Hi all,
Orderd 2 parcels from a seller ,recived 1 and not the other,dont think it was sent ,now they have deleted both orders,has this happend anyone b4?

I don't think a vendor can delete your order history?....can you give more details. Were they two completely seperate orders or just seperate items?

2 seperate orders,placed within mins of each other,i didnt think they can but both are gone now and i cant dispute etc

Yea ,went to check today and one was gone then 10mins later the 2nd was gone,order histoey right back to december is still there

Out of interest why would you place separate orders?- doesn’t that mean just paying two lots of fees?

Wow that’s way too long….only once did I have this happen, and nothing ever turned up, had to dispute in the end and got a re-send…though I don’t think they sent it in the first place

Very long wait time for a NDD, I know RM take the biscuit sometimes but this seems a little odd. Hit that dispute button Bigga!

Had one vendor tell me to wait 21 days before he'd even consider a refund or reship. Crazy. If it hasn't turned up after 3 it's usually gone. They should have tracking though.

Ordered 42g high grade, got 40g of low, low grade bush - been waiting 3 weeks for the reship to arrive but nothing yet - had a message over the weekend saying it was sent last week though but other orders have arrived since then. Don't know why he destroyed his own rep it's a bit sad

yes. paid for next day delivery last wednesday. not arrived today still. pistach wont awnser messages asking to check tracking.
im a new member,, my 1st order on the site was a week previously from same seller and went fine. arrived in 24hr no problem. no idea why this ones went wanders.. glad im not alone.

They usually take days to respond, if not longer. Many people have complained about it before; unfortunately, I didn't take heed and have been waiting since Wednesday for a package. Hopefully, whatever your order is, it'll be sorted soon.

Thought i’d place an pre chrimbo order nice and early to ensure no difficulties, so popped one in on the 6th. 15th today, and still no sign.

I contacted the seller on day 6, and it took them 48 hours to get back to me, and theyve asked for shipping details.

I have seen an occasional uk to uk based review showing around 10 days, but 99% seem to be within 3/4 days maximum, so i’m pretty sure its unlikely to show.

Based on the time its taking for the seller to respond, i’m pretty sure if theyre willing to do anything about it, its not going to get to me this side of christmas, which ****ing sucks and, as a nice christmas present, leaves me £300 down for the festive season.

I stupidly chose first class instead of tracked, which is proving a heinous mistake.

But is this situation happening with any regularity, and is there much chance it could still land?

First class stamped 2-5 to my knowledge. Not as bad as previous Christmases but think this will vary depending on location of both vendor and buyer

The issue is that you're relying on a massively understaffed company to deliver at the busiest time of year. If you were to take a trip to your local sorting office, you may well find a load of post waiting for you. This is unlikely to be down to the seller not shipping (if they appear to be a reliable one) Royal Mail are screwed and there's massive delays all over the country.

Thats what i’m hoping, thanks. Just concerned that on dozens of the sellers reviews nothing has taken this long, and ive recieved plenty of other post in the intervening period, so not convinced its my sorting office. Nothinng i can do but wait and see of course

Still nothing on day 10 and still only 1 response in 5 days from the seller.

Whats the dispute etiquette? Ive never had to raise one before but really dont want to be £300 down and the sellers response times aren’t great. Cant see any way this gets resolved by christmas now which means i’ll probably have to deal with my in laws sober 🤣

So like the rest of you I understand the RM has fucked us, however after crimbo I've placed orders with The Resistance, to which I have just received a refund because, unknown. And Greentech to whom sent me black weed, rotten and mouldy. I wasn't the only one, so much so that LB has removed their selling site from LB. I can't reply to their request for my postcode. So I've been fked. And now to top it off I placed an order with The Greenteam, to whom are one of the better sellers and they have a monday/Wednesday/Friday ordering system, and guess what they haven't sent it. Who the fuck do I need to order off to get stoned. I am loosing the fucking will to live here!!!!
