How does a rogue seller such as NFUSED, who has quite obviously attempted some sort of exit scam on LB, manage to get two completely fake reviews on to their account in the past few days when according to LB, they have not been active for almost two weeks. They have a lot of unread messages from disappointed buyers.
A completely obvious attempt to manipulate the reviews and general feedback system.
Why is this no good allowed to still be twisting and turning in an attempt to influence the algorithms.
Come on LB. do the right thing! No good is no good. If that's the case, then why not get rid?

Ah, nuts. Don't know how I missed your listing. I have a look around at least once a week. I love all the extracts, but at the moment I've got a Shatter itch that I need to scratch. I'll keep a look out for next time assuming you'll restock.

So, an update on the LVcannabis missing order saga. TBF we got there eventually. It required me to raise a dispute, but all is now well. Finally a reply to my messages. I resent my delivery address on request and the next day received my package. Great packaging. Exemplary service almost. Not exactly what I ordered but the substitution was good and the Permanent Marker was nicely over-weight. It is also bloody lovely BTW! Thanks LV!

There've been so many complaints over the best part of 6 months, if not more, that it surprises me that people order. It's not like these vendors are significantly less than others either. Maybe 15%? I can lose that in BTC transactions!
Thank you everyone. Although I'm not a newbie, this is my first dip in to the community waters. I didn't expect so many comments and am not sure of the etiquette as to whether I should reply individually or as a group. To start I'll take the easiest option...

I am constantly in awe at the quality and range of cannabis derivatives. Originally I came looking for RSO, which thankfully i found (and to which I credit my continuing remission, now five years plus). The rest are cherries on top. And what cherries!!
So, what have i learnt?
Believe in LB. Transaxe works.
Stay calm. No need to get sweary.
Don't necessarily believe the seller reviews. Read their comments too.
Extracts are our future. Or is that children?
Good hash is as scarce as rocking horse poop. Sadly there is some fake around. Do the due diligence before spending your hard earned coin. Some sellers can be naughty.
There is a lot of good weed though. Fill your boots. Or bong, joint etc.

Oh wow so it seems like he only responds if you open a dispute. I ordered g13 haze and got sent z cube. The substitution was not close to what i ordered… its been a week and his still not responded!
Ive left a 1/10 review and his still not contacted. Is it worth doing a dispute? Im a new user so i doubt the dispute will go in my favour
New or not, you're still entitled to receive what you ordered. Still, few months is better than a few days.
ALWAYS dispute. Leaving a review first just makes you look petty, but that's just my opinion. Disputes make vendors who were not responsive suddenly respond.

Placed an order over a week ago and paid for tracking. I've received nothing and have messaged them multiple times without any reply.
It's a shame. I've gone a full year with many purchases from many sellers and this is a first. I've always managed to get in to dialogue before it got to a dispute, but these fools may pop my cherry 🤬

LVCannabis is well known for slow delivery's and not replying to messages either. I havent used them since this is how they fucntion now.

Suppliers these days are all crooks.... firstly they get bulk of weed then put it in a tumbler and shake it to take the crystals off the bud so they can make there pillen and dope then the weed gets sprayed with terps to give the buds a flavour again. This is why the dope is dearer than the weed... absolute scams going on here. People need to wake up and start refusing this poison on here these days. Until today the dispute count on display subtracted resolved disputes from the total. Now it reflects total disputes raised instead.
This calculation has proven to give much better predictions for troubles that both a buyer and seller may encounter.
Under the previous calculation an unscrupulous buyer can consistently raise disputes, cut deals and evade public scrutiny. The algorithms can see this for dispute settlement but that doesn't help sellers avoid problems before they compound.
Similarly an unscrupulous seller can extend a wave of pre-exit disputes in order to evade detection from buyers.
Please don't fret for the increase you are likely to see, it effects everyone.

I really can't agree with u cleanup borg ... either the dispute algorithm works or not .. showing raised disputes that have been paid 100% in my favour (dispute algorithm) .. often against what turns out to be a fraud suspected vendor .. how will that benefit a vendor seeing I have 1.4% disputes instead of the previous 0 .. so the vendor now's sees what could be mistaken for a buyer who tries it on with disputes and not an honest buyer who was occasionally ripped off by an unscrupulous vendor 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Also had issues at my end with post not going out last year too but managed to fix the issue. losts of disputes but all resolved in that case.
however i dont know if you know this but LB sometimes pays out the dispute even if you appear to have won. in that case Transaxe holds a debt against your name and can increase fees to recoup the decision they made whenever they like.
in the last 6 months i have only had one dispute and that was from someone that didnt know what to do when i didnt respond to their message for longer than 2 hours. minor issue and instantly fixed.
the other issue is buyers raising disputes and then dissapearing. vendor money locked up and dispute window closes with ignored messages from LB
a refund option would be good too for once a parcel has been sent but that doesnt seem to be in the roadmap. ive even been advised to let a dipute time out in order to refund and still recieved a bad mark.

What a joke we've gone above and beyond to hold zero disputes in 5+ years and this does nothing beneficial again your neglecting your responsibilities if a buyer is consistently raising disputes and evading public scrutiny their page should be marked with "fraud suspected" as you have done in the past, instead buyers and sellers that pride themselves on a clean dispute record have just been told tough luck because your too lazy to catch people abusing your already flawed system once again massive failure by the borgs at LB and we hope you will revert this horrible decision.
Also it now shows 0.1% at the top of our page and 0% at the bottom this update does nothing beneficial its just a confusing mess admit you missed the mark with this one and please listen to all of us this is clearly an unpopular change you just need to read every response to your post.
How would that solve the problem they are describing? Make a dispute to shake down a seller, get your reward and cancel the dispute. Rinse and repeat basically.
I have to agree with the others it's makes attacks on vendors much easier. It takes long time and hard work to build a shop but anyone can create countless buyer accounts to use and burn.

Partially, but now the seller gets the bad points even if they resolved every single dispute. Loosing both money (in case of refund/replacement) and now also loosing reputation.
Rogue buyers open endless new accounts over which there is no restriction. They really do not have to care about their dispute percentage as these are throwaway accounts. You recently posted that you would penalise any vendors who refused to deal with new accounts. I understand that the algorithm may not pay out fully to a new buyer, but that doesn’t mean they don’t get paid.

I agree with many of the comments here that the borgs missed the mark with this update and have got it wrong. I'm personally frustrated that after excellent conduct for years that now I have a dispute rating for a resolved dispute over Xmas where a seller didn't send the parcel nor respond to messages. The dispute was resolved between the seller and me and the system at the time assured us that no black mark was made on reputations. I'm sure many people will now have disputes showing. This doesn't appear to help anyone.
The sellers are the backbone of this site, I hope they get more rights on here soon lol.
Fair play vendors u deal with a lot of hurdles most would not bother.
My actual account now has 3.3 percent disputed when it was zero beforehand, i got scammed in 2022 & had to open a dispute once to hear back from a seller and get a resolution lol; yeah im not a fan nobody asked for this
I shop with the select few anyways on here; why not give me an option to release funds from escrow when ive got it i'm always happy with the cat and such

His current dispute rate on current orders is 6.8% but still does not have a fraud warning on the account. Because he has behaved in such a manner, anyone who wants their fraudulently taken money back, has to take a reputational hit. How can that be fair and equal?
If a customer raises a dispute by accident, then resolves it. The seller is now punished. They have a higher dispute count on the profile.
Higher dispute count % is bad for sellers.

But the buyer would be punished too and the dispute count is going to be proportionally even higher for a buyer.
There are a lot more buyers than there are sellers. Punishment % total for seller is higher.
this still doesn’t explain the discrepancies between the dispute percentage shown on a profile versus the reviews

Terrible news, just went online to buy from them again for the 7th time and they have taken their listings down. I ordered from them last 2 weeks ago and took two days to get my order. Very good seller with best pricing, products and super fast deliveries.
I too was a return customer. After not dispatching my last order anywhere near on time I requested a refund. This was denied and dispatch was stated as made. Bloody liar. That was three weeks ago. No communication, no tracking number and no delivery. Make of it what you want. I have only stated facts.

I started a dispute against a seller who’s account was “non accessible” (I only realised the status of his account after I entered the dispute) after looking through topics to see what had happened i realised the seller had gone rouge, so didn’t see the point and cancelled my dispute.
I received a messaged from Borg stating my rating would not be effected but I now have a 3.4% dispute on my account? Seems unfair considering I took the hit my end and ended dispute before any action could be taken.
Any help would be appreciated some sellers won’t accept someone with disputes and seems unfair I take the hit for being bumped in the first place

If the seller was labelled as fraud or disappeared we can sort this for you love, send us a message with the order id.

It is just theft, plain and simple (and so pointless but the gamble is you're put off from doing what you should by this nonsense) - how can a seller can click the 'sent' button without providing any proof of dispatch whatsoever and the buyer just has to accept that. And when we do what is prescribed by LB, i.e. make a dispute because we have not received what we've paid for, it is the buyer who is punished and has their reputation destroyed. TOTAL AND UTTER NONSENSE! The powers that be have got this completely wrong. No other words. It needs correcting otherwise it is the beginning of the end. I have made dozens and dozens of purchases, most absolutely fine. In over a year I have disputed once because I did not receive anything and my reputation as a buyer is destroyed. Bollocks.

Hello, I recently had an order that didn't arrive. The seller has ghosted me, and from their reviews, they have done this to many people. The order I placed was 1 month ago. Is it too late for me to dispute this?
The dispute time window is shown at the top of your order page. If it has expired then you are out of process but there is still a way to register a late dispute.
Go to the vendors page and start a new topic with the title 'Request Late Dispute'. In the text box put:
Todays date.
Order date.
Order number.
Reason for dispute.
The borgs will pick it up from there.

Cheap introductory offers - never arrived and plenty of biggas got played.
I was tempted to log my first ever dispute but it sounded like this would go on my file.
I suspect people who raise disputes all the time get flagged.
In the end I didn't do it because the amount was tiny i.e 10$.
Maybe you can shed some extra light on the whole dispute process.

I have no idea why Biggas get so hung up about raising disputes. There is no stigma attached to it, the system is there to be used and we all pay for it through the site fees.
Sure the algorythm will record your % disputes vs buys as an indicator of your overall reputation but so what? In reality the very best Biggas ie those with the most buys are statistically more likely to eventually have disputes simply becase they are buying the most gear. The system detects rogue buyers ie those who join just to try and rip off a few purchases, not to penalise long term Biggas.
Reputation can effect % pay out for a refund which again is designed to effect rogue buyers. It won't effect someone with 50 or 100 buys and 2 disputes.
As thejackal says, where a vendor goes rogue (ie does an exit scam) then escrow will pay out 100% to every disputer without those being recorded.
Hope that helps. Biggas who stay within the system and open honest and fair disputes are doing the right thing. Note also that most (70%+) of opened disputes are resolved between the vendor and the bigga without final Borg involvement. Its not a perfect system of course but it ain't bad!

Sounds like something specifically made so people don't dispute mate. You can see my stats so can see I have a dispute. It's had no influence on any vendors interacting with me. It's all automated, and no-one has any input.

Its not a glitch Polly its an "update" according the the cleanup borg, no longer is the best course of action to open a dispute and close it later when the issue is resolved because now all disputes are recorded regardless of outcome we have pleaded with them on their post and in multiple messages all to no reply :(

if this potential dispute is against High Society u need to log that late dispute request ( following instructions from Polly) .. it will show on profile during the dispute but as High Society is "fraud suspected" u will win 100% refund and no dispute marker will b on profile (fraud suspected vendor disputes do not stick on profile) .. hope this helps ps I won my dispute last night against said vendor and my profile is now dispute free 😁

Most Prophetic Movie From 20th Century?
Can't think of a single movie that says it all, but at the moment I'd say a scary mix of Dr Strangelove and Dumb and Dumber.
i know its a bit of cliche, but the way things are going: Nineteen Eighty Four (1984). Mainly because we are staring into a post truth world (we are not too far from the powerful being able to decide what is actually true and false and the masses just accepting it) and the planet is being parceled up into spheres of influence just like Oceania, Eurasia, and Eastasia. Maybe mixed in with a bit of Idiocracy (2006) just like Domutwo wrote.
Cool you put up Metropolis as the gif for the post, the last film of the Weimar's expressionist movement all predicting the rise of a corrupt authoritarian dictator. On that, the movement not only elevated film from pulp entertainment for the masses but into a recognised art form by having powerful and recognisable themes, all art is political after all.
For me it'd be between Caligari and Metropolis as both were terrifyingly accurate. Caligari for its acute vision of a mad authority [the rise of Hitler through Caligaris madness] or Metropolis where weve seen the full film unravel IRL slowly over the last 100 years

I obviously left out all the 80s and 90s stuff (Robocop's TV ads, minority report, all the Shwarzenegger stuff, etc).

I ordered half an ounce of cheese, discontinued now but the usual large nugs featured as per the other GC listings. This picture is what I actually received. Utter rubbish. First of all, everyone should know that I was fully refunded for my order. I did not insist on that and would have been quite happy with some decent weed, but that option was not offered. Therefore I have amended my review and removed the picture too. I'm no longer welcome, but that was never going to be a problem anyway so that really should be that. I am sorely tempted to properly refute some of the statements made by the seller and some others but you know what? I really can't be arsed. Don't care and I will do what I have done again if it is deserved. Bad service should never be tolerated.

If you want to make a complaint, be a bit more professional about it. Taking a picture that immediately gives off a 'I am trying to make this look as bad as possible' vibe really starts the whole complaint in muddy waters.
That being said I probably wouldn't be happy with the size of those buds, although I can definitely see some mediums in there(the one furthest top right) and there are several of that size. I am not sure if it is complaint worthy but even if it is you've gone about it all wrong.
I am certainly siding with the vendor on this one. No clear picture, No picture of it on the scales(not that I would trust you after your shady pictures no pun intended)
To the vendors out there you got to tell some chancers to jog on, if people see this shit works then more will try it.

I asked Ai to find me the cheapest way to buy BTC and as anonymous as possible. Perfect anonymity is expensive and likely beyond most of us but it's possible to make purchases pretty low key.
Here's what it suggested....I asked it to buy £500 of BTC and I had a Starling and Revolut account.
1. Use Revolut app to have money sent from Starling account.
2. Use Revolut X to buy BTC (2 different apps)
3. Send BTC to wallet (I use Blockstream).
4. Send BTC to Little Biggy.
Cost averages out at £4.50.
Any questions just ask Ai...any tweaks to this please let me know...

I'm sure that many here already use it. When I last posted about it, it was in a much rougher state.
It has come together nicely, and is jam packed with features to make using LB and finding items much easier, and more pleasant in a modern UI.
I'll keep the feature list brief since there's just too many to mention:

I'm sure that many here already use it. When I last posted about it, it was in a much rougher state.
It has come together nicely, and is jam packed with features to make using LB and finding items much easier, and more pleasant in a modern UI.
I'll keep the feature list brief since there's just too many to mention:
- Browse items by category, as well as other filters.
- All items/sellers contained in a one page app with easy navigation.
- See when an item was created or last updated
- Ability to exclude sellers from list
- Super fast! (In comparison to LB)
- See the latest reviews for all items site-wide
- "All sellers" list which has an overview of seller feedback. (based on reviews seen by the indexer)
- Dark/Light mode
- Disable gifs
- More price information, such as cost per gram and clear shipping costs.
Currently the Biggy Index supports: UK, FR, DE, IT, PT. More markets can be added by request in the future, if you'd like it to work in your country.
It would also be awesome if people could suggest improvements to translations since they're just computer translated.

Claude Code takes all the pain out of literally everything. To think I’ve been developing software by hand for nearly 30 years. 😀 what a waste of life. Frankly.
It’s not coming for our jobs. It’ll be those who know how to do it and those who don’t. Even if you 100% vibecode. You have to know the fundamentals.
It’s been gamechanging for me in my job. It’s now hard to not just vibecode 😆

I do feel sorry for junior developers. They are just not needed any more. Getting into development and software engineering is going to be tough, moving forward.
