I was indeed one of the affected customers and I can confirm that my order placed on 28 Nov did land on 22/12. House sitter signed for it and I found it when I returned home a few days ago.
Strainsburys had given me a full refund at the time and I just couldn't stay silent and keep both refund and items as they did their job and the whole debacle had nothing to do with them (although I still don't understand why their runner was detained!).
I can't refund in one go (sorry times are tight) but if you setup a tip on your page, I'd be happy to reimburse you bits by bits, a la Klarna.
I will definitely be reordering from you guys when you reopen shop. Sorry you had to go through this ordeal!
