I can highly recommend Alan Carr - Easyway method - I read the book and managed to rid my life of the cigarette. I was a smoker of 10+ years, I read that book 9 years ago and haven’t smoked tobacco since.

I feel your pain with being in a bit of a pickle with consuming weed. I went through the same thing. I either vape (mighty) or smoke neat - sometimes I’ll dilute my joints with CBD. I do have a mild THC strain which is nice to smoke neat.

You know what dude I’ve never persevered with it. I used it twice and wasn’t massively impressed but I think I just need to suck it up (excuse the pun) and try again a lot of people rate them. Just want to stop tobacco I don’t smoke cigarettes but can’t smoke pure joints as just don’t enjoy

I wasn’t overly impressed with mine either mate but I persevered and discovered for me it worked best by vaping during the day and smoking on a night. I just smoke bongs on a night though and just green. Gave up the cigs about 5 years ago after 20 years of smoking. I personally find bongs better as it’s a quick smoke and it’s done with. Having tried a few different non tobacco mixes I just found straight was best after all.

I took 0.5mg on a 24hr fasted stomach. As advised I put the DMT in a rizla and bombed it. About 15 - 20 mins started to get small open eye visuals. 30 mins in, my kitchen floor tiles look like an army of ants have invaded and they are setting up home and building a new colony. Psychedelics are always a very inward personal thing for me I like to be in a dark silent room. But on this occasion I spent the evening with a friend moving from the kitchen to the front room in a quite unsettled manor. I put this down to not being fully relaxed and the presence of someone else with me. While ln the kitchen I pulled my dressing gown hood over my face and drifted off in to a dark green surreal forest where a gorilla proceeded to keep being very heavy handed in the way he was stroking my face. Was funny at first but became slightly annoying when he wouldn’t stop and I couldn’t snap out if it. I was very conscious that he kept blowing snot bubbles on me with his heavy breathing also. He was friendly and ment me no harm but felt hard to losses from his grip. I had one of the most beautiful open eye visuals ever which was hard to describe but I’ll try. So staring at the speaker in the corner of the kitchen with my friend just in my peripheral vision a beat starts to drop in at the start of a song. I can see him start to feel the music as it kicks in (unaware I’m watching him) and my vision went almost tunnel like, with the source of sound in the far distance, my friend to one side and I could see the sound waves moving. In the tunnel everything was on different levels of height. Hard to describe but an image I will always remember! It lasted for 4-5 hours probably 6 till I was back with it completely. All in all a great example of the 4ACMO very clean no side affect was eating 7 hours after I first ingested and as always after tripping balls I had the best nights sleep

Anyone else on one? My withdrawal symptoms haven’t been so bad this time around (touch wood). Sometimes I’ll purposely order first class during lockdown just to give my mind a little break with the wait. Always find myself cursing my choice though, should’ve just ordered next day!!!

I try to have 2/3 days off a week and find that my tolerance stays a lightweight!

On nights I get high, I only have an edible or hit on vape after 8ish once kids asleep and to minimise munchies otherwise I’d be a fat bastard!

I try to use weed as a way of switching off but I know it can become 24/7 from previous experience so try to set some boundaries.

How much are you guys smoking to need a tolerance break on a regular basis? I only smoke in the evening when I’ve got all my shit done and find I have no trouble getting baked every night!

I think anyone no matter how much they smoke can benefit from short tolerance breaks. I smoke each night too, but I day smoke often as well if work isn’t as intense

I try and take 2 weeks of at least 4 times a year, as I’ve got older my tolerance builds up a lot quicker, I only really smoke in the evenings plus the occasional wake and bake when I’ve got the weekend to myself. Nothing worse than getting decent smoke in and not being able to feel the full effect. I used to fail at T breaks all the time but now I actually enjoy them, first couple of days suck but then the idea of how good the high will be by the end seems to get me through.

CB1 receptors need at least 48 hours without THC to start regeneration, after 4 weeks you should be back at 100% but most people only need 2.

It was frustrating mainly because I was trying to use them to do a bit of introspective soul-searching, and the news completely threw me off - just made me want to lie in bed and distract myself. Felt like a waste in the end. Hopefully this time round will be different!

I'd highly recommend RSO cookies. It's like 20 bucks for 1ml from doctor distillate. That's enough for several cookies depending upon your tolerance and dosage. I make one or two at a time using premix from supermarket and 200mg of RSO but figure out you're own dose. Bear in mind that too much RSO can be hard to cope with. Add that to a decent cheap smoke from Green Cat to top up your high and I imagine you'll be as stoned as anyone could ever need. Let us know which way you go.

Just after some advice on trying to get to sleep the night before I have an event, I have so much to think about there's too much noise to get in the zone to just drop off to catch them Z's!

I'm not an insomniac as I can sleep easily on a normal night when I don't have a big event the next day. I just get insane pre-match nerves so to speak the night before an event! I'm looking for a cannabis solution here as I already exercise a lot and have tried a lot of other things!

So I'm looking for advice on specific strains that can help, maybe dabbing some concentrate, micro-dosing edibles maybe (not smashing loads of edibles because that would ruin me the next day lol)? Maybe live resins? Carts?

Any real life advice, tips or tricks on this from peoples that experience the same problem would be awesome!

What you seem to be describing is anxiety/nerves keeping you awake. If you are feeling anxious then smoking or consuming anything too high grade may not help as it can intensify any anxiety. Any strong edibles or concentrates will make you pretty high for a few hours and not sleepy for quite a while - or at least that's how it is for me. Try consuming a brownie or similar earlier in the afternoon then having a smoke of something with more balanced cbd-thc, not too strong. Watch a film or better read a book and it usually distracts your mind enough for the drugs and your bodys natural clock to take control of your eye lids. It's hard but try to avoid thinking about the event. Train your mind slowly. I've suffered a lot with anxiety and keeping busy, as in active physically and mentally throughout the day and setting out a chill out routine with distractions for the evening works for me. If you can try to have less intoxicants on the night before the event as they don't see you through the night and the minute your levels and blood sugars change you become easily woken and restless and your worried mind takes over. Failing that there are prescription meds of various forms that if taken on a very infrequent basis may not have a downside or any addiction issues but it's not my first choice. Although I have tried this route and it did work even when I was totally frantic with anxiety. Sorry for the long post but sleep has been an issue all my life and the reason I fell in love with Mary Jane. Hope you get it nailed. I've found not giving a shit about anything much these days helps too ; -) Peace.

You are so right about the booze. I’m a drinker and know that the 4-5am slot is known as “the drinker’s hour” as your blood sugar level drops and your heart race increases. A bag of M&M’s at bedtime could help a bit in the old days, but now I rarely drink after 8pm.
Low dose (0.25mg) Xanax is brilliant for night time anxiety and if I take at least 4 hours before I need to get up then I feel very refreshed in the mornings. The problem with Xanax is the speed at which you build up tolerance but if you limit it to once or twice a week it’s great imo, and just knowing that you’ve got it in reserve relieves anxiety on its own!

Hey, this probably sounds really boring compared to finding an awesome new strain haha but have you tried out any CBD products?
I know someone who gets the pre match nerves thing but increasing CBD intake really seems to help calm it all down. Good luck in finding something man.

Great question.
I think part of the problem is we all experience products in different ways. For example I was told RSO is great for sleep but it has the opposite effect on me. Edibles generally buzz me up, as do a lot of hazes etc.
That leaves indicas and through many many strains tried when I find one that seems to deliver a great nights sleep I’ll have it another time and not so much. The 100% indicas like Hindu Kush & Heirloom OG work best for me, but interested in what other Biggas think….

Sounds like you might put too much pressure on yourself to perform well maybe? I have struggled with that over the years - I simply don't want to let myself down or other people. It's just down to the values you have as a person. Keep up with the exercise though it has always helped me get some quality sleep.

Weed recommendation: RB was doing some cheap Kerosene Krash about a month ago and really hit the spot for me before bed. 80% Indica. I'd be falling asleep before I was actually trying. I find sativas late evening are just too much of a head buzz and my mind doesn't settle down.

I have also experimented with CBD - pre made eliquids, homemade carts from cbd extracts and I have tried some cbd weed on here but I found it to have no effect on my sleep at all.

I hope you find something that works for you from all of these suggestions on here though buddy

RSO works wonders for me. I can usually fall asleep fine, but, especially if dealing with work stress, often wake up 4,5 or 6 am with a racing mind and can't get back to sleep. RSO (I use the one sold by Drugs Inc UK) consistently gives me around 9-10 hours of decent sleep each time I use it. It does hang around (pleasantly so) the following morning though, so not great if you need to function.

My other - non cannabis - trick is a long soak in a bath with magnesium flakes (zechstein are the best) before bed.

Magnesium is excellent as a sleep aid, and if you add some decent bath oils designed for relaxation (Olverum is lovely, and Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax always knocks me out) then sleep comes easy. Even just a few drops of Clary Sage essential oil in a bath or on your pillow can help - its great to calm down anxiety/stress etc.

Hope some of that helps - poor sleep is a horrible thing. Good luck!

Grab any concentrate from the likes of ULC or Canadian imports take a couple of nice dabs on the device of choice, pick something you like the flavour of and don't worry about indica/sativa stuff

Something like pzizz on headphones is amazing for helping me sleep, I only use the free version and only need it now occasionally but it made a massive difference in my ability to switch off from the next day

Pzizz isn't a white noise generator, I have honestly tried all sorts and this is the one that worked for me

For me it's got the perfect balance of attention/ not attention needed for me to fall asleep, I suspect it's not gonna be the same for everyone but as previously stated dear 🦊 enough concentrate and my comfy cans on and ☁️🐰💤

I like to get some of The Goods CBD shatter which is made in Italy which has some proper terpenes (I’ve got a Brexit one which has the Trainwreck strain and another couch lock strain) they are very cheap online with lots of different flavours and consistencies from Other brands too 😋

I have some of that in the Puffco Peak Pro or Puffco Proxy electronic dab devices on its own or I mix that with another concentrate from on here 😊

I either have the CBD shatter on its own or mix in some other concentrate from here just before bed and that works well and saves your concentrate and money as you are using less of the proper one 😊

I’m 6.1 about 15 stone smoked weed for 30+ yrs so I am a powerhouse of thc tolerance 🤣😢
I have never taken shrooms before so this wknd was my first ..
I did some research and the general recommended dose for a shroom virgin was somewhere between 1.5 - 2g so I did just over 2. They were golden teachers….

Cut a short story even shorter I experienced just under an hour of slightly elevated mood..couple of feelings like my head was filled with warm soft stuff and one very brief moment when I was sending a txt and there were a few letters that were being really mischievous and just wouldn’t fall into line and then we laughed together and then it just abruptly ended!! Just as it felt like it was just possibly beginning… but I think because it was so brief I kinda didn’t realise that anything was different until later on when I felt completely normal I suppose..
Now my position is do I try similar dose of a different strain or go double and hope for the best lol..

I am looking for full immersion so to spk… so any advice from any experience would be really cool.

Probs far better grade then the GT IMO. Also long slow and chew it seems to have best effect or capsules. Lemon Tek tea never works on me for some reason 1-2g of Yetis give me a good few hours of deep trippyness. Experiment a bit more shrooms are never really the same kinda the fun of it. If in any doubt just go balls deep 3-5g.

Yeti's and Mckennas seem great - what sorta trip u after though. if you fast and detox cleanse right even 1g is a nice 1-5 hour trip. But just read you took 2g. Not sure which strain of type. I would go for the 3.5g or 4g. Next time personally get the fuller experience.

After reading this thread I want to point out not to forget that mushrooms can really vary by weight as they’re 80-90% water. I grew B+ when I was in uni and on my first batch I room dried them. Me and a friend ate 2g each but just got a mild stoned feeling. The 2nd batch i dried with a dehumidifier until they were crispy dry. Me and my friend ate 2g of those and got blasted into space. I remember looking at my mate for reassurance at one point but his face just turned into mine so I knew I was on my own. He told me later that at that point he was lost in his jeans because the pattern of the threading had turned into and endless choppy ocean. Then I rode out the rest of the trip constantly being overlooked by people in my peripheral vision who were really close and just there but couldn’t be seen 🤣🤣🤣.

Hate to be that guy, but scientifically speaking - using two strains simultaneously doesn't do anything to stop a tolerance build up! I'm glad it works for you though. But the thing that causes tolerance is frequent THC use, and that is going to be the case no matter what strain you're smoking. All the best 😊

Ideally, you have at least two strains, after a couple days smoking the same weed doesn't hit the same, so you move onto the other strain for a time, best way to do it imo.

It’s a big big hitter and the vape is cooler and smoother than on any other vapes I’ve tried (and the water bong version looks even better!)
The only downside for me with carts is gauging the draw, it’s simply not consistent like it is with say the Mighty. I don’t really know why, although there is no preheat so you are hitting it from cold each time. Straight to lungs 4second inhale will give me massive clouds and a huge hit one time and half that or less the next. But either way it doesn’t make me cough and other batteries always do….👍

Possible or stupid idea? I'm going to be flying from Manchester to Porto. I'll be in Porto for a few days before heading to Geres to do some walking and I want to be able to consume on my adventures and also to aid me in recovery of my aches and pains. I toyed with the idea of trying to source in Porto but read bad stories about shady characters. Ideally I'd want to have flower there but I've got it in my head that a vape cart is a better way to go about it if going through an airport. I've been using doobtubes in public and they've always masked the smell of flower, surely that should be enough for a cart? What's my best bet? Right now I'm thinking of just tossing a few carts in with my vape stuff. I'll take some edibles too.

I do it all the time, (carts & edibles) but in my wash bag in checked baggage. Why take it in hand luggage and expose it to possible scrutiny?..you just need some wise guy who is having a bad day….
I know that batteries are not supposed to go in checked luggage so if it’s detachable I put the battery in hand luggage.
I even mix my edibles with Haribos, but I know that’s just paranoia 🙀😂
If you are not checking in any bags then I guess it’s a greater risk that will depend on how Jobsworth the security are…it’s all very low risk though imo…

I have a friend who takes them on board and vapes on the plane (blow your vapour down the toilet and flush) . Now I wouldn't recommend doing that, but I can't see you having any issues having a cart in your luggage.

Just be sensible on which countries you take them into though 👍

I've flown in and out of the UK with weed MANY times with no issues. Every time I've been to 'Dam I've had at least a few grams in my hold luggage upon return, never more than 5g though. I'd have it in a trouser pocket, folded up in my hold bag. Always arrived safe at the other end. Probably just luck, but also don't think they're as thorough as they like people to think. In saying that, there's really no point IMO as it's easy to find high quality bud and hash in most of Germany. I've been to Berlin, Cologne, and Frankfurt for work a few times and always got offered weed in the first bar we'd set up in. Webehigh is a good site for finding weed abroad. While some of it isn't accurate, it has worked for me more than once.

My "mate" told me if you're gonna post goodies back take your own envelopes, smell proof bags etc and always go into the Post Office to post ( around 8 euro) that way when it gets to England it arrives in Essex and they're not so strict checking on things. If you drop it in the postbox in the street it arrives in England via Wolverhampton and they're strict cunts and it's highly likely to get found.

I second this. Northern Organic's weed is excellent - proper artisan growers - well cured, loads of bag appeal and a clean, clear, long lasting high. It smells/tastes great too, and usually arrives within 24 hours. I've recently stocked up on some of their Orange Sherbert (photo) for some sunny days out and about, so reckon that might work well for Glastonbury too. Good sativa energy, but a smooth ride, without edginess - so she lets you get nice and mellow too

Hey guys and gals! My friend wanted me to order him some DMT from rainbowkat on here, I hadn’t seen that name before but thought I’d give it a go and get it for him. It said it was sent on the 31st of jan 1st class, however he still hasn’t received it. I ordered him some GSC from radar which was sent on the same day and he got that within a few days. Not really sure what to do, I’ve messaged them to see if I get a reply but there page is showing restricted now which is a bit worrying. Escrow show auto release in 2 days so I guess I’ve got limited time to dispute it (I’m guessing that’s what it means) never had to dispute anything before.
Was looking for some advice on what to do and to see if anyone else has placed an order with them recently.

Ok. So there is no conspiracy or anything going on here.
We bought this maybe 6 months back or more. First we bought a little, i tested it and we sold a lot with positive feedback. So i restocked (very well) before there was nothing available again. Since then we have had say few customers not happy with this but the other 90% + are happy. We must sell what we have remaining and we will not restock this again but what can we do. Many customers are happy and we have not hidden anything. As for male i really do not think so. If a customer is not happy we will do what we can to make them happy.

Timing was odd for me though if they did exit as they could've rinsed even more over Xmas but as I said all guess work really. Hope you're not too out of pocket mate. For windows get "GnuPG"

Basically once you download and create your own public and private key, you can give people your public key and they can encrypt messages that only you can open. In return you can add all the public keys of your friends to your keychain and when you send them a message you can encrypt it with their public key so that only they can read it.

You type your message
Highlight and choose to encrypt
Choose which Public key to encrypt
Then copy and past it and send it and done.

Was just curious if there would be any interest in colonized substrates or spawn bags, from which one is able to grow shrooms at home.

I'm currently just colonizing a 45 ltr tub, happened to check online and a tiny plastic tub the size you would get from a takeaway, already colonized and ready to fruit is $35 bucks + delivery. I could do them for far less to the UK if there was a market.

I started off with a spore vial, colonized literally a shit ton of grain, also ran some BRF cakes, which work great but dont get the big time numbers that a bulk tub does. Grain bags are good as they can keep for months in a cool dark place without pinning, to use whenever you want, and they are huge bags, one bag enough to colonise a full 45 ltr mono with coir and verm.

Can also cut the bag open soak the grains overnight while you pasteurise some coir to case the grains after draining and boom boom...cubes dont even need cased, they’ll pin and grow straight from grain

I have always been interested in using a reshipper/forwarder myself from either a Canada dispensary or US. The problem is finding the right one as i know people do use them to ship weed with success. For me, I stay away from anything with wax liquidiser and PG/VG/PEG, i've used both. Even when mixed with a magnetic stirrer, it will separate over time, which pretty much is a waste of shatter. I presume you are thinking of using shatter, as you mention PG etc.

As far as stealth, I vape in my local pub. No one really knows what it is, there is a bit of a smell when first exhaled but that dissipates quickly.

I don’t know wtf Royal Mail are playing at with this guys post but it must be tedious for him. I had an order arrive a full 15 days after paying for it, RB resent me the order after 14 days and the day after the original order arrived! (both orders paid for obviously now)

It’s totally understandable to be annoyed and get impatient but imagine the effects and shite RB is dealing with trying to reassure customers he sent the damn order in the first place!

Me now? I’ll be paying for NDD tracked, simple.

Same issue for me - package sent out on 7th but nothing has arrived. RB sent a NDD replacement on the condition I pay if the original order does finally arrive which I was more than happy with.

NDD arrived without issue but the original order has still not turned up - hopefully it will eventually.

RB is a top vendor though and sorted me out even though the 14 days hasn’t passed at the time

Hi tuttifrutti. I'm in the same boat. If u give the vendor a couple of options I'm sure you will get 1 of them. The only reason that's put me off from ordering is I've read that space med tins are 4g not 3.5g. If anyone can shed light on this would me much appreciated!

My mate used to get these sent over from USI’ve noticed aswell that space monkey tins are down to 3.5g now and also the tin is slightly different.it now has a black rim at the top of the can.

All true space monkey tins should be 4 grams & Have the holographic sticker on the top of the plastic covers.
I don't know where the 3.5 gram tins come from but they are not authentic, Ive asked several sources of mine from the USA.

Ther are loads of fake tins flying about these days, it can be quite hard to distinguish what's real or fake.
It's cheaper in America to buy the loose flower an tin them up them selves. Sell to us foreigners for double the amount

Thin mint is excellent, minty on the exhale. Bubblegum O.G and gelato if you like a sweeter taste. Cherry pie is like bakewell tarts. Hope that helps
