Help

I placed an order this morning at about half 8, the payment was sent ( on coinbase) at 9am with confirmation.

But LB still says unpaid almost 8 hours later. I have messaged the vendor and LB help, but I was wondering if anyone else is/has experienced the same?

the bitcoin network can take hours at its most crowded times. if your payment is not processed after 1 day
just go to transaxe support at https://littlebiggy.net/viewSubject/p/4760120
and hit chat

give them your order id or the btc address you sent to

fear not bitcoin payments are impossible to lose!

If your payment has multiple confirmations yet remains unpaid on LB you better hit up transaxe support and let them know whats going on.

I am sitting at 53 confirmations since payment, but still no update on transaxe. I already sent the transaxe support a message a while back but no response just yet.

I'm gutted because I paid well in time for cut off to be sent today

Hi, I've accidentally sent bitcoin for one order to an old wallet address that was another biggy purchase from a different seller. How do I go about getting it back? Or transferred to the right seller?

Contact Transaxe Support mate. Include the order number, wallet address, and transaction ID so they know what's going on, and they should be able to sort it out. Your coin if sent to Transaxe is not lost.

Apologies, but I've done 3.9g of APE shrooms this afternoon, so I may be missing something vital, or not. General mindset currently.

Have you followed my advice above mate? Not on shrooms now and it seems pretty accurate.

As in no response at all yet? You're usually looking at a couple of days usually for replies, hence try to always include all of the details in the 1st message just so it doesn't stretch out to 3-4 messages over a week. Don't expect any response over weekends either, and add that to the timeframe.

Good luck mate! If it's definitely a Transaxe wallet you sent to then I'm sure it'll be sorted out eventually. Correspondence can often take ages, unfortunately.

Does anyone have any experience with sending BTC but transaxe never receiving it? Can anyone shed some light. I am trying to put more details but LB won't allow it

To try to add details if LB will allow it in comments, I've spoken to transaxe help and they are saying they can't find the wallet I sent to, but I copied the link that I always do from order. After many hours of it not sending, I tried to hit the pay remainder button and it generated a new link, could this have caused the error? Am I now out of pocket?
