Depends what you’re looking for. I got my first shrooms from TheFunGuy and he was super helpful. The B+ were not super strong but that was what I needed. They were top quality and stick dry.

I think a lot of advancements are driven by the power of information and the difference between having it and not having it being a deciding factor in almost everything from individuals to nation states.
I agree that this hyper evolution of technology is out of control and a simpler time would be great but as they say "AI is the dumbest it will ever be today" other something lol

I don't see an alternative I think bringing back books and learning hands on far outweighs any progress that was made from the smart phone or the tablet.
All ancient empires were built without trivial prices of technology and thrived, and all that has happened since the birth of 'at home' technology is the degradation of the entire globe. And to be completely honest apart from technology getting more compplex what actual advancements have occurred in the last 50 years? There is still no 'cure' for things like cancer and dementia, people are dying younger and poverty is more prevalent now than it has been in that time.
I don't know maybe I'm old-school and would rather live in a world with the flintstones than the rothschilds.

Vendors should test and describe their products personally (or have a tester to do so), and should do so with each new batch.

Unfortunate news thats for sure but have you looked into alkaline dieting and fully veg diets. I had a friend that fully reversed lymph node cancer.. he had a lump on his right side next to the liver and wasnt aware of it until it was very late stage. I told him of alkaline diets and how acidic conditions in the body allow cancerous cells to thrive. He researched and found promising evidence to support that, he instantly stopped smoking bud and started taking full spectrum cbd oil (orally) to counter the pain. He never went down the route of chemo and 6 months later he went back for tests and they were shocked as to how quickly the cancerous cells had dimished.
He swapped a full meat diet for full veg, he started drinking distilled water with spirulina with ph @8- 9, he started juicing alkaline veg mixed with fruits and hit the sauna and steam room almost every day for the next 6 months.
He went cold turkey with smoking bud and cigs 2 days after finding out the news.
By far the biggest noticable change was that in 6 months he went from a 6ft3 140kg to 90kg healthy lean athletic body with insane amounts of energy and bounce.. ( he didnt work out one bit) only hit the sauna and steam room + diet change.

Absolutely man, look into Malaysia, Indonesia, India, & Thailand believe it or not. Their medical tourism facilities rival Western counterparts par on par except they aren't trying to turn you into a debt slave for it. Try to get in touch personally with the hospitals that are oriented for foreigners there; there are a lot of third party agencies that organize everything, but then they also skim a lot of your money and don't always give you the needs you require. Check out Patients Without Borders as a good nonprofit guide. You might be able to find previous years handbooks available with more in depth info on specific facilities and their capacity in specialization. Yes good on you for putting this out there. Doubters do your own research this is true. There are many natural cures for cancer and they no it! Truth is they make a lot of money and keep the population down by doing this. Well I live on the west coast but im from a holistic background so the first things first have your friend change his diet and the next thing is have them detox this is just the first step once you do this things will be a little more treatable goldenseal or cerasee tea these herbs are blood cleansing elements just keep trying I got my grandma on a great health care which cost a lot of money and she passed in my arms so go natural first to build and than go to the clinic to make sure your on the right path and may god walk with you all in your trails.

My extensive research into this topic led me to something called “GC-MAF” or vitamin D binding hormone, that has been successfully used to cure most cancers. It was manufactured by a company called First Immune in Jersey and could be ordered in a thermos with ice to anywhere in the world, before coming under fire from big Pharma. The principle behind it is that it boosts your immune system, which is intelligent enough to identify and kill cancer cells (it does this all the time when functioning optimally). Sorry to hear that. My mum had cancer and refused medical treatments and went to an ashram in India for ayervedic treatment and it worked, that was over 20 years ago. My dog also had cancer 3 years ago and was given not long to live. I got him onto THC oil and 3 years later he’s still going. I would recommend trying some alternative treatments. How’s this going? There’s an interesting story in my local area. A man got diagnosed with cancer and 4 weeks to live in 2019. He hasn’t told this in the reports because I think he’s trying to sue the NHS because now in 2023 his scans show no cancer. He’s going down the misdiagnosed route but I know he was taking cannabis oil and so it might just be that cleared the cancer. My dog also had cancer and doesn’t anymore. I’m giving it to an 82 year old women who’s got terminal leukaemia because it defo won’t harm and might help. I think I’ve got thyroid/lymph node cancer and I’ll be doing down that route xx

There have been studies into the use of thc to help cur cancer. I watched a documentary about parents who used it on their children who had brain tumours, it worked the doctors couldn’t deny the tumour was shrinking at a rate much quicker than chemo etc alone. One of the families chose not to use chemo at all the child’s tumour shrank to nothing they survived ‘a miracle’

'neutral' description of the initiative = The immediate need for a more stable / suitable currency and or pricing system!
So it's been a couple of weeks and still nothing has really happened as far as coming up with a solution to bring some stability in the pricing for the buyers and vendors, and now that the dollar to pound conversion rate has very very quickly hit it's worst rate on record, and it's clearly showing no signs of slowing down, what are we going to do about this?
My solution, which has been backed up by so many of the sites users that i've lost count, would be the obvious

I've explained this way too many times in the past couple weeks, but the only reason we are experiencing all the negatives of this is because we are still (for no actual given reason) using Dollars, instead of Sterling as the sites currency!
at the very least, 90% of the buyers on here are within the UK, and all have Sterling in our bank accounts, not Dollars
Dollars and Sterling are neck and neck when it comes to stability in the worlds market, claiming the use of Dollars for stability reasons on here is disingenuous
and how are vendors expected to be sat at their computer 24/7 constantly adjusting their prices on hundreds of listed items just to make it fair for buyers, when all this could be solved with a simple currency change?

one final thing i would like to add biggas that a lot of you probably wouldn't have even seen at the time, or joined long after, but about 2 years ago, before we had initiatives, i was very outspoken about the fact that the BTC prices on here used to be only set in 5 digits, for example 0.0050BTC, and with the instability of BTC, this lead to us never being able to actually pay the correct amount for our orders (0.0057464BTC < how prices look now) often having to pay way more than the order is worth because we didn't have the correct amount of decimal places, this was hugely frustrating and it was costing everyone a fortune, and after making topic after topic screaming at the top of my lungs about how much we need extra decimal places and then out of nowhere with no explanation we were finally given this much needed change when LB went under it's overhaul a couple years back! i wanted to end on that, for the biggas that thought that i'm just bitching, i'm not, i poured so much energy into those topics to benefit all of us, the amount of money that we have all saved since the decimal place change would have surpassed the hundreds of thousands of £ quite some time ago, just like the change i'm asking for now, it's going to save so many people so much money at a time when we coudn't possibly need it more.

This means that a listing of £100 will always be £100 today, tomorrow, next week if its still listed at £100 then you will still pay £100 - this is stability. A $100 listing is £76 then £78 then £82 then £86 then £90 now it's £95even though its still listed unchanged at $100 - that is instability.

FOR - preferably stable coin, then theirs no issues with payment release dates of 16days for vendors who are then stuck in huge currency fluctuations and this year alone has seen at least 3 occasions of the escrows halving in value within that 16 day period.
It does not make sense, not with the pressures of staying stealth and not being caught by the bizzes we now have to have a degree in economics just to make sure have enough to pay our supplier's in 2 weeks for the reload or have enough money for fuel etc.
The world is at a financial knife edge and if this does not get sorted some poor vendors going to be getting a hiding or 2 from some pissed off supplier who wants their money the plain facts.
It does not make sense, not with the pressures of staying stealth and not being caught by the bizzes we now have to have a degree in economics just to make sure have enough to pay our supplier's in 2 weeks for the reload or have enough money for fuel etc.

100% behind this initiative but sadly I think the site owners don't care. They posted last week about prioritising things behind the scenes. I've not once seen a feature the community has asked for implemented here. I get the feeling the site is run part time by a small group. I know of other marketplaces that have even the most basic of features... dated posts, search features, pages that don't take minutes to load if they have more than 200 topics on them. I can get over the dated posts and loading times but I can't get over the prices. The other place I buy from has lots of flower variety (shit for carts and edibles etc) but flower has always been £37.50 for eighths and doesn't change. It think the LB staff maybe reached the limit of their abilities. Simple functions that any other online marketplace in the world has, the LB staff don't to have the knowledge/time/tools to implement.

for newer biggas that are unsure of the context of some of the replies in this topic, it was created over a year ago when not only did we still have the same problem of literally being robbed by fees, but we also had the problem of every single dollar costing 92p, rather than the 81p it is now which made every single order considerably more expensive for absolutely no reason other than the site being set to the wrong currency for it's customer base

The immediate need for a more stable / suitable currency and or pricing system! GAW
Not gonna lie I would love to save money being on the side of the buyers however, I do feel the conversion rate inflation we feel is balanced by the loss the vendors can take in BTC. It seems like a harmony that is keeping this site going...even if only barely. I will add that if BTC has a nice rise than vendors should reduce their prices accordingly.

One thing I do note, is that 5 reviews came in after the comp closed. No post on a bank holiday so some people were holding out on the review to better their chances it seems.

Had a date with Lucy, first time buying from this vendor and fp I was surprised. Nice clean high, good visuals. Only had 1 tab but felt really clean and the build up was nice and gradual will defo buy again.
Edit: took 3 on the head and it was the most intense feeling ive ever had from lsd. Super clean, super strong visuals and im currently only 5 hours in whilst writing this and thought i had to share the journey. Theres seems to be no platue, just a perfect symphony of back and forth. True lsd

Following on from a thread I read from while ago from hesh, there is an ongoing problem buyers face with the conversion rates of $ to £. Being that majority of buyers on here are UK based, I think it only makes sense to change prices from $ to £ so regular buyers can know their weekly/monthly bill.
i wish we could turn the screw on this somehow beyond these initiative votes.
my mind deflates converting from fiat to btc to $, i barely know what i'm spending half the time, just feel like i'm getting shafted usually, especially when the budget half of the market seems thick with artificial "terpene" infused bullshit, and the most fucking musty, mildewy "shake". could just be bad luck of course.
but it seems insane to have to convert essentially across three currencys, no? or am i simple? you can get shafted three ways before you've even received your shitty product from the vendor lol...
im not bitter.

How efficient would it be if we could bookmark our top vendors, that way all we would have to do Is go to our bookmark page and we could see any new drops, competitions, added topics etc. Just an idea, and maybe I'm a lil slow but it drained me having to individually locate my top vendors just to see wagwan. Bitpanda enforcing travel rule
Morning all, bad news I'm afraid.
It would appear bitpanda has begun to fully enforce the travel rule which came into effect 30/12/24. Entering any name and wallet host appears to no longer work. Bitpanda is now fully reviewing transactions (maybe a proportion I don't know) and demanding the full legal name and date of birth of the transaction counterparty (recipient).
Here's the email I got from bitpanda support when I queried:
"We are contacting you regarding one of your recent crypto transactions on the Bitpanda platform.
To help us investigate and resolve this transaction as quickly as possible, please provide us with the full legal name of the transaction counterparty (recipient/sender). In accordance with the Travel Rule regulations, we are required to implement strict security measures for all crypto transfers. You can find more information about the Travel Rule and its requirements in our FAQ.
Please note that without the required information, we will not be able to proceed with the transfer. We kindly ask that you reply to us within 3 days, otherwise, the transaction will be cancelled.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation and understanding. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form.

Ah that’s annoying mate - what I’m doing is just sending it to an anonymous Exodus wallet first (twice the sending fees but no scrutiny or hassle). And putting down the recipient as myself of course, “self-hosted wallet”. After that, no one checks - I can send to LB. Gives me peace of mind as all the Bitcoin platforms are getting twitchy these days ;). I’ve heard of people having their Coinbase accounts shut down for sending to LB.
Anyway, glad it finally went through for you! But I’d def recommend using a free wallet like Exodus from now on.
Oh and just one tip - I can’t seem to send Bitcoin on the mobile version of Exodus, only the desktop one.

Also remember to check the sending fees on Exodus, and buy a little extra bitcoin for sending from Exodus to LB - I only say that because I’ve been caught out by that more than once ;((
Been doing it this way a while now . A small extra fee but worth it for hassle free transactions. Only difference being I use the exodus app through my phone no problem.

Just to add my voice to this, here is my process:
1 - Send money from the co-op bank to revolut account
2 - Send money from revolut to moonpay
3 - Buy BTC on moonpay
4 - Send BTC to my Nimiq wallet (completely decentralised wallet, it can hold BTC but I cannot buy BTC from there, BECAUSE it is completely decentralised and p2p, UK won't allow such anonymity.
5 - Send BTC from Nimiq to LB
Seems like a lot of steps, yes it costs a little more, but not much, we're talking pennies. If I wanted to be even more careful I would buy Nimiq on moonpay and send them to the wallet and when they are in my wallet swap the Nimiq for BTC. Which to be honest I might start doing. The crackdown is just the beginning of overt draconian and totalitarian rule. It's been happening forever, we only had the veneer of freedom, but it's RIGHT out in the open now, for anyone who wants to see it (sadly, many still DON'T want to) . But never forget peeps, when they try to shut one door on us, we just build a new one. We're free, and that never changes unless we believe it does.

It's not that it is dumb, but it may stop working for you in the near future. There is a massive crack down of privacy and anonymity "all fdid you get a look at it or your SAFETY people" (it isn't, that's just the party line, and it doesn't matter which party either, they are all owned by the same group of.....people?). It's good to know about it, be aware, have a back up plan in case the usual avenues get difficult.

Most welcome lovely. I'm only two years into it and I've already seen massive concerning changes. I used to be able to buy bitcoin with my bank card, without ID, not any longer. And the restrictions increase. Anyone would think there are a faction of psychopaths on this planet who really feel it is their right and DUTY to control the plebs. Ahem.
Just as an update for anyone who has similar, All went through in the end, I just gave bitpanda my own date of birth and name (which they must already have?) and they agreed to put it through. Fuck knows?

The reason why they want your name and DOB is becuase starting this year Exchanges which operate on a KYC basis in the UK will report to the Taxman.
It's already the case with e-sales and many of us have been burnt.
As I said before I do not want to link to Giv sites from LB but if you do a bit of research you will see that potentially the Taxman could investigate your crypto activity and ask to see all transactions all the way into non-KYC wallets.
I've personally shut down my Revolut account at this stage to keep it safe and I'm living on my stash for the time being.

Can you imagine: being asked to show all your crypto transactions so that they can see where you sent it AND on top of it they would tax you on the spend. BIG TROUBLE.
Some will cross their fingers but I wouldn't chance it. Better safe than sorry.
They've been going after regular online sellers lately and they use AI to analyze Ebay/Vinted/Facebook listings to spot stealth traders.
If they start doing that with info sent to them by UK approved Exchanges they're going to be some casualties.

Highly recommend mate! A pretty forgiving strain to cultivate (as a novice I gained multiple flushes) and for me, the high was always a step above the others (slightly more euphoric and introspective).
Golden teachers would be my favourite.

Just had to drop a mention and a thanks to ZAZA really decent chap with comms and has some real tasty bud tried the cherry ripple which is a lovely smoke, buds are dense but well structured and grind up a beaut it’s a lovely terpy smoke too and the cherry is definitely present.
