There are reasons why it could be taking up to a week but there is no reason for a vendor to ignore you. Even if just to ask you to wait a little longer. Even if they don't like sharing tracking, they can do you the courtesy of telling you this.
Bear in mind you ordered Monday evening, likely wasn't dispatched until Tuesday/Wednesday in that case. 5 business days for a parcel isn't unheard of. I would wait a few more days and go from there.
If you're not happy with a vendors' comms, don't use them again. There are an abundance of vendors on here which means you don't need to bother with the shit ones. If they royally fuck you around, name and shame.
