Yeah I got hammered 40% of the order price the other day, but needed my herb so had to pay it sadly, I said 2 years ago Biggie needed to use something like Nexo or Monero, even XRP, BTC is not viable long term here, should have been thought about by the admins a long long time ago.

WTF !!! Network fees....
So I've been using coinbase for the last 2 years and all of a sudden they want £75 to send £35. Im used to paying a few quid for the send fee but....WTF !!!
Don't know what triggered this or if there has been a policy change amongst the crypto exchanges...any ideas ??? I can't believe people are paying this so Im definitely doing something wrong

I been having back and forth with the coinbase help team they keep telling me change the speed of how fast you want to send BTC the slower the cheaper. But there is no option in setting to change that not for the UK coinbase but for the US only. I even said to them I wanna transfer from coinbase wallet back to coinbase main app and then maybe sell and buy another coin like LTC and its still wanting $34 to transfer $27 this BS network fee. Just become a joke. I use Paybis on LB fee are not as bad but around $8+ network fee and about $3/4 other fee depends on how much your spending. But It's a straight forward to use. ( just make sure u add the fee when your sending amount sometime it won't add it and then you will have to pay the fee twice) Good luck
P.s one thing I did notice on occasions the fee went down significantly bit still not justifiable after midnight UK time. But then check in the morning again went higher then the day before. As mad as that sounds try it.

I don’t send from an exchange anymore, I don’t ever us a CEX, no need to, I just run everything through MetaMask or Ledger now, it’s a far easier expierience imo, but slowing down the speed isn’t that much cheaper, can take literally 40 hours, that’s just stressful and panic inducing, the fact is high BTC fees are here to stay imo, so a viable solution needs to be found, XRP sent and received in seconds, might cost a dollar to send, that’s what we need, this just can’t be good for buyers or vendors can it. BTC is a storage of wealth, it’s not a payment processing currency, people need to stop treating it as such.
Peanut I’m feeling you dude
This afternoon I had $147 dollars in my account, placed an order for $130 dollar went to pay, $30 dollar fee for the transfer ! Didn’t want to cancel on the vendor and muck them around so had to buy more bitcoin to cover fees my half oz ended up costing me about 175 dollar
I completely agree with your question WTF 🤬
I love this platform but its pricing me out back to the 11 year old county lines smurfs on their electric scooters and man bags lol

Hey peanut,
Don’t worry you’re not doing anything wrong, network fees atm are just ridiculous. It’s all based on congestion on the blockchain and the miners will set prices higher during busy times and there’s nothing we can do about this unfortunately (unless an alternative currency was used).
Fees tend to come down in the evening and early hours of the morning (UK time) as less people in america are trying to process their transactions.
It can vary every couple of mins so i’d recommend checking a few times in the evening and after midnight as you’ll hopefully find cheaper fees then.
I had a £45 fee on a $135 order all weekend and this morning i managed to put the order through when the fees were around £14 so i’m sure you’ll find a time when the fees are reasonable for you to order.
Hope this helped and good luck with the offers! 😊

It's Blockchain congestion, most exchanges are charging ridiculous network fees, it's not just Coinbase. Plenty of biggas are waiting for the fees to drop before they buy, I can't justify dropping the price of a Q just to move BTC from one wallet to another.
Ah yeah... just read all the other posts. Seems this is a universal problem and not just me (captain paranoia strikes again!!)...has this happened before cos I have ordered fairly regularily over 2 years and never had this problem...is it likely to resolve or am I going to have to start hanging out in dodgy places with dealers again ?
It will calm down eventually. There have been spikes for the past month or so, and earlier in the year there were congestion problems too.
As others have already noted, alternatives to BTC would make all the difference. It is being worked on as far as I am aware so hopefully there will be other payment options next year. In the meantime all you can do is check the network fees and hope you get lucky.

It doesnt calm down for long. This is the nature of btc. Its a volatile piece of shit and useless for our purposes. Im done with paying these fees and im not buying here til theres a payment alternative
Same here. Just did a pre BC trade to see what Bittylicious are charging, and for a value of £24.00, the total with fees are just over £42.00!! That's almost an 80% mark-up. As i mentioned in a previous post, this will kill the LB community. Also from what i've heard, these fees are here to stay for the forseable!
I just used my Revolut account to send $55 and the fee was just $12
Forced into it really cos my coinbase has blocked my Lloyds account and my Revolut.
All sorted in less than 30 mins then :-)

I turned down the speed, to make the network fee more reasonable $10 on a £130 instead of $45. I changed it from 158 to 40, normally my transactions approve in 30 minutes, but its been 8 hours and still not processed. If anyones interested say and I'll update on the
processing time.
processing time.
40 sats/VB? Mate your gonna be waiting ages. I'm stuck at 118 sat/VB since last night. Might have to buy more coin and see if I can speed up the transaction from exodus wallet. FML BTC is starting to piss me off
I know but I'm not in a rush.
The fees are starting to drop at the moment.
Looks like they are down by 50-60% right now

Looks like they are down by 50-60% right now
I'm not sure tbh mate, it might end up coming back to you @ 40 sat/VB. Don't look at the $ amount on mempool, look at the sat/VB amount that is being processed at the moment. Mine finally went through at 6pm yesterday thankfully.
Yeah I think you might be right, the fees rose again today and trending up.
Nice one for getting yours through
Nice one for getting yours through
UPdate: fees are down to 105 sat on the last block processed this morning, trend is down.
Order finally went through on 4th January at 40 sats. I guess the lesson is to pay more attention to what is going on with the BTC and Exchange, especially at busy times.
My last purchase I paid way too low a fee and even once id accelerated it it took three weeks to confirm. When it did eventually confirm the order went through. Check Mempool. At the moment 40 sats wont even get a sniff as low priority is 200 sats and 153 and above is taking over an hour. Yep. Truly sucks. Sorry you are having this experience
Yes, but the fees are dropping at the moment.
I checked last night and the median was about $35-$40 its currently at $15
I checked last night and the median was about $35-$40 its currently at $15
Doesn’t really solve the issue though, fees are still high, you spend 12 hours checking every ten minutes shitting your pants that it actually gets there, then causing delays on dispatch in an already in places slow service, ‘RM not vendors’ generally. It’s just becoming a bit of a hassle rather than a godsend it used to be.
It's a new level of shit right now, been waiting for the fees to come down cos I couldn't afford the original $60 but this morning the fee for a cart of $138 was $150 on eco. Not quite the Christmas present I was looking for.
I stocked up a bit before and had ti accept the fees, very very begrudgingly but I’m waiting for a cart that I kind of needed for Xmas day while out away from home and it’s not come, been 13 days, reship sent on Tuesday NDD still not here, that’s the ultimate insult to the fees, I paid the massive fees and still out of my shit, insult to injury, you’re not the only one man, it’s deffo been a massive hassle this year.

The Truth about Weed
I am a hardened toker. 30yrs +. Shamefully I am psychologically addicted. But I don't drink, do class A or mug old ladies. It is my only vice (not including motorbikes)...
Anyway a couple of years ago I shared a joint with a dutch guy in a cafe in Amsterdam. It was his joint and it blew my socks off. I was seriously stoned for 12 hours. The guy worked in the cafe and I went back the next day. He told me the reason the joint was so strong and nice was that the contents were only 2 weeks old. He said forget about strains and names. All weed is pretty much the same. It is the age that counts. From the moment it is cut weed like most plants it starts to degenerate. The THC breaks down and it gradually loses potency. In fact he told me that the experts are trying to develop strains that break down more slowly.
Anyway my point is that vendors give their product fancy names and descriptions when all that really matters is the age of the product. Same goes for hash too. So now you know....

Hey there! When you cure cannabis, you're basically drying and aging the buds to bring out their awesome flavors and aromas. It might seem like they get a bit "weaker" due to losing some moisture, but the good news is, the potency of stuff like THC usually stays the same or can even increase a tad as THCA turns into THC during curing.
Just remember, how strong it feels can be affected by things like moisture and the terpenes in there. Well-cured cannabis tends to have a more fantastic flavor and aroma compared to freshly harvested buds. Also I've personally cropped plants and smoked them at various stages and in no way we're they stronger when it was fresh. But anyway I might be wrong but science says otherwise

What this site needs.....
..... is a search engine. Just imagine being able to search best/ most used vendor or most popular order or best/ worst reviews or service.
Unfortunately it could put a few vendors out of business. But it would make LB more competitive and improve quality.
It would be a simple IT task to set up. Shit, I could do it. And the popularity of LB would increase ten fold... hang on... maybe I haven't thought this through....

I thought you meant it needed a glitter shitting rabbit for a minute, it obviously does need one of them but I think a search engine would come a close second…
In terms of searching for products, the best way is to use the 'find in page' option in your browser.
Unlike the Topics and People pages, the Items wall loads all at once so when you use the find in page option it will search everything on there.
After that it's just a case of reading reviews and checking ratings.
All the best.
Cheers BB 😊👍🍻

And dates when messages are posted so you're not entering competitions that are months out of date 😄
Ive found this Caeba page useful to help find vendors but yeah a search would be good.
What it really needs is a good competitor that is on the clear net and works In similar ways, easier said than done I know.
Like most things, when 1 place has the monopoly it makes changes and innovation slow. There's no incentive for change on here because we're still going to place our orders either way. If there was a competitor it would force both websites to improve and come up with new ideas, directly improving the experience for all
Either way, long love LB and glad it's around, we would be lost without it 👍

Gotta be a roast like some have said, but consisting of chicken and pigs in blankets. Juices used to improve a red wine reduction gravy (and lots). Carrots, swede, sage and onion stuffing, crispy roast potatoes (duck fat potentially). Puffy Yorkshire puddings and finally an optional cauliflower cheese (without gravy on top). Love a roast, gotta have a lot of gravy too, potential of mint sauce
For me mate it’s got to be a great big serving of home made risotto. Sets you up I tell ya. It's got to be made from a particular lemon risotto recipe by Nigella. Then you gotta follow that bad boy up with a slice of tiramisu coz it’s a Sunday!
Cheers for the comp and good luck all!

I would go roast, but so many others have you'd have to give away all your stock if you choose roast now🤣
So I'll take you to Scotland mate, chicken breast, stuffed with haggis and wrapped in Parma ham. Served with veg of choice (everything goes😁), and a quality buttery mash, and then a whisky sauce over it all👌
Can substitute with peppercorn sauce if not a whisky fan..
Pudding.. if you get that far, some sticky toffee with ice cream🙂
Follow up with a coffee or tea and a nice cone😄
Another great comp.. cheers fella.

Lasagna/mac'n'cheese pasta bake. (This is one dish, not two, you guys and gals know pasta bakes are very versatile.)
Rustic, fairly easy prep, not so much attention required to the actual dish when baking in the oven. Perfect for when you're up in the clouds, just don't forget you're actually cooking.
PS: always make sure to top that motherfucker with some more cheese in the last 5 minutes. 🤤🤤🤤

I love a Sunday roast, but in hot weather I prefer chicken thighs in lemon, thyme, and garlic (garlic optional).
It's so easy to make (literally a couple of minutes prep), and goes as well with salad as it does with roast trimmings if the weather is cooler.
Also very quick compared to a roast (all done in less than 45 minutes) and the lemon flavour is just lush!
(Ping me either way if you want the details).

I mainly use it to keep my stress levels under control. I would find myself getting super stressed about silly things. So much so that I could feel my blood pumping around my body. I've never been aggressive or violent, but I would constantly be stressed out. To start with I was trying to control it with Stella and super string cider. Then I found myself with a constant acid burning feeling in my belly.. then 4 years ago my misses suggested I made the change to weed and I have never looked back. Although it does make me lazy sometimes haha. But I'd rather have that than have a heart attack at 46 lol
lol, defitenely alcoohol in the long run wouldn't have helped you much, it would have really destroyed body and soul. thank god you listened to your misses, wise change. don't forget the simple things, walk barefoot in nature once in a while with your misses, quality time in nature. she saved you with that suggestion lol.
peace and love to you both, tgt x.
peace and love to you both, tgt x.
Thanks man I'm certainly a different man now. I will tell her what you said, very kind. Wishing you and the team much love and peace too and thanks for your suggestion we will walk with nature at the weekend x
I doubt the Stella or Super Strong cider helped with any violent tendencies you may or may not have had 🤔 Agree though that laziness over cardiac arrest any day 😂
I'm gonna apologise up front. Didn't intend to make this a long post but it's mad the things you remember when you're baked and start writing 🙈🤣.
TLDR: shit happens and weed helps.
Had back problems for years due to a protruding disc, that was mis-diagnosed because I started with psoriatic arthritis around the same time(2009ish).
Weed helped me with pain relief alongside co-codamol, but I also found it good for appetite, sleep and just my all round mood and mental health while I went through the methotrexate, sulfasalazine, leflunomide, humira ordeal trying to free up my joints so I could get back to work.
MRI scan found the dodgy disc around 2015, had surgery to shave off the protruding bit but that didn't work very well so it was 4 years or so of epidural steroid and nerve blocking injections (evil procedure to go through 😖), NSAIDs, gabapentin and sitting on the waiting list for fusion surgery.
Life got interesting when I had the fusion done at the end of 2019. Initially it was amazing.
Sciatica gone.
After a couple of months of recovery and rehab, I was in a lot less pain, cutting down on the co-codamol and thinking about starting to come off the gabapentin, and just using the weed to relax and ease the remaining aches and pains, that were a lot more manageable, at the end of the day.
Much success 💪
So may 2020, middle of the initial covid meltdown, I've been back in work full time for 3 and a half weeks working on home extension, already worried about the possibility of being banned from working ("they wouldn't close the entire country down, would they?" 😷👀).
5am. I'm in the kitchen doing stretching exercises and drinking tea while I wait for my morning round of pills to start working.
I'd been giving myself a couple of hours to get get my body in gear every morning before being picked up.
I was leaning over the breakfast bar, using it to lift most of my weight up off my feet to stretch the bottom of my back out. I lowered myself down and took a step towards the kettle on my right and SNAP!
Left leg gone 🙈
tibia and fibula both completely separated and my foot/ankle wobbling about whilst I lay on the deck screaming.
9 days in hospital with no visits allowed waiting for a surgeon to glue me back together and I'm back home with a bottle of morphine and an 18 inch titanium bar with 16 screws stopping the wobble.
The surgical wounds took a loooong time to heal up and I wasn't discharged until January 2021. Took me a while to start trusting my new bionic left leg, but by March I was back on light duties at work and starting to feel a little bit more positive about the world.
This time I managed 2 weeks of being a productive member of society before a flipping egg yolk size blister appeared on my shin, burst and carried on leaking what I thought was blood.
It actually took them nearly 4 weeks to get me in for an "emergency" xray that showed osteomyelitis had travelled along 3 of the screws, into the bone and along the titanium, which basically required removal of all metalwork, a tablespoon size chunk of bone scraped out and one of those fancy pico dressings for a month while the massive hole on my shin tried to close up.
Mean time, the sciatica is back due to "irritation" of the nerve, and I'm hobbling around on a leg that i trust less than I'd trust Michael Jackson to babysit my kids.
My head is fooked.
I think I may have ptsd.
Pain clinic won't do anything until I've had counselling, that I've been waiting for since October 2021, and it feels like the pain specialist's attitude is basically deal with it 🤷🏻♂️
Body is knackered, head is knackered, I applied for pip in June 2021 and am still waiting for a tribunal date after being diagnosed fully able bodied over the phone.
So for all of that shit 👆 (there's more but most have probably given up reading by now 🤣), the one constant comfort has been the beautiful miss Mary Jane and her ability to stop me from feeling like shit 24/7 365.
She's helped me to deal with an absolute shit hand of cards, in many ways, and I love her very much 🥰😅.
If you got this far, we'll done! Treat yourself to a cannabis product of your choosing 😉👍

your writing skills are so captivating, felt like I was reading a book.
so many difficult moments you have been through, really had to be a warrior.
have you ever looked into any alternative/integral medicine or holistic treatments as well? neural therapy with procaine shots are amazing to regenerate the nervous tissue, many times our scars contribute for pain in other parts of our body. seems like a small detail, but could bring you more life quality in the long run. I would look into accupunture as well, or even deep tissue massage.
lots of love, tgt x

Haha, thanks.
I could've kept writing for another hour about all of the treatments I've tried.
Massage is very good for relieving tight muscles and the different buzzing, tingling, aching sensations that I get down my left leg and groin. Only problem is that relief (in my case) is very short term.
I have a spot on the top of my foot, along the first 2 metatarsal bones, that feels like I'm getting text messages on vibrate all the time. Aches like a mofo constantly.
But when I get some oil on it and give it a good strong massage, it's like flipping a switch!
All the sciatica pains down my leg stop, the vibrating sensation stops texting me and the mental relief is amazing.
The trade off though, is that the foot ache goes from constant low to mid level nagging pain, to a super localised stabbing pain right at that one spot.
The mixture of instant relief and whatever endorphins and stuff that gets released, and the new, sharp pain from the massage is very hard to describe. I'll just say that the kids find the noises I make absolutely hilarious 🤣.
I'm usually back to aching within the hour, but every little helps, right? 😅

Of course I read it I'm baked rn too! i feel ya pain buddy (literally lol) its places like this that give us a chance to post stuff like that and it be totally cool so good on ya cos mine was a lot shorter, one day at a time well sometimes one hour at a time but theres always hope in the smallest of things and weed enhances that so much, lost count of the times i cant take any more meds and im chain smoking weed and throwing in some booze for good measure and then I find the right music to make me forget for just a little bit and then the drink gets put down and the smile widens as the THC has met with my wanna be dancing music part of my brain and ganged up to kick the hell out of the pain part for a bit! Boy weed rants are good lol, peace bro and hope you're not in too much pain atm
I use it to alleviate anxiety, depression, BPD and PTSD symptoms. It's not a miracle cure, but it most definitely helps. CBD every day, THC on the weekends. The CBD helps me with the every day anxiety, panic attacks and sleep problems. Vaping bud on the weekend helps me to feel normal, able to concentrate and like I'm not going completely insane with the flashbacks and emotional outbursts.
indeed, holy mary jane. there has been lots of studies on how this medicine lowers ptsd symptoms, more even with the association of thc - cbd. glad you found this relief.
I also heard of a new therapy treatment with induced lucid dreaming, sounds really interesting! in case you are not open to psilocybin. psychedelic therapy has been super effective for ptsd and depression. for bpd I guess the research is still recent, but studies show how psilocybin improves emotional regulation. in my case, the best for my depression was psilocybin.
but of course, I'm no doctor and every body is a different universe.

I use cannabis to help me switch off and unwind and ultimately sleep.. always had a problem relaxing and falling asleep ever since I was a kid and younger according to my mother.
wow, really serious issue. lack of sleep in the long run can cause so many harm to our health. alongside mary jane, some mineral reposition is key to a great quality sleep. sleep is physical as it is metaphysical, I mean, it can have a lot to do with our biochemicals. it's good to look for a doctor who works with mineral/vitamins reposition. mineral and vitamin absorption is a complex thing, many times our body needs a substance to be able to absorb another substance. I know that magnesium citrate and potassium can help, but this means nothing if your system lacks another substance in order to absorb them. have you looked into that yet?

Thanks for that insight but I don’t think it’s a serious issue.. a little herb a couple of hours before bed and make sure I don’t go to bed stoned out of my head then I can switch off easily and have a restful night.
Accompanied by my varied and balanced diet with regular exercise and I’m good to go. Cheers lads.

As a younger me I had an accident on a bike breaking my arm and damaging my back, have used it since I was a teenager (alongside cocdamol) and find it helps massively with IBS and the cramping as again doctors would rather shrug it off and say crack on.
it's easier nowadays to listen to a doctor prescribe a drug that in the long run brings more risks to our system than a doctor who stands up to the medical council and recognises the efficacy of plants or is aware of the languages of the body.
if your IBS is not related to family history or bad eating habits, as is the case of my cousin, it is very much related to our mental health or even to the use of antibiotics in the long run without the essential supplementation of good bacteria (probiotics and/or prebiotics).
interesting to notice how through mary jane we can observe the intestine-brain brain-intestine communication. it relaxes, nurtures your thoughts, consequently relaxes a bit more your IBS.
have you tried the good bacteria to strenghen you? the use of probiotics can promote modulation of the intestinal microbiota by competition and consequent inhibition of pathogen adhesion to the intestinal epithelium, which means that they improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function by downregulating of mucosal immune activation, increasing mucus layer and tight junction protein production. so, in general, it promotes anti-inflammatory effects through the suppression of pro-inflamamatory cytokines, improving intestinal immunity and stimulating the production of secretary IgA (immunoglobin A, very important for the defense of the mucous membrane) and intestine-brain communication.
I'm an enthusiastic about psychosomatics, integral health and chinese medicine. through an holistic view, our intestines teach us that more important than possessing is knowing how to enjoy, that offering is as vital as conquering and that the only true appropriation is the possession of oneself. in the movement of filling and emptying, they enable each individual to know themselves, to build themselves, to exercise themselves, to improve themselves and to offer themselves, guaranteeing the healthy peristalsis of behaviour and emotions.
I went deep on this one, lol.
peace and love,

Happy smoking 👍

glad to hear mary jane brings relief to your pains. also, magnesium citrate replacement helped me a lot with the contractures and muscular pains that I had. and, without a doubt, psilocybin exorcised the depression demon out of me (and many other people that are also healing from it with psychedelics therapy).

18 year ago I de gloved my lower right leg. Had reconstructive surgery looks like a shark bite I lost all movement and feeling in my leg so I don’t walk like I should and over the years it has resulted in damage to my hips and knees ha. Cannabis helps in so many ways with the pain and muscle spasms I get in leg. Here’s a picture ha i was ashamed of it for years but now I don’t give a fuck ha cannabis also helped with that ha
In July last last year in 2021 i had a life changing event not what I ever imagined at my age. I was in so much agony I could have been paralysed if they didn’t do the emergency operation on me…
I’m 33 and had both my discs removed from lumbar spine which has put me in a wheelchair, due to weakness and tremors in both legs.
I’ve had physio and I’ve been discharged from them too.
Pain killers don’t do me justice cannabis or hash is my pain relief, it helps me get an appetite as been bed bound I dont ever feel hungry so it helps.
I am in severe pain everyday due to been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, cannabis helps my pain. Without any bad side affects unlike prescribed medication from doctors. That make you feel terrible.
Im not able to get upstairs due to my house that cant be adapted. Im on a waiting list for an adapted property so im able to have a proper shower as i havent had a proper bath/shower since july 2021.
Upon all of above it has affected my mood by having these life-changing effects. Before I had 6 jobs n now I’ve been medically retired!
Cannabis also helps me sleep and get a good nights rest, without it I don’t sleep.
It also helps with stress to help me concentrate better. And stop me from been scratchy.

I get relief from anxiety, and also muscle cramps due to being on my feet all day working. And it helps when I'm feeling a bit down. I think things would definitely be worse without it.
weed defitenely helps in this situation. if I were you I would pay attention to the cramps, they can mean lots of things. even dehydration because if you spend long times up in your feet, you need to guarantee good blood flow. low mineral depletion could also be a factor that enhances this kind of pain. since I started to replenish magnesium citrate in my body (1 pill during the morning and 2 at night) i've slept much better and felt much less muscular cramps. things we eat interfere a lot in our blood supply as well. just avoid dehydration as much as you can. i'm no doctor but, wish you all the best.

Ur totally right dehydration happens a lot due to not stopping and having liquids enough at work, sometimes find myself at 5pm having only had one drink for the day but that's my fault, but something I'm gonna improve see if it helps. Cheers guys.
It helps just about everything for me, pain relief for both diabetic neuropathic and back injury pain. It reduces apnea:(it started when I had a five year break) and insomnia. And the main one for me is anxiety, although I must say the munchies do not help the diabetis!
I am not sure I'd be alive without cannabis today. A lot of people like to paint daily use as an addiction, but for me its medicine. When I stop using cannabis, withdrawal is not new symptoms due to addiction, but a return to the stress, grief, and nightmares the holy herb alleviates for me.
Cannabis as a tool to alleviate grief has been fantastic for me. One of my best friends riding along the hardest journey of my life!

It calms down my whole world, keeps me cool. Used all sorts of drugs to get rid of my anxiety/depression but never weed alone. Now at 48 I have used only weed for the past two years and what a difference. Tried the medical weed but it’s shit in my opinion. I found the green team and have discovered the perfect smoke. 👏🏻👍🏻
I'm an amputee...lbk. I get terrible phantom limb pain...burning/ intense pins and needles...permanently! Have tried everything to control it and I really don't sleep much...tbh the best way to sleep for me us to get absolutely wankered so I pass out...obvs this is not a good life choice! Weed/ hash helps me cope and keeps me relatively sane...also helps me sleep...sometimes.
This is why I'm always placing my orders at 3am 🙂

I suffer with seizures, cannabis
has given me my life back to the point I can go mountain biking again. It's literally a godsend and nothing the dr's and neurologists have given me has worked, so feck pills I'll stick to the herb.
Interesting thread this I've enjoyed reading all of your reasons, I still find it mad that alcohol is legal and weed isn't. Long term alcohol use has never helped anyone, but look what this plant can do.

It helps me with massively with migraines. I've been suffering with really bad migraines since I was 7, have been going to doctors about it for about 15 years now and I still haven't found a medication to work as well as weed.
It is quite astounding how much of a difference weed makes, there's times where it makes it dissipate completely. I have yet to even get close to getting such relief using the prescribed medication doctors give me. I experienced weed in College and haven't looked back since.

I use hash only for migraine prevention. I have suffered for more than 10years with chronic, debilitating, pupil piercing pain, every other day if not daily. I'm on Triptans for the pain and anti-psychotic preventatives after no other preventative medication would take. The preventatives i take are in the main for people with epilepsy to prevent seizures, amazing really! Anyway, I found my regular source of hash when I found LB and my migraines have been all but absent for the past 18months, but ove the last 4 odd weeks, due to forced T breaks and dry days here and there, my migraines are creeping back in, and the pain which was all becoming but a distant memory now are becoming all too real again. I have stockpiled quite a few Triptans but I still have to wait for the migraines to set in before i can take them and endure a hell of a time with pain before they take effect. I don't want to start taking the epi pills again. The ridiculously good quality of hash available on LB is what has made my quality of life so much better and TGT were the firat vendors I used on here and was blown away with their Ketama Gold, remember that one guys...if you get any back in i would just love some! Now am just waiting for some orders to land but sodding RM is not helping, longest wait so far as of today waiting 14 days and counting for a normal post pack. Stay cool 🙏
I smoke to treat long-term C-PTSD symptoms. It is the only thing that relieves the physical stress held in my body. Research shows mushrooms are one of the best treatments for alleviating symptoms and regenerating atrophied receptors in the pre-frontal cortex, but I have too much anxiety to hold my shit together on mushrooms so they are a no go for me. Weed is is the only way.
I've been prescribed it medically for just over 2 years and it's made a massive difference to nerve damage and pain that the pills side effects can ruin minds and relief never came, I used to just enjoy it recreationally but daily medical use changes how i view and use cannabis and the state of the legal
After ending up with long COVID, cannabis has become the one thing that's effective at removing the pain. It's so much easier trying to sleep and make my way through the day thanks to this 😊
When I was around 11, I was diagnosed with a number of muscular diseases, triggered by an aggressive virus. This whole process also led to me developing anxiety and stress epilepsy. Nothing really helped, painkillers can have a minor effect and keeping yourself fit and healthy definitely makes it a bit easier, but there was never any true relief. That was until a friend introduced me to hash at 14. At first it was just fun because I thought it was cool and I'd never experienced anything like it. As I got older I started to enjoy learning about the varying effects different strains of weed/hash could have. I also began to realize how much relief it gave me from my pain in my head and body. I got into the routine of going to school and then work, and having a smoke at the end of each day to wind down. No matter how much pain I was in physically or mentally, cannabis gave me true relief. I could have the most stressful day of my life, come home in a shit mood, but after I smoke my worries disappear, as does the pain.
Cannabis is amazing and it's a shame it's been a pawn in political agendas for the last 50 odd years because it's a wonder drug that everyone should have access to at least every once in a while. Little Biggy is fantastic because once you find sellers you trust, you're guaranteed quality at a cheaper price than on the street. Been ordering from TGT for a couple years now and not planning on stopping anytime soon x

I have a back injury from the military and ADHD and OCD, so nowadays when I'm a bit older that's pretty much why I smoke cannabis in the evening for. I'm leaning more for the Indicas/Kush to be honest, but it's also nice to have some good old haze on a nice summer day. If this was US, I would be 1st. On the medical cannabis card, but let's wait and see, at least we got LB and TGT since I'm really againts any street level retailers. Thanks for being here for us, and for exceptional service 💂

I started taking medical cannabis about a year ago due to having severe bowel malabsorption since 7 and anxiety to where I never leave the home due to my stomach issues so after 20 years of suffering I turned to cannabis and haven't looked back. honestly the laws are stupid it should just be a medication and see as that even with years of Dr's tablets I was in the bathroom 6 hours a day all my life until now where I can just have like 2 js or some other form of thc a day and my stomach is completely fine weed honestly took me from wanting to step of the railing every day to having somewhat of a life even though my heath still isn't perfect it's a damn lot better thanks to using this medication.
Anxiety and back pain.
The back pain has been a constant and due to being an oversized bean pole with a desk job will probably never go away for good. But since lockdown I've found cannabis is the only thing that lets me release the tension and focus on the bits I need to do my physio effectively, without it I over-tense and can't activate the muscles I need to without activating everything else around them.
The anxiety is a bit different, sometimes it's low level and I don't need cannabis to help, sometimes I can tie myself up so much I stammer... until I smoke. This is a more recent problem brought on by long periods of high stress, but people keep telling me to get diagnosed for ASD, which would explain a lot! I watched a video the other day where this doctor said some people use cannabis "to modulate neurodivergent behaviour" and thought that sounds about right! 😂

So I have a flipside medical story...
A few years ago I had thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed. Subsequently I am prescribed levothyroxine which is a synthetic thyroxine substitute. Without it I would go into a coma and die. Problem is it is common to struggle to get the dosage right as it is all linked to diet and hormones and there are some horrible side effects. Palpitations, trembling, stomach cramps etc.
Anyway I have smoked weed for the last 30 years but then the THC exacerbated my symptoms and made me far worse.... so I had to stop. God I miss it. Nowadays I smoke occasionally, usually in the mornings when the dreaded surge has yet to awaken.
The moral is...there is a flipside to weed and it's impact on our lives is not always a path to utopia.... just saying

PTSD means I have hyper vigilance, I'm always on edge.
When I smoke I feel normal again. I can work, engage with friends, and be a happier, more productive version of myself. Keeps the nightmares away too lol

I have wet macular degeneration caused by VERY high myopia, so I'm basically losing my sight. There's no cure, but Cannabis helps with my mental health. (keep it light lol).
Love you guys

I use it to improve my mood, relaxation and sleep...I used to use alcohol to relax but glad I changed...
Oh yeah its why im here, 17 years security services then a major spinal injury so a decent indica helps the PTSD and pain relief, I buy a lot of shakes from here to smoke and make a cannabutter with the rest as I have to take price into account now i'm retired, weed improves my quality of life so much I literally cant put how much into words. Ty to all growers, vendors and smokers who keep this site going!
