this. Amazing film, rewatched it last night and it gets better each time there's so much going on. And Short Round won an Oscar.
I just scrolled through 100 comments and none said Cisco Pike??? Retired dealer Kris Kristopherson has to sell a garage full of bales of weed for cop Gene Hackman...how did you all miss that classic?
Haven’t seen it, but now I will....especially as I’ve just had a delivery of some jack herer. Thanks for the recommendation
Amazing movie...matched by your choice of profile pic.an absolute classic graphic novel.shouldve won way more awards.
Inception is incredible when high, most Nolan movies are due to the picture quality on his movies (and the topics). But I love watching Inception stoned, recently watched Tenet and have watched it another few times high and it blew my mind.
I’ve heard tenet is an absolute mind fuck so I’ll have to roll one and load it up. Cheers for the recommendations
Point Break (original) is a great movie to watch while stoned, failing that Supertroopers is always a winner!
Heres one i dont see mentioned enough and is a amazing movie. Mr Nice , its a movie about the great howard marks and importing weed into the uk back in the day. its really funny and well worth a watch
Whilst it's dated now, when The Matrix came out in 1999 it was like nothing we'd seen before. I went to see it in the theatre sooper high and it was a wild ride never to be forgotten.
Matrix. Not my sort of film normally. But one quiet night in the house, slowly and steadily getting stoned and it all made sense, until the next day.
Pineapple Express is funny as hell when smoking your favorite kush or haze or hash. This whole movie revolves around smoking weed.
Can believe these havenβt been mentioned ! If Iβve duplicated apologies ahead itβs a long thread

might have to try this!! Ive had to throw a whole grow before as the bud was covered in the little fookers! Would growing in coco rather than soil help?? Ive only ever done soil but very tempted to try coco !!
Best preventative and very cheap is neem oil sprayed weekly 5-10ml per litre with a wetting agent or washing up liquid.
Can be spayed Every 2-3 days of infested.
Can also be put in the water for systemic action which lasts a month
Dr schimmel terminator is good for heavy infestations
also diotemacious earth on the soil surface they don't like which also stops fungus gnats
Also uvb lights they don't like
Also dragonfli website sells predator bugs for preventative or severe

Calexit?
inevitable...def when not if. California would make a great independent country. best of all worlds
Calexit?
You got a country going one way and a state going the other. Just sayin...
Well since reputation is everything around here, no this doesn't make sense. Civil war, been there done that.
Sure, first move is to occupy the Trump casino, the friday hooker flight will move our operatives in range.
Each one of us can declare their freedom at any time, we dont need a state's help for this. If we don't we are recognizing that we were subjagated at birth, it's really that simple.

i've been in rehearsals (character development) 44 years.

Anyone else awake and lonely?
Multiple beers, multiple vapes. Still feel like shit. I realise this is not a mental health forum. The one I've joined there's no one online. Was going to try my first ever edible tonight but in the end didn't feel up to it. Maybe that would have made a difference, who knows. Life is shit
I suffer greatly. I have a toxic family that doesn't help. Cut out the booze, start exercising and building from the inside. Weight training really helps me. You haven't messed up your life. Tomorrow is a new day. Small steps, little and often. Slowly, day by day you can build. You are not alone.
Thanks mate but tried it all. Managed to give up the booze for a year. Went to the gym four times a week, went swimming, did other shit. Made no difference. Ended up so suicidal my GP did an urgent referral to a psychiatrist. Still under their care and on the drugs they prescribed. Had already done four years on Prozac and four and half years on Sertraline before I saw them. Now been on "California Rocket Fuel" a combination of Venlafaxine and Mirtazapine for six years. Still depressed as fuck which is what has led me here. Considering microdosing shrooms next. Anything to provide some release.
Can't recommend microdosing because I haven't tried it but I know there are lots of studies going on.
I would recommend the Wim Hof method for you as I have to others. Look at any one of his you tube vids and check that comment section.
Ptsd, anxiety, depression, auto immune conditions, skeletal problems and many more suffering individuals are reaping the benefits of cold water therapy and some breathwork.
I started over a year ago and have witnessed the benefits first hand.
Say no to pharma
Get high on your own supply

It may seem patronising, I do not mean to be. I don't know what hardships you've had
Sometimes I have thought too that life can be shitty and wouldn't it be great to change it
often times we cannot
we can only change our perception. I have sometimes allowed the external pressure of life to take its control and impact my mood. I have recently become aware of the fact that everything in this world around us is actually within us and we are a part of all of it.
We use our senses to interact with the world around us. The experience of all of it is 100% an internal affair. We have the power to decide if that twat at work makes us angry. We can decide whether we allow that person or life situation to affect us. To give someone or something the power to affect us in such ways is slavery unto ourselves.
Don't listen to the voice in your head telling you your shit or life is shit. That voice is not you. You are deeper than that. If you look and leave all the shit outside the gate you may find the peace within you.
Cold showers, breathwork, meditation. That's my best advice. Hope it helps
All the best brother

Ohh mate, I hear you and been on most of these and some heavy pain stuff.
Everyoneβs different, letβs get that out there. What works for some might not others, for me.
Outside of the advice and activities Iβve mentioned. I had to learn and read about how the brain works, how we manage our feelings and stuff. Some are boring but others can really help you visualise the demon AND understand yours and how to keep them at bay day at a time to slowly improve.
Change is hard and slow but never too late!
Mirtzapine was my final med before I was off them for good ( just weed, coffee and gaming now, and a good bit of porn).
It was a very hard journey, but set a written plan, have a wall of activities, some youβll hate for the mood, some might work .
Youβre a smart fella Iβve read most your posts, you got this.
Cbd weed is good too now, nice flavours and feeling without being baked.
Care looking at path of new drug to replace and fix issue, need to drill down and find your demon and itβs tactics to rid β€οΈ

I'm really sorry to hear that, man. I hope you at least get some respite this weekend. But, there are many of us here to listen. If your own cloud is grey, try to be a rainbow on someone else's... If I am unhelpable, then maybe I can help someone else. Wishing you well today.
We can highly recommend micro-dosing and have many clients that use it for depression. We know from personal experience shroomies help alot too. Only thing is with these kinds of meds is you cannot be taking any big pharma stuff or use alcohol in anyway. And as much as we love herb and believe in the power it has too, its better to use it when you're in a good mental state otherwise it could actually make things worse...that's our experience anyway.
Its best to not only rely on one thing like friends said here below...exercise..healhty diet...who you surround yourself with combined with the use of psychedelics is a good place to start :-) and of course then there is Ayahuasca...there are many tools but in the end its all about your will...you need to really want to change your life...own it and then things will start to change ;-)
Best of luck friend

Only game I play is an MMO called World of Tanks. Been playing it off an on for ten years. Sometimes I can get lost in it, but it's become harder recently.
Never really appealed to me, not sure why. Just something about the tanks ticks the right boxes for me. ππ
Dude world of warships is so sick! not gonna lie, a friend of mine used to play this game and at a point he wanted to play with me together, I was instantly hooked by the game, it really is fun :)
Hello Khasi,
sorry to hear that you experience your life the way you do. Since we are not knowing each other we dont know in what kind of situation you are in and the way you got to this point of depression. We donβt recommend drug consume when feeling lonely or depressed since it is a devils circle which will make you even more mentally dependent. Life is not shit, life is your responsibility and what you make out of it. Most important thing is to distract yourself the right way, do sports and what you like and what you are passionate about, eat healthy, tomorrow you can always be the better version of the yesterday, every single day. Anyways we wish you just the best in coping with your depression, stay safe and feel hugged, you are not the only one suffering from depression.

its hard to motivate exercise or even a walk when you feel like this but it has a better success ratio than weed when you are really in the hole mate.
jah bless.
jah bless.
Try find hobby, go outside try not to spend lots of time sitting home, riding bike helps me a lot
Fair point. One of the problems with depression is that it kills your motivation. It gets harder to get out and do new things. I walk my dog 4.5 miles a day and that does help. I used to cycle commute every day when I was working! But I'm 67 now and not in the best physical health.
Iβm really sorry to hear that you are having a tough time. Depression is tough and especially when youβre having struggles with your health.
Trying to do what you can to be active is helpful, I found doing mindfulness pretty helpful. I was sceptical but found it pretty positive to take some time out and quiet the noise in your mind and also help you be a bit kinder to yourself.
Iβm not sure self-medicating is easy to get right.
I find some kinds of weed helpful some have the opposite effect. Cbd can be good for anxiety and there seems to be a good amount of evidence that psilocybin can help with depression, whether that be the larger dose or micro. Whether thatβs right for your situation I donβt know.
I hope that you find some way through things and manage to get into a more positive state of mind.
Eye of the tiger and all that jazz.

Thanks man for such a thoughtful comment. I agree self-medicating is a very inexact science and so easy to get wrong. That said, my own experience of how inexact medicating by professionals can be makes me think experimenting personally and following your instincts to try new things has the potential to lead you to positive outcomes.
Hi Khasi
I'm sorry to hear what you are going through.
If anything this thread is 40+ posts so you're not alone.
I went through this 6 years ago and it took a while for it to stop.
Now am wary of pharma treatments as I've seen several people get hooked without thier symptoms improving or going away.
What is more there is controversial evidence regarding Prozac possibly increasing suicidal thoughts:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluoxetine
https://www.theguardian.com/science/2000/may/22/drugs.uknews
If you can get hold of the latest New Scientist magazine there is an article about latest findings about depression and possible new treatments, I haven't bought it yet:
https://www.newscientist.com/article/mg25734220-100-fresh-ideas-about-the-causes-of-depression-are-bringing-new-treatments
Now there is plenty of good advice and supprt from nice biggas in this thread but I would offer a word of warning about mushrooms: do not use them on your own.
I do that myself but am a user with 25+ years of experience. They can send you to heaven but also to hell so do not try to self-medicate with psychedelics.
If you want to try them by any means try to join one of the experimental UK studies in a clinical setting with a medical professional.
I hope you do get better

Your not alone Khasi. I live in a caravan in a field in the middle of nowhere on my own. Not by choice but as a result of really painful split with the mother of my child who I still love and care for to this day. I suffer terribly with loneliness, self doubt and depression. 3 years on my own and I still don't feel independent or strong and at times I've wanted to give up. I get through it because I believe it will change and because I want to see my daughter grow up and be happy.
Drugging yourself does not make you happy. Booze makes you more sensitive and clouds your head, weed can make you overthink everything and while they may numb your pain and help you drop off it will wear off at about 3am and you'll wake up and be restless and feel depressed.
We all make mistakes in life, I know I have, but to forever see yourself in a bad light is harmful to you and others. I'm sure you've done some good things in your life, whether for yourself or helping others. Remember those things and give yourself some credit. Now plan to go and help someone, do a nice thing for somebody. They will see the real you and that is who they will remember. You will hopefully see a change in yourself when you feel appreciated. Happiness comes from what you give not what you get. Good luck my friend, Feel free to message via this post anytime. I'll always listen and help if I can :)

Bro/sis ur right life is shit!! But it can be better!!! Sometimes you just need to sit bk and reevaluate your life, goals, aspirations and see how you put the shit in a bag and in the bin.... there's always gonna be that bit shit in ur life its just how you deal with it that matters... my other half has depression and she has just recently started on a vape and it's changed her moods dramatically... I've never been a fan of doctors depression/mood medication as its all just basically shit... everyone's different bro try what natural medicine you can... its on this planet for a reason bro.... Best of luck to you βοΈβοΈβοΈ
Ever thought about selling up and moving somewhere cheaper or just going to do voluntary work in some hot country?
Maybe if I was younger mate but I'm 67. I wouldn't have the energy. Plus I have two kids and my house always remains their home for when they want to visit. And I'm still being treated for cancer so kind of want to stick with what I know if you know what I mean.
Hi Khasi
I didn't know you have cancer.
Hopefully you're one of those people who have a good loving relaitonship with their kids - hopefully.
Going back to the mushrooms if anything you might want to get in touch with the folks at the Imperial College London Psychedelic Research Centre - they are looking for participants for a microdoing clinical trial:

There is also one at King's College London:

I'm not trying to tell you what to do but whatever you do do not take mushrooms on your own if you never had any.

life is some journey. we probably do it to ourselves. choices and decisions old boy, bit of a buzz kill but do this = that. if i drink those beers (i drink) what is the likely result. hugs and uggs x
believe me I know mate. I have 67 years of choices, decisions and actions to mull over and regret. I've fucked my own life up, that's one thing I'm under no illusions about!
Chin up, you sound like a good person, i've respect for my elders, some older folks are nasty and bitter.
I'm never lonely, was bitten by Christianity at a very early age and my faith keeps me going.
I was content and comfortable with the thought of physical death as early as my late teens /very early twenties.
This life is just a ride.π«π

does stiffness travel through muscles?
It seems like back soreness can spread to my legs or is it just becoming sore too later on its own
Sounds like Sciatica
"Sciatica is where the sciatic nerve, which runs from your lower back to your feet, is irritated or compressed. It usually gets better in 4 to 6 weeks but can last longer."

May be general inflammation, I had something similar and was told to drink lots of water and take anti-inflammatorys..
Mineral water in a hot bath is good, and moderating sugar as that is a major source of inflammation.
Also tight hamstrings can cause back problems, a good stretch to do is to sit on the floor cross legged and lean forward, allowing a stretch on the tendon that runs past the base of your but and to your hamstrings, as this also effects your back, there are some other specific lower back stretches which aren't too difficult to find.
That said it could be an array of things and you can't beat a professional that cares about their job:)
Goodluck

I'm replying as someone who lost a good few years of their life due to debilitating back pain and sciatica. You've got some excellent information in these replies, and my main advice would be to see someone about it as soon as possible, don't ignore it and allow it to get worse.
I saw many 'experts' from various approaches, and did years of physiotherapy exercises, yoga, pilates, etc but I didn't make any real progress until I found a good chiropractor.
If something's 'out' somewhere, whatever that is, your body will try to compensate by moving away from that pain area, other muscles will take over to compensate for whatever's not working as it should, your posture will slowly change as a result, and that will cause further problems.
Sciatica (like any nerve pain) can manifest in strange ways - you might feel it as soreness, a tight localised cramping, like a hot wire running down through your ass or leg, or even like water being poured down your leg - the feelings can be very strange, sometimes just bothersome, sometimes extremely painful and debilitating.
There are all kinds of exercises you can do to help, as people are suggesting, particularly hamstring stretches (search for 'straight leg raise exercise with strap/yoga belt' - the belt/strap will provide support and help to minimise you straining your back even more) but I think you're much better off seeing a good chiropractor and getting them to recommend exercises that are specific to your issue and, importantly, won't risk worsening your issue by working on the wrong things or trying to do 'too much'. The alignment of your tailbone is very important when doing lower back exercises so, again, you need to know you're doing them right. I also see a sports injury physiotherapist (a very highly-trained one!) and they gave me very simple exercises that, in a short time, made me much stronger in my lower back and glutes (ass). Simple exercises that weren't 'too much', didn't take too long and could be done whilst high π. The yoga and pilates weren't helping much because I needed to get my skeleton back into the correct alignment *before* doing those things. Honestly, I tried yoga and pilates for years but couldn't make any real difference to my pain until I saw the chiropractor and got a good base to start from.
Now, my issues were quite severe and I don't want to alarm you as it sounds like you're nowhere near as bad as I was. This stuff can get bad quickly, though - just take some action on it now and don't let it get worse.
If you're open to seeing a chiropractor then find one that uses 'muscle testing' to help diagnose the issue. I wouldn't bother with NHS physios - they're just not trained to the level of good chiros or 'sports injury' physios, and I wasted a lot of time with them.
People have made excellent suggestions in their replies here. It's nice to see and I wish I'd had access to some of these suggestions when my issues started! With exercises, I'd also recommend looking up 'nerve flossing exercises', these are really helpful IF you have any nerve pain/sciatica (which you might not). The 'Warrior 1' yoga pose (Virabhadrasana) works the QL (Quadratus Lumborum) which will strengthen the area around your spine and give more support. Again, I'd recommend seeing someone first and getting exercises specific to your issue. Anti-inflammatories (like Ibuprofen) can cause their own problems, and I'd recommend a good curcumin (NOT turmeric) natural product instead, something like 'LLS Curcumin 95' (on Amazon). A warm bath with a couple of cups of epsom salts in will help ease your muscles (you can buy a big tub cheaply from Amazon, cheaper than buying little packs). Also, you could try some 'BetterYou Magnesium Oil' (Amazon, Holland&Barrett, etc), I know a lot of people who've benefited from that. Above all, try to see someone who knows what they're doing as soon as you can - and you'd be amazed what a few simple, targeted exercises can do for your discomfort.
Good luck with it - deal with it now and save yourself potential misery in the future! - and feel free to message me if you'd like. Cheers π
Yes π― stiffness travels through and takes over the muscles. I was having injections in my bum most days to relax my back muscles. If it's spreading to your legs that ain't great mate. sauna, steam room, jacuzzi And bro π― upgrade your mattress, some good deals out there.
Your whole muscular skeletal system is deeply connected and can imbalances can cause complex chain reactions. The back and hamstrings (which I assume you're referring too?) are part of the posterior chain. If one of them is tight, it will likely impact the other.
I don't generally perceive sciatic pain as 'soreness' but a deeper nervous pain, sometimes feeling like a shooting pain down the leg. Be careful stretching things that are already painful.
If it is your back and hamstrings, the safest thing I would recommend to start doing is stretch your hip flexors and hamstrings. Do not round your back doing these stretches. Tight hips can lead to underactive glutes, which can put strain on your back and legs.

It sounds like sciatica.
I suffer from this occasionally after receiving an injury to my lower spine.
If your intervertebral discs are bulging and pressing on the nerves in your spine you may experience soreness, numbness, pain etc down the path of the nerve which branches off and travels down each leg.
When it flares up I am a broken man. Make sure you look after yourself.
As Yourmumshouse suggested, there are many reasons for this to occur I.e lifestyle, posture, injury.
Get proper medical advice if symptoms are serious.
Best advice/excersise that works for me is to be active.
I was also recommended a yoga exercise which has helped strengthen the back muscles and I would be happy to share that if anyone is interested.

Hey got to say the moonrocks look unreal!, definitely look like the best I've seen on here. I am a joint smoker so would you reccomend these to someone who only smokes joints? Like will it grind up or is it more meant for dabs, vapes and that?
If I had them right now I would try my dyna with bacon cotton.
No idea π€·ββοΈ if that would work but the best that I could do with the tools π§° that I have they say ?

Thanks Triggs.
You would have to get it cold and pick it into little lumps if your smoking a joint but it's really not easy.
Noting in life is easy remember!!
Tbh I'm not 100% sure on what's the go to method.

I successfully rolled 2 killer joints with the moonrock from the photos.
I thought it was going to be a sticky job but it turned out OK.
Trimmed with scissors, was half as hard as I thought it would be.

Postal Strikes
Having checked the RM website the dates for postal strikes this month are 13,20,25 October. So, forgive me if I'm wrong here, but why is everyone blaming long postage on strikes already? Or are vendors using this as a bit of a crutch at the moment? The reason I ask is because I've had no issues receiving mail from everywhere else but am still waiting on an order I placed well over a week ago now, and it's not the first time this particular vendor has taken their sweet time delivering too, despite their claims to give fast delivery.
I guess I'm just feeling a bit confused that everyone is going on about the strikes like they're happening this very second even though they're not. Correct me if I'm wrong or I'm missing something, please!

We ship out 6 days a week, so we see when the bottlenecks are formed in the post, and how long they take to clear.
Example of the most disruptive part of the strikes, and this is intentional ( understandable as its effective )
Strike on a Thursday.
Item ordered Tuesday night posted on Wednesday,
This item won't move until Friday and now mixes with Thursday and Fridays post.
So, soonest arrival for first Class would be the Saturday.
Thats the issue we have been seeing.
The solutions, order early and be aware that the post may be slower.
Choose signed for / tracked and Special Delivery options.
Special delivery will still move on strike days, may take 2 days but will arrive faster. Tracked will be within the 1st class time limits so usually 3 days tops.
I think that vendors will make the point as its not what we are used to. And we all just need to work together to keep orders flowing for us all.
Vendors are decent dudes, we are also working hard to get around deliveries and shipments. Its all part of the game. But a good vendor will always come through, so give us all a chance ;)

I'd imagine not every area in the UK will deal with the delays as quick as others. So depending where the vendor is sending it from could give an idea of a timeframe if that area are taking longer to recover from strikes.
Strikes one day will cause a backlog for days and even weeks, especially when the strikes are consistently close to each other. So it not happening today doesn't really matter, but you're only really protected if you go through special delivery, but even those have delays at times.
Either way, support the strikes :)

Oh, I agree with the strikes myself, tbh I think everyone ought to bring the entire UK to a screeching halt for at least a day to send a message to the powers that be that things are in the shit in an ideal world, but what I'm getting at is that it's been a fair while since the last one and the next hasn't happened just yet so I don't understand why everyone is talking about it like it's happening right now and causing delays.
I expect delays will happen, but normal service should be happening right now as currently, this moment no strike action is taking place. I'm probably just tired and missing something, I work weird hours

I'm not a postie so honestly I wouldn't know for sure, but royal mail post service updates everyday to their website and often there are problems unrelated to strikes that add to delays.
Had an time delayed a good bit ago and turned out it was due to a covid outbreak at my local depot, nothing was said on their website, but was told after talking to postie when it was delivered

You raise a very fair point, but as I've said I have been getting stuff through the post still so I know my posties aren't all dying off of covid - this end at least! Definitely something I'll bare in mind
It's why I love that JJ sends the tracking number. You know it has been posted that way, but I understand why others are reluctant to do it in fairness

Why does God God ?
Controversial topic, but if god was real, what would be one of the defining reasons he does what he does, and what does he gain from it.
Yeah all the time but Iβm not on about that, Iβm trying to say that god is always seen as the good guy and devil as the bad guy, so why does god choose good over bad, in other words why does god god, why does he not just kill everything in existence or at least take control of them and make them do ridiculous things, like millions or billions of people all doing the same thing at once, why would he do that, what would be the defining reason or moment that caused that outcome
Even in a thread you will quickly run out of rationalizations for a view shaped by a primitive book.
Well Mother Natureβs climate change would suggest that he IS going to kill at least most of whatβs in existence, and Iβm pretty sure we DO spend most of our time being made to do ridiculous things!
The boundaries between good and evil are much more nuanced. Every action (good or evil) has a reaction (evil or good). Satan is a fallen Angel so both the greatest good and the greatest evil co-exist in the same figureβ¦

Humans have caused this by building to many houses and building projects that have stopped natural water from going into the ground to reach the water table, instead it evaporates and goes elsewhere, causing what we have today, floods in one area with extreme droughts in another, so humans are to blame for such things.
From what Iβve seen with anything plant human or animal, even bacteria, they all seem to do as they please even when guided to do something sensible that would avoid negative outcomes, they do it all in confidence, no one makes them do anything that they donβt agree to first, even subconsciously all those problems where surface level that was just ignored due to ingorance or lack of knowledge.
Good and Evil are clearly separated, I think your confusing them with something that they both have, this saying explains it βnothing comes for free in life, if you got it for free someone has already suffered, if you pay for it then you have sufferedβ so someone always has to suffer, that suffering doesnβt always have to be good nor does it always have to be bad, I believe itβs a collective decision based on an infinite amount of outcomes with all the other humans plants etc currently in existence, but good and bad are clearly separated, they are no where near the same.
Satan was never an angel. He has no capacity for good, only selfish tendencies that cloud his judgment.

Many Christians believe the Devil was once a beautiful angel named Lucifer who defied God and fell from grace. This assumption that he is a fallen angel is often based the book of Isaiah in the Bible, which says, βHow art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations.β
How do you know it's humans? And not god clicking on us and instructing us to build etc?
And as for the make us do silly things etc, how do you know this isn't several re-rolls down the line and that's already occurred and God has moved out of the remove the ladder from the Sims swimming pool part of their game and is being more restrained this time round

Weird question. Why does he choose good? Look around you. He doesn't. If God is real (he's not) he's powerless or evil. You only need to have human experience to know that it's impossible that he exists without one of these being true. Evil, or powerless
I think to answer, or at the least ponder this question, we need to define just exactly what we perceive as a God...
There is a possibility that we are chance personified. We like to believe that God created us and planned us in his image, but what if we're a by-product of a playground or an experiment gone wrong? We like to believe that our universe is special and has life, but the multiverse theory is a possibility too - what if we're just a number?
What if we're actually a hobby in a petri dish, where 'God', the scientist, is just testing waters? What if we're actually a cure for a cancerous universe, and we are the solution to grow and destroy so that the Universe cannot danger anything else? We would no longer be so special if we're just a copy, would we?
I think these theological / philosophical questions, while not necessarily 'solvable', will become much easier to answer once we have a more advanced perception of what we are and where we are (in terms of the universe).
What does God get out of this? Maybe satisfaction of a job well done? Research for a paper he is writing?
And let's not forget God doesn't have to be singular... We do not understand what is outside the boundaries of our Universe... What if there is a never-ending cycle of 'humans' who have broken boundaries in their own universes, and we are their next steps in creation; we advance to universal levels, and pass the borders to become creators of a next universe?
What if God actually has a family, and we are a toy for baby god to play around with? But then would there be something even bigger and more inconceivable (for us) than the God we know? Think of it this way - bacteria to us is so tiny it's almost irrelevant, ants to mountains are almost pointless, just as we may be to God... But what if there is an even bigger fish in the pond of Gods? What if there is a God of a God, and therefore a God of a God of a God?
Maybe God isn't even aware we exist...

Interesting.
Here we have the LHC, the large hadron collider. An atom smasher that is capable of recreating miniature big bangs, probably many per minute.
Who's to say we have not created miniature universes at a phenomenal rate. Universes that are bound by their own physics and outcomes?
Possibly our universe was created in the same way.
There is an episode of the Simpsons where this theory is put into animation and the universe is contained in an atom on homers head.
Doh!

WHY DO HUMANS PROCREATE? WHY DO BEES LIKE DANCING AND COLLECTING POLLEN? THINK ITS JUST PART OF HIS BEING OR ITS SO COMPLEX US MERE MORTALS WON'T UNDERSTAND. I PREFER THE FIRST OPTION THOUGH
If god did exist - letβs say yes for the purpose of this
If god didnβt god they wouldnβt be god
If god didnβt god they wouldnβt be god
'God' hasn't got to the end yet - I'll let you into a secret - our individual consciousness is part of the universal consciousness which has been evolving since the beginning of this iteration of the universe β i.e. the universe is becoming conscious, and we are part of it.
Or to put it another way β we are all part of βGod or Natureβ and still in the 'becoming' stage, not yet at the βbeingβ stage β that would be the end of history and we would (or whatever intelligence is left if not human) at that stage become part of God β or the totality of existence.

Anyone sent stuff to hotel for holiday?
Going abroad for a week, don't want to take with me, anyone tried sending it to a hotel before they get there or anything like that?
I was in your mind set back in May. I thought about it loads and then I thought about being detained at either the airport or the hotel in front of my kids. Ruining their holiday was enough for me to go cold turkey for a week.
I just sling G6Extract carts in my luggage, probably less risky than mailing stuff to your hotel.
Very dependent on the country π«£ and also type of hotel. It you are staying in a city you could mail it to Poste Restante for collection?
Going to France, never heard of this thing, the poste restante, I'll have a look at this, are they generally quite low security? I guess I could send it from France

Hi, totally legit on here. Look out for vendors with 9.5 plus to start with. You may have to make a few small initial purchases before you start to put bigger orders in, but that depends on the vendor. There is a lot of medical grade oils/ edibles on here. You need to be careful the ones that come from abroad tend to be rubbish. Anything made ny the vendor is legit. Check out UK dispensary ice cream cake RSO/ sweets, they are decent for pain.
100% legit

Weed and reading books
Best books to read about getting stoned - number one of course Hunter S Thompson, "Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas". What else could it be. Aldous Huxley "The Doors of Perception" has to be up there. Any jazz autobiography can fit the bill - "Straight Life" by Art Pepper is essential. The 1965 novel "Stoner" is an excellent novel, but sadly has nothing whatsoever to do with drugs! Any more recommendations?
As for books to read while stoned that's another matter. Personally I can't. Have to be straight when reading. That said. I should think "Ulysses" would be quite a trip.

I find Graham Hancockβs work fascinating whilst stoned. Fingerprints of the Gods, Magicians of the Gods and Supernatural: Ancient Teachings of Mankind. Are all very interesting talking about a lost civilisation and ties into the ancient Egyptians and Atlantis and other stuff. Worth picking up.
Mr Nice - Howard Marks
Snowblind - Robert Sabbag
Waiting for the Man - Harry Shapiro
Haven't read them for a good number of years but I enjoyed them at the time! Second two are quite old so you may have difficulty in find them (at a reasonable price!)
I read Waiting for the Man in pre-internet days. That thrill of looking around a bookshop (yes, shop not website!) and tucked away in the corner some books with a picture of a (looks over both shoulders with a small grin) cannabis leaf... wow a book about drugs... in public. Oh how times have changed! :)

Good! From memory, Snowblind similar to Mr Nice regarding funny/detailed accounts of the drug trafficking process and WFTM I only have hazy memory of as it was a while back when I read that and it was before the updated version! I just remember it was fun reading about each recent decades music style and drug of choice. Have fun!
Haha π. As I said above I have to be straight while reading. Reading when you're spaced out is the same as watching TV while you're fucked up. You can't remember any of it the next day!
I know this is going to sound weird but I actually enjoy reading when Iβm high, although it does depend on the strain. I can pile into some pretty heavy books AND remember what Iβve read. Strangeπ€·ββοΈ

Too rightβ¦the gratuitous roasting of Bambiβs mum (donβt put that phrase in a search barπ«£) had a profound effect on me and I never much liked venison after thatβ¦π
ππβ¦the only thing that does my head in about βFear & Loathingβ is the sheer quantities involved, I just canβt believe that an elephant could remain standing. In the booze version: βLeaving Las Vegasβ at least Nicholas Cage is genuinely trying to kill himself! (Great film imoπ)
For modern day drug-athons itβs hard to beat the grit and outrageous humour of Irvine Welsh. Obviously βTrainspottingβ is a classic but I love the total sleaze of βFilthβ, βEcstasyβ & βPornoβ β¦books that really give a clue in the titleπ.. and they leave no doubt that Welsh has seen it all.
Joyce had to have been off his noodle on something when he wrote βUlyssesβ β¦itβs the only explanation π₯΄

I'd agree about Fear & Loathing, but having just read Thompson's letters (he was a copious letter writer) from the late 60s to the mid 70s, he really was a major stoner. I think he got bored easily and had this restless, almost manic, energy. Think drugs were his way of scratching that itch. As for Joyce, yes! Only read it once and that was about 30 years ago. Keep telling myself I'll read it again one day but haven't done it yet!
Reading Ulysses once is a major achievement mate, I canβt believe anyone has ever read it twice π
David Nutt ( Ex government drugs advisor until he said some things the government didn't like so they kicked him out..... ) has a few books you may find interesting.

man for real, we all know upon arrival, I felt anyway, bit like turning up towing a thirsty camal. one normally gravitates towards the small nugs deal and ties their thirsty camal up at Barry's Basement. TGD has water in the horse trof, will now manicure your now refreshed camal also, while you wait 2 days with pleasure, real good experience with TGD

Strike day delivery's?!?

Strike day delivery's?!?
What are everybody's thought on delivery's on Royal mail strike days??
Reason being, I may have an option of a firm doing it for me.
They can only go north one trip and south on another.
Would need to be at least 10 drops to make it worth while with fuel and costs.
What would people be worth paying for that service??
Would you want to??
Thoughts??

Greentech have jumped all over that ship , amazing just for $10 your order is delivered with one of the top delivery companies π€―
You would need a buy a decent amount like least a 14g to make it worth everyone time maybe even more like $200/250.
I'm keen to work on this.

I'm just a small time buyer personal buyer with no experience of vending or actual knowledge about security for this sort of thing...
My thoughts are that you would be taking risks that would make it a lot easier for the authorities to gather evidence to prosecute you.
I reckon trying to prosecute vendors on here would be a massive ballache that not worth it if they have to intercept stuff from RM, as well the risk of rival vendors fucking with you or thief's wanting to rob you.
Just some thoughts
1 more sleep until my follow up order from the lovely intro offer)

12-15 dollars max for me and adds a big positive to whether or not I shop at vendors with all these strikes.
Would people buy enough to make it cost effective for me?? Because I will have to end up paying something towards the costs.
But that's fine if it make me some more loyal customers

Had Iβd seen your page before I spent elsewhere I wouldβve tried some for sure and banged up a review. Looks like some tasty offerings mate.
I only usually buy small amounts though as poor lol
Iβm sure there is a market for the extra special delivery and it will grow as more people get fucked by the strikes.
My usual 2 day post took 6-8 cos 1 day strike π

I'll never forget that Casper OG, i've been hopelessly trying to find those terps again but no luck, best strain i've tried in 17 years!
i remember buying a gram of it just to test, then the moment it arrived and i got a whiff of it i immediately ordered as much of it as i could afford which was only another 3.5g, and then a few days later the pope was gone for good : (

Pope was expensive (at the time) but it was man worth the price! Maybe another vendor can snag us some Casper OG! Itβll have to be damn good to match The Popes though right bro!? π
I second that ππ»

I'm sorry but the gents have always been absolutely stellar. Always nice messages and I've never in the whole time I've been on here ever EVER had a bad experience with them.
I know for a fact they go above and beyond and to say their products are shit its just plain lies. The reviews speak for themselves!!! They are polite and always want to strive for greatness which in my humble opinion they consistently achieve. I've had a variety of different strains from these guys and it's always been bang on. I can only assume anyone who is complaining is either lying and trying to take advantage of their good nature and the fact they always want to make sure everyone is happy or well actually I don't know or what else because they are literally amazing. Ignore the shite being said and know you are safe with TGD.... Much love from this weeweedch1ck β₯οΈ

I don't have to defend myself to you I'm afraid, I've bought off here loads and most certainly am not a plant? Not sure why you think they've "paid" me tbh, I saw the posts and decided to put in my thoughts as well. I've had deliveries be late and I've been concerned and they've been amazing, if you are nice people are nice back. I did not infact attack you as you say I made a post regarding my opinion on the topics. End of. My profile has zero to do with you have you ever perhaps thought that maybe I don't want certain people trying to find me.... AKA an abusive ex hence my complex PTSD and buying weed thing. I will not get into a keyboard war with a stranger on the internet because quite frankly I have more important things to do π€·
Thank you yes I'm alright didn't expect to have to tell people I'm hiding from abuse to prove my point but there it is π€· I believe in and trust you guys much love β€οΈ

How to long to wait for delivery?
Hi lil biggas , I placed an order with a trusted and previously used vendor 2/10. Itβs 11/10 now and itβs still not arrived. How long should I wait for it and would the next step be a disputed transaction or ask the seller to re ship ?! TIA
I placed an order 30 Sept and it only arrived today (10 Oct). Had been sent 1st class so not the vendors fault. Just put it down to what's going on with RM at the mo.
Biggas are really feeling the weight of RM delays right now and will be doing so for some time by the looks of it. We need to be patient and cut vendors some slack. If itβs sent itβs sent and virtually all orders will eventually arrive.
That said there is no reason for you not to protect your coin by raising a dispute during the dispute window shown on the order page. If it arrives you can cancel the dispute.
Vendors will be understandably reluctant to reship orders that are just delayed by strikes.
We just need the mindset that orders will take longer whilst not being shy to protect our coin via escrow.

Do we know what the impact is on NDD specials? Is it likely to be NDD willing to pay the extra if it comes through
I guess theyβll have priority but still wonβt be delivered on strike days, just asap afterwardsβ¦.
Some areas have temp workers that are specifically delivering Special Delivery and 24hrs Tracked only.
If I'm going to order during the strikes, I'd personally use any of these 2 services, but still expect some delays.

Hey Pete. Started my day with nice cup of coffe and some neville's Haze from Nero, really good sativa.
That's a good combo for me, get's me going.
Now working on my raised bed/green house. I have six plants there and they are getting too tall. So I am raising height of the box. Actually this is my first outdoor grow, been enjoying it.
And the weather today is fantastic, here in Denmark, we don't get many days like this.

Howdy Pete,
Iβve probably been here a bit over a year but have only just started looking at topics and It seems like a nice community of like minded folk.
As for whatβs cooking, Iβm rotating between green techβs beldia hash which is really clean and strong, some of hashishinβs Lebanese Range Rover hash and Pakistani quality hash.
Itβs all good, thereβs plenty of nice stuff to try and the vendors seem pretty good on the whole.

UK is only 1% of world emissions?
I completely believe in the climate science and trying to prevent it. Some green tech like solar and wind make good economic sense to do anyway though decades of discommisioning old power stations won't make producing it here any easier.
We've put ourselves under the boot of international energy markets at a time when the world couldn't be more divided. And if we meet every target and do reach net zero? our contribution is margin of error. China plans to keep on keeping on and the US is incredibly corrupt so won't deliver meaningful policy change this century. That's about 50% of the total emissions. And why would the developing world do any different?
If there was any pragmatism in politics there would be near equal emphasis on making our aging infrastructure, businesses and homes more resilient to the effects of climate change, not just trying to prevent it which isnt within our gift to do.

all propaganda from billioniares who want to stop us travelling...co2 makes up just 0.4% of the atmosphere...of that 0.0001% is man made..you all smoke weed, weed eats more co2 than any other plant, they add it in every big grow...plants eat co2...it gets higher plants get bigger...its bullshit antiscience...methane is the same, the hydrogen and oxygen eat it...its a perfect system...the co2 levels when the antartic was warm was half of todays levels..so that ruins the warming scam in a second...all bullshit with no experiments behind it...more fake corporate covid science ,all bought and paid for...dont belive a word of it. it is our duty to use actual science and resist this stupid scam....sorry if this offends anyone but bullshit walks... wheres Doggerland? wheres Dunwich...read some history the climate was never stable. who gains fromn this ...just the b illioniares who want to tax and stop our democracy.....wake up..its not science its a coup.
Spot on, that man! Itβs 0.04% 400ppm. Whoever managed to convince people that CO2 The Gas of Life or The Miracle Molecule essential to all carbon based life forms on Earth is also a threat to the climate, has done a first class job of a psyop. Hats off to the Communists, The Masters of Manipulation, theyβre very good at what they do.
Scientists know perfectly well how much Co2 is in the atmosphere because they figured it out, that's how you know in the first place, so if you're saying don't trust Scientists, why would you trust them about Co2 content and not the harm it does?
Why would I trust who? Which βscientistsβ are you saying I should trust or not trust? Should I trust this lying, serial litigating POS?
How about the scientists working for ExxonMobil who came to the same conclusion 40 years ago despite their bosses not wanting to hear that
The truth is out there if you want to look for it. Every prediction/model has been based on the assumption that CO2 is a warming gas. It isnβt a warming gas, not even close.
here we are, the population that exists now is the vanguard of what is to come. I fear, for our future generations, that it becomes worse before better. Though we as homosapien sapien (we're double sapien) will adapt to our environment regardless.
The Cop23 summit told us the ocean temperature has increased by 3% (correct me if this figure is wrong). Tearful to type And that means the death of our oceans as we know it. Maybe the nature of the oceans, like humans, is to die - and reincarnated also. But, that is now the temperature of the oceans. It cannot be decreased 'back to normal' through environmental friendly actions. The oceans are dying basically, bit grim to type, but we're all reasonably grown up here to handle the truth.
only thing that can cool them back down - to recognisable temperatures
(and stop the ocean from dying) - is an ice age. There may be intelligent lifeforms there that we are yet to kill.

Solar and Wind turbine require precious earth metals which is equally devastating to produce.
Plastics are the biggest problem in my opinion and that just seems to be getting worse there will be no rest bite to production of petro chemicals as profits and dividend payments to shareholders are the most important to these corps. And that will never change.
We are being screwed and we will continue to be screwed unless we all get together and dethrone this evil beast!

I highly doubt that the CCP hold the same opinion as you when it comes to "we" but I'll keep my fingers crossed.
When confronted with this principle of "1%" a climate activist I happened to listen to on LBC said;
"Well we're a leading power in the world and therfore I think we need to lead by example. When we change... countries like China and India will follow"
The utter arrogance of this is not just vulgar, but bewildering.
China (CCP) couldn't give a shit what the UK does and if you want an example of how much they respect our opinion, let's look at Hong Kong.
They walk in, Dominic Raab whinges a bit and fuck all happens. Because we're not a world power anymore. And Hong Kong wil soon be absorbed by the CCP.
Put your plastic in the recycling bins, fold up your cardboard all you want, it won't make a blind bit of difference. The only thing this movement has done is replaced religion in a secular UK society. That's it.
