I ordered this last week, paid up, and have since had the order cancelled due to the seller not sending the item.

It is very strange that the product is still up. Recent reviews infer that others have had the same experience. A whole week was wasted waiting for a product I could have gotten from a competitor.

I was disappointed after leaving a good review for the seller on previous purchases and even went so far as to write up a topic to promote the product after the last order.

What on Earth are you talking about?
Firstly you haven't messaged me you just decided to make a topic post?
Secondly, there is no chance this happened "last week", we had a worker on a month and a half ago, that was the only time orders were being cancelled.
Lastly, what are you talking about when you say "recent reviews". Please by all means point out what reviews you're on about because our recent reviews are outstanding. Not sure why you're being a moody Margaret over one cancelled order and making it seem like im a terrible seller and trying to tarnish my rep when its obviously not the case.

He’s just concerned same as us. About 28 days ago I had same issue with you guys. Waited and waited then decided to come and message yous. Messaged you no reply. Order cancelled. Still no reply. Have 3 messages sitting unread. Never had issues before with yous but to me he’s just concerned about not receiving the product. I want to order again but I am worried I will have the same scenario as last time which turned out to cost me more and run out which is not great.

No hate just concerned customers here xxx

Me too. Ordered & paid for, no replies when asked if had been sent. Auto Borg message when logged back in to see it had been cancelled and have to wait on refund. No comma at all

This is the second consecutive time that vendor has taken money and money for next day delivery and failed to send the order. I've messaged the vendor but my communication has been ignored. Now I'm out of pocket.

100 hours after it's registered as paid if it's not marked as sent by the vendor.
