Can I dispute?
Placed an order with potent pastries on his 2 for 1 deal. Bought 2 which meant I should have received four. When the order turned up there was only 2 in there

Contacted the vendor who was apologetic and offered me one of his wonky chocolate bars. I said I would prefer the brownies and he agreed to send them as soon as.

Messaged him on Thursday asking when can I expect them and he's just blanked me. Been over a week since I first contacted him.

Auto resolution Borg applies a % refund based on reputation of both sides ie time on site, orders, previous disputes etc
