Anyone using Medi mart vendor?
Put in an order on the 10th payment accepted but packaged not sent. Not overly urgent as it's a gift for a friend over the Holiday but not received any Comms off of the seller either.
Curious if anyone is currently using them and can give me an estimate of the delivery and process or whether it's worth challenging the sale?

Unfortunately the seller cancelled the order I don't know whether it is because they are now on break due to the Holidays or because I was a new buyer and they didn't like the look of my account.
Slightly frustrating as they as the seller kept me in limbo for a few days before deciding not to send the item. I doubt I will be returning as a customer to them either given the lack of comms.
Just now waiting on my refund.
Also "its xmas" is lame excuse I ordered from two other vendors on that order and both their packages came within a day with message confirmation by the seller. I appreciate there are exceptions but there are plenty of vendors on LB who have their shit together and do timely, reliable posting.

Like Asadd says. RSO is the way. Put a tiny dose on a biscuit or stir into coffee (it does not taste good). Go REALLY small, it’s very strong particularly if they are not used to THC- half a grain of rice size. Too much RSO can be unpleasant and they need to be aware they will get high.
Possibly try CBD products first. There are gummies you can buy online, but also they will calm the effects of THC if they are not enjoying it….

Been dosing on half G for a week now, got a dog park that was once a golf course where we used to pick them as youths.
Some guy tho, every afternoon for a week got them all, was there for hours every day picking among the dog walkers.
I got a pocketful of the last of the year's pickings (image) today, the later in the season they're picked the stronger it seems.
Next year i'll be ready, i'm up at the crack of dawn anyways, i walked past them a couple times last week until i decided to go for it, the liberty's have been amazing, i just had a little one earlier and had a vry nice fuzzy warm glow from it.
I'm drying them out right now in a kitchen paper.

Im a fucking shroom noob so most of my experiences have been on LB I just dont have the time really to pick
I noted around 5 different mushroom types when out in the field, one of them looks very similar, you really need to know how they look.😁

Are they still prolific? I have a mountain spot in mind for next week when it's supposed to not be raining.
Season has just finished, pretty much, i was too late also, planning big things for next year tho, the liberty's have been excellent this year.
I'd say it's still worth a punt. I'm no mycologist but I believe Libs prefer it a bit cooler than it's been recently in most of the UK, so the season may extend past the usual window if weather conditions allow. I've heard that the first ground frost is what finishes them off so you might still be ok depending on location.
I'm also looking for Wavy Caps this year after reading this article. Looks like they can be found Oct to Feb, and the fact they show blueing when bruised should help positive ID. 👍

Recently tried Dr Green Thumbs Chemdawg and it is one of the finest examples I have had. Super gassy and very tasty with a lovely high that feels like a warm hug from the weed gods :-) Currently got the Lemon nerds which is nice but for me just lacks the heavey hitting high I like.
I shall add it to the list. Normally not a huge fan of "dawg" strains, but chemdawg is the one out of all of them I like the most.
The whole reason I came to LB was because all I was getting else where was 'cookiedawg' and I couldn't tolerate it anymore :P

I understand buddy, too many dawgs out there that claim to be good. I'm with you that I got sick and tired of it but Dr's is soo nice I still have a lil nug I can't bring myself to smoke just yet until I can get some more haha.
I'd also recommend Blue zushi from Pistach BUT! its very hit and miss at moment, sometimes you will get the fire zushi, and others it will be subbed out :-( Zheetos is also a strain i'm in love with but its damn hard to find and if you can find it, its usually priced out the fecking roof!

And yes we seen few websites and such like trustpilot is coming out and is not really good idea to post reviews on there as it will put the website server at risk of being targeted for an attacks. We usually use the Tor version just as a precaution and had no issues at all.

Recently got a shroom chocolate bar from a seller for my birthday and had a great time. My only experience with shrooms was taking a strong dose of liberty caps once in tea form (2 cups) and found it very intense, safe to say that my experience with the chocolate was a much calmer and more mellow experience.

Hey Biggas. A lot of us share the weed we love on this site so I thought it might be interesting to mix things up and see which strains don't do it for you.
I'll kick things off with Runtz. I like Zkittles and I like Gelato, but for some reason I have never really enjoyed Runtz. I think it's a combination of two good strains that somehow produced a worse one. Just my opinion of course, interested to hear what the rest of you think.

I was going so say mimosa, no matter how good it is, those orange terps remind me of burning rubber. Strange.
So glad I’m not alone in hating mimosa terps. The first time I smelled/tasted it, I genuinely thought the weed was bogus. Like it had been artificially flavoured with something nasty. Then when I got good mimosa it was the exact same terps. Not for me like.
I’d say Stardawg too, just because it was fuckin everywhere and was normally sub par.

I like Mimosa for the effect and I don't mind the taste. I am not keen on some of the other strains that taste similar like Tangerine Dream so I can see where you're coming from. Citrus strains can be hit and miss on the terps front.
I think Mimosa is the only strain taste wise that lives up to the hype. 90% of weed tastes to me exactly what it is- heated vegetation. All the “mouth watering “ descriptions completely pass me by…occasionally I get pine bathroom cleaner but heyho…

Bang on, I’m not into any tangey variants either. I accidentally bought some expensive import bud a few weeks ago that had tangey/mimosa heritage. The bud was clearly excellent in every department, probably well worth the money, but the terps ruined it for me. Just tasted artificial, almost like a nicotine vape or something. Different strokes and all that.
Hate the taste but iv yet to find a strain that is almost comparable to taking codine for feel good factor. I’ll smoke dry straw for that

The Brazilian sativa element is too racy and the Indian indica just melts you. It’s always an intense Indica v Sativa battle.
Usually with hybrids I get the sativa effect then it chills into indica but white widow pummels me with both from the get go and leaves me meditating to the ganja gods with tai chi breathing to alleviate me from the poisonous kiss of White Widow.

The Brazilian sativa element is too racy and the Indian indica just melts you. It’s always an intense Indica v Sativa battle.
Usually with hybrids I get the sativa effect then it chills into indica but white widow pummels me with both from the get go and leaves me meditating to the ganja gods with tai chi breathing to alleviate me from the poisonous kiss of White Widow.
Anything with piney terps for me - just really reminds me of those car air fresheners 🤮🌲 not a fan. Dunno if I am on my own with that one lol
Lemon Tree is the strain I most dislike. I use to love a good lemon skunk or lemon haze 20 years ago. Not the same anymore.
Super silver haze. Smelled like cats piss and had no body high. Muscles felt restless and uncomfortable.

Way back I got some free seeds with the seeds I ordered. NYC diesel they were, so I grew them and was so disappointed, it tasted awful. Haven't really gone for diesel since. Have smoked loads of diesel cross.

I've not tried the Tropicana strains, but I do agree about the Tangies as I don't get on with the taste of them either.
lemon haze; for some reason can always smell it before i can see it and it makes me instantly dizzy - icl it smells divine sometimes, but i just can't do it lol

At it's best, it is hard to better. I have had some good tasting examples but they are becoming rarer.
The genetics are laden with problems so it is difficult to get the correct pheno from seed. But if you have the correct clone (as is the case with chemdawg) and it is grown and cured adequately, it is a very nice smoke imo.

It's completely possible I've not had the best versions but also maybe just a taste or body chemistry thing where for whatever reason those strains don't do it for me. I'm unlikely to test the theory any further by buying more when there's a myriad of sweeter options at LB that are more up my street. The world would of course be boring if we were all the same.

To be fair to the vendors on here I've not had any of the strains I've mentioned from anyone on LB. There's definitely more exciting strains to me available here so I'm unlikely to backtrack just to make sure I don't like it though.

Dislike any orange strains personally. Also not a huge fan of gelato 41. It’s too sweet and lingers on the lips in our opinion. If you enjoy the sweeter strains then probably your cup of tea

It took over 2 and a half years for Kraken to finally ban me after sending straight to addresses got past about 3–4 investigation emails in that time. Roughly £5,000 in transactions before they got me.
I normally use Kraken, but all my BTC from sales is tied up in a separate wallet.

I use trust wallet and have just made a £180 purchase with fees of £23 at 6:30am
I know this is still expensive but had £300 in my wallet for the last few days and it kept saying not enough funds

Totally agree Budzinho, I've noticed Kraken seems to be the only one that has manageable fees... I say *managable*, and not acceptable... because it's still high IMO, but it's still somewhat tolerable to pay a 10er for a transaction.
It's also worth noting people that when you add cash to Kraken, it takes 3 days to be withdrawable as BTC. So that's something to consider if you're trying to buy product with new funds!

You aren't actually paying the Network Fee yourself, you are just paying Kraken's withdrawal fee
They send with the fee needed to be included on the next block, so yeah it will confirm, they often change their withdrawal fee to match current network fees

Sooo this was my first purchase from the spacemen and was part of a big order and she was a standout BEAUTY 😍 should be renamed painkiller kush or something because this one’s a whole medicine cabinet rolled into 1 delightful strain, and i’m loving it so far! 👌😋
I wanted to try a bunch of strains so I messaged TSM and they were super helpful and quick with their responses and kindly sorted out a custom selection box for me that arrived in less than 24 hours from them sending!
This was one of the strains i was really excited to try and it didn’t disappoint! The buds themselves are a bright green, and one of the brightest out of all the strains i got from TSM, and it has some orange pistils throughout and you can see a few dark green hues come through the lovey dusting of trichomes all over 🤤 it’s got some spring to it but still pretty dense to the touch, and it grinds up quite fine, and not that fluffy and you see the bright green really come out in the grinder.
Theres a unique terp profile on this beauty too… it’s got an earthy undertone with some citrus and sweet berry at the top, it’s also got that classic kush twang to it, and you can smell the dank mustiness coming through the sweet notes with a hint of wood n spice in the background. it’s really unique and nice and quite refreshing actually.
Now the effects and high from the PK is where it really shines for me and where it comes into its own! this is straight MEDICINE…
does it help me sleep? ✅
does it help low appetite? ✅
does it help with my anxiety? ✅
does it help with my aches n pains?✅
does it help with stress? ✅
It’s safe to say i’m loving this one atm, it hits you behind the eyes and you instantly feel calm and your whole
body relax, and any stresses, aches n pains quickly fade away. This ones a lovely relaxing full body high that helps me drift off after a long day and actually get a good nights sleep. It’s like being hugged by a blanket of goodness 😌 i’m really enjoying this one in the evenings before bed. Good read and about one of my favourite strains, I think its magic and for all the same reasons, there may be stronger strains out there but Pink is one of the very best ive had for helping with those aches and for tucking me in, secret's out about it🍃🩷👊🏻

Yeah i like it a lot mate, i love all the Kushes really but reckon Pink is a bit special, I have been mixing it tonight with some of the White Trufflez TSM had a while back and they are a lovely combo, its the head high the Trufflez has combined with all the good relaxing stuff Pinky is doing i think, I know the Trufflez is not on the menu currently but i reckon maybe the same kind of effect will come from combining the Pink and the Blanco or Ice Cream Mints maybe, both have the same kind of high 20's THC levels as the Trufflez and theyre all indica leaners too, if someone has any of those others and the Pink i think they should try them together... you know, for science 🔬

yeah i’m absolutely loving it for the anxiety and sleep atm, I actually mixed it with the motor breath a couple of times and it was sooo good pre bed time, so if you have any of the motor breath left they’re a great mix and compliment each other really nicely :)

And if you are going through the decarbing process it may be easier to make a batch of canna butter or an infused coconut oil or something and then that should last a while and you can use it as and when you need :)

I would also say the bubblegum gelato is also a pretty serious value and great medicine. Not a crazy knock out but if you smoke enough it'll get you there, just super nice relaxation probably great for pain. I've found myself reaching for it over some of the exotics for the medicinal values!

I have a grinder - one of those shitty plastic affairs that gets the job done... eventually. Usually, I just break up by hand though (I don't smoke a lot).
When I went down the stairs in my apartment block today, someone left a grinder on the bannister. Curious, I picked it up. It was made of metal and had a really nice weight to it. The lid was magnetic and snapped on and off really nicely. It was fancy.
This has me wondering: Are higher end grinders worth it? What are other biggas experiences using them?

I use cheap ones and have a hard time believing expensive ones can be "worth it" but what does that even really mean? If you fancy something special and have the money available then there is no harm in treating yourself to something :)
I used a shitty plastic grinder for years, and it did its job well enough. Then my mate started working for some company that sold paraphernalia and gave me a little 4 piece metal grinder with a kief catching section. That was much, much better and I used it for a good 10 years with no issues. Then I quit smoking for 7 years.
When I started back this year I thought I'd treat myself to a new grinder and saw a huge price reduction on a 4 piece stainless steel Herb Ripper, so bought it on the principle I'll never have to buy another again. Also bought the fine grind plate for it too, and I'm glad I did as that's the perfect grind size. Absolutely loving the thing and it cuts through almost anything as if it was herby butter, but I appreciate that most people will think it's a ridiculous extravagance. It no doubt is, but it's a lovely, lovely thing. An incredibly well machined tool, like a fine chef's knife. I suppose the question of if anything is worth it is entirely subjective, but I don't ever regret buying it.

Yeah, I agree about them being like chef knives. I use a crappy bargain set of knives and they do the job fine. My sister-in-law however, insists that the £140 knife she gets hand-sharpened fundamentally improves the cooking experience. She actually hates using regular knives now.
I'll be ordering one of these at some point Nigara SG2 Kurouchi Tsuchime Santoku 180mm about £242 import from canada (only place outside japan i can find them) depending on how you use it maybe need to sharpen it once or twice a year ... good knives are worth it if thats your thing .
I can get by. Cooking is like chemistry, so you should get repeatable results. Baking, however, follow the recipe exactly, including tin sizes. If people know the basics they should be able to make meals fairly easily without recipes, and, the top level of that skill, be able to knock up something tasty from what's left in the fridge and the cupboard.

usually go to the local asian supermarket or the one in the city near me only thing i've ordered online in Shin ramyun, soon and champong ramen packs (i uses the broth packs as a base for my own ramen) shhhh i cheat. XD
I've had a Victorinox chefs knife for about 25 years. Best purchase I ever made. I use it all the tine.
That and a decent sized Le Creuset sauce pan are great buys even if a bit pricey, and will probably outlast me.

You can get old Le Creuset re-enamelled too. Something for people to consider instead of throwing them away, or if someone's selling a damaged one cheaply. Have about 5 different sized and shaped ones collected over the years and they've jumped in price ludicrously since they were first bought. Staub seems to be the one all the chefs moved on to, as they still bring out the tiny Staub pots sometimes in fancy restaurants. Don't look at the prices.
I think initially 1 paring knife and 1 chef's knife is a better start than a full range of knives that cost the same as those 2 do, and buy at a point that you personally start to feel a bit uncomfortable about the price. That's everyone's cut off point for almost every purchase made, so you then need to check reviews at that price point. And the most important thing is to hold it before you buy, I feel. There's 1 tiny knife in the kitchen drawer that's so perfectly balanced and razor sharp that I use it all the time, and it's no particular special brand. Just feels like the perfect tool for the job on many occasions.

I had no idea you could re enamel Le Creuset pans, as you can see above mine is in a right state. I left it on the hob about 10 years ago with just a little oil in it, and forgot it was on. What size is that, 24cm? Looks like you'd get a chicken and loads of veg in that together... I'd live with that discolouration if I was you mate, if you can put up with it and it doesn't affect cooking in any way. It's not cheap to re-enamel them. Apparently they're often accomodating if you contact them to tell them you love their products but have a damaged one, and is there anything they could suggest. Often give discounts, so could be better to do that if you can sweet talk them.

Rinsed an oz or 2 through it and noticed micro orange bits had broke off!
Highly recommend if using plastics to get a bright colour that stands out from herb!!!!

So far Santa Cruz is holding up well, considering she’s probably done over 180g since I got her a couple of months back 😂

Awesome grinder, at first a thought it was getting gunked up like a plastic one.

The grinder hash. Most works its way off the Herb Ripper too, eventually. I've found that a stainless steel knitting needle is handy for getting the really stubborn bits off, before they're added to a joint. My last tiny grinder was a nightmare that clogged up all the time towards the end and needed the bud to be worked off the blades. I couldn't stand using it for long after the 6 1/2 year break.
That one is on the pricey end, but I have noticed that a lot of weed paraphernalia seems to come with a 'buy cheap, buy twice' policy. Will check out.
I’ve had a Space Case for around a decade and it’s still pretty much as good as new. Cost around £80 but I don’t think I’ll need to buy another.
The way I see it, if you're buying good weed and want a nice rolling experience, a good grinder is worth the investment. Doesn't have to be too expensive, but if you're using a cheap metal/plastic one fragments of the grinder's material will chip off and end up in your bud, which you don't want to be inhaling.
I bought a stoneage grinder off Amazon a while ago for £15, print on the lid is rubbish but it functions beautifully. Supposedly has a ceramic coating in the grinding chamber too!

I stick to the cheap plastic ones. They're fantastic, last a while. When they stop performing, get a new one.

This means there are plenty of gimmick Grinders and ones that seem appealing but end up as impractical and cheaply made. Watch out for metal grinders with screw threads they can stick &/or wear down the thread so the grinder no longer shuts.
I recommend large wooden grinders with metal teeth and magnetic seals not only will these be easier on the hands, a decent grinder will allow for a finer grind allowing weed to spread more evenly in joints, as well as, conserve excess.

The Internet is both the most marvelous thing with things like wikipedia (and littlebiggy :-) ) helping mankind advance but I am very critical in the way in which social media has brought us targetd advertising, fake news and the rise of populism.
I work in IT but have never used social media myself. As a rule of thumb I always valued my privacy ever since I started getting on the web in the 90s. Having administered many web sites over the years I know all too well was one can make out of web server logs.
Apart from that the only thing that I can say is that I do recycle my pizza boxes ;-)

Social media has so much bad shit to answer for. Used it for my Djing & event promotion but came off it when stopped djing. Found it was like being back at high school, everyone forming cliques, a platform for narcissistic idiots and so on and so forth. Yes the Internet is great but by fuck it scares me at times 😲😲
I've avoided this "clown" (that's how he describes everyone) until few days ago when I watched interview with him.

-he wants to rule the world because life is competition and he can completely destroy every clown
-we are (everyone with less money) losers of own making due to laziness or arrogance. You know we are too lazy to sign up to his get rich scam or too arrogant to learn from him how to earn £1m per month (amount required to live good life according to him).. ie again sign up to his get rich scam
Not even going into his attitude toward "females", it's pretty obvious.

think of what c - suite execs are paid and every one of them can be replaced by an a.i. with existing technology. lots of them are just figureheads already.
Until technology is liberated from the capitalist mode of production & the private patents that create AI, then no. A.i under a communist government or socialist state could be used for good and help toward automation. Look to china where sophisticated computing has been used in public spaces to better traffic flow, keep public transport running and deliver goods and services. But A.I alone wont create communism. For communism to be achieved Revolution must happen first and the dominant ruling classes replaced so the means of production for AI are utilised by workers and not elites.

Capital owners already exploit technology to reduce costs and lay off workers, ai is just another part of that.
AI and automation could be used to give people more time off, pay more for less work, improve work life balance etc, or it could be used in the way described above.
As with a lot of things, AI could be used to benefit people or it could be used to make billions of dollars, or anything in between.

Definitely do bro love mixing strains just to see what happens. Also try adding a bit of extracts I’ve rolled some crazy stuff for some friends and they’re always amazed with the distillate and kief on the zoot trick. it’s very hard to do (atleast for me) but when you learn to do it the high you get and the look on people’s faces are priceless.
I don’t normally mix green unless adding CBD but I’ll mix everything else:

Well yes if sativa say is to up say 80/20 sativa and you say need sleep do the opposite 80/20 indica , or sativa strain are around same fruity 70/30 mix the flavours but as always with caution different phaenos are stronger , peace
Yes i love to keep a wide wide spectrum of goodness in my body. Sometimes the mix is not always perfect taste wise with some strains but i do like to mix strains a lot combined. Also hash, flowers, extracts combined.
Agreed about the taste. My favourite is Pineapple Kush and Pink Runtz. It helps ease off anxiety and I look forward to social events all whilst feeling in the moment, totally present.
Now, maybe others don't keep (at least) a few strains on the go at once, but if you do mixing will happen a lot. There's only so long that you can go with keeping the previous strain you ground separate from the next.
I'm also a hash and bud mixer, and especially so as the last smoke of the night (ideally with a nice strong Indica strain for obvious reasons). Also enjoyed mixing some of Eddy's bubble hash (Gelato 45) with ground bud too.

I'm just about to roll my last joint of the night with some of The Green Team's Kandy Kush (and there's about half a joint of mixed TGT's Cali pop and InstantGrams Blue Dream in the grinder, so that's getting mixed in) and The Hash Collective's filtered kush. Yes and no, generally buy upto oz of shake, and half of cbd, as a daily smoke, pregrind it all together, kept in a mason jar. Cheap daily smoke, all the vitamins. Then ofcourse, tasty primo on the side.
Totally makes a difference anyway, and the vendors here always have cracking shake. Wish there was more cbd vendors though. This month, gonna try CBG flower instead though

No names to name, as it’s happened with more than one vendor. But has anyone else experienced this? Pay for next day (24hr) before the cut off time, only to not see the ‘sent’ msg.

As for NDD unless seller is outside of your geography, or your item is a special import First class standard is normally only a day anyway, so i've personally never bothered with the extra cost.

Pistach has got every package to me within a day on every order so far and ive just used the free option. Its clearly dependent on the post service and routes rather than sellers it seems.
Tbh its abit of a farce and a selling point by vendors your paying for something extra that happens regardless most are mine are next day sent first class probably only worth paying NDD when Royal Mail are having a problem that’s the only time normal mail has a bit of a wobble imo
I have a cut off at 11am, it’s just to make sure all orders that have been made go out. So after 11 all notifications are turned off otherwise you end up getting swamped with orders and not being able to post everyone else’s bits
Like EddysHashbar - thanks for the response. Defo good to know vendors perspective; think I’ll go for cheaper options going forward as there’s only a few times next day as actually been true
Yeah me too. I even thought, let me go for the cheaper option and didn’t like a fool 😒. Never again!
I always play by the rules and send at correct time unless technical issues like lazer jet blowing up and then I would have to switch to my label printer as back as that has been a previous issue but still there are sometimes issues outside of my control like WIFI crashing etc but apart from that I get it dropped within side 24HRS anywhere in the UK like a master craftsman building a spiral staircase this is what any vendor needs to perfect in the correct fashion its really basic stuff to be fair.

Hey, from our point of view we send everything (except our introduction offer) ND Special delivery - its insured and its guaranteed for next day before 1pm. It protects the buyer and us and gives us all piece of mind.
We have a cut off at 11am , just as some others LB's commented, to give us time to prepare and send out otherwise we would be forever getting packages ready and trying to get down the post office!
After the whole Royal Mail strike palava we decided to make everything special delivery - that was everyone gets their orders 99.9% on the time next day and no problemo!
