I have noticed this, I’ve been using certain vendors for 2 years and never had problems but I’ve now had 3 missing or undelivered packages this year? I’ve always got a full refund though so wasn’t to worried. I reckon sometimes some orders just don’t get sent for whatever reason?

Was wandering if anyone else is having this problem?
So far I have had 3 packages go missing in 2 weeks. Spoke to 2 other friends in different locations that have also lost packages in the last 2 weeks. All together its 4 different vendors and 3 different locations all missing.. Including the reships. Literally no packages have arrived.
Simply cant afford to throw anymore money at little biggy. I believe the site has been compromised.

I have no idea. Too many different vendors and different people for coincidence.. Maybe Royal Mail are that far behind.. Or a postal worker is pinching them.

2/3 years in total of ordering now and have only had maybe 4 parcels not turn up all of which were rectified by the vendors. Who did you order from?

Can anyone remember this gem of a film from 1999. I found it in my attic and it is still a masterpiece after all these years. Anyone who is nostalgic about the nineties, get it watched now! I swear, you will not be disappointed.
Great film, special for me cos i lived with director for 4 years and he wrote it during that period. So its my early 20s on film pretty much. Nice one bruvva is an evolution of how we used to scream down the phone at each other, (and still do) with names instead of bruvva.
It is superb and just represents his zest for life and fun and sillyness and funny situations. Under table snorting scene just one example of the talent in the cinematography.
If you liked this, i would urge anyone to check out his largely unknown second film "i know you know". A different affair about him and his dad and mum, but stunning in different ways. Also his older college stuff, party politics, life in the bus lane. On YT somewhere i think.
The sequel to HT is confirmed btw in case you didn't know.

Wow, that is amazing. He captured a perfect picture of life and it is totally relatable. The whole film was so well done and the cast was just spot on. You will have to tell him how amazing he is. I was 19/20 when it came out and that was a typical weekend. It just gives you the warm and fuzzies. I would be totally buzzin’ if there was a sequel. I will have to do some digging and see if I can find his other stuff. Thank you.

There were no fights, everyone loved everyone, no one got offended and it was safe! I feel bad for the young ones now. They won’t get the experiences we had. The music was on another level too.

I agree the power of the music to inform and protest is lost, but straight of the gate, you have macklemore Hinds Hall (this came out of nowhere!). Whatever your position on the conflict (or the tune) it sums up what the issue is. Bands are commodities and businesses know they can be used to influence, so they invest heavily. And if you don't tow the line then your out!

Protest the Hero + Show Me the Body are two bands that spring to mind. These are certainly not protest artists sonically, as they are both heavier guitar bands, but are both aggressively anti-establishment, discussing topics you won’t hear other artists sing about.

I would love to have seen Mars Volta.. Seen At The Drive in a couple of times. Once at Reading festival a long time ago (think I saw Sparta there aswell), and caught them at Cochella around 2012. Still, loud, mental and awesome.

I'm sure this will be divisive but which do you think is better UK or American rap? Personally I think American Rap has been better for the past few decades but I do think UK rap is growing and getting better day by day. Any thoughts on it?
Uk rap is rap, US rap is rap, rap is music, music is a form of artistic expression and therefore subjective. In other words one is not “better” than the other.

American rap has always taken first place, the amount of quality American rappers is a lot, and also guys like K-dot, J.cole... (just some examples), you can't really find their UK equivalent. However, British rap is much better nowadays, Dave for example is one of my fav rappers, so young but so talented his ceiling is incredible. I also think J Hus, Aj Tracey, Skeps, Giggs and Kano are fantastic rappers, but there is much less of quality British rappers for me personally. Like I can list of more American rappers that I like than British rappers. I'm not a HUGE fan of Drake, but a lot of credit to him for making British rap a lot more popular in the US + worldwide. But at the moment the one rapper I see breaking through to American heights of rappers is Dave, so so talented, and he has a natural knack for instruments. He also loves listening to movie soundtracks and different music as he finds it inspiring which I thought was really cool. Shows that he has a keen eye for production as well.
The yanks will always have that crown, but in terms of battle rap, the UK is fuckin miles ahead imo. The US battle rap scene is so disappointing man.

I was an anti vaxer so didn’t willingly roll up my sleeve till I caught Covid and spent the next 3 weeks hooked up to machines in ICU. It’s kinda fucked me up in the long run too. During my recovery I spoke to a dr who was an expert on biology and had done a thesis on viruses in university. He explained to me how it works and how it has mutated and most likely jumped from species to species. As humanity continues to expand across the globe at a rapid rate pandemics will happen. We will most likely get another in the next 30 years. Why the vaccine was created so quickly was it had been worked on for years. Since the SARS outbreak in Asia in the early 2000s. As coronavirus is a type of SARS or is very closely related (on this I’m not sure) it wasn’t really created quickly. Doctors and scientists just had to adapt their work slightly. There’s a very interesting book written by Dean Koontz in 1981 The Eyes Of Darkness, that mentions a virus created in a lab just outside wuhan in labs called Wuhan-400, and he’s prediction is that it will affect humanity around 2020! Wether it’s genuine everyone can make up their own mind, interesting he mentions it though!

You should check out 'Threads' a UK TV movie from the mid 80's. The effects are wonky by todays standards but it's still chilling as hell. Fail Safe and Forbin: The Colossus Project are also still scary.

I have seen apocalypse now, didn't think of that when I wrote the post. I guess it's not a proper apocalypse (global/taking humanity to near extinction - does tick the societal collapse box) but the name certainly fits and it is a brilliant film.
Apocalypse now is one of my favourite films. Have you seen the redux version. It’s a directors cut and is so worth it. It is loosely based on the book Heart of darkness by Joseph Conrad which is a good read if you enjoy the film. Brando is the man. A hell of a lot of his part is improvised. Genius
I actually prefer the original version, it's tighter (and usually I'd always go for director's cut). The Redux one felt a bit over-indulgent (the scenes with the playboy bunnies and the weird, detached posh French people were interesting but didn't add much that the film didn't already get across in other scenes, and they affected the pacing for me). Anyway, that's just my personal preference - great shout from you and Dirigible, and one of my favourite films too (also Conrad is one of my favourite writers).
The "making of" doc for the film (called 'Hearts of Darkness') is an apocalypse film in itself ;). Def worth seeing if you haven't - at one point Coppola tells his wife that he's mortgaged everything he owns to pay for the movie, and it's going to be rubbish, and considers deliberately injuring himself to get the insurance payout ;(
Brando is indeed the man! I think he had to improvise most of it because he couldn't/wouldn't learn the actual script haha (plus the script was unfinished)...and yet the performance is still genius.
(also, Brando wasn't the only one who wouldn't learn his lines, as the link with Dennis Hopper above shows. And I'm pretty sure Coppola was partaking of the magic herb during shooting as well, let's not assume he was sober just cos he's the director ;)

Is anyone else experiencing LB site weirdness?
Tried to log in yesterday & got directed to a Society page which I eventually realised was a mirror. Couldn’t gather whether this was due to maintenance or LB compromised. Either way, pages would crash & ‘Items’ page was empty on both sites. Still is. (Which is frustrating as I don’t want to search thru every vendor via ‘People’, I just want to view items & see what pricks my interest.) Although I think I’ve managed to make a purchase (vendor seems to have replied to msg) Is this right? Is Items empty for everyone else or is my browser super slow or something? Can anyone offer any clarity? Is it just maintenance gremlins or what?🤔
The outtage was due to some salty loser who thought he could scare everyone with very obviously fake info and DDoS attacks.
Probably some script kiddy messing with things he doesn't fully understand.
All he did was put a target on his back, it's very hard to do a DDoS attack and not get caught these days.

I doubt anyone here is smart enough to get around the built in encryption and other systems in place to keep you safe on LB. (most, if not all, identifying data is deleted within 30 days, OR it's encrypted.)

i was honest with mental health professionals about scoring weed over the internet insead of face to face, now i think they have flagged my address, is there any way to find out this with subject access or something?
I work for the government. With absolute certainty, nobody is flagging any addresses to anyone for cannabis consumption, unless you are smoking and your neighbors can smell it or if the postie gets a wiff. A cannabis consumer is so low down the food chain of importance that the authorities do not have the resources to deal with it, and its also not work their manpower in doing so.

I work for NHS and there is no way they would have done that because they are not allowed to due to confidentiality. It will be in your medical record but should not be shared with anyone and if it is, you can bring a massive case against them. You are probably better just saying you smoke it but never say where you procure it from. Keeps everyone safe.

I have borderline personality disorder too. I tell my doctors about drugs but not that I get it delivered. But to be honest they dont care. It's more paperwork than it's worth. And you are only smoking and not dealing so you should be ok. Cannabis helps me to get rid of my thoughts. My care coordinator said I'm fine smoking if it helps me. There are so many different opinions from "professionals" you just have to do what's best for you. Try not to get too paranoid (easier said than done) in the nicest way possible you are a small fish to them. Police wouldn't waste their time either. Have a good smoke and let your thoughts float away.

It's honestly ridiculous how quickly some gp's jump to 'you must be a nefarious drug addict.' from someone saying 'my horrible unexpected mood swings seem to be much calmer when I smoke weed'
yeh its weird, they seized on the cannabis use thing and missed everything else, like the cannabis was causing my problems, when really i have problems and the cannabis is helping, im more stable and eat properly, i might not get things done very well or be organised but im stable.

so many storys sound like my own and im still going through the crap with the docs. :( Least i found this place..
I have been 100% honest with medical professionals for a long time. They are bound by confidentiality and are there to help you not get you busted. You have nothing to worry about my friend I promise. Mental health issues can intensify your worries ten fold, I'm speaking from a lot of very recent personal experience. You would have be selling large amounts cannabis on a regular basis to be of any interest/value to the authorities. Honesty will help you feel better and help you heal faster and you have some people who have your back and are not there to work against you. Buying and smoking small amounts of cannabis is a relatively risk free business these days.
I have PTSD. My doctors and psychologists all know I drink and smoke weed to help cope with it. No one has reported me or are monitoring me or anything. They’re only interested in helping you get better and helping you to cope with life. No one is going to report you or monitor you at all. The only time any health professional will ever refer you is if they think you will hurt yourself or someone else.
There isnt a way to "flag" your address with royal mail mate, the postie might be on to it if it is regular small packets with no return address. Or if he smells it on delivery, and is a knob. Stick with NDD if you can as those deliveries are guaranteed and trackable to the door. I dont believe MH professionals would try to intervene in such a way. Green is the least of their worries, so much really bad stuff going on! Class A's etc even benzos very dangerous.

Speaking to an old friend from days long gone and he told me his favourite memories from back in the early 90s was after clubs heading back to mine and I'd put Screamadelica on repeat while everyone chilled out and came down passing 'round the spliffs. Related this to a younger colleague and they had never listened to it! So, just in case there are any others who are unfamiliar with this masterpiece I thought I'd post a link to it so they can discover this album which, it so happens, is about to celebrate its 30th birthday on September 23!!!
edit: Unfortunately the full album doesn't play from the link so I'd recommend playing it in full on YT or Spotify etc. You REALLY need to play it all the way through, trust me!

Big part of that album was Andy Weatherall god rest his soul. If it weren’t for him and his production they’d still be doing Byrds impersonations (not that there’s anything wrong with that)
It was perfect symmetry at that time and resulted in a groundbreaking record.
Oddly enough it wasn’t one of those albums we used to toke to very much, there were loads of far more ‘expansive’ records for those listening occasions one of which was the Orb’s ‘Blue Room’ track in its 45 minute entirety… Still got my primals original bus stop poster for the album and the original double vinyl both of which must be worth a few Bob now…..

Yeh, Weatherall is the key to Screamadelica. Bobby didn't even get what he was doing at first, he wanted to sound like the Stones and Pretty Things still :-) As you say, nothing wrong with that but... He made the same error with the follow up, a huge disappointment as released, despite the initial recordings with Tom Dowd at Argent being so much better. A fact proved when 'The Original Memphis Recordings' was later released to much acclaim. Went to a couple of PS all nighters at Brixton Academy back then, fun times! Would love that poster.

Takes me back to the early 90's......that and Moon Safari by Air stand out for me. I listened to Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld by the Orb a lot back then too. I still roll this one out - another great toking album.
My guitar teacher switched me on to these guys way back. Nowadays, I appreciate this much more than I did then!

My go to is Pink Floyd ‘The Dark Side of the Moon’, followed by Dave Matthews ‘Before These Crowded Streets’ or ‘Under the Table and Dreaming’ and First Aid Kit ‘Ruins’
Its a personal choice and each to their own taste however if there is a list of great albums to listen to when stoned then Fleetwood Mac - Rumours has to be on it.If you have never heard it then you are missing out on one of the greatest albums ever made.
Rumours takes on a totally new life when stoned. I wish I had the songwriting gene!
+1 for Rumours - there is a great documentary about the making of it...well, about the whole band, how they formed etc. They were basically hating each other when that album was made (which is obvious when you listen to the lyrics). Have a look for it on the iPlayer - well worth a look

From avenged sevenfold through to chopin and everything in between. This is really awesome to listen to. If you want a nice hour musical journey one of the best albums I could listen to from start to finish is Smashing Pumpkins, Siamese Dream, and it's not traditionally my fav music. Or anything Led Zep.

im opposite, im autistic, the visual facial cues have to be processed and that takes time, wearing a mask means i can relax and not worry about having a huge grin(really a nervous grimace) when someone tells me their mum has died.

They have been wearing masks in heavy populated countries (China/Japan/Thailand) since MARS Virus a few years ago. And in the bigger picture they got a handle on it rather well. Same with Covid they didn't take a bigger hit as we have. I can't see how wearing masks isn't a wise choice in close proximity to other people

The main reason for wearing masks is to stop the spread of transmission. They primarily stop infected people spreading the virus and their preventative use is limited at best. I think it's missing the point saying you can wear a mask but still catch a virus. That's not the main purpose even if it does have some positive effect in reducing your chances of catching a virus.

How reliable is RM next day delivery? Was assured sent Monday 11:00 but not arrived today.

I'm not sure when this was written without a date stamp but have you taken into account the RM strikes and such? In my personal experience, approaching 100 purchases, the ONLY time that NDD was not recieved the next day was when the vendor lied about sending it (proven by dates on the tracking itself). The vendor only sent the item the day after I complained. This was over new year and many other buyers in the same boat with same vendor. If you know you know. Only 1st class post has ever gone missing or not arrived for ne and that's been 1 or 2 of nearly 100 order's. Hope you get sorted

also not so different from the real world, the rich own 90%+ of the coin in circulation. factor in the 20% thought to be lost in time. what you have is a very thin pool of coins actually circulating. this matters because it means the market price has no real depth to it. the recent sale of 150 BTC lead to a drop of 10% in value. if even a small percentage try and cash in on these "gains", the arse will fall out of the whole thing.
with that said, i'm sure there's profit to be had if you're clever and persistent enough, and don't mind losing all your investment through bad luck. some crypto does indeed have some value to it, just not as much as we're seeing people lose their minds over at the moment. in the longterm, I wouldnt rule out bitcoin cash.

Just buying bitcoin to use on here is a bit perilous for me at these prices, I had a purchase on bittylicous take almost 2 hours to complete not long a go (usually takes minutes) and I was terrified the price would hit one of those sudden drops, suddenly a small drop can be a decent sum of money! Just ups the stress of buying, mo' money mo' problems for bitcoin I guess lmao it wont end well for most I don't think but as you say it's not what it was meant to be anyway and many have and will make money along the way.

Hi All, just a PSA that the Royal Mail have started requesting signatures again, so if you're comfortable to do so I'd recommend switching to RM Tracked 24 or 48 WITHOUT signature option (rather than 1st class signed for). It's a tiny bit more expensive, but as a customer I'd be happy to pay an extra quid or so just to have my delivery dropped in my postbox.
My last two deliveries have had a sorry we missed you card, and the most recent was on a Saturday so I can't get my package until Monday (collection) or Tuesday (redelivery). Not the sellers' fault, but annoying for me especially since I've actually been in both times.
I also think some customers can get really worried when they see the 'Sorry we missed you' card if they've not had one before.
So yes, if you've been using 1st class signed I'd certainly appreciate the switch to Tracked 24/48 without signature, and I'm sure other customers would too.

For my sins, I work for RM and I wish more vendors would use Tracked 24/48 for the simple reason that they will be delivered in the time frame even if nothing else on the round gets done, the Tracked will be done so it doesn’t flag up as failing.

No you won't run into any trouble picking it up or confirming you want a redelivery arranged. If you've been left a regular red 'Sorry we missed you' card it'll just be handled like any other package.

I’ve been waiting for just over a week for an order. Vendor’s been cool and assured me, noting a few of his NDDs have been taking up to 4 days recently.

We had a 1st class package take 4 weeks and 6 days to arrive to one of our customers and I think there was 2 a fortnight ago that took 22 days. It really varies at time to be honest. Hit and miss!
Didn’t drop today either. It’s tough to know what to do as I believe the vendor sent it. How long should I wait until it’s reasonable to request a partial reship?
It all depends on your vendors wait policy. We have 10 days in place at the moment but each vendor is different. It varies really, depends on if yours or their area have had issues post out mate.
This time of year the xmas posties get laid off so waiting times increase as the permanent posties adjust, nothing to worry about, i did the xmas contract a few years ago and got laid off on the 7th of feb, I'm waiting a few days aswell.....
I ordered from the same vendor only a week before placing this order and it arrived in a day. All other post seems to have been on time, too. Tax reminder from the DVLA arrived only yesterday, for example.
I recently had 2 orders posted at exactly the same time (verified by my fav trusted vendor) but arrived exactly a week apart, the 1st arrival came ND. There is no logic to it. Also you don't know where your vendor is based, if he is in north scotland and you are in devon and with all the snow and short staff 7 days would seem quick. There is also the possibility of orders being wrongfully redirected by rm or even unseen at the bottom of cages etc, we have all had things arrive after a month on more but i can honestly say that i have never had a package not turn up in the end in my whole life, i hope it turns up soon mate, how about we all get together and start sewing rm for forced tolerance breaks :)

I've just come back after a 15yr "tolerance break" haha. Since March I have lost 30kgs/ 4.7 stone / 66lbs, combination of reduced appetite, combined with zoning in to whatever yard work I wanted to tackle.
For 20yrs prior to my "tolerance break", I used to work out high. Whether free weights at home, sweeping the yard, digging a trench, whatever, physical labour and high go together like eggs and bacon.

Always use to for what ever exercise i use to do, people use to think im mad for smoking before a footie game, how do you manage it they use to say after ive scored a hatrick or played an absolute blinder and my answer was always the same, aint gotta a clue just enjoy being stoned playing footie haha, but when im weight training bizarrely it help me massively, just use to zone out and get proper stuck in, still do it to this day, never hindered me ever, on that note im off to smash a big doubie and a chest session!!! Apparently, when I was younger I was able to smoke and then embark on 1 hour run (I have a faint memory of those circumstances, in fact someone else reminded me of that, LOL.) 10 years later, I wouldn't do that even if someone paid me. The other way round - that is exercise and then a smoke on top of sweat and exhaustion, yes- that works very well :D

The coin exchange I have been using isn’t working anymore and also fee’s we’re going up looking for a new coin exchange hopefully one with on the small side fees
Local Bitcoins. ID is required but purchase price is normally 2-4% of current market value and sending fees are about £1.50. Total price for £100 bitcoin including sending to a vendor is around £105 for me, maybe a little over. Always shocked to see posts like "£55 for a Q cost me £14 in fees!!!". Like, how fuckin' much???
Haven't found a lower price yet with everything considered (best price plus associated fees).
Oh and it's peer-to-peer so the banks can't stop it like they can other exchanges like Binance as you're just transferring money into someone else's bank account. Transactions are Escrow protected btw.

Hey guys! New buyer here, great expierence so far!
The first time I made a purchase on here was using the wallet supplied by paxful and they charged me roughly 15 dollars in fees for an order than was about 40 dollars.
That made me then spend a long time searching for an alternative to use, because those rates from Paxful were absurd.
I found an app on the playstore called "Edge", (they're on apple devices too) and I used it to make a purchase with MJConcentrates. It worked like a charm. You can buy bitcoin and send bitcoin all from the app, and I got charged about 3 dollars for a 130ish dollar transaction.
You do need to verify your ID once when buying coins, so if that's something you don't want then avoid Edge. Though, if that doesn't bother you, I got my coins almost instantly, they sent instantly and the app is really user friendly and secure.

I'm commenting just to tell people to NOT use Wirex. Ridiculous fees, appauling service. I transferred Eth a few weeks back... it took 6 days to transfer and they told me it was network congestion...never again

Well, with Bittylicious you need to verify your idenity still i'm sure, so if any bad actors needed to trace you, they can always trace back to bittylicious from whatever wallet you're using.

Thanks! I was thinking that using samurai (anonymous wallet/android app) could protect the identity of the ultimate buyer (me). Of course on the block chain you could see where the BTC originates (my verified account) however the wallet sending the BTC to the seller would be anonymous (with VPN used) therefore no way of proving you actually made the purchase.

The second I got charged X amount in fees by paxful I hunted and managed to find this wallet thankfully, the reviews and all that from others are good and my personal experience with it was good too so atleast you won't be charged exuberant amounts now lol

I used bitpanda in the past with no major issues, but now I keep getting a "wallet balance too low" message, even though there is in fact sufficient funds in the wallet. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong folks?
I think there is a €25 minimum to send. If that's not the issue, maybe the fees are sky high at the moment and there's not enough in to cover that?

It took me a little bit to spot this too...I don't think the fee has anything to do with how much you're sending. After you've put the recipient address in it brings up where you put the amount you want to send. The fee is right under where you type the amount in ... And it's there before you even put the amount in. I do this all on my phone by the way so I'm just assuming it all looks the same wherever you're doing it.

Wow, I had no idea the fees oscillated so much; I'll try again later in that case. I don't know anything about cryptocurrencies but the fact that fees can vary to that degree is nuts.
Fees at £40 today. I don't know if the entire btc network is like this, or if bitpanda oscillates more wildly than other exchanges/platforms
Where do you check the fees price? the fees to spend 50 quid at the moment are 30 quid - F that!
The only way to check the fees that I can see is to start to make a transaction. So the way I check is I go to send BTC, then just pick an old address from the list of previous transactions and it will bring up the current fee price. Doesn't matter how much you're sending....the fee is based on how much BTC buying and selling there is going on at the time. Or so I heard. Buying in bulk is one way to spread the fee since its the same no matter how much your spend. That's not a great solution for everyone obviously.
Interesting to hear it's not just me PF! Could be a LB issue I guess. Looks like a dry weekend ahead for me :P
The 'minimum transaction value' seems to vary on BP. Sometimes I have enough to make a $45 transaction plus fees, but others it demands I spend more as a minimum. I see the option being two fold. 1- Spend less on here 2 - Put more in my BP account and don't buy smaller weights. I can't see option 1 getting much of a look in tbh.

I'm having the same issue. I was confused about what's going on. Also does anyone know if there is a minimum BTC amount you need to send. There are some items on here for $5 but can you send such a small amount. I can't seem to send BTC at the moment but hopefully I can do it again soon.

My problem with longer transaction time is that the price on lb is only held for 30 mins. By the time my transaction completed the price had moved and my order showed ‘part paid’. The vendor refused to send without me topping up but the 2 quid top up cost 12 quid to send. Jesus!!
Crazy. Are we not paying to escrow first anyway? I’m not sure? If we are I wonder if there is a way they can see a transaction is on its way and process the order? Even if it takes several hours? Is there a way a customer can cancel the payment and fiddle the system, maybe this discourages long payment times? I don’t know enough about Bitcoin intricacies. :(
As I understand it the vendor waits for confirmation from transaxe that full payment has been received against the order value and updates the order status. The vendor does nothing until then. It won’t matter how long it takes in theory unless in my case the price moves in the meantime. My argument was that I paid the price I was asked to pay and what else could I do (I couldn’t predict a fucking price move could I?) but the vendor didn’t believe me. Frustrating....
Hi Tobin, I’ve queried confirmation time on a recent thread. After placing an order it says pay within 30 minutes. If you set custom fees for say several hours, will the order still go through do you think? I’m trying to find out if setting the instruction within 30 minutes to “send” payment is enough for the order to be accepted. I have a feeling when I “send” an immediate payment it registers immediately with the vendor but in the background it takes several hours to actually transfer anyway? I use Blockchain by the way.
I haven't actually tried it yet. Was going to send it at night so the vendor wouldn't do anything about the order until the morning. As someone above just said it came in as a partial paid order, so that's dampened that idea for me.

Can anyone enlighten me on the weird behaviour of transactions fees? I placed an order of approx. £80 and the fees were about £3. I had about £37 worth of Bitcoin left so I placed an order for £20 dollars but the £17 left wasn't enough to pay the fees?
This also means that I have a bunch of cancelled orders, does that cause any problems for the site/vendors?

I have been looking into this today myself, being new to bitcoin. I use Exodus wallet and discovered that you can decide (pretty much) what to pay as a fee by moving a slider left and right. The less you pay the longer the transaction takes to complete, of which is fine by me.
Can't enlighten you on the weirdness as I don't get it myself but you can bring the fees down. I also had to cancel a few orders for the same reasons as you and as far as I am aware, as long as the order is cancelled, its fine.

For me most of the orders come within 3 days but an order I placed last week from a highly seems to be taking longer than usual. Seems everyone is having a similar issue. Seems a bit weird and coincidental. Maybe Im being paranoid. I dont know ill wait a few days.

I'm relieved to see others waiting as long as I am. Currently 7 days for a Signed For. Part of the reason that there is a lack in consistency (second class arriving before first for example) is because parts of the mail network are doing better than others. some sorting facilities have had to close their doors completely for a while due to Covid. if you're unlucky and your mail goes through one of the affected places it might be delayed while it goes around or even worse it could be trapped in there until it reopens.

I told the vender about this a few days ago, and got a response. Just saying OK thanks. Not sure what too make of that lol
So my question is what do I do now? Really don't want to escalate and ask for a refund, as I trust the vendor, but I also don't want to be out of pocket

Hi everyone, thanks for all the responses, just a little update. So I got home from adulting ? and checked my mail box. The 7g has arrived. Yay, looking forward to trying it.
Which just leaves the 10g order I made on the 1st of December, I'm hopeful it will arrive soon. Both orders with same vendor.
But if it doesn't, should I inform the vendor? Or give it another week?
Or just take the hit and hope some postie somewhere is enjoying my Xmas stash lol

I've had severe M.E for years, and i went back to smoking weed coz of the experience of my fellow sufferers, and HOLY SHIT it worked so well that I cried for a while. Then I just enjoyed music for the first time in months!
My mother has severe M.E. also and has been using cannabis based medication for around 20 years now. One of the few people in the U.K. that can get it.
Without it she can't even stand up,with it she can focus, speak, stay awake and even tend to her garden.. Totally incredible the difference it makes.. Without it she wouldn't be here right now.
I personally use it to slow my mind down as I have ADHD. Not every day, but it does more than anything else I have tried to keep me focused even in the days following. If not I'm a hypo mess leaving a trail of untidy destruction in my wake :) .

I actually researched the official medical route, but it seems more hassle than it's worth, until they loosen up the criteria a bit more. Bummer that M.E isn't a qualifying condition, but chronic pain and fibromyalgia are. M.E sufferers really get a hard time from the medical profession, but I don't have to tell you that mate

Yep best thing for pain no dodgy side affects,though if you really want the best form of cannabis for pain then you should try an RSO,unfortunatly the main man oilman seems to be out of stock just now but well worth grabbing some if you see it on sale,i always have some in the medicine cupboard just in case my spondylosis of the neck gets really bad.
Yes its an edible but you can smoke it but better to ingest, it will also cut back on your consumption of other cannabis as one joint on top of RSO will blow your mind in a good way lol

Thanks for sharing! I actually got a vape some time ago, but I think I'm just an aging guy who's conditioned to be comforted by an old fashioned joint
