Order page says order is unpaid but blockchain shows it’s paid, it’s been over an hour now never had this problem on clearnet site

Its great having the society option for sure. The sync between the two worked well enough for messaging, payments and ordering to continue.

It would be good to make it more clear / reassuring that Society is LB, that its just another entry point. This would be good for customers as I'm sure many panicked that it may be phishing login info.

Need to make it clear that Transaxe is the processor in vendor order backend. Links are fine but the processor names are different

For customers, Need to push use of TOR on LB and provide info on settings (JS etc ) so it all works smoothly for them.

Maybe changing the main landing page to give a clear link to either LB or Society will help load balance the two sites and give the customers association between the two names. Lots of us will just go to the onion and get on with it.

Need to make sure that the web links are substituting the domains so that this all works smoothly on both domains.

Cool approach to dealing with DDOS etc and very original ( different to DNMs )

Poor memory means I cant be anywhere near as specific as you would like, but lots of us had issues when checking out on Society. A message along the lines of 'please wait before placing your next order' (or similar) kept appearing (I use a mac, and TOR). It eventually went away for me after hitting the pay button 10-15 times. Other than that, the site was a bit slower and more clunky than usual, but my orders all arrived ok

I agree defiantly great to have this as a back up LB wasn't working on any device for me Tor or any browser. I think the function of society is a lot slower including orders and payments going through.Messages seem to be OK though.

Sorry we can't be more helpful on this, we simply have a lot more users here on Society now and are trying our best to meet biggaz expectations. As a tor protected site this is challenging but we appreciate any patience or understanding you can muster.

You can also reach society with the brave browser in "new private window with tor"

make sure you have the tor browser option going in brave or just use the onion browser, its better anyway

I used the Tor browser ( rpund purple icon, half solid and half a target; as no idea if tor is a brand or terminology) and once it loaded & opened - I had a bar at the bottom that I cut and pasted into and pressed go. Then came here to test

I can’t see anything on Items wall to change your country. Where is it on that page? I think I need to set my country as my orders won’t go to payment. Would appreciate any help with Society. In UK using Onion browsers on iOS. Thanks

From the Items Wall, select your vendor. Under their ‘Manifesto’ at the top of the page is ‘Select Country’ with a drop down menu👍

if you use the tor brwoser make sure you have javascript turned on or several functions wont work.

On IOS you must select the lowest security level (bronze) instead of the default (silver) on Onion otherwise it auto disables JavaScript….

Just had a huge payment disappear into the ether while jumping between Clearnet and Society because clearnet just dropped out during the process. Its obvious the whole thing is breaking down. Between that and the RM strikes ruining Christmas I think it's best to go old skool for a bit. It's been a fun run though.

I’m struggling here.. I’m using the onion browser on iOS I’ve enabled Java and selected the correct country just says unable to calculate prices, try again later.

Never mind, sussed it.
