I have this same problem with my ccell silo battery, it is pretty useless in the winter for distillate carts so i did what mr trisk did and got the pen battery from the doc, the preheat works perfect with the live resin carts and the 1st two settings are impressive for flavour and high without choking, mabye the best 5 dollars i ever spent.

The Ccell I use is from SCL and works everytime with the their Rosin carts and Doc's Live Resin carts. As with your Silo, just inhale and away you go - literally! But for the distillate I will go with your recommendation and buy a battery from the good DocEx.

Though I'm still interested to know if there are any tricks to "warm up" my Ccell using a distillate cart (Maybe, tap the cart quite sharply with your finger while reciting the phrase: get my distillate out from your fucking cart, get my distillate OUT from your FUCKING cart) 😉

Lol, I'm afraid tapping or even warming in the hand wont be enough, if you only have a auto draw battery and the cart won't pull and you have a lighter you can warm the base of the cart while you gently pull on the cart, this emergency measure can also be used to pull vapour once the cart has unclogged so you could still get high in an emergency:)

I've read about the lighter method before but for some reason I associated the word "clogged" to mean leaking at the battery terminal, for some bizarre reason! It all makes sense now.

Strangely though, my cart did work after I warmed it in my hand. Maybe it was luck and borderline "clogged"? Right, sod this Cost of Living Crisis bollocks, my heating is going on full all the time just so I can vape!!

Yes that's a good point as carts are often borderline clogged, this is noticed when only a millisecond of pre heat solves the problem.
When i say clogged i mean unable to pull. This is usually caused by the distillate hardening around the intake holes within the thread of the base of the cart.

2 clicks for pre-heat, 3 clicks to change settings, green and red are the 1st two settings with blue being the harshest setting, that little pen is much more than it looks and it lasts well.

The pen that is listed on Doc's page, he only does the one pen.

Turn it on with 5 clicks then do 3 clicks to change setting, yes there is only one button.

My take would be maybe you were sold edibles that claimed to be stronger than they actually were... I obviously don't know this for fact but I know a real 1000mg edible would wipe me out!

I took 3 of my cookies when i made them, and they literally f**ked me up... (in a good way)
And that was just 300mg.

But you could just be a super human who doesn't get high from strong edibles🤣
