Hi guys, we wanted to say a big thank you for giving us such a warm welcome to the community and decided what better time than now with Christmas round the corner!
We've decided to keep it nice and simple for our first comp to avoid any issues with proof borg.
Whoever guesses the closest to the ETH price in $ on 15th December at 13:00 wins $400 worth of in store credit. Entry's close on December 13th at 13:00. Please note that of the $400, $200 is to be spent on our shroom product line and the other $200 on our green product line. Hope I haven't missed any details, GOOD LUCK!

Indoor grown mids are of higher grade and quality due to the external nutrition fed during life cycle however Organically grown bud doesn't always get these benefits ... so do people actually appreciate the notion of organic bud over chemically assisted bud?
Personally I believe organically grown bud is the best !
Sometimes the high might not hit as hard but knowing it’s organic and clean just gives me a better experience overall rather than that sprayed stuff, you never know what you’re smoking these days :(

Yeah I think people just go off how high something is and say its good... not knowing that it's been sprayed and being grown using pgr to make it appealing.
I feel like anyone who smokes now doesn't actually know what organics are supposed to smoke like, Well ofcourse unless they've grown themselves and actually had to find out for real or smoked directly from a farm.

The only way anyone on here can trust a vendor is through experience. Just claiming something is "organic" or "cali" or whatever else doesn't necessarily make it true.
Personally, I have no idea what "organic" even means, nor do i give it any real credibility, but I've been down that rabbit hole before and gotten nowhere so I'll leave it at that.
Good quality cannibis is good quality cannabis, it could be grown in California or Cheltenham.
The plants don't give a monkey's fart where they're grown, they only care about the love and attention they get from seed to harvest.
Simples.
You get out what you put in.

when I grew, first few 0 nutrients and basic soil.
plants were meh, taste OK, mediocre buzz and small yields.
spent a couple of hundred on nutrient potions and fuck me!
every plant from then was a banger, insane strong terps, clean burn (proper flush and cure), epic potency and yields that defied the strains I was growing.
admittedly that was prob a bit to do with low stress training when saplings and the net method 👍

I assume it's more of a reflection on my 'street' dealers than anything else but the few times I've had something that was hyped up as 'organic' was always very disappointing. A very weak hit (if anything at all), unpleasant, very chlorophyll-ly 'plant' tasting, and looking like it'd never seen a crystal in its life. Headachey too. So bad that I've avoided 'organic' ever since. I appreciate that's just my experience, though, and I'd hope and expect it to be much, much better here on LB 👍
Street dealers will usually just tell you anything to get their merch gone, most of the time its about profit margins so theyll grab whatever homegrown stuff they can land and move it for higher margins, however there are some dealers out there that are in it for the long game and usually are more honest than the rest.
That being said, its usually up to those at the top of the food chain that give the labels to the merch. So even if theyre honest, they are still at the mercy of those above the chain.

I don’t really know what ‘organic’ means but I always imagine it to be small scale and less intensive. I eat a lot of raw carrot and I buy organic simply because they have more taste of carrot.Your standard supermarket carrot really doesn’t taste of much at all.
My Canadian friends tell me this is exactly the same with legally farmed weed. It’s grown in huge intensive batches and loses a lot compared to local small (unlicensed) grows, and this is why so much of the business is back on the street- it’s where the ‘good stuff’ is!. I suggested this is just the same as ‘craft beer’- people convincing themselves that non corporate small batch simply must be ‘better’. They insist the only good weed out there now is not in the licensed shops.
What exactly the science by which that happens is I have no idea…🤷♂️

Thats very true and thats the reason why chem grown plants NEED flushing, however for organic, the need for flushing isnt too paramount as theyll be mostly water fed anyways.
