Hey Everyone!

So as you can read from the title, I am going to be shutting up shop for a little while, a couple of weeks….perhaps even indefinitely; but this is still early days yet and I dont know what im going to do in this moment in time.

So without airing all of my laundry! My oldest big brother passed away yesterday. as you can imagine my head is all over the place and something in me just snapped, I need an adventure, I need a break, I need to live, I need to do something that doesn’t involve the digital world right now.

And I am so so sorry to all of you that rely on this medicine I make and sell, I will still be selling the remainder of the syringes and the remainder of the mushrooms I have available, although I am considering blending it all up into powder and selling as lemon tek packs just to get it all out now.

I know I have people waiting on messages from me and I am so sorry to have neglected you all but life has just been crazy and things are only going to be getting a lot more overwhelming for me, and I know I won’t be able to be the best vendor/seller/communicator I am able to be for you all at this moment in time, in fact since the new year things have been extremely tough.

I will still be “around” in the form of my husband who will check in etc and if there are messages he will attend to them, but it won’t be as though you are messaging me if that makes sense….a good example of this is you won’t receive an essay!!! 😂

I am truly sorry and hopefully I will be back because I do love this world of natural medicine and connecting the good people to it!
But only time will tell.

I wish you all the best, love and happiness in the world and if you have someone close to you right now, whether you are angry at them or not, give them the biggest hug and don’t let go. Let your people know they are loved and if you yourself are in a bad place right now, know you are loved and needed in this world.

So I’m a little weird, for those who haven’t had the pleasure of privately talking with me yet! 😂
And one of my weird traits is I’m a tad obsessed with true crime stories!
And I wonder if anyone else is a freak like me too?
If so I came across this story which is truly heartbreaking, sick and just truly messed up. The victim Vera Jo was senselessly, horrifically abused and subsequently murdered and saddest of all it ended with a serious miscarriage of justice!

Here is a lil peek at some spore prints I made yesterday!!

So with the month of love just around the corner, what better time to discuss and promote the wonder shroom that is Cordyceps! And in this case Cordyceps Militaris!
Cordyceps is the sex, stamina and endurance mushroom; well known for its boosting libido and rekindling passion abilities; it is no wonder that Cordyceps garnered the nickname “Himalayan Viagra!”

Before I jump into the sexy properties of Cordyceps, I would just like to mention adaptogens.
Adaptogens! so called for their ability to help the body adapt to certain psychical, chemical or biological stresses; Can be found in herbs, seeds, fruits, roots, and lastly but most certainly not least Mushrooms! There are over 70 known and named adaptogens, but more than likely a lot more yet undiscovered. Cordyceps is one in particular adaptogenic mushroom!

Cordyceps contains bioactive compounds such as Cordycepin, Adenosine, and Polysaccharides. Their chemical structures differ, but their goal is the same: to promote brain health, improve athletic performance and stamina, raise energy levels, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote the immune system. 

Clinical studies have shown that adenosine has a vasodilatory effect; basically it helps relax and widen the blood vessels. For those that suffer high blood pressure; Adenosine can lower blood pressure and enhance circulation in the blood.
