There are no known negative interactions with cannabis, so it's perfectly safe in that regard. In recreational use, they're a perfect pair.
There are people who've ordered because they're working on addiction to either alcohol or weed. I'll update when I've heard more of the results.

If you're using Microdose for brain health/ creativity/ meditation/ behavioural change/ then it's something you start your day with. The overwhelming result for tokers I look after, is that they use far less weed. Not actively trying to cut it out, just that the idea doesn't come until much later in the day/ evening than usual.

If you've decided to see how you benefit from the full nootropic stack you've added in Lion's Mane because it's regenerative in the brain and Niacin to make the other two more mobile; are you going to notice benefits if you're also blazing carbon monoxide and all the rest of it into your bloodstream?

I'm vapour myself. Used to use around 7 grams a week, these days it's a gram or two either CBD or regular green. Currently I'm enjoying ending a microdosing day with a dynavap and a tiny drop of Hashishin's Hash Oil. Super soporific.

Yes I'm taking the microdose in the morning.. and I stopped smoking years ago, only vape and edibles. I don't need to cut down on weed because I don't use much now. But I agree the effect of the mushrooms is proper fine on its own.

I think light 1:1 thc cbd cannabis consumption with micro dosing is fine.

Hi, I got the micro doses so started out with 0.1g, this gave me nice tingles and had the full effect within 3 hours. I haven’t partaken any more than 0.3g. I had the golden teacher which are very nice. Depends on what you want to do, but I think anything from 0.8 - 1.5 would give a mild trip from these. I’d ask the expert though! Good luck

What was the full effect? Did you just do 0.1g per day or more? You say 0.8-1.5 is mild trip, but I thought you wouldn’t get a trip at all from doses that small??? I though microdosing 0.1g you wouldn’t feel anything, other than just having a really good day? Can you clarify? I’d really like to try microdosing, but I still need to be straight so that I can function normally. Is 0.1g too much for that? Thanks

I’m no expert, I’ve just done half a gram and had a pretty decent night. You can function on 0.1, but depends on what you mean by function. I smoke weed daily but wouldn’t necessarily feel like I could work on 0.1, but different strokes.

Just diving in because it's a music thread and I'm crazy about music. That said I love all kinds from blues to classical, from jazz to opera, and of course hard rock, synth, pop, soul and everything else - apart from rap. The one music genre that does absolutely nothing for me. Bought the 12" of "The Message" by Grandmaster Flash when it was released and still have it. And that's pretty much where it started and then ended for me...apart from the Fugees doing "Killing Me Softly", but that's all about Lauryn Hill, which is another story.

Drink a lot of water. It's crazy how little people drink. I go through 2 L before noon (you're almost always dehydrated after sleep - drinking coffee/tea dehydrate you even more). Then another 2-3 L for the rest of the day.
Besides occasional coffee in the morning (once or twice a week) I don't drink anything besides water.
I can't see a difference in my own health anymore (because I live like that for over 5 years now), but when I see my old pictures and how my skin looked like when I was constantly dehydrated - the change is huge. 14 years of acne went away without drugs or expensive creams. Only cream I use now is "fifty:50" (50% liquid paraffin, 50% white soft paraffin). So much money and stress saved.

Remember - skin is the largest organ in the body, but we tend to forget about it. It's the first and largest barrier against toxicity of your environment and keeping it in 'good shape' is very important for overall health (not only for cosmetic reasons).

Good quality tap water is a start and better choice than plastic bottled water.

For filtering I would suggest reverse osmosis filter (just for drinking water, don't install it for your boiler). Brita filters, if properly maintained, are good start as well.

Agree with both, cider vinegar and plenty of water. Thing is FLUORIDE it's clearly nasty shit and just recently been classed as such in America though it's common knowledge. AND when boiling water it apparently tripples the effectiveness of fluoride. Makes you wonder why the queen back in the day choose tea as the national drink.🤔
And if you still think fluoride is for your teeth..... That means it's working well on you 🤣✌️
ALSO the thing with bottled water is that a chemical leaks from plastic bottles that in tests with the chemical turned ALL the frogs gay🤯

Malaysia & Indonesia definitely worth a mention! Very underrated as tourist destinations. Azerbaijan is a fairly secular Muslim nation, with a big drinking culture & nightclubs, same goes for Kosovo. Friend of mine visited both & had a great time. Apparently Kosovans love Brits. Morocco is very regional, but always friendly. I've never been but some of the best & most hospitable people I've encountered come from there - a colleague of mine gave me a big chunk of hash at work once because he was despairing at the shwag I was smoking (pre-LB days!).

My friend went to Iraq before lockdown and had a brilliant time. Iraqis are very friendly and tjough there are issues a well run tour will be worth it. Some of the architecture looks incredible.
