Tracking numbers should be mandatory in my opinion. Offers peace of mind for the customer and covers the vendors arse

You’re right but I don’t need the vendor to give me the number. I just want them to check it on the rare occasion that a parcel is very delayed so they can give me an update. Seems reasonable?🤷♂️
Some vendors say they “can’t keep a track of all the tracking”😵💫, but if they don’t give the numbers to us and they don’t keep it themselves then there is a recipe for trouble…🫣

Is it just me or are comms just getting worse on LB? I don't understand how a vendor can find it so terribly difficult to shoot back a message a half a line long. It's just a bit disrespectful, especially when they've been or are currently online.
We aren't a one man band, however we only have one set of hands for comms, packaging and sending parcels out. Our other staff members are busy managing F2F business across the UK, so sometimes it may take us an extra day or so to reply to your message as we usually have our hands full 90% of the time.
I feel it isn't hard to keep a customer in the know though. If a customers order is taking too long it takes you 5 minutes to give them a tracking number. I think some vendors may be genuinely busy though, I've had plenty of times where another message / order has come in, and I try and solve both at once and in turn forget the intial reply... 😂
All in all, it is purely dependent on the volumes the vendor is pumping out and the time they have to reply to messages, which is quite a lot of the time, limited. Vendors aren't robots and are humans as well, so do cut them some slack in regards to reply times. Good vendors keep good comms but I think it’s nuts to expect lightning fast responses, where does that anymore? 24-48 hrs seems cool to me, and I don’t expect any response over the weekend. If you don’t get a reply in a couple of working days and the vendor has been online then I would feel a bit ignored.

I think it varies from vendor to vendor. Some vendors are teams who have more than one person available to respond, some are working solo so likely have a lot to get through in a day on here and might not have as much time for comms.
I do think good comms is one of the things that makes LB work. I've used other clearnet sites in the past and the comms on LB, not to mention the prices and service, shits on the rest.

There is a distinct difference between next day dispatch and next day delivery. And the longer I'm on LB the more it seems that vendors are offering a next day delivery option but then using the standard royal mail option.

Why do some vendors feel the need to lie about using NDD or lie about when they've actually posted an item? Then when you question them about it, they blame Royal Mail or Covid19. It's not on and I've noticed it's an emerging pattern with a few vendors here.....it's really spoiling the whole LB experience.

In my opinion NDD is pretty unheard of when using Royal mail lol especially in these trying times. it's always best to just expect a few days on any delivery especially when a third party is involved. Anyway bud, we are new here and are getting great reviews, we promise to always do right by our buds as we want friends on here that are happy with product/ cost and will return to us, thats how small business works :) all the best bud! big love

Basically yeah and when you attempt to enquire as to the whereabouts of your item, they start spouting all kinds of nonsense. I think many of the vendors have confused Next Day DELIVERY with next day Dispatch.
I just placed my second order, with TGT, and after ordering they let you know that for NDD they despatch by NDD the following day. In fact it looks like all orders are posted the following day unless you order by the 9am. Which to be honest seems kinda slow but maybe they physically can't get to the post office after about midday, and they get good reviews so...
Yeah TGT seem to be honest with NDD but numerous people have been waiting weeks for their order with another vendor and they paid for NDD so they mustn't be posting until days after, they cant blame royal mail either.
That's all well and good but I'm left waiting even more so than if they'd just been straight about when they're actually posting items. I think most vendors could stand to be a lot more transparent with their punters
Yeah I do think every vendor needs to have something on their profile that clearly states their cut-off times for despatch. Fortunately the two vendors I've used so far were both clear upfront about their cutoff. Actually, TGTs relatively severe cutoff of 9am (!) is why I didn't order from them for my first order. But at the time I was in urgent need, whereas this time I've ordered ahead of time.
Try not to let the way the postal system works during covid times, ruin your image of LB or the vendors who plug here. The royal mail are experiencing a lot of pressure. That will filter down to people who are sending mail, too! Post offices have very limited opening hours. Mine is only open 7am-9am for the public. As vendors use more than one post office, and usually not near to home, for security reasons, it can only be expected that some days, they fail to meet *royal mails* cut off times. Before covid, 1st class (free) postage, used to arrive within 24hrs.
Other concerns about when parcels are marked as sent etc. usually can be explained by the vendors organisation systems. Marking them off as they have been packed ready for shipping, only makes sense. You will see this happen on ebay/amazon too.
I know it's frustrating but once you have been a Bigga for a while, you will slip into the ebb and flow of the deliveries and your expectations will calm down to match the slow stoner pace ;)

Been on baccy for a while to smoke and roll. Having done both, much prefer the even burn with rollies, and the fact they will go out if left rather than constantly burn down. For me less pungent smoke and odour doesn't hang around nearly as much.

GTA has to be one of the best games to play when your smashed without a doubt, I could just drive my car round for days when I'm stoned haha

I recently re discovered the world of Sony PlayStation having been xboxing for years. Got a PS4 on the cheap about 8 months before ps5 came out. Playing their exclusives I have to say some of them are the best, in my opinion of last gen. So my list starts with last of us, last of us 2,any Nathan drake game, horizon dawn. Then you got to have GTA5 and RdDR2. Gems for me are things like little nightmares, hotline Miami 1 & 2. The Res Evil 2 remake was awesome. And my fav game of recent times that has matured like a fine wine, is Days Gone. In case you wondered, I love a zombie apocalypse game….goes well with a spliff or 2. You can get most of these games on the cheap now. A mention for ghost of tshumia , got a ps5 update as well, so if you got a ps5 you can play the last great PS4 exclusive in shiny ps5 mode….
Uncharted, Horizon Zero Dawn, RDR2, GTA are all bangers. See I've gone the other way years been a sony fan boy then tempted by gamepass & jumped to the darkside. Can't go wrong either way

Showing my age now perhaps but I burnt out on 1st person shooters a long time ago. I remember playing half life, unreal tournament and the like, playing the first few CODS and Medal of Honours. These games really haven’t changed that much over the years except with better graphics etc, but maybe that can be said of most genres. At one point first person shooters would be all I played so maybe that is why I rarely play them these daysrecent first person shooter games I enjoyed though are alien isolation and Wolfenstein for a quick blast of ultra violence

Minecraft... After this I started feeling beta and watched Mike Tyson videos to restore the balance. Great on last and next gen. Incredibly relaxing.
I'm 46 now and didn't play games much when I was younger but we all used to play Mario Kart on the cartridge console in all sorts of twisted states and used to have a total blast. Recently discovered PUBG on the IPad and am kind of hooked. It's so much fun and you end up doing stupid dances and stuff yet highly skillful also. Skydive in with your mates and let the mayhem commence.
Some of those old school games were the best for playing with a bunch of mates, some other good examples outside of mario kart. How about micro machines, does anyone remember speed ball…..back in the day the original tekken on PS got played a lot in my group, any of the old worms games, v good for taking turns, passing the blunt….
Those kart games are so much fun when stoned with mates, Crash Team Racer was our favourite back in the day good times haha :)

Just finished the Mass Effect legendary edition I'm going to put that out there as the best trilogy, first time I've played all 3 properly and on one save - I played it pretty much every day for the past 3 months lol at this point I am Shepard, my best friends are a Quarian named Tali and a Turian named Garrus and I AM commander of the Normandy! :P

I fully understand the aversion to a "cowboy game" and I know millions of people have already lauded rdr2 but.... it is an amazing piece of art. I'm playing it on an original xbox one with a non HD TV and it still looks amazing. The set up where I play it is in a garden shed - I've come back to it tonight for the first time in 2 months (warmer at night now) and it blows cyberpunk 2077 out

If your looking for a multiplayer FPS i highly recommend r6. I play on PC but has alot of console players aswell only game which gets the adrenaline proper pumping for me. High skill gap alot to learn generally fun solo even better with a coordinated stack of friends. edit: Might not be the best game when stoned but it is for me i know a few of my mates who cant play it to well stoned but for me it locks me in even more

More flower is hopefully on the way we estimate if everything goes to plan it should be the 1st week in March and the next batch should be a tad bit cheaper, we did have some lower grade stuff shipped in January but it arrived empty thanks to customs so hopefully the second time is successful, from memory it is some Pineapple Express but unfortunately with the flower it is a wait and see/hope it arrives situation :)

We will speak to our supplier but they tend to stay away from anything like that as its only stocked in very low quantities in our area, we can see one strain available but we can't check stock so we imagine they don't have much :/

Hi everyone, I am having difficulties in getting Bitcoin, and I don't know why. My card registered with CEX used to work, but then it was blocked (by Nationwide) due to an unspecified 'security issue' - not my fault, apparently. So I tried Kraken, only to have my account closed rapidly just a week after starting it! No explanation given, except 'Security' again. I've had similar problems with other exchanges, which means that I am currently unable to buy BTC online (or any crypto, I think).
Has anyone else had similar problems? Am I on some kind of hidden blacklist?
It's all very strange, and very frustrating.
Any advice/feedback welcome.

IMO the best method for you right now would be to open revolut acc. This can be done pretty much instantly. The no card account is free.
You can deposit £ to revolut for free, then move the £ to a cbase wallet or other wallet.
Then you can exchange on coinbase or whatever you use.
Crypto on revolut has high fees plus they are really hot on transfer of crypto.
You can actually transfer straight into cbase from rather than using card to deposit . I have done that with no issues. Cbase lowest fees.
FYI - Revolut do not report to hmrc, and are based in Lithuania.
They are FCA compliant though, your bank should have no issue with a transfer to them.

I opened a monzo bank account and use coinbase. If you're fees are amounting to more than £20/month use coinbaseONE which is 19.99/month no fees. I've had no problems

As others have said, using a fake name is likely to raise red flags. Always stick to your own name is my advice. Just my 2 cents.
You definitely need a name on otherwise it will rouse suspicion. Also if you've lived at your address for quite a while and having the same postmen it will spark there attention if theres suddenly a new name popping up at the address for packages. Hiding in plain site is the key to be honest. As long as the vendor you pick has top notch stealth and are a reputable vendor you'll be fine using your own details.
Maybe maybe bit a name will look more inconspicuous than nothing. Entirely upto yourself though, :)

First time trying this vendor and definitely my last. I placed my order on tuesday it's now Saturday and my order still hasn't been sent, multiple messages sitting on unread, the reviews clearly show that other people have received theirs when they ordered the day after I did which makes no sense to me. I've had to cancel the order and now have to wait for my refund, so thanks for nothing GC great service mate👍no doubt you'll reply to this post but can't be arsed to let me know what's going on with the stuff I paid you for. I saw you used illness as an excuse in the past but please explain to me how others have received theirs but mine was never even sent? All I`m gonna say on this is that over many orders with GC I've never had an issue. Always been decent quality, reasonable prices & decent shipping. Has become one of my main go-to vendors on here. Comms can be a little slow sometimes but as a one-person operation I can accept that. Of course Biggas should always be vigilant but theres not been anything with this vendor that's caused me any concern. I've actually had far more issues with one of LB`s most "revered" sellers in the past.

It had nothing to do with royal mail @Mickwa the order was never sent mate the least he could've done is let me know what's going on though he sent me a message the day after I placed my order stating that I will be receiving the end batch of his exodus cheese but then never actually sent anything😂 I was pissed off when writing this as you can probably tell lmao it's all good though CG obviously has plenty of happy customers just unfortunately I didn't receive what I was really looking forward to trying but it is what it is I guess, maybe I'll try again when GC comes back, if I could remove this topic I would but I'm not sure that's possible If anyone knows how to remove it please let me know and I'll happily remove it

There's nothing wrong with being wary when an order isn't going according to plan & GC`s comms can be a bit slow sometimes to be fair. I've had some orders take way longer than expected but that's always been an RM thing. I think doing it all solo means he just sometimes needs to take a few days off or has some personal stuff going on or whatever. This happened a bit the last time he took some time off but it all got back to normal very quickly. I've had my confirmation that my order was sent ndd tracked, however the vendor is taking a hiatus and all his items have been cleared from their page. Have I been had off or does this just happen sometimes?
This vendor popped up a few weeks after another vendor disappeared after shafting many including myself. I had my suspicions as the product/descriptions we very similar to that old vendors. Don't be surprised if SP disappears as their ratings have tanked, and they'll pop up under a new name in a few weeks. LB does nothing to vet new vendors. There are a few vendors here under different names who have had people over in the past.

Yeah it’s the same process- dispute when tab appears day 9- but settlement will be 100% in your favour if they have buggered off. It’s shit mate but at least your coin is protected, which is pretty cool considering we are buying drugs here huh?

However orders that are marked as sent must be sent as marked, simple as. If you don’t receive it then dispute when the tab appears on your order page 9 days after sent date.

You’re right they did, but hopefully that was for pending orders. Orders shouldn’t be marked sent unless they are sent!

I'm caught up with SP too. Ordered on 21 Dec and fuck all has landed. Been here ages but never had to dispute. I paid via bittylicious. If I dispute, anyone know how the refund process works with bittylicious? Cheers biggas. Knew I shouldn't have takena chance with a new vendor, argh
Hi, I got my refund from supreme this afternoon, i think they may have personal things to deal with. Once the dispute has been looked at you will get a request for the address to have the coin sent to, it does not need to be the one it came from.
I've never had to do a dispute myself mate, I'd do it soon before your time runs out though as you've only got a certain time window. But there should be a dispute button on your order.

Can't say I've heard of bittylicous, but if you end up needing a refund you'll get a message from the refund Borg & all you have to do is give them an address to send the fund too ✌️
I used to use bittylicious but moved over to blockchain.com for the exact reason of potential refunds and you need a wallet for refunds. It was a long time ago and I have forgotten a lot about bittylicious but this help guide should explain a little. Sorry I can't be of further help! :)
My go to vendors cause I’m hash daft are hashashin, Nero and pistach. I seen this supreme and liked a few products. 5 messages over a week no reply!

My dispute and refund were sorted with no marker on my page, pretty evident who was trying to pull the wool over who's eyes.
Update* the vendor has updated someone on the topic saying he is speaking to transax to have all order from the 30th refunded. *From what people are saying he's probably just replying to himself from another account.
Look at the latest reviews for this vendor. Lol, we have all so blatantly been had. Lesson fucking learned, never ordering from an unknown again!!! Annoying gly this one had 100 plus reviews and looked OK. Fuck sake.
They are proper muppets, I did warn people to be cautious of them after been messed about on my last order.
Despite replying to me on a thread & saying this issue has been resolved I havent had a single message from them & they haven't read any I sent them.
At least you are protected on this site & will get your coin back. There's plenty of other choice, the community just needs to be active & do what we can to protect/help each other, including the solid vendors ✌️

I'm trying to dispute an order as it's marked sent but never arrived. The order said to wait until the 8th which is today, but there is no option to dispute on the order page. Is there any other way to go about it
You might need to wait until it ticks over the actual time it was marked as Sent.
Dispute tab should then appear in left margin.
If it doesn’t contact transaxe via chat on their own page, including the order#

Is it possible to cancel an order marked "sent" and still get a refund?
After 9 days can dispute it, only thing you can do. They’ll refund you. Bit annoying but is what it is. Happened to me once before and all got sorted👍🏻

Im very new! First order placed and paid last week, on the 8th. Marked as sent same day by vend. I paid for 24hr tracked, its the 15th and no show. Asked for tracking deets, understand they may not wish to share for security, but nor do they respond when I ask them to check tracking for me.
I can raise a dispute on the 17th if I choose, though I assume I will lose vs an established vend with 100+ sales and 0 disputes.
I also dont want to tarnish some hard working vend who has been stuffed by mail strikes.
I thought I would appeal to the lovely bunch of coconuts that you wise biggas are, and see what others think.

You can dispute to protect yourself, and can also cancel the dispute if it arrives.
It has been 1 week with a lot of strikes and shit weather thrown in with the Christmas period. If they’re an established and trusted vendor on here then you’ve nothing to worry about honestly. Not much the vendors can do once it’s in the hands of Royal Mail.

Well out of the 7 days so far 4 of them have been strike days and what has not been mentioned much is lots and lots of snow and ice on the 11th right at the start of the week which also causes everything to grind to a halt.

Thats a very good point, theres no snow where I live so I did not consider this. Thankyou. As I say, I dont want to screw anyone over at all, just new/inexperienced and wanted to make sure im not being fooled.
Just as a side note l, I know it's quite expensive but if you can afford it always get Special NDD where available. Tracked 24 is shite and takes just as long as standard 1st class.

When it arrives check the packaging, it will say whether it was posted special or just tracked 24.
Was that cannapharm by any chance? I ordered over 3 weeks ago with a 24 hr tracked package. No tracking number. No weed.

They had some great distillate prices, but the inconsistent reviews put me off. Glad i trusted my instincts.
To give you some reassurance the 24hr tracked parcels posted 6th December have a printed deliver by date on the front of the 14th December! So there is not even any pressure at all from RM on the posties to get these delivered at all. It’s a 7 /8 day turnaround for 24hr tracked which is nuts ! If you are new don’t let this put you off. The failure rate on here is tiny and you will get your money back if it doesn’t turn up. I’ve had 1 not turn up in 2 years ! Only 1. And I got a 💯 refund on it. Stick only to the long term consistency of vendors like the gentlemen dealers, Canadian imports, the green team, pistach, and green tech and you will not be let down by them ever. The post might but they will have been speedy in getting it out to you their end 👍 hope this helps

First thing, message seller. Even with strikes just as a friendly heads up.
Some will have tracking and be kind enough to check it for you to ease the stress of not knowing.
If no reply’s to message after a day or so of online activity open dispute as soon as available.
Some big vendors get slammed with orders and messages ao can take a bit.
My best vendors though (even the big ones) will ALWAYS keep in touch!

you definitely wont win a dispute as you are new and it looks dodgy but if its a established vendor chances are you'll get your order sooner or later, keep in mind there was a RM strike for 2 days this week aswell

ive never had one but ive read it goes mostly on reputation of the seller and how many purchases you've had, probably if there is more than 1 dispute with the seller that will factor into it aswell

Definitely dispute. You can always cancel it. Looking at the vendors page there are a few biggas with the same issue.
