I've been using the 2021M for over a year now and love it in my vape rotation (I have a solo2 collecting dust; I may give it another whirl now you've mentioned it!) I have tried a friend's M+ only a couple of times and is very similar in feel, hit, flavour profile, heat up/cool down, etc.
Looks wise, I prefer my M but is that because it is my first and long used Dynavap? The M is costing around £55, if you shop around a bit and the M+ is around £80. If cost is the only issue, then go with the 2021M.
The one hit extraction with the M+ is a selling point but having tried it I found it a bit hit and miss and bordered very close to combustion (but then the important thing to remember about anything "Dynavap" is the learning curve and perseverance) but if I never used the one hit method ever again it wouldn't bother me!
Tips: A dynastash is handy or at least somewhere/something to place your hot M (especially metal and/or with a magnet to help keep in place and help cool it down).
With your first attempt and using a jet lighter, try heating the M first WITHOUT any herb so you can get used to the length of time for the heat up "click" and the cool down "click" - saves wasting/combusting weed when you invariably say to yourself "I've been heating this for over a minute now, where's the click... I thought it took about 20-30 secs... what's that burning smell?... Have I missed the click?... why are plumes of smoke billowing from my vape?"
