New to shrooms. Where to start?
New to shrooms. Where to start?
So Iโve never done shrooms before and really want to try them. Whatโs a good variety, amount and seller to start with?
They are such a beautiful tool in life and honestly, if you respect them, they will respect you too! The times I've went too hard are the most humbling times so take it easy! Same principle with most psychedelics tbh!
It's going to be a somewhat different experience for each individual due to our own neurochemistry, so you will need to research and experiment to find your sweet spot, however there are a few points which are useful to consider!
Firstly, start low and slow! Definitely get yourself a set of scales that are as accurate as possible to around 0.01g to be as precise as you can be for peace of mind. Depending on the genetics of the mushrooms you get, they can be either on the potent side, or on the more mellow side. I'd be inclined to suggest, for a beginner, it's definitely worth just starting with 1g to 2g, maybe less if you have stronger variety like PE or APE or maybe ever so slightly more depending on your weight etc.
The lower the dose, the less likely that you will feel nausea which is common, but the lower the dose, typically lower the affects so its a tightrope to walk on how far you want to go!
There are many ways that you can consume them, from making tea to simply eating them raw or making capsules. Each route is great but I'd recommend having as much ginger available as possible! I love eating the candied (crystallised ginger) to help combat any nausea bad vibes alongside some soothing (yet stinky) Valerian Root for calmness.
A possible route I'd also recommend once you've got an experience or two under your belt is to look into LemonTek if you are nausea inclined (basically grind up dry mushrooms, stick them in lemon juice and stir every once in a while for about 15 mins and finally either strain the bits out and just drink the "extracted" lemon juice concoction or use the lemon juice to make a ginger tea or drink the whole thing and prepare to feel the effects come on very, very quick!) The lemon juice basically kickstarts the process of breaking down the psilocybin into psilocin which is what your stomach does when you eat them thus taking some of the weight off your stomach doing all the work!
Overall, I'd say regardless of what genetics you get, you will get accustomed to your way of enjoying them! Some people like to get blasted out of all existence other people like to microdose, just make sure you are in a good state of mind and you've taken care of your basic human needs like sleep and not drinking a silly amount of caffiene. Often an empty stomach is the way to go, but a small meal of fruit or something before hand can be helpful, I find eating meat before NOT a good idea haha. Its a journey and if you research and loosely plan the experience so there is minimal stress and no impending deadlines, you're more likely to have a great time! Each experience is different and if you feel underwhelmed on your first experience, it's not a bad thing, you're just taking care and consideration for yourself! One step at a time and you'll have a great time!

a good trip is 5g for me but is way too much for my bf, who can only do 2g lol heโs a wuss; all depends on your tolerance and also what/ how much youโve eaten as I found out! (Had a huge dinner than decided to do 4g only felt a mild buzz was so pissed at myself for not waiting to eat lol!)
Its not a major issue but for me the smell and taste of magic mushies is disgusting however I could only stomach eating them (like wrapped up in a wrap with sauce, or blended up in a smoothie, aftertaste is rank but worth it! Thats just my crazy way though!)
As far as variety, in my opinion they are all basically the same in terms of altered senses and mood, however some may have more visuals or be more body intense others can be more potent so you will want to dose down, its all trial and error.
My fave shrooms are Jedi mind fuck (I swear they gave me a different buzz every time, one trip im a sexy naked fairy playing with trailers and riding my bf like thereโs no tomorrow, the next im an emotional wreck and just want cuddles, they truly live up to their name! And the other mushies I would recommend are Mazatepec me and my bf both enjoyed these ones a lot! Euphoria, enhanced sexual appetite, very relaxed body buzz.
As far as vendor, I will be cheeky and offer my services, ;) I sell Stargazers which are very potent and a small amount is very enjoyable.
As I grow my own mushies I donโt purchase from Biggy so canโt recommend a vendor unfortunately, however I do purchase weed and RealD is my choice of vendor for that!

I tried the trinity caps which is now my favourite cube they were incredible. I had 5g and I do believe they are slightly stronger than an average cube.

I've personally never had a "bad trip", whenever I've had a feeling of been anxious or started to panic. I will take deep breaths, sing or chant. Just anyway to get oxygen back to the brain.
My 1st full dose of shrooms I went from a atheist to not believing but knowing there is something else going on that we have no idea about.

Thanks for all the advice :) had my first try last night thanks to Spacemenโs $5 intro offer. Went for 2g of GT, although that was a little too high. Not unbearably so but Iโll go 1-1.5 next time. I lemontekโd it!
I'd say amount depends on strain. if you look at something like golden teacher then maybe up to 1.5g on the other end of the scale a penis Envy variant around 0.5g would be a good starting point. As mentioned already underwhelming is better than overwhelming for your first time. There is a real psychological barrier to stepping into the unknown so treading lightly is wise. You can redose during your trip too. Its not as potent as doing your total for the night in one go but feeling safe is more important.

Hello Ethically living, really hate to bring some doom and gloom, but I really want to reiterate what NuclearTreeFrog has said about respecting the shroom. I only began my mushroom journey this June, had around six / seven amazing experiences ( I did it too much really), and got cocky thinking I was just really 'good' ๐ at taking mushrooms..
Recently I took 3.5g - less than I usually would, my head and house were a mess, I just wanted them to 'fix me'. My God. What a mistakatomaka. I didn't think it was possible to feel so bad, and I've been in some dark places. I'm not religious, but I feel God, and this was the most terrifying thing, I couldn't feel God at all, it was like I was being consumed by darkness, almost like I was being possessed by evil.. seriously. I actually wanted to kill myself. I really, really don't want to put you off, I have had some of the best, most God affirming, beautiful and fun experiences of my life with mushrooms, and have seen unprecented healing, but fk me, the flip side is not cool and very real. It's easily avoided by ensuring you come to the experience with the right intention and good set and setting. Don't underestimate it ๐
On a massively positive note, when it finally ended, it felt like i was living my every day life in heaven, with a new found appreciation and respect for life and love. Really made me reevaluate a lot of things.
In my limited experience I've found b plus be the 'easiest', shroom, kind of 'forgiving'. I have always got mine from the fun guy on here. Dr shrooms APE were amazing as were the spacemens trinity caps. All really kind, helpful vendors.
I've found a few spoonfuls of honey and fresh ginger after taking really helps with nausea.
Really hate to have been negative, but seriously, take it seriously. You can't have light without darkness, and they have shown me unparalleled beauty, but that bad one taught me the most. I feel blessed to have had it happen, the relationships with my brother, sister and friend who all saved me that day are in another stratosphere now, and I have a whole new reverence for shrooms. They seem have an intelligence beyond our understanding.

I like golden teachers, might be a bit strong for your first time but if the dosage is small then you will be good. usually a 1 - 1.5g to start with for your first trip, be in good company and in a positive comfortable environment, plenty of vendors on here to choose from just check out the forum, plenty of vendors posting about their wares and recommendations.
Hi from personal experience start with a strain like Golden teacher. Very forgiving to anyone new to shrooms. Now for dose. If your sitting alone go for 1.5 if with someone go for 2. Now trip sitter. Someone you trust but also someone who is not going to impose their experiences or expectations into your journey. You need someone who will provide support when you need it. Set and setting are very important I canโt tell what that is but it should be somewhere you feel comfortable. As for taking mushrooms. These are ancient medicines so they demand a little respect. Ask for their protection and wisdom before taking. At any stage you feel overwhelmed. Just say thank you for showing me this. Gratitude goes a long way. If you have any questions at all just ask. I hope RMโs issues arenโt causing you too many issues today.
I had a special sent Saturday morning that hasnโt arrived yet and vendor provided tracking so I know itโs an RM issue and I know my vendor had at least 5 SNDD not turn up.
Mine got sent yesterday and the tracking hasn't updated since yesterday. It was a reship as well. Not having much luck at the minute.
Iโd imagine itโs more to do with Black Friday tbh! I bought a shit tonne of stuff inc a hot tub so I imagine others bought a lot too!

Cycling through the countryside is an absolute delight. Cooking and listening to the radio. Drinking sour beer :)

Best things to watch while stoned
90s disaster movies. They are so fucking absurd. Congo, for example,has a gorilla in it that smokes and drinks martinis and everyone plays it completely straight. Theres another one about a volcano with Pierce Brosnan where granny's legs get boiled alive and bo-one reacts at all, not even the kids. Utterly batshit bonkers and hilarious at the same time
I tell you what, I nearly had to phone myself an ambulance after watching the new series of Brooklyn 99. Not sure if you have watched it before (Netflix) but it is hilarious when straight, never mind when stoned. There is one particular episode in the new series that set me off and I could not breathe. I'm sure there is a thread kicking about on here about this topic. There are some great suggestions on there. Also, Tik Tok is always a good laugh.

I'm really sorry to hear about your friend, please seriously make them consider stem cell treatment ASAP, because I know of two other people who have had this, and that has not only helped in both cases, in one case it has cured the cancer. With stem cell treatment there chances of survival are much higher. Unfortunate news thats for sure but have you looked into alkaline dieting and fully veg diets. I had a friend that fully reversed lymph node cancer.. he had a lump on his right side next to the liver and wasnt aware of it until it was very late stage. I told him of alkaline diets and how acidic conditions in the body allow cancerous cells to thrive. He researched and found promising evidence to support that, he instantly stopped smoking bud and started taking full spectrum cbd oil (orally) to counter the pain. He never went down the route of chemo and 6 months later he went back for tests and they were shocked as to how quickly the cancerous cells had dimished.
He swapped a full meat diet for full veg, he started drinking distilled water with spirulina with ph @8- 9, he started juicing alkaline veg mixed with fruits and hit the sauna and steam room almost every day for the next 6 months.

Yes good on you for putting this out there. Doubters do your own research this is true. There are many natural cures for cancer and they no it! Truth is they make a lot of money and keep the population down by doing this. Sorry to hear that. My mum had cancer and refused medical treatments and went to an ashram in India for ayervedic treatment and it worked, that was over 20 years ago. My dog also had cancer 3 years ago and was given not long to live. I got him onto THC oil and 3 years later heโs still going. I would recommend trying some alternative treatments. Howโs this going? Thereโs an interesting story in my local area. A man got diagnosed with cancer and 4 weeks to live in 2019. He hasnโt told this in the reports because I think heโs trying to sue the NHS because now in 2023 his scans show no cancer. Heโs going down the misdiagnosed route but I know he was taking cannabis oil and so it might just be that cleared the cancer. My dog also had cancer and doesnโt anymore. Yeah I've seen that too. My good friend took RSO when first diagnosed it helped with symptoms but didn't get rid of the cancer. Reluctantly he went onto radio and chemo which worked and he was given the all clear. 3 years later and it came back hard and he died last week. There have been studies into the use of thc to help cur cancer. I watched a documentary about parents who used it on their children who had brain tumours, it worked the doctors couldnโt deny the tumour was shrinking at a rate much quicker than chemo etc alone. Worst Star Trek Series of All Time?
Discovery closely followed by enterprise
I loved the opener with Klingons on Earth but even then it kept getting dumber with that poor man's Kirk routine from this guy. It seems like he belongs in an old Disney movie playing off a car.
Discovery by a long way for me. It just didn’t feel like Star Trek. Rewatched all of Enterprise recently and it was way better than I remembered.
Really? The 2nd season was annoying as any grade school social propaganda but I thought the 1st season was right up there near the best Trek.
I’m sure I’ll rewatch it in a couple of years and have a fresh perspective. I just couldn’t handle ( forgive me if I’m taking Star Trek too seriously ? )the fact that, fundamentally Star Fleet is military, yes? How did Tilly make it onto a military vessel? Even Reg Berkeley for all his foibles had a semblance of respect for the fact he was on a military mission. I love Joss Whedon’s dialogue and sass but he’s an inappropriate inspiration for Star Trek characters.

For me it has to be Enterprise. Even the theme music felt wrong to me. It felt like the cast never really jelled and as a result the whole thing feels flat and disappointing.

How long ago did you order? Chances are if your payment went through and you gave the correct address you should still get your goods regardless of whether you were logged in or not.

Was on the weekend buddy. I've messaged at least 5 times and been ignored by them. I messaged them with order number almost straight away so they knew it wasn't a piss taker, been using this site for 2 years with 100+ buys and first time I've done this. I can't see them sending item if they can't even be arsed to reply to me. If nothing by end of.week I'll post on their page

Always sign in normally, just seen something I fancied and bought it without signing in. The seller did get back to me, after 5/6 messages, so at least I know where I stand with them

2 buys on Thursday morning (14 Dec 23) - first send fee was ยฃ23! Second one, 30 minutes later, was ยฃ16. Definitely stopped me shopping around like I wanted to, waiting for them to drop before buying again. Can anyone recommend a site that shows an average transaction fee in real time? The only ones I know show the day before's average fee.

didnt know how to start own topic, but here is my stupid experience with Kraken for laughs. ok I needed to upolad id but lucky they take d license and had jpeg for wrk. i then bought btc when verified 30mns, but missed the info box telling me funds were held 72 hours. they charged me 3.50 for buying the btc to kraken. then tried to withdraw and found out they held it 72hrs. I tried to cancel at my bank but couldnt. I then waited 3 days. i then went to withdraw and saw that there is a further charge of 13.60. I need to buy more btc in order to cover it, another charge. then when i go to withdraw, I need to add a new address, every one I use needs verified by email. but by the time you've got to the email the amount on kraken has changed slightly. So after like 5 tries i finally did it quick enough to have the right receipt amount. so thank fuck thats over. Just got an email saying i must complete a survey by jan 2, or they will shut the account. provides link, go, but no survey. cant find it. so effectively they are going to take the remaining 61p in the account by default. hahaha fucking hell that was awful.

Will be the new norm, a friend was explaining to me how BRC-20 tokens are congesting the blockchain. Since they seem to be the new thing in the crypto world I don't see the congestion reducing for a while. We have the same problem in some way every few years here we need an alternative ASAP. I've had to pay 100s of dollars to move one transaction from here and its been pending for several days, blockchain explorer site reckons I'll need to pay $2111 to get it in the next few hours, not viable at all!

I dropped my fees to around the $2:50 mark, 24 hrs later and my order still isn't confirmed. What a pile of pish.

I just ordered from THESPACEMEN, with SNDD, they also offer NDD for a bit cheaper. Having read the reviews looks like they have some decent stuff for good prices :)

With the fees on the way down I was hoping to put in a long overdue order.
The BTC is currently sitting in my KYC registered account (coinbase) and I usually transfer to an anonymous coinbase wallet and then to transaxe. With the high fees itโs far more tempting to transfer direct to transaxe as it can often save 15-20 pound per order. How risky is this? And whatโs the potential outcome if it goes south.
Any advice appreciated

Weidly for me That's whats happned to me today , Coinbase restricted my account then said it was closing it , gave some basic instructions on how to remove remaining funds...

Thanks for the advice TWDuke. I just put a final order through yesterday with a direct send but yeah donโt think Iโll be doing it again as itโs not worth the risk.

I now use Atomic Wallet as advised by one of the biggas here.
There are other wallets which have been recommended in this thread.
A hardware wallet is exactly what it says on the can: your bitcoins are stored inside your wallet but not online.
You'll probably be alright sending directly from coinbase up until the point when they will ask you what the transactions were for.
They will be able to trace which site you've sent the BTCs to even if they cannot tell what the transaction paid for.

And for balance...I used Coinbase to buy BTC and send firect to Transaxe for a couple of years but in September they froze my account with ยฃ400 of BTC in there and I'm still waiting for them to unblock it and then I'll transfer anything in there direct to my Exodus wallet. Dealing with their customer service is useless as they now want to know what I wanted to use Coinbase for in the future. They didn't particularly like it when I answered that I will not be using them and will cash out any money when they eventually decide to allow me access to my money.
I honestly would not ever recommend them as they seem quite random on who they question about their account.

This is the first time I am using this particular vendor and I was not disappointed. Stealth was good and delivery was on point. Some vendors on here offering sndd do not actually get you the product next day even if it was paid for before cut off time. As for the buds solid nuggets of goodness, she was a stanky girl fresh out the pack. The actual flower had flecks of purple dotted about and was manicured nicely. The grind had a nice fluffy consistency to it. As for the smoke we had a light grey ash burning at an even consistency, a light oil ring formed while smoking away. Each toke was smooth and terps were very creamy and fruity on this one. The high is a deep body relaxation my muscles and mind feel relaxed perfect for sleeping or relaxing . This was a much needed smoke. For the price this flower far surpasses any others in this price point. Too many vendors charge extortionate prices for subpar flower. The spacemen is not one of them.

I only bought a half oz of the motor breath and I regretted not buying more as soon as I opened the pack, takes me back to when I started smoking, couldn't believe how high I was after a few bongs, have to also shoutout the Blanco and Cereal milk which are both ridiculously tasty and possibly the best looking buds I've ever seen in 18 years.

but why? nearly everything you could do in this world can be learned for free with this little invention called the world wide web. i think you have heard of it even if you don't have an expensive computer.
a p.o.s. android phone and free wifi has you in many of the finest classrooms on earth, you don't need a wing named after your grandfather anymore.
if you don't have the patience for this there is a youtube video for 21st century dummies on nearly every lesson on earth, pause, rewind, learn at your own pace for free.

Anyone can acquire the skills that they want, it just depends upon how dedicated they are. I mean there's a shit ton of skills that i want to master and learn, but usually i'm busy with other things. The internet is a wonderful thing. But also, it takes a lot of time to learn certain skills and most people like my self are quite lazy and can't be asked to learn new things, unless they really want to.
True but I'm not sure about "anymore". It's always been possible for motivated people to acquire skills, it's easier now but I don't think that is going to change the dynamic. People are afraid and or lazy when it comes to pursuing things that aren't right up in their face.
Find something that fascinates you. And just will yourself to know everything there is to know about it.

Actually all of our problems are due to over population. One person can do more work now due to technology. Also humans keep on devaluing themselves by constantly breeding. Itโs the law of supply and demand. The fewer of us there are the more valuable we are to employers. When we breed out of control then employers can pick whoever they want. Thatโs my opinion;)

I get what your saying but the person carrying out the skilled job more often than not needs proper training and certification if not just for the client but more importantly for insurance purposes!
Insurance would work a lot better if there were public records of outcomes on a blockchain rather than a certification authority that inevitably becomes a racket.

I've have 4 grams of Eddys hashbar gator breath, and 2 grams of his tropicana cherry bubble hash going begging. Will exchange it for this odd request..
Watching ASMR videos on YouTube is one of the only things that helps my brain calm down and relax, and I can only sleep after watching, or listening to a load of them. Having recently been around a bit of a stoner for the first time in a lot of year's, I was reminded of how much I used to love watching someone skin up. It's SUCH a beautiful thing, and I realised the reason I loved it so much was that it's actually a really nice sensory experience- ie - first class asmr. I love every bit of the process from taking the goodies out of the little pouch or box they're kept in and unwrapping them, the sound and visual of the rizlas leaving the packet, the scrunchy wiggle of tobacco from the cigarette into the rizzla..fingers rubbing together.. the smooth, ultra satisfying roll.. taking time to make it perfect, smoothing it out..the whole thing really- specially if it's all done with a certain level of skill and dexterity, it's just a joy to behold, and very '๐คค๐คค๐คค' inducing..
Each time I watched this being done recently, just before sleepy time, it relaxed me so much I was asleep within two hours which never happens, it worked better than any of my favourite asmr artists videos.
Is there any bigga out there who understands the artistry.. the sensory treat that is rolling a beautiful joint, and why someone might find it incredibly comforting and relaxing?
I bought the aforementioned hash as a Christmas present that is no longer required. It hasn't been posted yet and I can ask if it can be sent to someone else ( but i can't seem to message Eddy at the moment, when i go to his page and go to 'chat', it just freezes. So I was going to write a list of everything that literally made me groan, but it really would have ended up being most of it. But anyway.. firstly, I LOVE the setting, the composition was spot on and you filled the frame perfectly..
the beautiful slate board/tile, I can just imagine how cool to the touch that feels, and smooth and ridgy at the same time, and oh my goodness ๐.. the 'please do not read this', absolutely bloody excellent, and the slate tile was placed perfectly underneath it. You really get composition..
A few things that really hit the spot..
Unscrewing and removing the lid from the weed jar,๐คค๐คค ( by the way, don't you have lovely little containers to keep everything in!)... sparking that lovely red, mat, metallic clipper - WHAT a sound... removing the rizzlas from the packet..! Honestly I couldn't imagine it sounding and looking so lush.. the sound of the hash breaking as you first starting crumbling it in, and I mean I will end up listing most of it so I'll stop. Oh, I loved the little- I'll be back in a sec- finger poke. Rubbing the hash between your fingers... I mean.. just ๐
Grinding the weed.. and GOOD GOD! Is that seriously how much gear you guys put in your spliffs??! I would be up A&E getting my STOMACH PUMPED if I'd smoked half of that! You guys must be minted! You must be what Polly would term, a 'machine', ๐
So what I meant with the rizzla configuration.. you'll know it - so you get a small rizzla- horizontal, then another also horizontal, and put it underneath the first. Lick the sticky on the one behind and stick along the crease at the back of the first one. You're left with a flap of paper at the front that is the bottom half of the front rizzla ( I think.. my brain really bad at detaling in this way, I'd have to actually do it). Then take another rizzla- vertical- and stick it as usual like a backwards L. Slowly tear off the flap in the middle. You know it, right. I find this the most satisfying, and facilitating of scrunchy rolling sound.
So I really, REALLY don't want to sound in any way critical, but if you did one day, feel inclined to make another ๐, these are a few things I think you could add..
Make more of those wonderful metal tins. Tap them lots, place them down hard on that delicious piece of slate, that would make SUCH a good sound...make more of a thing of removing the pokey from the clipper..Tap the clipper on the slate, almost vertically at the base..and light your little work of art at the end. That burning sound..the GLOW! Maybe have a toke and blow out a nice rich cloud.
That's it! Nothing else, maybe rub your fingers together a bit more, but you made a sterling piece of asmr. Thank you so much, I can't wait for sleepy time!

Ummm, I could probably do this. I have the required skills... That hash is lovely, and both are excellent choices; you should have them sent to yourself to mimic the rolling. Probably best not to match the amount put in if I do do this though as you may have to put the joint down for a rest a lot.

I am by no means an expert but i have quite a lot of experience with nutrition and health and weight loss so iโll just give you my thoughts on what i think the weight loss could be caused by. sorry this may be quite a long post as well.
If we break down the weight loss over the 8 months, youโve lost around 2kg a month which equates to roughly 1lb a week. This is a 500 calorie deficit under your maintenance calories per day for the 8 months (3500 calorie deficit under your maintenance = roughly 1lb of fat). So if youโre in a 3500 calorie deficit over the week youโd lose around 1lb per week. This may well be the case if youโve swapped out sugary drinks for diet drinks, or increased your exercise, or cut out a few snacks, or maybe a combo of all, you could quite easily put yourself in a calorie deficit without realising. It could also be a case of losing water weight which can fluctuate depending on what you eat and if youโre eating more or a case of losing muscle if youโre someone who would gym regularly and then stopped, youโll start losing your muscle youโve gained and therefore also lose weight.
Unexpected weight loss could also be caused by a number of other factors outside of your diet. for example, in times of stress, like losing a job, loss of a loved, the ending of a relationship, those kind of things can have an impact on your mental health which can cause weight loss. it could also be a digestive issue, such as ibs or maybe a new gluten intolerance which has caused coeliac disease, that would also cause weight loss. also if you had started a new course of medication, this can impact your weight too, so thatโs something to factor in as well. other health conditions to maybe research would an overactive thyroid - which controls your metabolism so when itโs overactive your metabolism increases and youโll lose weight eating the same number of calories as before. type 2 diabetes is also something would cause weight loss. and i donโt mean to scare you at all with this, unexpected weight loss is also a symptom of cancer but this is ofc in rare circumstances but something to be aware of.
I guess the big thing would be to monitor your energy levels, and maybe try counting your calories if you are concerned about the weight loss and maybe a trip to the gp to have a chat about it and get a more expert opinion on the matter. Also, sudden weight loss due to any serious health condition generally happens in people over 60 or 65 i canโt remember exactly which one it is, so age is also a factor to think about in this too.
Sorry for the long response and i apologise if iโve worried you at all, thatโs not my intentions whatsoever, just trying to give as much info as i can. But if youโre feeling good and healthy, thereโs probably nothing at all to worry about and i congratulate you on your weight loss ๐

Thatโs a great transformation mate, well done! And usually the end of the year around christmas is when the body fat shoots up so youโre smashing
it.
Do you do any resistance training? Either with weights or body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups etc. If not it would definitely help with body composition and filling out your frame as you get stronger and your muscles grow.

Do you do any resistance training? Either with weights or body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups etc. If not it would definitely help with body composition and filling out your frame as you get stronger and your muscles grow.

Carts definitely helped me to reduce my appetite and fast for longer but I don't eat less if that makes sense.

Heya, I wanted to check what peopleโs wait times are like with RM. I usually only use vendors with special delivery but took a chance on a vendor that uses 1st class. It was posted on the 27/11 and itโs now 6/12 and still hasnโt arrived. Is anyone else waiting for non tracked items over a week later?
Update: 7/12 I decided to go down to my delivery office to see if they were hoarding 1st/2nd class post and they were. Managed to collect it with no issue. So if youโre having a delay see if you can go, I just turned up with my ID.
Very much depends on your area- bit of a postcode lottery if youโll excuse the pun. The LB algorithm believes a UK package that hasnโt arrived after 9 days probably isnโt going to which is why the dispute tab appears at that point. If you dispute and it subsequently arrives you simply cancel the dispute ๐
I had a weeks worth of parcels/packets dropped off at about 1800 on Saturday night (09/12/23), agency guy just knocked on the door and walked off so seemingly for us, "normal" mail is being delivered once a week and signed for/tracked is being delivered as it should be.
Both my packages from bulldog took 2 days first class. Actually still waiting for a special that was posted on the same day
It entirely depends on how efficient the vendor's local distribution centre is, and how efficient your local one is. My local one is usually super efficient, so depending on where the vendors are shipping from 1st Class can take 1-6 days for me, but usually 1-3 days. I'd start to be concerned if it was longer than this.
I had one ordered monday night and it arrived this morning, really depends on location to vendor and quality of your post office.

It said: "The prime minister has asked me to inform you, in strict confidence, that he has in mind, on the occasion of the forthcoming list of New Year's honours to submit your name to the Queen with a recommendation that Her Majesty may be graciously pleased to approve that you be appointed an officer of the Order of the British Empire."
Me? I thought, OBE me? Up yours, I thought. I get angry when I hear that word "empire"; it reminds me of slavery, it reminds of thousands of years of brutality, it reminds me of how my foremothers were raped and my forefathers brutalised. It is because of this concept of empire that my British education led me to believe that the history of black people started with slavery and that we were born slaves, and should therefore be grateful that we were given freedom by our caring white masters. It is because of this idea of empire that black people like myself don't even know our true names or our true historical culture. I am not one of those who are obsessed with their roots, and I'm certainly not suffering from a crisis of identity; my obsession is about the future and the political rights of all people. Benjamin Zephaniah OBE - no way Mr Blair, no way Mrs Queen. I am profoundly anti-empire.

I have begged him to come out and meet me; I have been longing for a conversation with him, but he won't come out, and now here he is asking me to meet him at the palace! I was there with a million people on February 15, and the last time I was there was just a couple of weeks ago. My cousin, Michael Powell, was arrested and taken to Thornhill Road police station in Birmingham where he died. Now, I know how he died. The whole of Birmingham knows how he died, but in order to get this article published and to be politically (or journalistically) correct, I have to say that he died in suspicious circumstances. The police will not give us any answers. We have not seen or heard anything of all the reports and investigations we were told were going to take place. Now, all that my family can do is join with all the other families who have lost members while in custody because no one in power is listening to us. Come on Mr Blair, I'll meet you anytime. Let's talk about your Home Office, let's talk about being tough on crime.
This OBE thing is supposed to be for my services to literature, but there are a whole lot of writers who are better than me, and they're not involved in the things that I'm involved in. All they do is write; I spend most of my time doing other things. If they want to give me one of these empire things, why can't they give me one for my work in animal rights? Why can't they give me one for my struggle against racism? What about giving me one for all the letters I write to innocent people in prisons who have been framed? I may just consider accepting some kind of award for my services on behalf of the millions of people who have stood up against the war in Iraq. It's such hard work - much harder than writing poems.
And hey, if Her Majesty may be graciously pleased to lay all that empire stuff on me, why can't she write to me herself. Let's cut out the middleman - she knows me. The last time we met, it was at a concert I was hosting. She came backstage to meet me. That didn't bother me; lots of people visit my dressing room after performances. Me and the South African performers I was working with that night thought it rather funny that we had a royal groupie. She's a bit stiff but she's a nice old lady. Let me make it clear: I have nothing against her or the royal family. It is the institution of the monarchy that I loathe so very much, the monarchy that still refuses to apologise for sanctioning slavery.

There are many black writers who love OBEs, it makes them feel like they have made it. When it suits them, they embrace the struggle against the ruling class and the oppression they visit upon us, but then they join the oppressors' club. They are so easily seduced into the great house of Babylon known as the palace. For them, a wonderful time is meeting the Queen and bowing before her presence.
I was shocked to see how many of my fellow writers jumped at the opportunity to go to Buckingham Palace when the Queen had her "meet the writers day" on July 9 2002, and I laughed at the pathetic excuses writers gave for going. "I did it for my mum"; "I did it for my kids"; "I did it for the school"; "I did it for the people", etc. I have even heard black writers who have collected OBEs saying that it is "symbolic of how far we have come". Oh yes, I say, we've struggled so hard just to get a minute with the Queen and we are so very grateful - not.
I've never heard of a holder of the OBE openly criticising the monarchy. They are officially friends, and that's what this cool Britannia project is about. It gives OBEs to cool rock stars, successful businesswomen and blacks who would be militant in order to give the impression that it is inclusive. Then these rock stars, successful women, and ex-militants write to me with the OBE after their name as if I should be impressed. I'm not. Quite the opposite - you've been had.
Writers and artists who see themselves as working outside the establishment are constantly being accused of selling out as soon as they have any kind of success. I've been called a sell-out for selling too many books, for writing books for children, for performing at the Royal Albert Hall, for going on Desert Island Discs, and for appearing on the Parkinson show. But I want to reach as many people as possible without compromising the content of my work.
What continues to be my biggest deal with the establishment must be my work with the British Council, of which, ironically, the Queen is patron. I have no problem with this. It has never told me what to say, or what not to say. I have always been free to criticise the government and even the council itself. This is what being a poet is about. Most importantly, through my work with the council I am able to show the world what Britain is really about in terms of our arts, and I am able to partake in the type of political and cultural intercourse which is not possible in the mainstream political arena. I have no problem representing the reality of our multiculturalism, which may sometimes mean speaking about the way my cousin Michael died in a police station. But then, I am also at ease letting people know that our music scene is more than what they hear in the charts, and that British poetry is more than Wordsworth, or even Motion. I have no problem with all of this because this is about us and what we do. It is about what happens on the streets of our country and not in the palace or at No 10.
Me, OBE? Whoever is behind this offer can never have read any of my work. Why don't they just give me some of those great African works of art that were taken in the name of the empire and let me return them to their rightful place? You can't fool me, Mr Blair. You want to privatise us all; you want to send us to war. You stay silent when we need you to speak for us, preferring to be the voice of the US. You have lied to us, and you continue to lie to us, and you have poured the working-class dream of a fair, compassionate, caring society down the dirty drain of empire. Stick it, Mr Blair - and Mrs Queen, stop going on about the empire. Let's do something else.

Placed my third order with pistach last Wednesday, was marked as shipped Thursday 08/11 with the 24 hour option, still not received anything today and the only response was on Sunday asking for the postcode which I provided quickly. Feel most frustrated at not knowing wether to reorder or just stick it out as I have no clue wether it has actually been sent or what
Done the exact same to me, messaged for postcode saying he would โsort itโ then i never heard anything else never received the re-ship and eventually had to open a dispute, his comms are trash i was getting a reply per week.

He asked for your postcode to locate the order. Anytime I've waited over 1 week, I simply message Pistach including my address and postcode and I've always received a reship within 48 hours.

Sadly, I have to agree. During covid this vendor was great and I bought from him regularly. I thought I would give him another try early last week, paid a premium for 24 hour NDD marked as sent, nothing received, emailed him four times sinceโฆ.he is not even reading my messages despite him using messenger several times. Itโs a shame, so easily resolved by checking messages and the tracking. Now I will have to file a complaint to get the funds back and importantly itโs the simple inconvenience of having to reorder elsewhere.

At least with Mary Jane you can rough her up a little, tear leaves here and there and she only gets stronger! Utterly useless rage venting topic but fuck this service honestly, it consistently lets me down and i always end up having to use it at a time where i'm left with no other financial choice, and time after time i'm left with no weed because a 24 hour service somehow takes a bare minimum of 48 hours, every time

I think it does, I always get NDD out of my orders apart from strikes. Small town even get international stuff come 3-4 days.
I've been tracking the hi-fi DAC I ordered that was sent via Tracked 48. It's spent most of yesterday afternoon at a Post Office in Warrington. Would be nice if they did the next stage of this process as that's not getting here within 48 hours.

As another Bigga has pointed out yours is a bit pricey considering you can get 40g of really good shake for about ยฃ90 here Iโd say it would have to be amazing quality to be viable.

Always been next day for me although tracked 24 isn't actually guaranteed next day. I still think they're great sellers, they will reship if it doesn't arrive.
Except when The Gentleman Dealer s ends it. He actually has the kindness to issue the tracker number and it ALWAYS arrives on time. Don't know what the deal is the others who hold back the tracker, there's always an issue and it hardly ever arrives on time.
I think GreenTech have disappeared recently.......only tried once, was a disaster...sorted the refund pretty quick though in fairness

Despite the negative press sometimes thereโs actually a depth of good vendors on here, British Bulldog has been mentioned and if heโs got listings up Iโd recommend you donโt wait and go for it because you wonโt regret it. LUD is superb and typically offers great value for money and really good bud too, heโs always seen me right. Super Hans and Urbanleafco are at the more pricey range but offer great bud too. In terms of the biggest vendors in here I like Drugs Inc who have always looked after me and usually have a good selection. All mentioned have superb stealth too, feel a bit guilty not mentioning others but itโs becoming to long haha!

You wont be disappointed GRB they are great . Edibles are a different experience tho if you have never tried them start small, as I found out a few weeks ago drinking the full bottle in 1 is not cool or clever๐๐๐คค๐ฎโ๐จ
I've had 2 different experiences with edibles. First time was making brownies with 5g of weed in Cyprus, did the double boiling method and 2 1/2 pieces made me sky high with laughter for a day and a half.
Other time was with 200mg sweet bag which got me kind of stoned but not really wacked out.

I've never really had edibles til a month or so back when I found eddys edibles... now I'm smoking shatter ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ the lean is really strong and the taste is exactly what you ask for ( its strong enough to have in 3 drinks)

LUD is up there for me at the min always show up decent bud and a great vendor to deal with. Drugsinc always sorted me out again they were excellent to deal with. British bulldog prob best stealth going and some well cared for bud not just pumping shit out to make money. I've used super hans before bit pricey for me but superb items so there's a few.
As a couple of biggaz have said research is key, for example i have ordered from most vendors mentioned in this post with no problems what so ever (100+ orders) any vendors mentioned will do their absolute best for you.

The Gentleman Dealers, all day. Every time I venture to another vendor something goes wrong. Or you pay for NDD and it takes, like, 5 days to arrive. But with the Gentleman Dealers you pay for NDD and it ALWAYS arrives in the time frame you have paid for. I don't know if there's a scam going where they charge and make it look like it's NDD, I don't know if that's even possible, but none of the other dealers ever have a NDD that actually comes in time. Or it gets lost, or wasn't sent properly, or something, there's always something. The Gentleman Dealers are the only ones on here that I really trust to do the job properly. Really fed up with all the other dealers and their nonsense. When TGD had their service disrupted it was a nightmare. Forced to buy from seemingly reputable vebdors but no surprises, there was a problem. He's the only one you can really trust 100 percent. So worth it for the peace of mind and lack of anxiety. And he's a really nice person and a delight to communicate with. I promise I'm not a ringer, this has just been my experience over years and multiple purchases on here.

I like indica hash mainly so for me it was Hashishin (whoโs taking a break atm I think) but has a new contender with Canna Bros whoโs gear is very nice. I tend to support the smaller vendors. Iโve used The Green Team too though and theyโre good but rarely do what Iโm after.

should have learned your lesson the first time. pistach is super unreliable and regularly doesn't send stuff until you bug them and threaten to dispute. they may be overworked but thats their responsibility to deal with - hire more helpers or cut back on sales.
In waiting on 4 oz apparently sent next day delivery Monday. I've had nothing, hoping it will arrive tomorrow. Is this vendor known for not actually sending items then?

I'm happy to wait for fees to drop.
The problem I have is whenever I try to by BTC on coinbase it just cancels it on me. So my question is , is this because the network is fucked, or do I have another problem on my hands. Appreciate any advice.

Hi folks any suggestions on a better Bitcoin service provider. I've used Coinbase for years but over the last few months money is going missing on all orders I make here. They say the right amount is been sent but transexe isn't getting the full amount. Any different providers you recommend to use please. Thank you
"Gas fees"... this week the transaction fees shot up. They are now 13/11 looking to be stabilising, but are still pretty high... Always google "BTC transaction fees" and check Bitinfocharts... You should then get an idea on whether you want to buy ยฃ1-2 extra on top of the checkout value on LB... or ยฃ10 extra! This week was expensive... Try to buy and send when the fees are low. I hope this helps!

Setting your own fees is a very tricky thing, and fine line, isn't it? When it goes through in minutes you feel almost robbed, and when it takes hours you feel incredibly stupid. I'm still trying to work out that balance, and check Mempool for the current suggested gas fees. How do you actually do that RBT thing as I've had loads of transactions with that as an option, but I haven't been able to work out how to do it? I foolishly thought that clicking on it would give me an easy option to deal with it easily.

Paybis is user friendly and easy to use as an alternative but atm fees are high everywhere I agree with greencigar about checking the bitinfocharts pain in the arse when you want an order in ASAP but waiting can save for your next purchase ๐

I got about ยฃ30 worth of BTC the other night when fees was high. They charged me over a blues to send it to my wallet. Ended up being a few quid short on my order so chucked another tenner in and it was saying sending fees were ยฃ11.40 and Iโd be in the minus to send it. Itโs still at ยฃ9.40 today 3 or 4 days later and Iโve still yet to complete the order๐คฆ๐ป

True but my hatred goes beyond rational, to the point that half of my life is dedicated to plotting various methods of his demise. My favourite would be to not actually kill him but plant some kiddy porn on his PC, ruin him proper, Glitter styley
Long term use has a deleterious effect on my short term memory and cognitive function (although it seems to stabilise a few months in). I can mitigate some of those losses by taking CBD before bed, but it sucks because it also kills your buzz.
Also, not sure this is a side effect or a benefit, but I often have moments of insight and clarity while high. The creativity and ability to think and pose multi-angled concepts is simply exhilarating and I believe can help solve some of our most challenging problems globally, and locally in our families - my wife hates it but prefers me on it for example. Her hate is ignorance mind.

Once you know whatโs really in your head it becomes easy. Bud makes you really understand, helps you get deep into your thoughts. Itโs like a light bulb moment when you wake. Takes alot of work but we keep on tokin ๐

I'm over 50, in gainful employment, reasonably fit and slim but an unhealthy diet for balance. Vape daily up to 0.4g but usually 0.2g max. Anyhoo, about 2g max a week but I'm using less strong flower just now, with better gear, I'd be using a lot less. Don't drink alcohol at all.
I too find incredible moments of clarity, especially after a hard day.
Vaping means i dehydrate a lot quicker and need to drink more water. I'd say my balance is less than 100% probably due to residual effects if anything. Overall I'm doing ok. The knowledge i have gained over the years and still need is not yet affected by daily use. Possibly a good barometer for things.

After ~15 years of heavy use daily I've got short/long term memory loss but I used to take other drugs so I'm not sure. I've got a neuralogical disability and weed helps keep me out of a wheelchair ect. The desire to be alone is because of choosy beggars not weed. Also I'm a huge man baby, also unrelated (maybe).
As with everything, moderation is key, as a habitual smoker, smoking daily for many years through pipe or bong, minimal use of tobacco, I am unsure whether its caused or calmed my temper.

Long term for me personally it's had negative effects on a huge scale. I am day 4 off weed and feel so happier. I have seen lots same similar. I am dreaming again. Gym and Swimming. Weed really kept and held me back all my life.
Similar to psychedelics, it brings anything Iโm avoiding or ignoring to bare. Which can lead to both productive and counterproductive action. Overall I think it helps expand consciousness if youโre willing, appreciate nature and the fact you are part of it. Not something thatโs alien and just here by fluke. Sometimes I think it activates something that throws subliminal tests at you. For instance with the munchies, I know not to eat veggie oils, colourants, refined sugar and anything processed/ not organic. But when stoned to the bone that bag of haribo or sitting doing nothing sure does appeal. if I cave and do the above, the next day Iโm almost ashamed I let the gremlin win. But if I push through eat some fruit and go climb that mountain, I feel instantly fulfilled. I know this may be abit nonsensical but Iโve been sober this week๐

Thereโs something communal about smoking as well I think, and I think it tends to make people generally more community minded, nature friendly and left leaning. Could just be a correlation or whatever but itโs pretty cool imo.

So pistach used to be excellent, but the last few times I've ordered with NDD its taken at least 3 days to get here. I've got friends that are having the same problem. It seems to get sorted out in the end, but why is NDD even being offered (and for double the price it actually costs). Clearly items aren't being sent when they say anymore. I could understand if RM was striking again, but they haven't recently.
Anyone else getting consistent problems with NDD? A lot of reviews starting to say similar things.

Iโve had this problem with special delivery. Iโm not saying this is whatโs happening here but with other vendors itโs printed off, stacked and sent out on the next post office run, Normally next day. If this happens then next day is becomes 2 days, then because of my rural location itโs an extra day so next day tends to be 3 days for me ๐

So annoying PayBis doesnโt work in the UK now, so used Coinbase to purchase an order! It says on Coinbase that my transaction has been confirmed and sent to the wallet of the person on here.
However they are saying that it is still unpaid - is there a delay using Coinbase as opposed to other options

Would recommend sending to your own personal wallet before sending to here rather than sending direct from Coinbase to here

It tends to be the blockchain that slows down payments rather than Coinbase. I've had orders move to paid in minutes and sometimes it takes an hour or two. As long as you sent it to the correct wallet address you'll be fine.
Also you might want to use an external wallet like Exodus before paying for anything on LB. Other biggas have had their Coinbase accounts closed for paying directly from their CB account to LB.

On your order screen it says pay remainder click on that does it say received and awaiting confirmation? Sometimes it can take a while on the blockchain it's normally pretty quick but sometimes it's taken a few hours. And like everyone says send to a wallet first before sending here.

Nope it doesnโt, like I said I have defo sent it to the correct wallet as I have screenshottes them and compared. My Coinbase wallet is empty and states โcompletedโ. Can block chain take like days some times??
Coinbase are shit in my opinion, high fees and transfers take ages (what is the status in your "orders" screen?) I highly recommend Kraken then out to Exodus, very quick and lower fees than coinbase. Coinbase closed my account after a few direct transfers to LB.

Nightmare, the seller is correct in that the funds haven't been received into LB yet, hopefully they'll arrive soon.
Check if you 100% sent it to the correct address by comparing them.

Card blocked.
Call bank to clarify that the transaction is not fraudulent
Transferred to fraud department
Standard procedure so far. My bank block random transactions on the odd occasion and I have to call to clear things up.
So I call.
Immediately suspicious before I even get a few words out

Know itโs not much help now but get yourself a monzo / revolut account and when you want to buy btc just transfer funds to one of them and then buy from there , been using monzo for crypto for over 3 years and not had an issue, hope it gets sorted for you soon

My experience is if you are paying with a card Mastercard or Visa, then you'll probably get some hassle. Natwest and Barclays didn't like this and blocked any payments I tried to make. However I started to do bank t r a n s f e r s instead and haven't had any problems since.

This is the way๐โฆ.I was using Visa through Lloyds and they kept blocking it and getting the same fraud investigations as you despite banking with them since dinosaurs roamed the earth. Basically told them to fuck off because if I want to โinvest small sums in cryptoโ then I will. So sure enough they blocked it again ๐ and when I really went to rip them a new bumhole they insisted it wasnโt the bank blocking it now but Visa. Itโs not so much as a u thing. More about crypto. On the surface the banks are dead set against crypto and will make u jump through hoops to get a bit all because ur taking money out of the system. Put the wheels in motion that ur taking ur money elsewhere.
On a side note if itโs a small regional bank they may have a liquidity issue & it might be a good time to pull ur funds regardless

The bank ๐ฆ will not unlock your account because of a number of factors, you failed to verify the transaction, add in the fact that you were buying crypto.
When you called the bank apart from making sure you pass verification. They will also be looking for markers and this by accident did not help
On the phone, I basically said that I wanted to dip my toe in the water with crypto at some point when the time is right, never tried it before as didnโt have ID, came across an app that said I didnโt need ID, so I figured I may as well try it out, buy a tiny bit and see if it actually requires verification or not.
The amount is also an added factor because that is a tester type of transaction to see if they can gain access without raising any flags then they work from there.
From their side I would assume they are profiling you more than looking at the answers because you donโt need to give them details of the conformation.
Them asking for the screenshot of the app is looking to see if it is on the list of fraud risks that the banks share between them.
It sounds like itโs been an unwilling shite run of events that has lead to this.

This happened to me on my first crypto buy (but I also stupidly selected that that's what I was doing in the banking app). Transfer didn't happen. Rang the bank. Asked to hold for the fraud team. Spent about 20 minutes talking to some guy with similar questions as they pitched to you. I'm interested in crypto, I set up the wallet myself, I'm aware it isn't an investment and would only ever put in what I can afford to lose, no I've never taken a loan to buy crypto or bought crypto on credit , etc, etc. Eventually he said he was 'mostly satisfied' and released it, and I've never had any issues since. This was between night shifts, when I wanted to order ASAP, and was really something I could have done without.
I didn't, however, tell them very specifically that I wanted to buy without any identification to myself as I'd imagine that would set all sorts of alarm bells off for bank fraud teams with regards to money laundering and crime and whatnot. Probably best avoiding that in future.

I can't say anything about this specifically other than my own experience. I felt like I was being fed loaded questions by the fraud guy and that set my mental alarm bells off, so I decided to use (I felt) less contentious wording in my responses. It seemed to work. You should always be able to get decent advice on here mate, hopefully.

We did. It took 4 hours of perseverance to complete today's orders but we got there. We had orders that wouldn't mark as sent too but kept trying and they've went through!
Yeah today was a struggle but it seems to be running much smoother now thankfully :)
It looks like you can. I could add different items from from different vendors. Didn't try to complete the transaction though.
HS anyone used the basket yet? Does it mean only 1 transaction fee for multiple products/vendors? Or does it still pay for each one by one? Don't fancy testing it incase I get hit by multiple fees.

It means you can order multiple different items from one vendor in a single order (no more custom order required). You can also have any number of vendors in your basket all done with a single total payment so only one btc fee. Seems good to me!

To change a order status to "sent" is very buggy and I have one order that won't change status at all.
If you have your IP set to a other country (vpn tor), you won,t see the items on the vendor page. This was always the case for the item list page. But there you can change the country on the top. But with the vendor page, you need to go to the item list page. Change the country and then go back to the vendor page, to see the items.

I ordered & payed just before site went down, when it came back up again my order screen showing transaction unpaid but Transaxe showing as paid. I know from my end that bitcoin was sent but seller saying that looks unpaid from theirs. Iโve sent seller screenshot of Transaxe page showing โpaidโ so hopefully thereโll be a way for them to verify this too. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Manageable on Chrome and Safari but we can't use those on Tails.
