Has anybody else received a fpn today in the post? Seems one of our vendors has been flytipping and I recognise the return address as I used to use him a lot but haven’t since probably February which is even more worrying. With the evidence they’ve sent me there’s seems to be a lot of addresses on there so I’m guessing I’m not the only one!

Yes mate I am the customer and the return address is the one the vendor always uses for returns. It was in the photos attached to my pcn. Hate littering at the best of times!
So how did the vendor get these opened parcels, with tracking details, back in order to dump them 🤔 somethings not adding up.

It’s been repackaged before sending hence why he has it. Not sure why he would bother to repackage though.
Im not totally sure i understand.....a vendor has thrown away lots of rubbish fly tipping and that rubbish included things with your name & address on? and coz of that you got a fine for doing the fly tipping yourself? :O

Hey biggaz its been a whileeee!
Some of my loyal customers may know that we changed management last year and ever since then everything has been a absolute sh*t show. Literally threw the accounts whole rep down the drain...
The account was given away due to personal stuff in my life... Let's just say your boy got a wife now 😂
Well old management is back and FML I have a lot to sort out 😭 I already know you biggaz are gonna crush me in the comments haha but im going to take it all on the chin. It's time to build up our rep and make it good again.
Firstly, we will spend the rest of the weekend and Monday replying to all comments and sorting out any disputes, The idiot who was managing before literally never opened he chat section so there's over 600 messages 😭😭😭 I cant physically go through every message so please message me from today and I'll get back to everyone, also if you didn't used to message before, feel free to message now because I will not leave a single message unread once I start replying.
Last thing, I've seen what was sold as an excuse for shake last time and it was not acceptable. I'm REALLY surprised there was still 10/10 reviews being given out 😭 that stuff was shocking and all listings will be updated by the end of the night. The new shake is a LOT better, also will be getting really nice hash soon and whatever else you guys want. To show my appreciation, EVERY order from now until 100 orders will be receiving 1g of free homemade static, every order will also be topped up by AT LEAST 1g when it comes to shake and bud.

To be fair I have been ordering from Strainsburys for a looong time now & other than thew odd quality issue everything I ordered arrived when it was supposed to and was (with a couple of exceptions) decent. The last batch I ordered 24/9 definitely wasn't great though.
Admitting that things went wrong and sorting it out publicly is a lot better than the whole "rebrand and move on" thing that certain vendors have done several times on here.
Good luck going forward and, assuming things stay on track I would have no issues ordering from you again.

I agree 100% , I was not looking forward to coming back to a pretty much “ruined” account but at the same time I genuinely have made so many good friends when I was running the account and I do think I can change it back to how it used to be :)

What about people that placed orders and lost out on money and time due to this. ie paying bitcoin fees for an order that was never sent. I paid nearly 9 pounds in fees and wasted 2 weeks trying to get my money back.

Lead me on until the dispute window closed and now I can't do anything. No money or Soft Squidy. I see this isn't the first time she's done this aswell. Avoid!!

Just so u know . That squidgy hash is not right . Its greasy and smells pretty nast when smoked . I bought an 8th had 1 joint . Never be persuaded to delay a dispute. There is no reason to- once you open a dispute it creates a 16 day window for the vendor to resolve it and if they do you cancel it with a click. You can even extend it for a further 16 days! This process protects your coin as it is held in escrow and not released to the vendor...

I had the same experience with her was all fine in the past but £70 order went missing or she didn't even bother sending it plus she went away for 2 weeks making me wait even longer for something that was never going to arrive

My favourite strain of all time is the original blue cheese, the smell from them buds and the high was unreal. Also didn’t mind jack hearer
Mine would be Chocolope, only had it once in Amsterdam but was probably the tastiest smoke I've ever had and it hit like a train. Would love to try it again.

My all time favourite is SoGouda, a strain from Amsterdam which is G13 x Cheese x Blueberry. One of the nicest tasting weeds I have smoked. Not seen it anywhere but Amsterdam and I haven't even seen it there for over a decade. Hopefully someone has kept it going somewhere.

Grandaddy Purple for my, it was my frist taste of cali bud back in early 2010s. Never had flower packed with so much flavour comparing to the baggies from street dealers in the UK.

They were listed no longer than 14 days when I found out and were delisted and customers who contacted me were refunded I couldn’t of been any fairer . You however are also aware the 10/10 boys are fake yet still continue to sell them at premium imported prices and are now trying to list more!. I will happily send you a free vape and you can openly get it tested with a testing kit of your choice. You found a link online for some fakes and are now presuming that mine are fake when they don’t even look alike. same thing happened on my jeeter juice thread on radar breeder - he deleted the item and relisted it with fresh topics. I ended up opening a dispute and got almost all refunded. The discussion I went through with him was like talking to a 15 year old... which to be fair, he might well be

There's a couple of spelling mistakes on the back of the fake packages too. I also read something online about how the hole punch at the top should be through the silver circle and not higher up

I think this is where we have to be careful. Just because a certain vape has fakes, doesn't mean every vape you see is fake. Although because 10/10 boys are a BM brand, it's almost impossible to verify.

The bottom line for me as a consumer and not a seller is that if it's fake, it's being charged at a premium (70 quid for 1ml compared to 30 quid for homemade 1ml carts), and it's straight up known they're blag then that's terrible service and throws shade on your image.

Unless you BOTH decide to make a joint post where you both CONDEMN BM potential fake overinflated carts and agree doing better in future I honestly think nothing will come of this, nobody will care and you'll both come away looking slightly less favourable.
You both sell amazing products, you've both sold these pens (Which i've PRAYED were legit because I just want to get high and not get bumped) and not everything everyone sells can be good, human nature accept and move on.
In terms of vendors and Markets; I've had a 3.5g hash and weed deal the other month that smelled and smoked like ammonia and cat piss (Don't ask how I know the taste, it's been a boring few months) and they straight up fobbed me off despite great ratings.
I've had a vape from Canadianimports almost as expenny as these and it leaked out the top didn't melt and did nothing for my high, I got told "These are some of our worst they'll probably get removed soon" but a year later? They're still there and still being sold.
Other markets, B***mia, i'm getting 10 Caps of 100mg capsules for 35 quid and looking at 1ml of RSO for another 30. On the vendors listing it says they were in touch with their supplier because they don't sell 1000mg caps on their site, and they've said it's sold through a 3rd party and tested they can't guarantee it's the brand but can guarantee the cleanliness and strength.
That speaks volumes to me.
Their site doesn't have a discussion part either so that's great.
Rambling now, basically sort your beef it's silly. If these carts are fake take them down, or put on the listing (Carts not legit 10/10 but 90% THC selling 30 quid instead of 75) and we'd all go "Yeah fair enough".

I agree I should of brought more light to it but I was sold them believing they were real and after trying them thought yea these are great but after doing some real research realised I’ve been had over paying 45£ each myself delisted them immediately and refunded the ones sold which wasn’t many luckily
