Chunky Hereford beef short ribs generously seasoned and slow roasted in Guinness with whole shallots and a sprig of thyme.

Buttered hispi cabbage, quickly steamed carrots and stem broccoli, and proper mash with a hint of horseradish.

Gravy from the caramelised cooking juices, thickened, simmered and finished with a knob of butter.

Gotta be a roast like some have said, but consisting of chicken and pigs in blankets. Juices used to improve a red wine reduction gravy (and lots). Carrots, swede, sage and onion stuffing, crispy roast potatoes (duck fat potentially). Puffy Yorkshire puddings and finally an optional cauliflower cheese (without gravy on top). Love a roast, gotta have a lot of gravy too, potential of mint sauce

For me mate it’s got to be a great big serving of home made risotto. Sets you up I tell ya. It's got to be made from a particular lemon risotto recipe by Nigella. Then you gotta follow that bad boy up with a slice of tiramisu coz it’s a Sunday!

I would go roast, but so many others have you'd have to give away all your stock if you choose roast now🤣

So I'll take you to Scotland mate, chicken breast, stuffed with haggis and wrapped in Parma ham. Served with veg of choice (everything goes😁), and a quality buttery mash, and then a whisky sauce over it all👌
Can substitute with peppercorn sauce if not a whisky fan..

Pudding.. if you get that far, some sticky toffee with ice cream🙂

Follow up with a coffee or tea and a nice cone😄

Lasagna/mac'n'cheese pasta bake. (This is one dish, not two, you guys and gals know pasta bakes are very versatile.)
Rustic, fairly easy prep, not so much attention required to the actual dish when baking in the oven. Perfect for when you're up in the clouds, just don't forget you're actually cooking.

PS: always make sure to top that motherfucker with some more cheese in the last 5 minutes. 🤤🤤🤤

I love a Sunday roast, but in hot weather I prefer chicken thighs in lemon, thyme, and garlic (garlic optional).
It's so easy to make (literally a couple of minutes prep), and goes as well with salad as it does with roast trimmings if the weather is cooler.

Also very quick compared to a roast (all done in less than 45 minutes) and the lemon flavour is just lush!

I didn't really know what to pick to be fair all those are pretty boring dishes that I had countless times but because I have to pick one I think I would go for a nice roast and because there have been many of you suggesting this I should and will be picking the first one who suggested this. A 2nd hand recommendation, but I'm about to start watching The Expanse after a mate described it as 'like Game of Thrones in space'.

Apparently when the original makers dropped it some of the fans were so hard-core about it that they flew a plane past Amazon buildings with a sign saying 'Save the Expanse'. If a show inspires that level of commitment it has to be worth a watch imo.

Alternatively if you want some comedy then Good Omens gets my vote!

The expanse was great. It does tail off in latter series so I'm not completely surprised it got cancelled but the early series were compelling. I liked how it worked with many of the realities of living and moving in space which most series ignore. The early plot line is fascinating too. I liked it anyway.

I recently watched the Scifi series The Expanse which I liked loads more than I expected I would. It's got a pretty good initial plot line but it's the fact that it adheres to many of the harsh realities of living and moving in space rather than skirt around them the way most Scifi series do that I felt gave it some level of integrity and fascination. If you've not seen it, give a few episodes a bash as it takes a while to get going properly. I'm currently watching another Scifi series, The Killjoys. It's kinda fun but hard to recommend in case you judge me by it.

The Night Of - twisty, turny, tense, wrongful(?) imprisonment drama.

Years ago was last time i had hashish in my hands and id say 95% of it was something like Black soap called and basically without using lighter there was no chance to do anything with it. Taste and smell was horrible

ETH Trading Volume Guessing Competition

How to Enter:
1. Guess the Last 3 Digits: Predict the last three digits of Ethereum's trading volume as reported by Yahoo Finance on the 15th of June 2024. For example, on June 7th, the trading volume was 18,220,286,186, so the correct guess would be 186.
2. Submit Your Guess Enter your guess in the competition form. Remember, the first correct guess (or closets to it)wins, so try not to copy others!
3. Winner will be chosen on Sunday and the prize of 5 grams of Z Strain Mushrooms will be shipped on Monday.

Winning Criteria:
- The participant who guesses the exact last three digits of the trading volume or is the closest wins.
- In the event of a tie (multiple correct guesses), the prize will go to the person who submitted their guess first.

Bonus Prize:
*If you make a purchase from our store during the week of the competition and win, we will double your prize to 10 grams.

Example:
- Suppose the trading volume for the target date is 18,220,286,186. The correct guess would be 186. If two people guess 186, the first person to submit their guess will win.

Hi all, we are giving away free edibles. Winner to be announced on 21.4.24.

To enter, you must have a previous purchase on littlebiggy, this does not have to be a sale from me. To enter, just enter the date and time along with a random number (between 1-999). PLEASE DO NOT PICK THE SAME NUMBER TWICE IN THE COMMENTS OR WHOEVER COMMENTED FIRST WILL HAVE THE NUMBER. THIS IS WHY YOU NEED TO INCLUDE THE DATE AND TIME.

The random numbers will be put into a generator to decide the winner.

We may include a 2nd and 3rd place prize if enough votes are in.

Items will be sent using RM 1st class
