Get a bong smoke it pure or if you really want a joint professor herb tobacco replacement burns decent. After about 2 months of no baccy, high is nice and clean lasts longer, no urge to smoke for the want of nicotine and you will probably save money on bud/hash in the long run

American spirit rolling tobacco (its organic), get in sainsburys tesco ect.
perfect dryness and tastes very nice.
quite expensive tho, 22-23 quid for 30g.

Saw an earlier post of yours about American Spirit and got some of the yellow. It's great. Thank you for the reminder - I used to smoke American Spirit cigarettes and completely forgot they do rolling baccy too. Been using inferior tobacco for ages.

I'm smoking the yellow one currently (it's the lighter one of the two) and it's really good. American Spirit all the way, as BBDoom says - in fact, I'd been using Cutters Choice for a while and another earlier post of BBDoom's made me remember about American Spirit and just how good it is (so thanks for that mate!). No chemicals and perfect level of dryness for bud as he said.

I've only ever found the blue, it's the best, smoked it for years now.
And fuck all the chemicals they inject into the non organic tobacco, they think we're so dumb.

I would recommend Manitou Green rolling tobacco available from Asda for £18 It’s fully organically grown with no additives and is a smooth smoke You do need a hydro stone to keep it from getting too dry American spirit is good but is not grown organically although has no additives added.

I will buy this tobacco, I have sort of giving up tobacco but can not give up joints totally for now, so will get this manitou green

Cigarette tobacco all the way. I've never got on with baccy. It doesn't taste the same, doesn't burn the same, and doesn't roll the same. I've always favoured B&H Gold.

Hence my very specific choice dude, this is with much research. You can pick out the spiky/barky bits, and the weird bits, then you have about 4/5ths of a fag for a 3 skin silver Rizla joint.

The pressure and the way the tobacco compacts is so different. I've had members of touring reggae bands comment on the quality of my B&H joints, but if they'd given me baccy they'd be lucky to toke through! You can easily redistribute a tighter rolled ciggy joint so there are no choke points. Almost impossible with baccy as it wants to stay in one placed position.

I know what you mean but I get round it by drying the backy a bit and using the bottom the bag which is all unclumped and doesn't want to join together again, removing those sort of problems that I have had before that ruin a joint and stop it from smoking and then resin builds up and no airflow. But if you follow my method and try it next time, and I only use a tiny bit so it doesn't really have the potential to clump up really. But each to their own if you prefer the dry ciggy backy flavour

You're asking me to unlearn nearly 30 years of rolling (after using a rolling machine) dude! I'll just carry on horrifying the youth with my 'straights' (and ability to lick and rip it open in one, as it's not hard at all) and using 3 silver Rizlas. I'm not relearning how to roll in the dark by feel and chinks of light again. It took too long to perfect.

Lol fair enough , up to you, it's very easy to roll with backy infact I find it easier than with ciggy backy as the ciggy backy doesn't want to turn into a worm so it stays really airy in the joint and sometimes part of the point burn faster making it canoe with the ciggy backy burning quicker than the nice weed. But still I've had both joints that can taste nice, it's just personal preference at the end of the day.

Ah, now we hit the crux! I use fags as they don't form a worm. A worm stage makes it too tight to toke for me. I get to nearly that with the B&H, then leave some space in the end, then roll that between my fingers so it's loose (or, at least, not tonight) before smoking. It's definitely personal preference.

If you want it to smoke quick and be an easy toker I do think cig backy is better but if you want it to last longer and be smoother then use backy in my opinion.

I can't imagine how long you'd want it to last as a 3 small silver Rizla joint for me will last a good 20-30 minutes. How would I get things done if I switched and it lasted longer?!

I can totally see both sides here having used both fag and rolling tobacco for long periods in the past. Definitely pros and cons for both but I find myself siding with Rux. For me rolling tobacco was almost purely an economic choice, if you can afford a B&H or Marlboro gold then I’d suggest that.

But also, we should really be discussing the healthier alternatives (boring, I know - sorry). I use joints as a treat now. I vape in the mighty or bong hash through the week. Helps wi tolerance too I think.

Just roll it smaller if you want it to last less long lol simplicity at its best

Have you tried American Spirit (blue)? It's drier than most tobaccos as it doesn't use the same preservatives. Very clean tasting so mostly taste the bud. At least in my opinion.

I only smoke spliffs, don’t like it without tobacco, no bite on the back of my throat. I need that bite to have a satisfying smoke.

My go to is Old Holborn but Drum Blue is nice too.

Amberleaf was my go to before i quit baccy altogether now i just smoke pure biftas.

As far as health goes, neither, but amber leaf is my go-to. I don't mix weed with tobacco anymore but I still smoke ciggies and amber leaf just seems to be the most consistent and high quality tobacco out there. It's expensive as hell but if you ask in European shops for the good amber leaf you can normally get it for under 20 smackaroos. For joints cig baccy burns a bit too quick/uneven and makes it taste worse so it's always been a bit of a last resort for me. I'll use different baccy if needbe but a lot of the cheaper baccy in shops either tastes like wood or play doh to me 🤣

Took me a few days to get used to it, burnt my hand on my second day. I use a triple jet torch and keep 2 of the flames on the spot under the cap while rotating until i hear the 2 clicks, you will see smoke pouring out from the cap when that happens and you can take a good hit.

Even though it works, bongs seem to hit harder for less and joints are more pleasant for taste in my experience. So for me, i'd put the experience inbetween that in terms of high and taste.

I'd recommend looking for a video tutorial depending on what jet torch you are using. Here is a vid link with a timestamp of how you should angle your torch lighter, he doesn't rotate but I assume thats because he is using a single jet lighter thats slower whether as my triple torch will get that ready in like 15 seconds.

I will need to buy a jet lighter then as I don't have one, this dynavap will be for my discreet hits at home on the evenings, I will still smoke joints but this will be every now and then as a treat. I think I read somewhere that I need a armoured cap for hash? Is this true or can do with the cap that came with the dynavap

No you don't need the armoured cap for hash.

Don't make the mistake of getting sucked in and thinking you need and armoured cap for hash or the coil for concentrates ect all you need is the lighter and the vape and you can use what you want in it.

I used the cap that came with mine, I haven't tried heating it with a normal lighter before but have with weed. You would heat the cap with the blue flame as yellow will produce soot. The hits were smaller but it did vaporize. I don't have any hash on me to try with bic or clipper lighter i'm afraid :(

Bought the titanium one.even tried a bowl of a mix of weed and tiny amount of tobacco to see what it would be like 🥴🤔

The temperature its vaped when it clicks. Is not high enough for tobacco combustion.wouldnt recommend it personally, might invest in one for just weed. People raving about it 😉

GreenRatBoy the best thing about the dynavap is the personalization on how you use it.

Every time I have had smoke out the cap is because I have combusted.

Nothing comes close to the enjoyment of rolling a spliff and sitting down and smoking it.

I’ve tried most of them - dynacough, mighty, Bakx etc etc they are an expensive faff you will wish you spent on cannabis instead. My Bakx thing broke the first time I used it as it’s made from plywood and cheap glass. The mighty and dynavap sit in the draw gathering dust.

I waited months to get my hands on one of them and it turned out to be an expensive piece of crap. Don’t always believe the hype you read on the internet.

May not suit you but I’ve been using them for hash, thick concentrates and occasionally green for about 5 years now. Will switch to a coil vape for runny concentrates or to hit if we’re out for dinner/ cinema etc.

Tried and liked many other vapes but for discretion, ease of use and reliability the dyna (for me) is the go to.

By Poundland I meant the way the packaging was and a small pipe, when I try it and if it's good, then it's worth it I guess. Some say they buy the dynacap and use with a cheap glass stem. I rather pay an extra £20 and get the full dynavap

I'm curious to know why the Dyna doesn't do it for you and what does?

Mainly, I find butane devices to be inconsistent and fiddly, but I do understand that not everyone is a cack handed as me and a lot of ex joint smokers love the set up and tactile nature of a Dyna. But for me no two hits are ever the same and burning or combustion risks are just frustrating. I also hate the”click” - it really doesn’t work for me.

If I’m going to use butane I use the tiny Vapman, but that also has a learning curve.

Overall I much prefer the battery to take the strain. TheMighty remains a tough and versatile performer 👍

I like my dynavap but not so keen on using a butane torch with it as it's a faff and hurts my thumb holding down the trigger for so long. My mate is buying the wand for his soon so I'll try that out and buy one if I like it.

Yeah I have a TM2. I’m kind of falling out of love with it. I use it for a big rip at the start of the evening and move over to sipping on the Mighty. I do feel it’s a bit overrated…but. I have a hit on it most days…

My first and previous vape was an Xmax v2. I got fed up of waiting for it to heat up and then having to draw on it for a few minutes while it was extracting. I prefer just to have a quick hit each time, hence the reason I bought a dynavap. I do like the idea of battery operated vapes that heat up very quickly though, which I've read the tinymight does, but I also read that it doesn't quite extract evenly. Is that your experience?

Ok so I used my Dyna m plus for the first time yesterday, my first opinion of it hasn't been soo good, I'm not sure if I ended up combusting or not but I know the hash and weed I vaped was black when done. I had my triple flame lighter pointed at the dyna dots for about 25 seconds and I couldn't hear a click till after I had turned lighter off. It clicked once then clicked again a few seconds later. I did get high but not sure if I used the dyna properly or not. Also I noticed the device change colour after being heated up, I think this is due to the latest September model of the m plus which is made out of titanium I believe

The darn clicks drive me nuts….I’m like “where’s the click?…was that it?…or was that?…did I miss the click?…why is it clicking now?!😖”….

20 seconds in the UFO. Click guaranteed every time. Then another 10 seconds because I’m mental. Very consistent.

Lol. The clicks on mine are quite loud and obvious. I can even have my headphones on and the volume loud and still hear the clicks.

Stick with it. Hated mine at first. The discolouration is a natural patina and I was shocked when first heating my shiny new M. They don’t show that in the reviews or in pictures on the website you are buying from! Panic and frustration at being conned, searching t’internet allayed my fears - it’s normal and doesn’t affect performance. Single flame jet lighter is my preference. Heat the cap for now, get that down and then move to the hemispheres (IMO not essential). Actually, try heating your M without anything in it. Get used to the length of time and the sound of the click(s) without fear of combustion! In the beginning respect that click, remember it’s a learning curve and you will get there. (Curveball comment, but get a YLL 2.0 induction heater. You. Will. Not. Regret. It.)

My Dyna tip changed colour on the first time I used it too. I think this is normal because of the degree of heat.
Did it taste like it had combusted? Like did it taste like crap or did it taste terpy?

The weed and hash both had flavour. Altho the hash did give me a initial cough on the first toke

If it had combusted it would have tasted awful so it sounds like you were right on the edge if it looked black but tasted ok. When I use my Dyna I always wait until the second click and then stop and I never get combustion. I'll do another cycle if the bud isn't dark brown/almost black after the first hit, which is the case with some weed, as not all weed vapes the same. For hash I do two or three cycles unless the bits of hash are really small and fine.

Oh the TM2 heats up in seconds. The included stems and cooling unit are rubbish imo after much testing. Fortunately it’s easily solved- bin them and use a long 3D glass stem with a basket filter- cheap solution…it’s a good ripper👍

The logic you apply to spending the money on vapes on gear. I applied the same logic with tobacco. Which was a massive driver for me to stop smoking joints.

There's so many devices on the Market,all with pros and Cons. Recently converted to Carts. Its gets to a Point, when you get Older like me lol 🤣. health has to come First. Ive smoked joints all the time ( with Tobacco)..
So any vaping Device has to be a good healthier option. Think the Dynavap M+ maybe not the best device out there.but for the Price.its better than Combustion using Joints.just my opinion all .👍😉

I don’t combust anything any more at all so found the Dyna the best alternative for me.

I use hash in my dynavap. I put a very thin layer of unbleached muji cotton in the top and sprinkle very small bits of hash on top of that.

Don't know how much damage if any I've done to my lungs, but just last weekend I was without bud so used 100% cotton ear buds as a makeshift screen/wick/dynacoil for live resin.

No horrible taste and no combustion whatsoever. Worked like a charm.

Great film, special for me cos i lived with director for 4 years and he wrote it during that period. So its my early 20s on film pretty much. Nice one bruvva is an evolution of how we used to scream down the phone at each other, (and still do) with names instead of bruvva.

It is superb and just represents his zest for life and fun and sillyness and funny situations. Under table snorting scene just one example of the talent in the cinematography.

If you liked this, i would urge anyone to check out his largely unknown second film "i know you know". A different affair about him and his dad and mum, but stunning in different ways. Also his older college stuff, party politics, life in the bus lane. On YT somewhere i think.
